नेपालले तत्कालै समाधन गर्नै पर्ने केही सवालहरु
नेपालको राजनिति सदैव क्रिडास्थलको रुपमा स्थापित भएको छ । गरीव जनतालाई आधार मान्ने, भ्रष्टाचार र विकृतिको विरुद्वमा आवाज वन्ने, नातावाद र कृपावादको खिलापमा आवाज वनिदिने, सामान्तवादको विरुद्वमा लडिदिने, र साच्चैका नेता जस्तो देखिदिने तर जव सत्ता परिवर्तन हुन्छ नि हिजो गरेका सवै वचनवद्तालाई लात मार्दै पुरा परिवारको सरकार वनिदिने, सत्ता, दलका नेता लाभका स्थानहरु सवै आफैले मोज गर्ने, आफ्नो उपचारमा करौडौ खर्चने, खर्च गर्न नसक्नेहरु उपचार खर्चको अभावमा मर्नु पर्ने दिनको अन्त्य गर्नु पर्छ ।
१– संविधानमा लेखिएका अक्षरहरु सवैले पालन गर्नुपर्छ ।
२– योग्य व्यक्ति जहा फिट हुन्छ, त्यही स्थानमा उसले स्थान पाउन पर्छ ।
३–सत्ताबाट बाहिरीय पछि चाहे राष्ट्रपति वा प्रधानमन्त्री वा अन्य कोही कसैलाई पनि व्यक्तिगत सुरक्षा होइन सवै नागरिकले जे पाउछ उसलाई पनि त्यति नै मात्र दिनुपर्छ किनकि संविधानमा समानताको हकलाई मौलिक हकभित्र राखेको छ र सानो र ठूलो कोही छैन ।
४–कुनै पनि राजनैतिक दलमा वा सरकारमा (स्थानीय देखि संघीय) वा अन्य कुनै राजनैतिक नियुक्तिमा कुनै एक व्यक्तिले बढीमा दुई पटक भन्दा बढी दोहर्याउन नपाउने हुनुपर्छ ।
५– अहिले नेपालमा जन्मने वित्तिकै शिशुको शिरमा करीव रु ३२००० को राष्ट्रीय क्रृणबाट नेपाली जनतालाई मुक्त गर्नको लागि सम्पूर्ण नेपालीहरु जो सरकारी वा अर्धसरकारी,राजनैतिक वा व्यापारी वा अन्य कुनै संघ संस्थामा लाभिय स्थानमा रही कार्य गरेका सवैको सम्पतिको खोज गर्नु पर्छ । हिजोको पैतृक सम्पति र अहिले भएको सम्पतिको लेखाजोखा गरी श्रोत नखुलेको सम्पति राष्ट्रीयकरण गरी त्यही रकमलाई सदुपपयोग गरी उद्योग धन्दा सन्चालन गरी वेरोजगारलाई रोजगारको अवसर दिलाउन पर्छ ।
६– नेपालले प्रमाणित गरेको छ कि राजनैतिक प्रणाली आफैमा खराव हुदैन । राणाशाषन जहानिया र निरकुंष भयो आवाज त्यही थियो, संसदीय व्यवस्था राजा महेन्द्र रनेपालका कम्यूनिष्टलाई मान्य भएन ःराजालाई विपिको शाषनले समाजमा अस्थिरता अशान्ति मच्चायो भन्ने रह्यो भने, कम्निष्टलाई संसदहल खसिको टाउको राखि कुकुरको मासु वेच्ने स्थलो भयो, प्रजातन्त्रको पुनरवहाली भयो रे, राजाले संवैधानिक राजतन्त्रमा चित्त वुझाए तर वावुराम भट्टराई र प्रचण्डलाई चित्त वुझेन, सशस्त्र विद्रोह गरेः गिरीजा प्रसाद कोइरालाले आफ्नो वहुमतको सरकारलाई विघटन गरी अव म आफ्ना कार्यकर्तासंग झुक्नेवाला छैन भनि संसद विघटन गरी मध्यावधीमा हुम्मिएका थिए । मध्यावधी चुनावमा हुम्मिएको कांग्रसले चुनावी नारा वनाए – मध्यावधी किन हो दुई तिहायी लिन हो, तर जनताले उनको घमण्डलाई साइजमा राखिदिए । आफ्ना कार्यकर्तासग झुक्न नजानेका गिरीजा पछाडि गएर कोसंग झुकेनन र ? देशी वा विदेशी । जव ज्ञानेन्द्रले शक्ति हातमा लिएपछि आफ्नै दलको सरकारको पालामा जंगल पठाएका माओवादीसंग नेपालको माटोलाई विर्षेर विदेशीलाई साची राखि विदेषी भुमिमा गरिएको सम्झौता मेरो वुझाईमा अराष्ट्रीय सम्झौता थियो किनकि तिनै प्रचण्ड र कोइरालाले जंगलमा र शाषनमा रही सर्वसाधरण माथि अत्याचार गरेका नै हुन, एकले प्रहरी र सेनाको प्रयोग गरी माओवादीलाई आतंककारी घोषणा गरी र गर्न लगाई उनीहरुको दमनमा उत्रीए भने माओवादी र सरकार दुवैले हजारौ मारे र मारीैए पनि, कैयौ अंगभंग भए, लाखौnआफ्नैभुमिमा वस्न नसकि ज्यान वचाउन शहरमा सरणार्थी भए, गांउ खाली भए आखिरमा गणतन्त्र नै आएपछि पनि सर्वसाधरणले के पाए । गाउ वस्ती खाली छ, निम्न वर्गीय परिवारका युवा खाडीमा सस्तो मुल्यमा पशिना वेच्दै छन भने मध्यम वर्गीय र कुलिन घरानका युवाहरु पश्चिमा मुलुकमा अध्ययनको लागि भौतारिएका छन । गिरिजा, प्रचण्ड र एमालेका शिर्षस्थ नेताले आफु मारीन सकिन्छ भन्ने डरले दिल्लीलाई साची राखि गरीएको सम्झौता गलत थियो भन्नेकुरा आज आफैले प्रमाणित गरेका छन किनकि वम अहिले पनि पड्किएकै छ, हिजाका माओवादीले वम वारुद पड्काउदा क्रान्ति भयो आज उनकै शिष्यले वम पड्काउदा आतकंकारी भए रे। हिजोका शाषकहरु गलत थिए, जहानिया थिए, सामान्ति थिए,सेता हात्ती भए, देशको ढुकुटी रित्ताए आदि आदि । आज नेता र मन्त्री विरामी हुदा विदेशमा गइ राष्ट्रीय ढुकुटीमा उपचार गर्छन । कसरी न्याय गरे त गणतन्त्रवादी नेताले ? त्यसैले आजको आवश्यकता भनेको हिजोको दिनमा राजनैतिक दलका नेताले जनताको अगाडि गरेको वचनवद्यतालाई व्यवहारमा उतार्नु हो । अर्थात शाषन प्रणाली गलत होइन, व्यक्तिको आचरणमा परिवर्तन हो । जव वोलाइ र गराइमा परिवर्तन हुदैन नि अनि मात्र समाज परिवर्तन हुन्छ । दोषी शाषन प्रणाली होइन, व्यक्तिको दृष्टीकोण हो। यही दृष्टीकोणमा परिवर्तन गर्नुपर्छ किनकि हाम्रा उत्तर र दक्षीणका छिमेकिलाई हेर्दापुग्छ किनकि चीनमा कम्निष्ट र भारतमा प्रजातान्त्रीक शाषन प्रणाली छन जुन राष्ट्रहरु आज संसारमा उदयमान शक्तिका रुपमा पहिचान वनाउन सफल छन ।
७– नेपालको शिक्षा प्रणालीमा परिवर्तन गर्नु पर्ने देखिन्छ । नेपालको शिक्षाले शिक्षार्थीलाई नेपालमा रही नेपालको माटोलाई इज्जत गर्दै यसैमा रम्दामा आउने आनन्द र विदेशमा दोश्रो दर्जाको मानव भइ वस्नुपर्दाको पिडा सपयमा नै वोध गराउन सक्नुपर्छ ।
८–शिक्षाको माध्यम ः नेपाली सवै नेपालीलाई एउटै मालामा गाभ्नको लागि, अंगे्रजी विश्वसंग परिचित गर्नको लागि, र संस्कृत विज्ञानको खोजीको लागि यी भाषाको माध्यम गराउन पर्दछ ।
९–आधारभुत तहको पढाई अनिवार्य हुनुपर्छ जसमा प्रत्यक विद्यार्थीले आफ्नो दैनिक जीवनमा चाहिने हरहिसाव, भाषा र राष्ट्रप्रतिको मोह वृदी गराउन सक्ने सामाजिक चेतनाले भरिएका भोलिका शिष्ट नागरिकको रुपमा उभ्याउन सक्ने वनाउन सक्नुपर्छ । नेपालको शिक्षाले नेपालको आवश्यकतालाई पुर्ति गर्न सक्ने हुनुपर्छ । नेपालको प्रत्यक भेष, भाषा, संस्कार, संस्कृति जात, धर्म मानव सभ्यतका मानाकं भएकोले तीनको संरक्षण गर्नु प्रत्यक नागरिकको कर्तव्य हो भनि वुझाउन सक्नुपर्छ ।
१० – माध्यमिक शिक्षाले विध्यार्थीलाई भोलिको दिनमा जिउनको लागि आधार खडा गर्नसक्नु पर्छ । दैनिकि रुपमा चाहिने सामान्य वत्तीको वल्व फेर्ने, धाराका टुटी फेर्ने, पाक शिक्षा, लेखन कला, तथा अन्य जीवन उपयोगी कलाहरुमा महत्व वुझाइ उनीहरुको गला, कला आदिलाई प्रष्फुटीत गराईने, कृषि तथा वन पैदावरको महत्व वुझाई ती क्षेत्रमा आकार्षण बढाउने, सवै काम उत्तिकै महत्वपूर्ण छन भनि कामलाई इज्जत गर्ने, आत्मनिर्भर, स्वतन्त्र नागरिकको हैसियत वुझाइ देशको नियम कानुनको पालक र अन्यायमा विरोधको आवाज वुलन्ध गर्नसक्ने, नागरिकको हैसियत,काम, कर्तव्य,अधिकार प्रति सजग न्यायीक विचारको पृष्ठपाषक वन्न सक्ने र मानव अधिकारको लागि आवाज वन्न सक्ने भोलिका असल नागरिक सृजना गर्ने खालको हुनुपर्छ ।
११ – उच्च शिक्षाले भोलीको देशको नेतृत्व गर्ने जनशक्ति तयार गर्न सक्नु पर्छ । राजनैतिक जनशक्ति, कर्मचारी, शिक्षक, सेना, प्रहरी, उद्यमी, व्यापारी, डा, इन्जिनियर, चालक, वैंकर्स, कृषि प्राविधिक आदिको उत्पादान गर्नुपर्छ । आधारभुत शिक्षा देखि उच्च शिक्षासम्म सवै शिक्षार्थीहरुलाई इमान्दार, अनुशाषित, भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी, जवाफदेयिता, उत्तरदायीत्वको वोध , मानवतावादी सोच, लिनमा भन्दा दिनमा रमाउने सोच, आत्मनिर्भर, सामाजिक, सत्यवादीता, आफुभन्दा ठुलालाई आदर र सानालाई माया, भातृत्वको भावना, विश्ववन्धुत्वको भावनाले भरीएका दीक्षित नागरिकको उत्पादन गर्न सक्नु पर्छ ।
१२– मेरो आदरणीय तथा पुजनीय अंग्रेजी भाषाका त्रिविविका प्राध्यापक, महाकवि लक्ष्मी प्रसाद देवकोटाका सुपुत्र पद्म प्रसाद देवकोटाले तलका पंक्तिहरु फेसवुकमा राख्दैगर्दा नेपालको दुरदशाको चित्रण गरेको छ । उहा लेख्नुहुन्छ ं
“अहिले सवारी भएको छ १”
वैशाख १२, २०७६ ः
मेरो देव्रे आ“खा रातो भएको छ । त्यसैले त्रिपुरेश्वरको आ“खा अस्पतालमा आफ्नो आ“खा जचाउने उद्देश्य लिएर एक्लै गएको थिए“ । थापाथलीबाट त्रिपुरेश्वर हु“दै आ“खा अस्पतालतिर मोडिन लाग्दा मलाई प्रहरीहरूले रोकेर “उता जानोस्, उता १” भन्न थाले । “म अस्पतालमा आ“खा जचाउन आएको” भन्दा पनि जान दिएनन् र हातले अर्कोतिर इशारा गरे । मैले प्रहरीलाई मेरो आ“खा रातो भएको देखाए“ र सोधे“, “किन जान नमिल्ने रहेछ रु” उसले जवाफ दियो, “अहिले सवारी भएको छ १”यो पंचायती बोलीले झण्डै उल्टी आएको थियो, ह्दयदेखिकै उल्टी १ म चुप लागेर फर्किए १ म घर फर्किए“ – विना आ“खाको उपचार १कति दिनसम्म यस्ता सवारीले म र म जस्ताको मानव अधिकार हनन गरिरहने हो ह“ रु
त्यसैले अव सारा नेपालीले भन्न सक्नुपर्छ देशको राष्ट्रपति देखि सर्वसाधरणको हैसियत समान हुनुपर्छ । पहिलो परिचय नेपालको नागरिक नै हो । एक जना नागरिक सडकमा निस्कदै गर्दा अरुको लागि बाटो बन्द गर्नु घोर आपत्तीजनक छ । अवका दिनमा राष्ट्रपति वा प्रधानमन्त्री वा काृेही यात्रामा निस्कदा सुरक्षा सर्तकता अपनाउन पर्छ तर सडक वन्द गर्ने होइन । जव देशका शाषकहरु सडकमा निस्कन्छन,सडक जाम हुन्छ, अनि उनीहरुको दिमागमा होस खुल्न सडक कसरी खुलाउने । सडक सवैको लागि खुला गर । एउटाको सवारीको कारणले उपचार गराउन पाउन पर्ने अधिकारबाट वन्चित गराउन हुदैन ।
१३–न्यायमा ढिला गर्नु भनेकै अन्याय हो ।त्यसैले नेपालका न्यायलयलाई सक्रिय वनाउनु पर्छ । कुनै अदालतमा कुनै मुद्दा दायर हुन्छ भने एक महीना भित्र न्यायलयले आफ्नो निर्णय दिन सक्नुपर्छ ।
१४–नेपालका वैंकहरु अहिले लुटेराको रुपमा काम गरिरहेका छन । आफ्ना सेवाग्रहीले पैसा जम्मा गरेमा केवल २ वा ३ प्रतिसत व्याज दिने गर्छन तर आफुले लिने वेलामा १५ वा १६ वा १७ प्रतिशत व्याज लिने गरेका छन । प्रत्यक महिनामा व्याज तिर्न नसकेमा जरिवाना लगाइहाल्छन । वैकहरुले आफ्नो कार्यशैलीमा परिवर्तन गरी सेवामुखि वनाउन पर्छ ।
१५–कुषिमा औद्योगीकरण गर्नुपर्छ । हिमाली क्षेत्रमा चौरी, भेडा,च्याङ्ग्रा, जस्ता चौपायको व्यवसायिक, हावापानी अनुसारको फलफुल, खेतिपाती, तरकारी, माछापालन तथा मौरीपालन पहाड र तराइमा सञ्चालन गर्नु पर्छ र उत्पादित अनाज, फलफुल, चौपाया आदिको न्यायोचित मुल्य कृषकलाई उपलव्ध गराउन पर्छ । त्यस्तै गरी कणार्लीका जडिबुटी र तराइको अनाजको विचमा पुल निर्माण गरी कृषि क्रान्ती गर्नुपर्छ ।
१६– नेपालको पानीलाई सिंचाइ, पिउन र घरयासी प्रयोजनमा सरलता, जलविद्युत निर्माण र मत्स्यपालनको लागि उपयोग गर्नु पर्छ । यसको लागि विदेशियका युवालाई आफ्नै आगनमा रोजगरको सिर्जना गरी गाउ र शहरलाई रमणीय वनाउन पर्छ ।
१७– विकासका योजनाहरु तोकिएको समयमा हस्तान्तरण गर्न वाध्य पार्नु पर्छ । यदि तोकिएको समयमा विकास निर्माणका कार्य पुरा नगर्ने ठेकदारको प्रमाणपत्र खारेजी गर्नु पर्छ भने सम्वन्धित कर्मचारीलाई निलम्वन वा वर्खास्ती गर्नु पर्छ ।
१८–नेपाल वनाउने संकल्पमा सवै लाग्ने हो भने कर्मचारी वा जो कोहीलीे पेन्सन पाइरहेका छन, यस्ता पेन्सनको खारेजी गरी निश्चित समयसिमा तोकि ६५ वर्ष उमेर पुगेका सवै नागरीकलाई वृद भत्ता उपलव्ध गराउन पर्छ । केही कर्मचारी वा शिक्षक वा सेना आदिले मात्र यो देशमा योगदान पुर्याएका होइनन । तिनलाई जिउनको लागि खाद्यान्न उत्पादन गर्ने किसान, एक ठाउबाट अर्काे ठाउमा पुर्याउने चालक आदिको भुमिका उत्तिकै महत्वपूर्ण भएकोले केही व्यक्तिलाई मात्र पेन्सन उपलव्ध गराउनु अन्याय हुने छ र असमनाताको प्रतिकको रुपमा रहेको छ । यसको अन्त्य गर्नु पर्छ ।
१९–कुनै पनि सरकारी निकायमा स्थायी पदको खारेजी गरी ५ वर्षे करारमा नियुक्ति गर्नुपर्छ जसले गर्दा कामदारहरु आफुलाई अव्वल वनाउनको लागि सदैव लगनशिल हुने छन । स्थायीत्वले त भोटा गनेर पदोनती हुने र उत्तरदायित्वबाट उदासिन हुने वनाउदोरहेछ ।
२०–नेपालमा पर्यटन भित्र्याउनको लागि यहाका जातजाती, भेषभुषा, संस्कार र संस्कृति, धर्म, आदिको संरक्षण गरी विश्वलाई दखाउनु पर्छ ।
२१– देशको राष्ट्रपति, प्रधानमन्त्री वा अन्य कसैलाई पनि उनीहरुको कार्यकाल पुराभएपछि सामान्य नागरिकको हैसियतमा राख्नुपर्छ । उनीहरुलाई विषेश सुविधा उपलव्ध गराउने क्रियाकलाप तुरुन्त वन्द गर्नुपर्छ । अनि मात्र भन्ने गरेको समानताको अर्थ वुझ्ने छ विश्व मानव समाजले ।
माथि उल्लेखित वुदाहरुको पालना गरमा नेपाललाई सगरमाथा, वुद्, जानकी, भृकुटी, अरनिको , वीर वलभद्रको देशको रुपमा मात्र नभएर नेपाल एक समानताको देश, प्रजातन्त्रवादीको देश विश्ववन्धुत्वको देश, भाइचाराको देश, संस्कार र संस्कृतिको देश, मेलमिलापको देश अनि छोटो समयमा प्रगतिले चुमेको देशको रुपमा विश्वजगतले चिन्ने छ । यही बाटोमा लाग्नको लागि सम्पूर्ण नेपाली र नेपाल सरकारलाई अनुरोध गर्दछु ।

Secondly the teachers teaching here are friendly, cooperative, well qualified and trained and have passion for teaching. Thirdly it has essential infrastructures that a school should have. The next thing it has a well equipped computer room, projectors for teaching students, a small library and two grounds for playing .Moreover teachers of this schools are book writers, trainers and have passion for teaching. In addition to them, genus students get cash scholarship more than thirty thousand studying in grade 10 and in every class topper from class six can win the cash scholarship. They can get quality education more or less at a free of cost or at very low tuition fee for the extra coaching classes. Now everyone should realize the importance of community school and admit their children at this school and must develop it as the hub of education as the Pashupatinath Temple for the Hindus around the world.
Having everything to the learners at Pashupati Mitra Secondary School, Chabahil is in the hub of Kathmandu district, the numbers of students' have decreased every year during the past decade, why? Due to the poor performance of the administration and the indifference of the local people, teachers and stake holders of ministry of education and others in the past, the number of students decreased. The most regrettable reason for it is that the head teachers, teachers and the chairman and members of school management committee sent and are still sending their children to the private schools. If the souls of the school are insincere, who believe in their lamentation? They don't have any rights if they don't send their kids there for learning. The concerned one should realize in time and must prove their own worth in front of public. The others think if they were true to their words why they should not join their kids at this school. It was satire upon them and still is if they don't admit their kids there. Thus the concerned ones should feel proud themselves while entering from the school gate thinking that they were there because of their children. To break the ice English teacher and English book writer for Grade 10 has joined his three children and set the record. If he has faith in it, why not yours? Grab the opportunity and admit your children at that school and feel proud being a member of that school for the sake of you and your future generations too.
But in the past people used to donate and run the schools with the amount they collected. Later the concerned stakeholders turned their deaf ears and made them as the place for jobs, and for the tagging their name as their stakeholders for their prestige. But nowadays exception has been seen and the teachers teaching there and other schools are admitting their kids. They feel proud sending their kids there. The concerned stakeholders should be proud of being teachers, members of school management Committee and other government officials and others admitting their kids there. If they do, indeed, they have rights to ask others to send their kids there too. Right person must be in the right place and the best one among the best, the sincere one among the sincerest should get the chance to lead the school. This is what your presence with your kids is of great importance to make it as the hub of quality education.
To spend the money that you pay for your children at private school, can be used for your kids to teach them extra skills what talent they have. It has allowed students to participate in singing, dancing, playing various games and extracurricular activities. Students who have indomitable will to grab the opportunity, they can admit there and achieve what they wish for. Pashupati Mitra Secondary school itself has been a single home of students of entire Nepal and abroad too. Students from home and abroad are studying there .Every year it has been able to send its students with various performance. Those, who were sincere, were able to achieve the outstanding result and only a few have poor performance. If all the concerned stake holders pay attention and send their kids at that school, it can be a garden of various flowers where everyone will to be there for its sweet fragrance as the musk deer run around to find its fragrance. It is the fragrance but the concerned ones still are not being able to find where it is coming from. If you don't send your kids there, you are ignoring to your forefather who devoted from various factors to bring it at this condition and for the future generation to make them know how sweat beads their forefather dropped. To make your kids more sociable, skilled, sincere and patriotic one, let your kids be the member of Pashupati Mitra Secondary School, Chabahil, Kathmandu to prove yourself as a sincere member of the community.

May everyone be able to show their true colours
Time is very powerful. It is the time that leads a man to the palace to the street or street to the palace or subaltern to the hegemony or hegemony to the subaltern. Human beings can do everything but they cannot stop the time. They can change the way of the river, geography of nation but can do nothing to time. It is the time that changes everything whether living or non living thing. Time runs on its pace but we human beings take rest and do not know its speed. After 12 months of a year turns into next year and we say how fast time passed Every year everyone makes a plan to make it a grand success but only a few can achieve the goal they dreamed. Turning of the year means collecting more experience and shortening the life span. If we make a plan to do something else, we have to show our true colours to achieve it. If not it will be changed into a day dream to the dreamers.
2075 has given me a lot and made me a little bit more mature. Without its time, our plan also may remain worthless. This is the year that taught me how a chameleon changes his or her colours to fulfill his or her hidden aim and presents himself or herself as treacherous. Human beings are not as they are seen outside. They are mostly ambiguous. They present them as the sentence- This fish is ready to eat. How you interpret it, it depends upon you or how you understand it, it matters how aware of you are on the language. The next matter that I learned is that it is the time that makes you a generous or miser or wise or stupid, rational or irrational or honest or dishonest or treacherous or helpful or open minded or reserved, arrogant or man with humility and so on. But the circumstances let other judge you. Sometime unintentionally one becomes a liar or treacherous but the circumstances make him or her so. This is what 2075 gave me.
This year let me know to see how other nationals are different to Nepalese. How Nepalese passport is regarded as of the low standard. How Nepalese are low paid in the national or international market. Why it happens. How a Nepalese can feel proud in the foreign strand even if he or she is low paid in the same institution. Even the certificate provided by the University is not regarded as worthy as the other parts of the world. Why it happens. So many questions are in my mind about the discrimination of nationality, education system and so on. Are not there any ways to minimize and let all nationalities live in equality and harmony. The next thing that I learnt is that if system works there is no fear in human mind. Even at midnight everyone can travel alone in Qatar. Roads are wide, vehicles run very fast but traffic jam is here too. This year gave me chance to travel around Qatar. People are busy here and are from different geography. The condition of labours is very pathetic. They have been victimized by the hiring centers and others. So many workers are victimized that if they work for twenty nine days a missed a single days, some of the contractors do not pay the labours. It's regrettable. It has to be changed. It means that treacherous are everywhere in the world.
People might not believe in a true story if someone is suffered by others. Human beings must keep to their words. Sometimes they cannot keep to their words it's because to give a word to other they have to depend on others too especially in the matter of power and money. Another matter that I saw here that if the government of a nation has an indomitable will to do developmental task, it can complete in time. In Nepal construction of developmental work is too slow. But here the road construction is divided into different section and different teams with modern technology are working and the roads where they are working are going to complete in time. Where there's a will there is a way is prevailing in the developmental tasks around here. Our Ministers visit here but they don't care about it. Their visit should not be only for the sake of visiting but must be for the sake of imitating the concept of developmental task. The road transportation is comfortable here but it is too costly in comparison to Nepal. The taxi and bus service fair is too high if it is calculated in Nepalese currency. Local bus service takes more time but is comfortable to travel. Big buildings, beaches, clean parks are really appreciable. They have been of great concern. In every corner Nepalese are seen here. They feel happy to see each other around here and try their best to help each other.
I have been missing my family, students and friends and others for two months. 2075 has given me this chance to know how separation matters in life differs in own yard to the foreign strand. The world including me knows that Nepal is the land of Mount Everest and Gautam Buddha, a nation of unity in diversity, has mild temperature and environment but lacks good governance. Political parties should not work as -barking dog seldom bites but must work as still waters run deep. This is the time of paining for Nepal and Nepalese. Every leader has to know that no pain no gain. To make it meaningful, leaders have to give up their personal greed and should devote for the sake of nation and its people. Doing and telling is different in Nepal. Thus the practice of honesty must be devoted for the sake of Nepal and Nepalese. Until and unless providing the place right person in right place, ignoring to the nepotism, the government of Nepal can do nothing. Everyone has to realize their own worth and choose the place where they can be fit for. If it is realized in time, Nepal can be of great value as of the time of shiny Gorkhali's knives.
May every Nepalese have food to eat, clothes to put on, shelter to live in and a little bank balance for their expense in case of medical treatment or for their children education or for their entertainment?. May new year 2076 be of great importance to all Nepalese and bring laughter in each face and bloom to give off fragrance to dazzle the world. It's possible if every Nepalese show their true colours of their nationalism and humanism.

Equality means opportunity for all without discrimination
Human beings by nature seem more rational and clever to other animals in the earth but sometimes they behave as if they are less human. Killing a wife with a doctor's beating, having illegal relationship with other and not being able to share each other, openly raises the question to the rationality of human beings. Every human being should realize from the very beginning that power and pelf are only for short time and they are not the source of happiness forever. They are not the ultimate goal of human beings. The ultimate goal of every human being is to get salvation knowingly or unknowingly.
To give up greed can maintain peace in the world and it may help to foster happiness in every corner of the world. Once Dalai Lama visited a castle equipped with modern facilities and cleanliness thought that the way of happiness was the wealth but after a few hours staying inside the castle, he had to release from natural calls. He went to the rest room. As soon as he entered the rest room, his eyes glanced sleeping tablets in the shelf there. Then he realized that a poor in the street neither needs bed nor any mattress, he can have sound sleep even on the pavement of the road but the haves ones who have everything cannot have a sound sleep. Now this is the place where everyone has to find the difference that who is really a worthy one whether the one who is in the castle or the one who is in the street. This is the reality of the present human world. The essence of the present is to uplift both. Both of their life is not a comfortable life. The street one at least should have a roof to shelter and the castle one at least has to have sound sleep. Is it possible?
Indeed, yes though most of the people believe that impossible is only in the dairy of foolish. If so, are most of the people in the world foolish? No one wishes to live in poverty and scarcity. Thus they seem always busy doing various works. They are not able to grab what they are willing but they are always in scarcity. Abdul Kalaam said to his students-It's a crime to have a small dream. He suggested everyone to have a big dream but there are others who suggest to have a small dream that has to be fulfilled. Both of these statements are true and false too. From Kalaam's lens if you see the world it's true it's because he had proved his worth and known as a good and successful human being in the world. But on the other hand there are so many people around who dreamed big but failed having their regular practice too.
The present politics of Nepal is also the same. The white elephants of the past are in the street and the slippers ones are in power surrounded by security forces and living as a less human beings or like the captive ones in the zoo. Even the big cat loves living in the densely forest pacing its paws in the sun near by caves but not inside the enclosures leaving easy meat and safe place. If the caregiver lets the enclosure open it never wishes to go and stay in there. It wishes for freedom. But the so called human who are in power seem as if they are less than the beasts in the forest. If they feel disturbed they change their shelter but the so called human beings love living in the enclosure all the time even at their own shelter surrounded by security personals. Are they different to normal human beings? Are they the voice of the voiceless?
Indeed, yes only in once upon a time. They were the voice of the voiceless but now they have been chameleons. They have forgotten their past. If they suffer from cough and cold they seem ready to go abroad for their treatment in the expense of nation but they don't worry about the subaltern whom they used to raise voice against the inequality prevailing during that tenure. All people whether in castle or in the street or in the huts are of great importance. One's absence may be lack of something but people may not realize that the better one is waiting to fulfill his gaps. If nation has to spend money for the treatment of the leaders why not of the general people. If there is discrimination between the rulers and subjects or public how the equality that comes under the fundamental rights work. Is it fair? Is it rational?
If there is reservation, how it can maintain equality. It is totally irrational article that is placed in the constitution of Nepal. If any articles are kept under the fundamental rights, that must be for all as the sun never discriminates to give its light and heat. It gives all equally. It neither ignores to the rich nor to the pauper. The sun never abandons to give the light and heat to the rich feeling that they can afford electricity or other equipment for its compensation. It gives equally to the haves and haves not. In the same way, the treatment of all citizens from president to the labor must be of nation or must be of individual's expense. This is what the present world including Nepal is waiting for. Then the equality in real sense works properly.
