Rome wasn't built in a day

To get progress in every sector of human life, everyone has to be able to call a spade a spade and practice regularly. Only perfect practice can lead you towards perfection. If anyone does wrong practice he can never achieve his goal. To achieve his goal, he has to wholeheartedly devote his time for the progress of the institutions or organizations or human society. He has to give up personal interest but should devote his time for the progress of the entire organization and the institution where he is. While counseling others, most of the time the counselors forget who they are. It's condemnable it's because the words they speak always mock them. Everyone should not spit over his face. It's sure the spit fall onto his face. Therefore, look at the front before you leap.

Human beings by nature love praising and feel odd to listen to the criticism. Albert Camus, a French writer said, "Nothing more despicable than respect based on fear." Everyone should be independent and prove his worth among his colleagues. Everyone should respect through heart and comment at the front, avoiding backbiting, a human folly, which can prove your worth of being a human. If you are chameleon, you can never be a human. You should have strength to be fair for most but not all. It's because there is not totally perfection in everything. Something lacks everywhere though it is claimed of 100% guarantee. Once Socrates said-It is not living that matters, but living rightly. It means that how long you have worked, somewhere is not of great importance but what you have left among your colleagues matter or how you were concerned to the welfare of the organization matters.

Thinking can guide you but what thinking is. Plato said- Thinking: the talking of the soul with itself. What we think means how we talk to our own soul. To sharpen you, you should develop your opinion. What the opinion is. Again Plato said- Opinion is the medium between knowledge and ignorance. It is the opinion that can lead the mob. The catchy opinion attracts human and makes him ready to die and kill. It is one of the mightiest weapons that every human being should have. We human should develop a good opinion and behaviours. Respecting to the senior and loving to the juniors is the virtue of all humans of the world. Everyone should have sweet tone not a clattering. They should be able to speak the words of pain and suffering to sooth their pain like of a divine soul. Therefore, Socrates once said- All men's souls are immortal, but the souls of the righteous are immortal and divine. It is the summary of the entire Gita, the holy script of Hindus. The Gita says- neither a soul gets birth nor it dies; it's the body that gets birth and decays too. As Socrates said we human beings should try our best to be the righteous. To be the righteous means we should have strength to call a spade a spade whether it is our parents or seniors' wrong doing as a wrong deed and the right as the right. It should not be matter who said; but must matter how it is said.

To develop the habit of righteousness is not the matter of a single day. It needs a long practice-Rome wasn't built in a day. Everyone should be positive even in the crisis. It's true that the darkest hour is just before the dawn. We may shatter when we face the death of our beloved parents or the kids. At the moment, we shouldn't forget that it is a golden chance to experience the departure of the beloved ones. We know how much painful it would be or how emptiness we feel the days ahead. It would be a chance for us to experience both loss and vacuum and a chance to bear the responsibility too. Therefore, collect strength to raise your voice for the sake of organization, institution, nationalism and humanism ultimately to foster where you are.

A contented mind is a perpetual feast

Human being by nature is filled with greed.  Those who are away from the greed are the happiest human beings. In Hinduism, there is a saying 'A contented mind is a perpetual feast'. Sudama, Krishna's childhood friend was devotional to Krishna and was content though he didn''t have a single grain to feed his kids and for the couple as well. The best way to be happy is to give up the greed. Greed leads a human being to the destruction. False promise given by the senior is one of the causes that distract a normal being. Therefore, from the very beginning of human life, everyone has to be able to say a spade is a spade. If not, the earned name and fame decays in the soil in a few seconds.

Patience is a virtue.  Instead of being agitated for the minor issues, everyone should collect strength and must make the concerned one realize what he /she has done was unfair. If the leader of an organization or a mother of a family cannot accept the truth and be fair who learn to be fair.  If he/she gives false promise, what will the followers learn from them?  If he/she involves in the activities forgetting the welfare of the concerned organization, it will sure to be the downfall of the organization. It’s believed that time and tides wait for no man.   Even the mightiest one's ultimate place is the tomb which is the ultimate reality too. The power and pelf are only for the short period of human life. They cannot last forever. When they are out of the power, what may be the condition? They have to realize in time. The victims should not be agitated but should know that patience is the virtue which can keep everyone in peace. Therefore, everyone should choose the way of righteousness.   

Human beings should realize that the property is not the ultimate goal of his life. The man who collects money through corruption wastes it even in unnecessary matter. The bribery money is like easy come and easy go.  But earned thorough hard labour gives you never ending satisfaction and you spend it gently too.  Human's prestige is not earned in a single day. It needs a lot effort, sincerity and devotion to the place where you are. But your single mistake damage the whole reputation.  You should not make your work easy if someone raises fingers at your activity and seems against the prevailing law. The post that you hold is not of great importance but the work you perform matters most. Your performance should keep you like a contented mind is a perpetual feast which can give you never ending smile even when you are all alone. You should be bold enough for the sake of organization.  Don't care what other says but mind how it works for the betterment of the institution. As you sow, so shall you reap when you get retired from the institution? Let your followers feel like a fish out of water. Let everyone compel to remember you forever. It's possible if you are wholeheartedly devoted for the sake of institution.

Politics have no relation to morals

Niccolo Machiavelli

Once Niccolo Machiavelli said, "Politics have no relations to morals." It's not true only in politics but also in every sector of human life. If we study to the Mahabharat war what the so-called sages did to the youngest warrior Abhimanyu. Why the greatest warriors and the so-called Guru killed Abhimanyu trapping him in a vicicious circle. It remains regrettable for ages. In the same way, Ekalavya who wanted to learn archery couldn't get guru. He learned it by making self made guru Dronacharya. He made the image of guru and learned secretly while Pandavas were learning archery. He was better than Arjuna. But to make him weaker, Dronacharya asked his thumb for Gurudakshina. It is unjustified deed that Dronacharya did. Not only in politics but also in teaching professions have no relations to moral. If we judge the Supreme Court, police force, army, teaching, and other sectors, immorality is being fostered in the so-called leaderships.

The honest and weaker ones who are able to raise unheard voice believe that every dog has his day and collect strength and support to them. They believe that truth triumphs in the end and compel the culprit realize what they performed earlier was immoral. They seemed as if they were the leaders of all but when they had to do, they couldn't take the side of justice.  Such bad activities they involved in the past leave them live in regret the days ahead. They cannot live their comfortable life in future. The misdeed they did during the life haunt them every second when they face hardship. In every trial of the righteousness where they can do is being judged by the unseen being showing the way. After the Mahabharat war the sage Uttanka met Krishana who was returning to Dwarka. He asked Krishna about the news. Then he informed him about the destruction of human lives in the Kurukshetra war. Uttanka was agitated and was about to curse Krishna for not bringing about a compromise between the cousins Pandavas and Kauravas.   He decided to curse Krishna. At the moment Krishna told him that he had tried his best to control war but he couldn't and it became his compulsion.  Then Krishna showed him his divine vision. Later he surrendered him. But in the present world if any tries to reveal the truth to the so-called leaders and others try their best to hide the reality and do what they like. Seeing such a black cloud hovering above own head, should we believe in them or not? Questions rose.

Moreover, they feel proud for being leaders for not being done anything else for the betterment of his followers. But our Hindus myths say if anyone who surrenders to the gods, they save him from any hardship. But here, they feel proud for not doing anything else. Every teacher has his right to get promotion both in power and skill but the big brothers block them. What a shame to know that they are being victims themselves for not performing their own skill in time. They blame others but don't study and sharpen their knowledge as time passes.  Ultimately, they don't get promotion and blame to other. Indeed, the culprits commit crimes everywhere but it's true that everywhere culprits cannot reside. Everyone should try his best to be stronger than the culprits.

It's necessary to know that clothes do not make the man. Clothes may be more or less similar to the lion's skin. His real identity is hidden but the clothes hide how he is. Therefore, it will be unfair to judge anyone else where he is or what position he has or how he is behaving to his well wishers and the opponents. A good one tries to see the equality and gives his verdict for both according to his performance. If the one who neglects his duty and responsibility and works for his own betterment, how can he handle the institution? It has to be judged before giving the responsibilities. The concerned ones should not turn his deaf ears. If he doesn't listen, there are many who can listen to his suppressed voice believing that every dog has his day.  

It's true that no one should bite the hands that feed him. But it is frequently happening in the human civilization and turns the society to the chaos. No one has been able as tolerant as Gautama Buddha. He was able to listen to the words poured against him. He was already familiar that silence is more powerful than the weapons we have. Your weapons can kill but the silence may quest for knowledge and at the end it compels the weapons down. Winston Churchill opined " In war you can only be killed once , but in politics, many times." How strong sense it has. It's not only in politics but in other sectors of human communities mostly the subalterns are being killed in many times.

Human is full of illusion. Those who don't have that power but boast themselves that it was carried for their betterment are totally regrettable. If they could they know that blood is thicker than water. How they could give that opportunity to others. They should not forget that those who got something may be the post or jobs were the outcome of their own struggle. Saying such a silly remarks to the general and trying to prove their worth is less human activity. Therefore, the concerned ones should know who they are and what they are supposed to do. It's a good job to realize mistake and asks for pardon.  More than this, it's better to be safe than sorry.

Once Abrham Lincoln said, "You may fool all the people some of the time, you can even fool some of the people all of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all the time." How powerful experience he collected and expressed for the human beings of the world. The same thing happens all over the world in all sectors of human beings, maybe in politics, education, community or other fields. Most of the human beings have misconception that they are always right and do nothing wrong. Sometimes they live in their rooted illusion that they are sheltering to others but don't know that they have been victimized due to their performance. Even they are in the illusion that they are acting as a crane which is saving the sky overturning his legs into the open sky. They claim that are the most democrats and do best for their organizations and followers but forget the regulation and welfare of the institution. For the sake of their own easiness, they do even the illegal activities and make their henchmen hover them.

Everyone has to realize that still waters run deep. It has strength to prove how mighty it would be. Therefore, everyone should not underestimate to others' skills, ability and performance. It's paradox that a human being blames to other but forgets that he is being backward due to his own poor performance. If he remains tact all the time and performs accordingly who can challenge. Instead, he can challenge to the concerned authority. Therefore, everyone has to know how strong he is. His strength is measured by the performance of the students if he is at school. It's bitter truth that no one can teach anyone else. One can only guide others but not teach. If the learner is wholeheartedly devoted to learn no one can stop him to achieve the goal. Dhanajaya Sharma, the head teacher of Gynodaya Secondary School was garlanded of shoes but he had been able to flourish his school with his devotion and known as an expert of education. If anyone forgets him, it will be injustice for the sake of education. He increased the number of students from 300 to more than 2000. Shouldn't we salute him for his performance?

Lamb to the slaughter
No mother has her right not allowing her kid to suck her breast. It's natural and child right to suck his mother breast. If a mother gets angry and stops her child feeding her breast what she may get. Indeed, severe pain in her breast and ultimately breast cancer. Is it fair to do so? Of course, not for both mother and the kid. It is harmful to both mother and child. A mother should be like a duck which can separate milk from water. In the same way she has to be fair for all kids. She should not dip the dipper in the milk pot partially. She should behave them equally. If she doesn't, what may be the outcome? When the child realizes that his mother is unfair, he begins to hate. Then there will be never ending conflict in the nearest bond. Therefore, every mother must treat each child fairly and should not make anyone a lamb to the slaughter.
I used to believe that opportunity didn't come until I built a door. But some circumstances make me feel that if mother hatches conspiracy in the darkness even having built a door, opportunity never follows you. I took a lesson that if someone hatches conspiracy it may not harm to you but must suffer himself regretting the deed he did earlier. Bullet flown from the barrel, and the words from the mouth never return. Before letting them go from your control, you have to stop them and handle them tactfully.

Sometimes you can see that among the blind the one-eyed man is king. It's because he can experience the world seeing through his own single eye. But other blinds cannot see how the world looks like. They can experience by touching, and smelling and just guess how it would be. In the same way, a frog in the well cannot conceive of the ocean. Therefore, every mother should let her children participate in various activities at different times and allow them to travel home and abroad. Every child has to learn that if a frog becomes the king, he makes the whole kingdom muddy. Hence, concerned everyone has to be aware of a frog before letting him to be the king. So is happening in every institution, organization and even in the government. Right person must be in right place to guide institution, organization and the nation intelligently but the letters of men sometimes lose their conscience. If the letters of men who can apply the conscience for the sake of human beings and their organizations, institutions and nation doesn't apply, who will guide them.

Never give a false hope

We human beings live in hope. Even if we are suffering today, compel us live only in hope and sleep during the night hoping that the dawn may welcome us with fortune, we may have smile as soon as some invisible hopes wink us. When our seniors, leaders, parents give us a false hope and won't fulfill it may shatter us. More than that those who give a false hope to their own kids, followers and others can they live in peace? I think never. It will be a never ending repentance for them but the one who may not get the chance may not be harmed but get a lesson and can foster his life. The worldwide recognized personalities have been able to achieve the better opportunity than the one which he has to get naturally but didn't achieve. Therefore, everyone has to realize that a cat has nine lives. If a hope fades away from us, and the giver doesn't keep to his words, a ray of new hope will approach like a rainbow in front of us to welcome us. Therefore, we human beings should have strength to bear the loss and enthusiasm to revolt against the treachery and prove our strength and taste of being an independent.

Have you ever been victim of such a false hope or not? But I have been twice. The first false hope made me be an independent being but the later ones result is not in my hand. The first one who gave me a word and didn't keep to his word thinking that his and mine political creed was different. Due to the time being, he was compelled to take my help. I felt very proud when I got a chance to help the deceiver. But for the second one deceiver I had already helped him to live a normal life.

In the same way, my colleague who may be my competitor in future took my advice; it would be better for me personally to advise him to give up his post, I didn't advise him to give up but pleaded him to be responsible for the post where he was appointed and what he was supposed to do. I kept to my word after a few years. Men of letters should not be like politicians who may promise to construct a bridge to the place where there is no river. Therefore, a bitter truth in time may help you live a long life in peace rather than a false hope giving to other.

The present government is in shadow. Why? It's because during the time of election the concerned ones gave false hope to their general public, they believed and casted votes and were able to have 2/3 majority even to change the constitution. They are not doing anything visible for the general people. Instead of it, they are adding tax to their general people. How long can they tolerate it? Only anarchism is fostering everywhere in the name of abduction, raping and taxing. Before taxing to the people, their income must be increased. Giving false hope may compel them live in regret later? Therefore, words and bullet should not let go it's because they may harm and take the life of someone.

A leopard cannot change its spot

It's true that innate nature of human being is difficult to change. Human beings mostly think they are always right but never try how other are judging them. They do not get ready to accept the bitter reality. Once they do mistake and haunt them till the end of the life. They may be like a leopard cannot change its spot. Talking to the illiterate men or henchmen is always easy but to talk in front of the men of letters who always quest for knowledge is difficult to deal. What you think right may be right to you but not to all. It's because your innate nature and acquired knowledge or grownups may raise questions to your existence. It's difficult to tell a lie for the first time but it grows up as in the form of habits when you speak a very first lie. To hide a lie, you have to speak another lie. It's not necessary to hide anything which can be seen easily due to the time being.

Beat swords into ploughshares will be the way that can resolve your inner conflict. Sometimes why a man of letters changes himself like a chameleon and does one after another mistake for the sake of nothing. He can gain nothing but tells lies for other. Why he is so much attached with the unnecessary matter. It only defames him. When does he realize it? As soon as he realizes it may haunt him like a recurring dream. Therefore, every human being has to be able to call a spade a spade. If not, injustice prevails and becomes the lifelong nostalgia till the end of life. Everyone has to be aware of such inhuman activities that may compel you to live in hardship even after the departure of the place where they have spent the fertile life.

Every human being does not have the life as an easy cake. They have to face between the Devil and the blue sea. If one is left another follows you like a shadow of your past deed. Your given words may haunt you more than by others. You may twist the word to keep you safe from others but it's not necessary to pretend that you can forget the the deed you did, the word you spoke, and the insincere task you did. They are rooted in your heart and run in your veins. Your inner soul always compels you to repent. Before leaping somewhere, you have to see at the front.

Lord was very obedient to his father and his public. Though chastity of Sita had already been tested, he sent Sita a pregnant spouse in the forest to sooth his public. But he never spent his life in luxury in the palace thinking that his wife was living very uncomfortable life in the forest. He was devotional to his wife too. Lord Ram used to be ready to sacrifice his life to keep to his words. He seems as if he is the bullet left from the barrel and the word spoken from the mouth which never return. When the beating hearts is shattered, maybe the dark clouds hover over the organization where you spent the entire life. Keeping ego in your inner soul may not only hurt you but also the institutions or organizations where your entire life and sweat beds dropped regularly. Duryodhan's greed and Dhritarastras's affection to his sons led to the Great War, the Mahabharat where millions of soldiers or warriors were massacred. Who won the war though it was known as the war for religion or justice? Being a father of 100 sons, he was compelled to be deserted in the end and has to live with his sons rivals till the end of his life.

Even Alexander Great who won mostly the world asked his men to keep his hands on the open sky after his death is the indication of his regret of killing of thousands of people. So might be to a father if he prefers ones and doesn't give his share of property to his son whom he has to give. If the son who is an heir of the property, doesn't receive, may not harm for him but may encourage him to find the better opportunity but his unfair decision of giving property ignoring to successor may harm him forever. He has to live his life in repentance. Therefore, think twice before your final decision.

No man is an island

We human beings are social beings. We can't live all alone and can do nothing for the sake of institutions or society. Everyone needs others' help. No man is an island. To flourish any organization or institutions every concerned one's hands is necessary. A single person can study or gain knowledge through the books but he can't run institution alone. How competent you are it doesn't matter but how you guide the organization matters.

Opportunities come but do not linger

It's real and reality if we judge this proverb from the various perspectives. The Nepali Congress got many opportunities for the sake of Nepal and Nepalese but could not address the Nepalese demand. But now it is lamenting like a child who is asking for lalipop. So did other political parties like the UML and the Maoists? Even the Maoists and the UML and collapsed and emerged into the new political party as Nepal Communist Party. If this party stops working for the subalterns, increases tax, it won't long last forever. Before increasing the tax, the government should pay attention to increase the per ca-pita income of its citizens and the collected tax should not be used for buying expensive vehicle for the mayor or other politically elected representatives as well as high level officer. If not it may be the cause of downfall. Before being too late the present government should realize that opportunities come but don't linger.

It's not relevant only in politics but also in other sectors too. Spending the long hours and years may not mean that how long you are working and will be meaningful for the general public. According to science, it may be only the work if it moves or shows the changes. Let it change to make it meaningful. It is the mind that wins or loses. Whether you are in power or not but if your vision is for the sake of organization, nation or for the human beings, the concerned one is compelled to implement it. If the big brother ignores your voice, the next one approaches and makes your voice listen. Thus you can win.

The worst thing that human beings don't realize that 'too much sugar is bitter.' But remains busy at counseling others but never follows him. Most of the humans' beings seem busy at counseling but never apply themselves. If anyone always blames to other but he does nothing for the sake of others how they can remember him. Once Marilyn Monroe said, “Dogs never bite me. Just humans." We generally think dogs bite us but in reality a human bites to other many times. Once Mahatama Gandhi left a woman in bad tempered not telling her son not to eat too much jaggery. After a week Mahatmaa Gandhi advised him not to eat jaggery. The woman asked him why he had not told him earlier. Later he told her that he also used to have too much jaggery. If he didn't stop eating jaggery how he could stop eating jaggery. Advising without any sense is worthless. He therefore, tried and stopped eating jaggery. It became possible for him. Only then he advised him not to eat jaggery. It shows that only perfect practice makes everyone perfect as Shiva Khera said.

In the same way for the betterment of the school, no one listens to the headteachers and others pleading if they send their kids to the private schools and hope children from other. To come out from this illusion, they have to show their worth. They have to know where they are whether in the depth or in the shallow of the water. To make your worth worthy, you should change first then plead to others.

शिक्षाको क्षेत्रमा गरिएका वचन र प्रतिज्ञा

समय वलवान छ। जे हुदैछ ति सवै समयले नै वताउछ। नेपालको शिक्षा नितिले गर्दा नै आज नेपालमा द्वन्द, विभेदीकरण, विकृती, विसङगति, भ्रस्टाचार, वेमेल, ठगी जस्ता मानवीय कु आचारणले आक्रान्त वनेको छ। समयले नै व्यक्तिको पहिचान वनाउदो रहेछ। यदी हाम्रो शिक्षा नितिले नेपालको माटो, हावापानी अनि र यहाको आवश्यकतालाई जोड दिएको भए, अहिलेको दुरदशा देख्नु पर्दैनथियो। सधै राजनैतिक परिवर्तनको लागि नेपाली जनताहरु सडकमा आउनुपर्दैनथियो।
सामुदायिक विध्यालयलाई गलत आखाले हेरिएको छ र गलत व्यक्तिलाई विध्यालयको नेतृत्व दिएको स्थानमा नतिजा नि गलत नै छ र जहा असल नेतृत्व छ त्यहा राम्रो नतिजा नै दिन सकेका छन। जुन विद्यालयमा अनुशाशित र शिक्षाप्रेमी प्रधानाध्यापक र लगनशिल शिक्षक, अनुशाशित विध्यार्थी र सतर्क अभिभावकको उपस्थिति छ त्यहा शिक्षाको गुणस्तरीय पनि भएको पाइएको छ। जुन विध्यालयमा प्र अ ले आफनो जागिर धान्नको लागि मात्र यसम्यान हरु विध्यालयमा व्यवस्थापन समितिमा राखेका हुन्छन,जहा राजनैतिक हस्तक्षेप हुन्छ, जहा अरुको विचारलाई महत्व दिइदैन तर वाध्य भएपछि अरु कसैको दवावमा निर्णय लिइन्छ , त्यस्ता विध्यालयहरुले सोचेजस्तो प्रगति गर्न सक्दैनन। शिक्षाको क्षेत्रमा कति वर्ष अध्यापन गरेको छ भन्नुभन्दा पनि कति इमान्दारीका साथ सेवामा समलग्न छ त्यतातर्फ ध्यान दिनुपर्ने देखिन्छ।
मानिसले दिएको वचन आफ्नो हातमा हुदाहुदै पुरा गर्न सक्दैन भने के त्यो व्यक्ति मानिस वन्न सक्ला त? वचन र प्रतिज्ञा पुरा गर्नको लागि आदरणिय महापुरुष राम, भिष्मपितामह , र बरबरिक हिन्दुको स्थानमा उच्च कोटीका मानवको रुपमा नाम लेखाउन सफल भएको देखिएको छ। विना सोचि वचन दिनु मानविय भुल पनि हो। तर वचन दिएर त्यसको पुरा गरिदैन भने त्यो महाभुल हुने छ। शिक्षाको क्षेत्रमा लाग्ने व्यक्तिले त्यसो गरेमा त उसको पेशाप्रतिको समर्पण नै माटोमा मिल्ने छ। आफ्ना वचन पुरा गर्नको लागि राम कटिवद्द थिए, भिस्मले मानव समाजमा नै कसैले केही भनेमा भिष्मको जस्तो हुनुपर्छ वचनमा भन्ने पाइन्छ। उनीहरुको मान्यता थियो वचन पुरा गर्नको लागि आफ्नो प्राणको पनि आहुति दिन पछि पर्नुहुदैन। त्यस्तै गरी अर्को पात्र बरबरीक पनि थिए। उनले पनि गुरु दक्षिणाको रुपमा आफुले प्राप्त गरेको शिक्षावापत उनले प्राप्त गरेका वाणहरु व्यक्तिगत स्वार्थमा प्रयोग गर्ने छैनन र महायुद्दमा केवल निर्वल पक्षको साथ दिनेछन। अन्तमा कृष्णले उनको शिर गुरु दक्षिणाको रुपमा मागे जसलाई बरबरीकले सहस्र स्वीकार गरी दिएको वचन आफ्नो शिर आफै छेदन गरी कृष्णलाई अर्पण गरी उच्च मानव कल्याणमा समर्पित भएको दृस्टान्त छ हिन्दु दर्शन भित्र।एक महात्माको रुपमा पहिचान बनाउन सफल भएका थिए भने महाभारतको पुर्ण प्रतक्षदर्शी भै महाभारतको सत्यता पस्कने पनि उनी नै थिए।

शिक्षक र यसका नेताहरु पनि सदैव शिक्षक पेशालाई मर्यादित तुल्याउदै समाजको मार्गदर्शक बन्न सक्नुपर्छ। विध्यालय र शिक्षकको नेतृत्वगर्ने नेतृत्ववर्गले आफ्ना सन्तानलाई पनि सामुदायिक विध्यालयमा नै शिक्षा दिलाउने चेस्टा गरेमा प्राईभेट र सरकारी विध्यालय विचको भेद आफै थाहपाउन सक्द्छन र विध्यालय कहा र कसरी चुकेको छ यसको परिवर्तन गराउनको लागि बाटो पनि आफै पहिलाउन सक्छन। त्यसैले सरकार र सम्बन्धित सवैले यतातर्फ ध्यान दिएमा नेपालको शिक्षामा सुधार भै देशको विकाशको बाटो पनि खुल्ने थियो। तर अधिकार प्राप्त व्यक्तिहरु यसमा चुकेको पाइएको छ र सोझो औलाले घिउ आउदैन भन्दै चोर बाटो अगालेको देखिन्छ जसको शिकार लाखौ निमुखा विधार्थी र अन्तमा देश नै बन्न पुग्दछ। यसमा सचेत हुनको लागि सम्बन्धितलाई अनुरोध गर्दछु।

शिक्षकको नेतृत्वले आफुले दिएको वचन पुरा गर्दैन भने आफ्नो पेशाबाट अवकाश प्राप्त भैसकेपछि दिनानुदिन छटपटाउन पर्ने छ। त्यस्तो भुलको चेस्टा सजग नेतृत्वले गर्नुहुदैन। आस्वाशन त राजनितिज्ञले दिने गर्छन ‘आए आप गए झटारोको रुपमा’ तर शिक्षकले गर्नुहुदैन। यदि शिक्षक नै गलत बाटोमा लाग्छभने समाज कतातिर पुग्छ। तर जव देशमा स्थानीय देखि सङ्घीय चुनाव हुदै गर्दा त्यस समयमा व्यक्तिगत स्वतत्न्रताको उपयोग गरी आफुलाई योग्य लागेको उमेदवारलाई सघाउने वातावरण उनीहरुले पाउनुपर्छ।
आज नेपालकको दुरदशाको एक मुल कारण शिक्षक, र तिनले उनका शिक्षार्थीलाई समयमा सही मार्गमा हिड्न नसकाउनु नै हो। यदि यिनै शिक्षकले आफ्ना विध्यार्थीहरुलाई अनुशाशित , आत्मनिर्भर , रास्ट्रप्रेमी, मानवताप्रेम अनि लगनशिल बन्नको लागि उत्प्रेरक बन्न सकेको भए नेपालको गति बेग्लै हुनेथियो। वर्तमान नेपालको आवश्यकता नै सहि शिक्षाहो जसले जिउन सिकाओस , समाजमा समानता र मेलमिलाप गर्न सिकाओस, सस्कृतिको जगेर्ना गराउन सिकाओस, आवश्यक शिप सिकाई व्यक्ति र देशको आवश्यक जनशक्ति तयार गर्न सकोस। यहि नै आजको आवश्यक्ता हो।

शिक्षकको नेतृत्व गर्ने आदरणीय नेतृत्ववर्गले राजनैतिक दलको भातृ सङगठनको रुपमा आफुलाई पहिचान गराउनुको साट्टो नेपाल र् नेपालीको मार्गदर्शनको रुपमा अगाडि उभ्याउन सके समग्र नेपालीको कल्याण हुनेथियो। यस्तै कल्याणकारी कार्यमा लाग्नको लागि सम्पुर्ण शिक्षकलाई अपिल पनि गर्दछु।

शिक्षा र शिक्षाको महिमा

जव महाभारतको युद्द शुरु हुदै थियो त्यसै अवसरमा भगवान श्री क्र्ष्णले बारबरिकलाई आफ्नो शिष्य बनाउन अघि उनले तीन प्रश्न गरेका थिए जसको उत्तर बारबरिकले दिए उसमा क्र्ष्णले पूर्ण सन्तुस्टी प्राप्त गरेका थिए। प्रश्न र उत्तर यस प्रकार रहेका थिए।

पहिलो प्र्श्न:

गुरु र भगवानमा कस्को स्ठान श्रेस् ठ हुन्छ?
गुरुको?
किन?
किन कि गुरु विना भगवान को हो, कहा छन? भगवानको वारेमा जानकारी गुरुले दिने भएकोले गुरु नै सर्वश्रेस् ठ हुन्छन। यस उत्तरमा कृश्ण पुर्ण सन्तुस्टी भएको हुन्छ पाइन्छ।

दोश्रो प्रश्न:

सन्सारमा सवैभन्दा तिव्र गति कस्को हुन्छ?
बारबरिक भन्छन मानिसको मन भित्रको विचार क्षणभरमा नै मन पुग्न् सक्छ।
तेश्रो प्रश्न:

कुन त्यस्तो वस्तु हो जो एक पटक गएपछि कहिल्यै फर्कदैन र एक त्यस्तो वस्तु हो जो एक पटक आएपछि कहिल्यै छोड्दैन? बारबरिकले जवाफ दिएका थिए ; युवा अवस्था र वृद्दा अवस्था।

यी तीन प्रश्नको जवाफ बारबरिकले दिएपछि पूर्ण सन्तुष्टी हुदै उनले आफ्नो शिष्य स्वीकार गर्दै उसलाई विजयसिद्दसेनसङग गै शिक्षा लिनको लागि कृस्णको अनुरोधकासाथ जानको लागि मार्गदर्शन गरे।

यी तीन प्रश्नको जवाफ बारबरिकले दिएपछि पूर्ण सन्तुष्टी हुदै उनले आफ्नो शिष्य स्वीकार गर्दै उसलाई विजयसिद्दसेनसङग गै शिक्षा लिनको लागि कृस्णको अनुरोधकासाथ जानको लागि भगवान श्रीक्र्ष्णले मार्गदर्शन गरे। गुरु र चेलाको नाता, शिक्षाको महिमा पुर्वीय दर्शनमा स्वर्ण अक्षरमा लेखिएको छ।

तर नेपाली समाजमा पैसा र सम्पतीको आडम्बरमा उच्च पदस्थ कर्मचारीहरु वा कोहि आफ्नो परिवारको कोहि सदस्य शिक्षक भएकोमा गर्व गर्नुको सट्टा हेअको भावनाले हेर्ने समाज छ नेपालमा। अनि कसरी हुन्छ समाज परिवर्तन? समाज परिवर्तनको लागि त शिक्षा अपरिहार्य छ । जुन दिन शिक्षाको महिमा र शिक्षण पेशालाई उच्च मुल्याङकनका साथ हेरिन्छ त्यहि समय देखि नेपालको अस्थिरताको अन्त्य र विकासको बाटो खोलिने छ। नत्र नेपाली समाज यस्तै अराजकतामा लम्कने छ। अव समाज परिवर्तनको लागि आयतित शिक्षालाई केन्द्र बिन्दु नवनाई आफ्नो देशको माटो र समाजको आवश्यकता पुर्ति गर्ने हुनुपर्छ।

Knowledge and sky are more or less similar. We human beings may think we have knowledge and studied a lot. In the same way the height of the sky is. How high we go, we see the same height. Knowledge is in the same condition. We may get an answer of a question, but at the same moment another question comes. More or less it will be like"Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst.". So is happening in the present politics of Nepal. We Nepalese abolished Rana, Panchyat System, Multiparty system and running federal democracy republic of Nepal at this moment. Even the voters and general people seem against the present government. Why? Why there is discontent. Nepalese are hoping for peace and progress and good governance but everywhere chaos and conflict prevail.

Why people have dual character. If they do they think it is right but if others do the same thing it is against the regulation of the nation. In the past the Maoist led by Prachanda used to be the revolutionary group and thought that the contemporary government was guided by dictatorship and they were against the people's rights. In the same way, Biplab is seen against the present government. Those who were together are now rivals each other. In politic, there is no enmity forever. They shake hands today and have cons piracy next day.

The present scenario shows that any political system itself does not harm. It depends on the users. A child who sees his drunkard father's misbehave at the home may plot to punish his father when he grows up. But the next child who sees his father unsocial activities, develops that he should not follow his father but defies him and grows to be the best one who can learn the good behavior. A single event may guide two different people in two ways. A wise one devotes his time for the sake of well being of all but the bad one enjoys troubling others. It means beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

The necessity of present Nepal is not of the system. Every political system seems to be failure. Why? It's because what they think wrong is not wrong.The problem is in their lens or mindset.
The present leaders who used to see the problems in the previous government or rulers now they are seeing problems in them. Therefore, the present necessity is to cultivate honesty and sincerity in every one's word and deed and give up greed. If a human fills with greed, he can never do something good for other. He wishes to have good one in his share and the bad for others. So is happening.

From the very beginning of human life a child has to learn to be a rational, generous, kind, sincere and independent being. He has to keep to his words in every performance. If the present government remembers what they promised during the time of election and carries out every promise in every sector, there won't be any discontent. Present political system looks like "Too many cooks spoil the broth." and murmur of the reinstatement of monarchy is being heard in the street. If the present government doesn't show its concern to the subalterns, there won't be long duration to end it too. The present government till now shows 'Thunder clouds do not always give rain'.Now remember what promised before if you want to rule out the nation. If not the discontent may keep you in size like of the former rulers.

कक्षा ६ को अङ्रेजी पुस्तकमा पहिलोपटक फिरौती (ransom) भन्ने शव्द सुन्दा नौलो लागेको थिए। पढ्दै गर्दा यस्तो नि हुन्छ र जस्तो लाग्थ्यो तर आज दिनानुदिन यस्ता घटनाहरु घटिरहेका छन। फिरौती शव्द नेपाली जिव्रोमा करिव करिव अग्यात शव्द नै थियो त्यसवेला। त्यसैले पाठ्यपुस्तकमा पाठहरु छनोट गर्नुपर्ने हुदोरहेछ। वाल मस्तिस्कमा नराम्रा कुराहारुले स्थान लिएको हुन्छ। जव मैले पहिलोपटक यस शव्दलाई सुनेको थिए मलाई मेरो मानसिकतामा पनि नकरात्मक सन्देश दिने लागेको थियो। आज त्यहि भएको छ। पाठको उदेश्य त समाजमा यस्ता नराम्रा घटनाहरु घट्नसक्छन, यस्ता घटनादेखि सावधानी जनाएको थियो तर ठिक उल्टो सिकाई भएको छ। त्यसैले पाठ्यपुस्तकहरुमा हातहतियार, विद्रोह जस्ता शव्दहरु प्रयोग गर्दा सचेत हुनेपर्ने देखिएको छ। कतै त्यहीपाठबाट प्रभावित भएर यस्ता घटनाहरु वृदी भएका त होइनन? प्रश्न उठ्न थालेका छन।

वालवच्चाहरु सिकाएका भन्दा नसिकाएका कुराहरु सिक्ने गर्छन। कुनै पनि अभिभावक र शिक्षकले चोर्न हुदैन, झुटो बोल्न हुदैन, असल वानीव्यहोरा वृद्दी गर्नु पर्छ, रुन हुदैन मन्द मुस्कानमा रहन सक्नुपर्छ आदि आदि सिकाइरहेका हुन्छन। वच्चाहरु अभिभावक र शिक्षकले सिकाएका कुराहरुलाई व्यवास्था गर्दै आफ्नै पनमा रम्न र गर्जन थाल्छन। कोहि कसैले वच्चालाई नराम्रो कुरा सिकाएको हुदैन तर पनि त्यहि सिक्छ वच्चाले।

चुरोट तान्ने बाबुआमाले पनि आफ्ना वच्चालाई चुरोट नपिउनको लागि सल्लाह दिन्छन तर वच्चा लुकेर् भने पनि त्यहि सिकिराखेको हुन्छ। कुरा उठ्न सक्छ आफु तान्ने अनि वच्चालाई नपिअ भनेपछि कसरी मान्छ। कुरो सहि नै हो तर नपिउनेका सन्तानहरु पनि कुलतमा फसेका छन।

कुनै शिक्षक तथा अभिभावकले कुनै पनि वालकलाई काममा अल्छि गर्नु, चोर्नु, भ्रष्टाचार गर्नु भनेर सिकाएको हुदैन तर मानव समाज यीनै विकृतिले बिक्रान्त परेको छ। नेपालको दुरदशा पनि यहि नै हो। आफुले गर्दा क्रान्ती अरुले गर्दा आतन्ककारी, आफुले लिदा कमिशन अरुले लिदा भ्रष्टचार, आदि विकृतिहरु हाम्रो सामु देखिएकै छ। हिजोका शाषक सामन्ति आज त्यहि सुविधा आफुले प्रयोग गर्दा कसरी जनपृय बन्न पुग्यो। सिकाइएको सिकाई र शिक्षा पानी जस्तै हुनसक्नु पर्छ जसको न स्वाद छ न रङग नै। तर सन्तुस्टी र हरावरा, जिवन त पानीले नै दिन्छ। आज पानी वन्न सिकाउनु पर्ने छ जसले प्रदुषणको समेत अन्ते गरिदिन्छ। मानिसको सिकाइमा परिवर्तनको आवश्यकता छ। आजको मानिसले सामाजिक हुनुपर्ने देखिन्छ, वातावरण मैत्री नभएमा मानिस प्रदुषणको शिकार बन्ने छ र अन्तमा सारा चराचरहरु नै आक्रान्त हुनेछन।

पाठ्यपुस्तकमा पाठहरु छनौट गर्दा सहि सन्देश दिने हुनुपर्ने देखिन्छ। ५० को दशकमा कक्षा ६ को अङ्रेजी पुस्तकमा भएको फिरौती ransom शव्दले सवैलाई जानकारी दिएजस्तो देखियो। त्यस पाठमा त फिरौती माग गर्नेलाई त प्रहरी पक्ड्डन सफल भएको देखियता पनि यहा हाम्रो दैनिक जिवनमा सहज हुनसकेको छैन। ठूला ठूला पढे लेखेका र बुझ्ने मानिसहरु नै नेपालको राजधानीमा यसको शिकार बन्न पुगेका छन। पैसा कमाउनको लागि धेरै समय लाग्ने तर फिरौतीमा सफल भए त रातारात लखपति, करोडपति बन्ने सपनामा डुब्न थालेका छन केहि व्यक्तिहरु। त्यसैले सम्बन्धित निकायले यतातर्फ पनि ध्यान दिनैपर्ने देखिन्छ।

पाठ्यपुस्तकले त समाजमा यस्ता घटनाहरु घट्नसक्छन तिमीहरु सचेत रहनु पर्छ भन्ने सन्देश होनि तर यसको साथसाथै त्यहि पुस्तक पढ्ने वच्चाको दिमागमा गलत सन्देशले ठाउ लिनसक्दोरहेछ। यसमा सजग र सचेत वन्न सक्नु पर्छ।त्यसैले एक फिल्म हेर्दै गर्दा पनि सवै दर्शकले हिरो र हिरोइनलाई मात्र नभएर भिलेनको पनि नक्कल गरिरहेका हुन्छन दर्शकहरु।पाठ्यपुस्तकका
सामग्रीहरु कहि कतै पुर्वाहग्रही नभै मानवता केन्द्रीत र आयाआर्जन केन्द्रीत बन्न सक्नुपर्छ। सामाजिक, सास्कृतिक र भौगोलिकतालाई केन्द्रीत हुन पर्छ। सवैले अगाल्नसक्ने हुनुपर्छ।

During the time of constitution writing general public’s voices were collected. During the time I was not convinced and still not about federalism and secularism in Nepal. I could neither be convinced myself nor did anyone satisfy me with their explanation. I collected my strength and wrote these two words. Without any study, it could not give outlet to Nepal. Once I have written whether you accept it or not federalism and secularism might work as the virus of Nepal. They will trouble to the Nepalese forever. More or less federalism would be like the small 22 and 24 kingdoms. Those small kingdoms couldn’t prove their worth. In the end the late king Pritivi Narayan Shaha began to conquer and expanded the small tiny kingdom in to a greater Nepal. If Nepal had not been conquered, Nepal couldn’t have been the land of highest peak of the world, nor of the land of Gautam Buddha nor of Janaki. In the same way, secularism was also the burning issue of that time and still it is. These two issues should be settled through referendum. But the big brothers of Nepal didn’t think that it was not the matter of general public but the matter of the leaders. It was the stupidity of the big brothers.

Due to the secularism, churches have been expended in every corner of Nepal. If anyone changes his religion through his understanding, it doesn’t matter but he is influenced by dollars which is condemnable. Being a teacher, students sometimes ask me to interpret their dreams according to Hinduism. It means they were grown up according to Hinduism or Buddhism but they have compelled to read the Bible. Reading Bible is a good job but in the name of Bible no one has rights to condemn Hinduism and Buddhism. It is happening. Let everyone follow the creed as he desires to follow but not according to the influence of dollars.

I was and still in the opinion that power of the centre should be access in the village through decentralization. For example, if anyone needs police report from all over Nepal, they have to go to Kathmandu. They don’t need money for it but they have to spend a huge amount for travelling, lodging and fooding to take a police report. Now everywhere the local government and provisional and federal government are compelling to pay only the tax is condemnable. Former ministers, prime ministers and others are given huge amount of money but the poor Nepalese are compelled to pay huge money in the name of birth registration,or the death records and other. Without increasing their income no government has rights to make its public increase in tax. If not, the masters of various governments come in street and show what they have to do.

Before the declaration of the federalism, there must have been a huge discussion and criteria must have been fixed to run the federal, provincial and local government. The government of Nepal is being impartial. Even the deputy Prime Minister Upendra Yadav is blaming to Brahmin and Kshtries for the downfall of Nepal. What have Brahmins and Kshetries done? Nothing, wrong. Whether the Brahamin or Kshetries or Yadav or others who are in authority are enjoying the power but others whether Bhotes or Pahadi or Madhseshies or themselves who are not in power are being suppressed forever in the name of reservation. Instead, they have been ignored by the present constitution, an inhuman constitution. Others are in reservation but not Brahmin and Kshetries. Are they less human or others? Why? Is it human? I think it’s totally an inhuman. It has to be abolished.

I have not seen that Mr Yadav has not given another Yadav to be the Member of Parliament or the minister from his area. Why? It’s because he has faulty mindset and doesn't like to see others in that position. He thinks he is all in all but is not trying to be the minister of the entire Nepal even of the Yadav. What has he done to the Yadav next to his home who has to struggle for hands to mouth for everyday? Actions speak louder than words. He has done nothing. But in the name of Madhesies, so many Madhesies have been killed; Nepal had been in trouble in crisis. Why he can’t say that time and again a single person cannot be a representative of various government. Every election person must be changed in every election. He only blames. It’s unfair. He is the minister of health. Why he cannot work for the sake of subaltern. Why he gives facilities only for the so called VIP but not for the poor ones. He has no right to be the deputy prime minister in that sense. Should Nepalese not raise voice against his opinion? Beware of it. If not your masters will come to the street and show you the position where you have to be.
