Boasting is worthless. We human beings feel proud of having worthy materials, goods or the precious stone as well as various precious metal. Human beings of 21st century is being more selfish and more or less machinated. It's not good for human civilization. A human without emotion can do what he wishes. He may avoid the human traits. If he has positivism in his psyche, it will be okay. If not, it creates problems in the society. Man in power also forgets the reality of present and thinks as how he used to be brought up before. So is happening in the present context of Nepal.

Mainly the leaders of each political party and the institution must be the role model. Public should have positive response towards them. But due to the lack of thinking as well as the roadmap for the future, they seem to be problematic. Nowadays the leaders of political parties have forgotten their reality. While delivering speech, they don't mostly seem to be rational. They blame to other and think they are all in all but other are worthless. Listening to the speech, every listener can easily perceive that leaders are good at back biting, but not having vision for the welfare of Nepal and Nepalese. They mostly ask people to come to the street when they are out of power, when they are in power, they turn their deaf ears to their plight.

Mostly the senior leaders of each political party didn't have castle, vehicle and other luxurious and used to live in hardship, see the authority as tyrants but after a few decades they are some are in power and others are in streets and blame to each other as tyrants to other but the generous ones only themselves. Political changes and constitution are worthless if general people avoid them or violate them. The leaders who are in the streets are blaming their copartners as tyrants and the ones in power see them as worthless, . The ones who are for the power claim the dissolving of the parliament was a must and the concerned one blamed that they didn't give the way to work. Very sarcastic tones we can listen that the dissolving of parliament is for fresh madidate and for the sake of Nepalese but other are blaming as the Hitlar of Nepal. who is right?

The mindset what they have, not been changed yet. It is the place where they have to rethink about themselves. Even today thousands of thousands Nepalese youths are working in the desert for their livelihood and other hundreds of hundreds students are in western countries spending millions of millions Nepalese currencies. Nepal has to depend on the remittance from the desert but the ones who are in western countries never wish to come back in Nepal. They are deserting Nepal taking the Nepalese properties there.

In the past the slogan of the political parties especially from the communist party was -stop the Gorkha recruitment center. What a bizarre we see. The ones who used to chant the slogans are in power and their plan is to send as many youths as they can to the foreign strand for the job. They have not created any jobs for the youths.

What a shame to say that the ones who are affluent and can afford for the treatment, are taking the fund for their treatment from the nation but the ones who don't have penny for the porridge are not getting any allowance for their treatment. The leaders and other concern stakeholders should be positive and pay attention to such issues. Stop bragging on unnecessary matter and think you are no more senior to the general Nepalese. The counting of your vote and a general person's worth is the same and in the eyes of the constitution of present Nepal also says the same but the ones who are in power are defying it. It means you; the leaders are derailing the constitution. Now this is time the leader of Nepal should justify how you and general people are equal. Equality is under the fundamental right. If you are surrounded by the army and police force for the sake of your security and on the other hands the victims are lamenting for the justice and let the culprits punish at any cost, how equality prevails. Now leaders beware of the words written in the constitution. How a leader and a voter is equal in the eyes of constitution. Do you have any response of it?

When every Nepalese citizen comes and asks you how you and he is equal. He may say, "You didn't have anything to live on but I had. Now let me know how you have bigger castle and more expensive vehicle as well as other luxurious goods, metals and stones than mine." The constitution is nothing if it is not accepted by all and it is all in all if every one follows it. It is the bundle of the regulations. Now instead of boasting oneself it will be better to scatter hands of friendship to each one. The ego that human being keeps in mind is dangerous. It is harmful even to the ones who seem to be the leader. Everyone has to stop the way of non veg revolution. More than a decade of non veg revolution in Nepal has left the Nepal nearly a half century back in the development. Due to the revolution, the revolutionary group and the government spent a huge amount of money to buy explosive powder and other weapons to take the power in their hands. It is not time to talk about revolution. Neither a constitution nor any political system works unless human's mindset is not changed. In the end, they don't have time to regret about the past and hope for the future too. It makes you all lament as the lamentation of the old pensioner by WB Yeats.

Time is all in all. It makes everyone a child, a youth, a grown-up man and old finally. It compels him to say bye the world. The very easy way to end the conflict is to give up greed, move according to the regulation, and feel proud of being able to help other rather than being helped. Smiling is better than roaring and sometimes silence is more powerful than the shouting, Thus everyone has to realize the worth of being a being and fulfill his duty and responsibility wherever or whatever he is.

Teachers of today`s

Work is worship. Everyone has to understand and realize that work is worship. Every work has to be paid well. While performing the work, it takes time. Time is money , everyone believes. How much time it needs, it has to be paid accordingly. Equality must foster and let it come true to our daily life.

What a human nature is : they are always good at pointing fingers at other`s performance but never see how they are. Even the teachers who don't have faith in their own performance, point out their fingers to other. In the same way, no one finds the present politics good. The ones who used to have a single slogan are blaming to each other. They are not caring about the words what they used to speak about. The derailing of the present politics is the outcome of lacking good guidance in the beginning and discipline.

Teachers of today`s must be more sincere than to others it's because they are the harbingers of the society. If they are disciplined and ready to work for the sake of entire human beings , they can change the society. First they have to change their attitude. The attitude is everything. If they don't have what right is and what wrong it how may be the condition of the future generation. If the explosive powder is used to blast only the object that has to be is rational instead, if it is used to blast the building or other where human and other living creatures are living is totally irrational and illogical. Every time everyone has to be logical.

To be logical, there must be the reason what you claim is true. If a work needs 30 minute time to accomplish it, and the next one needs only five minute time to accomplish it, what might be the wages of these two works. If two works are paid equally, is it equality or discrimination ? Should it be paid according to the time that it needs to perform or other ? Sometimes this is the place where rational beings should raise the issue.

Only raising issues in the name of issues is not good. At the time of duty everyone has to keep himself or herself in the center but while giving or distributing the other must be in center. There must be like of Sudama, Lord Krishna's friend. While offering the half pieces of rice by him accompanied with his wife to Lord Krishna, he said, "Let the hunger of all in the universe be fulfilled." In no time everyone`s including his hunger was fulfilled but here in this modern world blame goes to other heads and try their best all the good happenings is due to their own effort and the bad one goes to other . Sometimes what we used to raise if fulfilled may not be acceptable to the ones who don't have the concept of equity and equality as well as duty and responsibility.

शिक्षक सवैको आवाज वन्न सक्नु पर्छ ।

सामुदायिक विद्यालयका शिक्षकहरुलाई समाजले उपेक्षित गरेको छ, राज्यले गरेको छ समाजले गरेको छ भन्ने आवाज यत्रतत्र सुनिन्छ । यसको दोष के राष्ट्रको होकि समाजको होकि वा शिक्षक स्वयमको हो । ठीक त्यसरी शिक्षक नेताहरु राज्यले उपेक्षित गरे भन्ने तर आफुले गर्नु पर्ने कार्य नगर्ने । शिक्षककको आवाज वोल्नु पर्ने संस्थाको हरिविजोग छ । आन्दाेलनको आँधिवेहोरी ल्याउनु पर्ने शक्ति आज अर्ध जिवित छ । यसको जिवन दिने काम शिक्षकहरको तर आफै गर्न सकेका छैनन दोष चाँही सरकारलाई । हो सरकारले उपेक्षित गऱ्यो भन्नुभन्दा पहिले आफु सशक्त हुनुपर्छ । शिक्षक संघ र .संगठनलाई सरकार चिन्दैन तर शिक्षक संघ संगठन आफ्नो साझा संगठन शिक्षक महासंघ गठन गर्न सकेका छैनन । लाचार छ अवस्था । एक निवृत्त व्यक्ति महासंघ अध्यक्षको हैसियतमा यताउता गरेको देखिन्छ, जुन निन्दनीय नै छ ।

शिक्षक अनुशाषित नभएमा समाज सकिन्छ । वेथितिले स्थान लिएको हुन्छ । आज संविधान छ तर जसका लाठी उसका भैषिको हैसियतमा देखिन्छ । अनुशाषन नभएमा कानुन निर्दाको लागि मात्र हुनेछ । नेपालमा कार्यरत सामुदायिक विद्यालयका शिक्षकहरुले आफुलाई परिवर्तन गर्नै पर्छ । आफ्ना वालवच्चालाई संस्थागत विद्यालयमा पठाउने र सामुदायिक विद्यालयलाई कर्मस्थलो वनाउदै गर्दा कुनै विद्यार्थीले गुर वा गुरु आमा तपाइका वावु नानी कहाँ अध्ययन गर्दै छन भनेर सोध्दै गरेको अवस्थामा के जवाफ दिने । फेरी हजुरलाई आफ्ना सन्तानको लागि ठिक नहुने शिक्षा प्रदान गर्ने शिक्षकसँग हामी पढ्दैनो भनेमा के होला ? कहिलेकाँही कुतर्क पनि गरेको सुनिन्छ । वच्चाको अधिकारको कुरा हो । वच्चाको आवश्यकता त पुरा गर्न पऱ्यो नि भन्न पर्ने । वच्चाले खेलौना जहाज किनिदेउ भन्दा किनिदिनुहोला तर वच्चाले साच्चै उड्ने जहाज किनिदेउ भन्दा किन्न सक्नुहुन्छ त ? यसरी तर्क र वितर्कको पछि लाग्नु भन्दा पछुताउने दिन अगावै सोच्नु पर्ने हुन्छ । सधै डराएर जागिरको पछि लाग्नु भन्दा पहिले नै आफैले यसलाई मर्यादित वनाउने वाटो रोजेमा नै सवैको अगाडि शिर ठाडो हुनेछ ।

शिक्षकको मान र इज्जत आफैले राख्ने हो अरुले के भन्छ भन्ने होइन । शिक्षकले त अरुलार्इृ सिकाउन पर्छ नि । शिक्षक आफ्नो पेशाको लागि मात्र होइन वोल्न सक्नेले त आफै वोल्छन तर वोल्न नसक्नेको आवाज पनि शिक्षक नै वन्नु पर्छ । कक्षामा राखेर शिक्षा दिनु पर्ने विद्यार्थी सवै वर्गका हुन्छन । त्यसैले कामलाई पुजा गर्नु पर्छ । काम सानो ठूलो हुदैन भन्नको लागि र वालवच्चामा समनताको पाठ सिकाउन सक्नु पर्छ । समय नै पैसा हो । यसलार्इृ सदुपयोग गर्न सिकाउन सक्नु पर्छ । प्रत्यक मिनेट वा सेकेण्डको मुल्य पाउनु पर्छ । विद्यलयमा पढन पाठनमा संलग्न शिक्षकको जिम्मेवारी बढी हुन्छ । विद्यालयको प्रशाषकले दिएको समय तालिका मात्रै मेरो जिम्मेवारी हो अरुको मतलव छैन भन्ने मनोभावना शिक्षकले जगाउने हो भने शिक्षक दिनानुदिन कमजोर बन्दै जाने दिन आउँछ र त्यस्ता शिक्षकको मुल्याकंन प्रत्यक विद्यार्थीले गरिरहेका हुन्छन । उनीहरु पढीञ्जेल केही भन्दैनन तर जव उनीहरु वोल्नको लागि तयार भएका हुन्छन अनि यो शिक्षकको कारणले मेरो अंक कम आयो, चाहेको विषय पढ्न पाइन आदि भन्ने गर्छन । त्यसैले शिक्षक पथ पर्दर्शक नै हो । उ आफै मर्यादित हुनु पर्छ । वोलिमा मीठास दिन नसक्ने शिक्षकले विद्यार्थीबाट मधुर वचनको खोजि गर्नु पनि गलत नै हुनेछ । शिक्षक आफै मीठो वोल्न थालेमा वालवच्चाहरु त्यसेको सिको गर्ने छन । मुस्कान र माधुर्यता नै मानिसका वलिया हतियार हुन । पड्कने हतियारले विनास गर्दछ तर यीनले सृजना गर्दछन ।

प्रत्यक शिक्षकले बुझ्नुपर्छ : विद्याथी महलका विद्यार्थी र झुपडीका विद्यार्थी, मिष्ठान्नमा हुर्केका र आधा पेटमा हुर्केका वालवच्चाहरु पनि संँगै हुन्छन । त्यसैले आजको राजनिति र समाजमा देखिएको वेथितिको केही हदसम्ममा विद्यालय र महाविद्यालयले पनि लिन सक्नु पर्छ । चोर्नु ढाट्नु छल्नु अपराध हुन, काममा ढिला सुस्ती पनि अपराध नै हो भनि सिकाउन सकेको भए आजको भद्रगोल हुदैनथियो । हिजो सँगै हिडेका सहयात्रीहरु यसरी विरोध गर्दै हिड्ने थिएनन । सामान्य मानिसले भनेको भए त विचार पुगेन भन्नु तर देशको मन्त्री र प्रधानमन्त्री भैसकेका व्यक्तिहरु एक आपसमा हिलो छ्यापाछ्यापको अवस्थामा छ । यसको अन्ते गराउन सक्छ शिक्षाले र शिक्षकले ।

शिक्षाले त विचार दिने हो । त्यही विचारले नै समाजको मार्ग निर्देशन गरेको हुन्छ । आजका शिक्षक हिजोकोले विराएको बाटोमा लाग्नुहुदैन । शिक्षण पेशालाई पैसामा तुलना गर्दा मात्र कमजोर देखिएला तर अन्य अवस्थामा यो कमजोर छैन । जागिर नपाएर शिक्षण पेशामा होइन यो अन्तरआत्माको रोजाइको पेशा हुनुपर्छ । अनुशाषन विनाको वैज्ञानिक आविश्कार अर्थ हिन हुन्छन । विरामीको लागि औषधी ठीक तरिकाले प्रयोग गरेमा पिडाबाट मुक्त हून्छ तर त्यही औषधी मात्राभन्दा वढी सेवन गरेमा मृत्युवरण गर्नु पर्छ । आध्यात्म विनाको मानिस पनि समाजलाई सहज तरिकाले हाक्न सक्दैन र समाजमा भद्रगोल हुने छ । त्यसैले आजको आवश्यकता समय अनुकुलको शिक्षा हुनुपर्छ । यसको लागि समग्र शिक्षकहरु मनवचन र कर्मले समर्पित हुनुपर्छ । विद्यालयमा विद्यार्थीको दिइएको समय अनमोल हुनेछ । स्वच्छ विचार मनबाट विद्यार्थीलाई दिक्षित गरेमा तीनै विद्यार्थी भोलिको दिनमा अनमोल उपहार वन्ने छ । नेपाल र नेपालीको कल्याण गर्ने छन । आफ्नालाई होइन सवैमा सदाचार सिन्चित गर्नसक्नुपर्छ । शिक्षकले विद्यार्थीबाट दिइने सन्मानको कुनै मुल्य हुदैन यो अनमोल छ, यसको हिफाजत गर्नसक्नुपर्छ शिक्षकले ।

साच्चै नै यस पेशालाई मर्यादित वनाउनको लागि केवल शिक्षक भएर मात्र हुदैन । कुनै शिक्षक नेतृत्व दिलाउन सक्षम छ तापनि सामान्य शिक्षकको हैसियतमा शिक्षक महासंघमा जान पाउदैन । यो अवस्थालाई खारेज गरी एकल शिक्षक संघ हुनुपर्छ । नाम जे भए पनि हुन्छ । जव शिक्षक महासंघको नेतृत्व वोल्छ समाजमा हलचल मच्चाउन सक्नुपर्छ । शिक्षक नेता सुन्दर पन्तले भने झै गणेश प्रवृतिको ृशिक्षक नवनी आफ्नो कर्तव्यमा वाधिएको हुनुपर्छ । साचोलाई साचो भन्ने र नेताले गल्ती गर्दा तुरुन्त विरोध गर्न सक्नु पर्छ । तव मात्र नेता पनि सफल हुनेछ र शिक्षकको पनि मान वढ्ने छ । नेता पदको लागि होइन समाजलाई नै दिशा निर्देश गर्न सक्ने व्यक्ति हुनुपर्छ । उसले सडक देखि महलसम्मको वच्चाहरुलाई एकै नजरले हेरी उनीहरुको जीवनमा परिवर्तन दिन सक्नु पर्छ । हतियारले मानिस मार्छ तर विचारले सिर्जना गर्न सक्छ । त्यही सिर्जनाको खोजि गर्ने र गराउने व्यक्ति नै शिक्षक हो र त्यही मार्गमा लाग्नुपर्दछ ।
