The one who you think bad might have a pure soul
We human beings judge others with prejudices. Even the teaachers who are supposed to be the pathshowers also judge their leaners as a nonsense fellow, like a rotten potato or other which seems really as an irrational judgement.
Seeing a learner smoking or listening to the words he/she speaks or watching the activities she/he performs if we judge them without digging the root of her/his grown up we have to regret ourselves it's because no one learns without seeing the happenings arround or experiencing or touching or tasting or reading . If we see a learner smoking and beat him/her or make negative attitude to him/her we will be wrong in our judgement. Let me serve an example here: What a child says if someone slaps him/her. He/She may say,"I will tell my father or mother". Why a child says so. It's because in his or her judggement his/her father is the strongest one who can save him /her from being beaten. At the same moment the child sees his/her father smoking or drinking alcohol how he/she can doubt that the goods that he/she is consuming is harmful. He /She has learned it from the one who has strong faith in him/her. It's our illusion. We have to come out of it and should try our best to find the root of every happening. If not, one day we will be knonw as an irrationa being being a teacher too.
Here is a wonderful strory in our yard too. Our learners who quarreled and found them misbehaving each other. We called them in the office and inquired about the happeninng. Later they promised themselves not to involve in bad activities. We believed in them and sent them home after nearly 1 hour councelling. But what you know may shock you too. Next the ones who know one side of the girl tried to misbehaved and the case arrived in the school. Again we listened to their words and the discipline committee of the school nearly decided too suspend the three girls from the school.
At the same moment the students who most of the us used to think that they are not good shocked us when two among three asked the committee not to punish the girl who didn't have any mistake in the previous days. The day before matters have already been solved and there was not any mistake of their classmate. If they want to punish, punish only to the two leaving the one. I felt really happy when I listened to the words spoken by the female students. I asked myself whether we have taught them the right matter or their parents . See how holy souls reside in them. whom people used to think as a bad ones proved their worth of being a rational being.
A teacher doesn't have right to judge a student as a bad one seeing only smiking or listening to the rough words he/she speaks it's because he/she has learnt it from his/her surrounding. A teacher can be a true teacher who can guuide the students who are out of the tracks and be able to teach them good human traits. The good ones themsleves search the way to be better and the best but the ignorant ones who don't know right and wrong themselve and the teachers make them their their negative concept towards them who will be wrong. Let's begin our journey with sweet words or our smile towards them , they willl be compeled to realize what we are doing is onnly for their sake. Our smile can make them smile but our negative judgement make them worse. That's why no teacher has right to make them worse. If they can, let them guide with positive vive. Their positive words make them good but teachers yelling and misbehaving make them worse. Let's try our best to make them smile and arise their interest in learning rather than gossipping.
I am sure our smile makes other smile and our arrogant behaviour makes other feel humilated and stands against the ones who are against them too. Teacher's councelling and smile can win the child's heart and one day he/she will know the importance of life as well as the education too. When they know the worth of being a worthy being they try their est to achieve it.
