Senseless issues should not be the matter of discussion among scholars
Why human beings seem so irrational on different issues and keep them in centre themselves but not for the sake of the entire team or institution. Without having discussion to the entire team, a handful people talk about themselves and present themselves as the voice of the entire institution is regrettable, irrational and senseless. It seems as if it is less human activity and nonsense issue. If a member of the institution is appointed for the post from different part of Nepal and reach to another institution and is deprived of the facilities provided by the same institution is irrational, senseless and less human activity. Justice must prevail everywhere. It does not matter if someone is appointed with same rules and regulation and the ministry transfers its member to another institution and the concerned institution does not count the year of its profession for some particular allowance is regrettable from every lenses. The authority should have strength to say white as white and a black spot as a black ones. If he doesn't do so, how he can be a human. The member of the organization or institution should be valued by the same token. Even in education system, injustice is flourishing due to the lack of broad sense and sincerity. What a shame to deal with the matter that being in Nepal, so called rational beings talk about them only and don't care about the other contribution in the same academic zone in another part is full of injustice.
A fool one always does a mistake, repeats the same though he promises he will not, is his regular deed. . In front of someone, he doesn't speak but in absence he criticizes him is also a treacherous one. He should have the strength to speak the same whether being in or out or in the presence of someone or in the absence of him is a fair activity of a human being. A human being has to be true to his nature. Sage Vishowmitra proved after taking a a long trial of Harishchandra's truthfulness that the people of the earth are more believable that the the demigods in the heaven. Even Devendra, the king of heaven always used to present himself as a suspicious being. If he noticed some one in meditation, he used to send some obstacles. Even he tried to distract the child Dhruva down pouring or burning the forest thinking that he would be dangerous to the throne of the heaven. But the devoted one of the one who has sublime faith in him never gets distracted, he does what he thinks is rational and never runs after the greed. At the end he gets.
A human being who has sublime faith in his own performance, if he is deceived by a handful treacherous one in one place, will have a better opportunity which is eagerly waiting for him to welcome. That's why no one should be worried about the decision of a handful people who does not care about the academic certificate and his devotion and takes the decision for the sake of someone who can work for their will never work for the sake of institution. He is given the post not for the welfare of the institution but for the welfare of the treacherous ones will be condemned at the end and downfall waits for them and the institution as well. So is happening everywhere in Nepal.
In the past Nepalese used to blame kings and Ranas for the downfall of Nepal. But the present politics is proving that they were not only the reasons. The reasons of downfall of Nepal is the sincerity of people and their leaders in their performance. If not why those who used to chanted slogans against corruption and present themselves as the biggest corrupted people when they got the power to serve. Why they present themselves as regrettable beings. why they don't study Sudama, childhood friend of God Krishna. Sudama once was knocked down from the yard of the palace by the henchmen of the king but later he did not get the chance to see the Vishokarma who came to his zone and changed the huts into castle and changed the entire village into the well developed city, regretted himself for not having that golden opportunity due to alcohol and his stupidity and changed himself and requested Sudama to become the king of Sudama city. But he didn't wish to crown as the king and decided to remain as Brahamin to spread knowledge to all but not to rule out the nation. See how greatness there was in Sudama. Truth triumphs at the end and the treacherous one has to live in repentance. He doesn't have time to correct him it's because by the time it will be too late to correct.
A human surrounded by a handful treacherous people neither leads the organization well nor can prove himself as a successful ones it's because a fish doesn't know it is in water. He does not know what he is doing is wrong and is not good for the sake of organization and himself. They try their best and make him their puppet and he is compelled to dance according to his music. Thus , it's not necessary to get afraid of enemy but is compulsory to be afraid of a friend who have humility in tone but treacherous in nature. A pretended friend can stab you at anytime as he wishes but it's not easy to get access to the enemy. It's not necessary to get afraid of anyone else it's because your sublime faith, dedication to your profession and the devotion to the organization give you what you are willing to possess. If one skips from his hand, the better opportunity is waiting for him. To argue with the people is to track them if they are out of track. Arguing by a scholar is not for the conflict but to aware the one who is not clear about his duty and responsibility. If he realizes them and knows his own importance, he changes and lives in comfort late as the very first devotee of Buddha's did. Tell the truth, speak the sensible matter and avoid the senseless issue that defames you is the best way to achieve what you wish to grab.
