झुटको खेती

मानिस जन्मजात स्वार्थी प्राणी हो । उ आफुलाई अरुभन्दा फरक देख्दछ र कमजोर भए पनि आफुलाई सफल र सक्क्षम नै ठान्दछ । आफुले गरेका प्रत्यक क्रियाकलापलाई गल्ति गरेको महशुश हुदाहुदै पनि त्यसलाई ढाकछोप गर्न नै व्यस्त हुन्छ यही नै मानिसको दुर्वल पक्ष हो । जो व्यक्ति यस्ता कमजोरीलाई सर्हस स्वीकार गर्दछ उ सामान्य मानिस भन्दा माथि उठ्दछ र मानव समाजमा छुट्टै पहिचानकासाथ जिउन सफल हुन्छ । आफ्नो कमजोरीलाई स्वीकार गरी सच्चाई जो अगाडि बढ्दछ, यथार्थतामा त्यही नै सच्चा मानिस हुनेछ र जीवनको अन्ते भए पनि उ मृत्युपर्यन्त पनि जिइरहने छ । लंकाको राजा रावण वुद्दीमान थिए, वलवान पनि थिए तर उनमा अहंकार थियो र आफु अरुभन्दा वलियो छु भन्ने घमण्डले नै उनको श्रीमती मन्दोदरीले सीतालाई फिर्ता पठाउने सल्लाह दिदादिदै पनि आफैलाई सर्वेसर्वा माने, उनको सल्लाहलाई वास्ता गरेनन र अन्तमा मृत्युवरण स्वीकार गर्नु पर्यो । यही र यस्तै हुने हो प्रत्यक अहंकारीको जीवनलिला ।

राजनितिमा सवै कुरा ठीक हुन्छ भन्ने गलत सोचले मानविय समाजमा असमजदारी बढेको छ । नेतालाई चैन सर्वसाधारणलाई करको निति गलत बाटोमा हिडाउदै गर्दा नेपालीले कसरी बुझ्ने ? जनतालाई कर तिर्न सक्क्षम बनाएपछि कर लिनु पर्छ तर जनताको जीवनस्तर वृद्दी विना करको दायरा बढाउनु नै चुनावको वेलामा गरिएको वचनवद्दताको उपहास हो । वर्तमान प्रधानमन्त्रीले चुनावको समयमा वृद्दवृद्दाहरुलाई घरघरमा रु ५००० वृद्द भत्ता पुर्याउने छ भनि दिएको भाषण आज सञ्च्ँँर म्ँँध्यममा छ्यापछ्याप्ती छ । उनै ओली आज प्रधानमन्त्री छन । के जनतालाई ढाट्न पाउने अधिकार नेताहरुलाई दिइएको छ त ? के यो चोरी होइन ? के यो छल होइन ? नेताले ढाटेर लिएको मत र चोरले चोरेको धनको विचमा खासै फरक देखिदैन । आखिर छल नै त होनि । प्रक्रिया मात्र फरक होनि । हैन र ?

जुनसुकै धर्म र दर्शनले ढाट्न हुदैन भन्छ, ढाट्नु र छल्नु अपराध नै हो । गरुण पुराणले त यसरी ढाट्ने र छल्ने व्यक्ति मृत्युपर्यन्त सिधै नर्कमा पुग्छ भनेको छ । ग्रन्थले मानिसलाई सजग र सचेतता पारेको छ तापनि देशको सर्वेसर्वा व्यक्ति नै यस्ता अपराधिक सोचमा डुवेका छन, अनि देश कसरी सम्वृद्दीको बाटोमा लाग्छ ? यस अर्थमा भोक्ने कुकुरले टोक्दैन भन्ने भनाई चरितार्थ भएको छ । सर्वसाधरण व्यक्तिले काल्पनिक कुरा गर्न मिल्छ देशको वारेमा तर देशको मन्त्री र प्रधानमन्त्री भैसकेको व्यक्तिले देशको यथार्थता बुझेको हुन्छ । त्यसैले सत्तामा पुग्दा के गर्न सकिन्छ र के गन सकिदैन भन्ने कुराको हेक्का राख्नुपर्छ । यदि त्यसो गर्न सकिदैन भने त्यस्तो व्यक्ति नेता हुन सक्दैनन , उनीहरु केवल झुटका झुण्डहरु मात्र कहलिने छन कालान्तरमा । हुन त कलामले भनेका छन सानो सपना देख्नु पनि अपराध हो । नेताले देख्ने सपना सर्वसाधरणको भन्दा फरक हुनुपर्छ । देश हाक्ने व्यक्तिले माछा बाडेर होइन माछा मार्ने सिपको प्रवाह गर्न सक्नु पर्छ । त्यसैले कसैले पनि झुटको खेती गर्नु हुदैन ।

नेपाली,अग्रेजी र संस्कृत भाषा , अध्यापनको माध्यम

अवको विद्यालयस्तरको पढाइ नेपालमा नेपाली,अंग्रेजी र संस्कृतमा हुनुपर्छ । यी तीनै भाषालाई उत्तीकै महत्व दिनुपर्छ । हिमाल,पहाड र तराईका नेपालीलाई गोलवद्द गर्नको लागि नेपाली भाषा अनिवार्य हुनैपर्छ र यही भाषाको माध्यमबाट वालवालिकालाई आफ्नो भाषा, माटो, संस्कृति, भेषभुषा, रहनसहनको वारेमा जानकारी दिदै राष्ट्रवादी वनाइ नेपालमा नै वसी आफ्नो जीवनको सपना बुन्न सिकाउन सक्नुपर्छ ।

अंग्रेजी भाषा अन्तराष्ट्रीय भाषा भएकोले र आधुनिक उपकरण, औषधी, विउ र अध्ययन सामग्रीहरु साथै अन्य साधनहरु अंग्रेजी माध्यममा हुने र बाकि विश्वसंग सञ्चार गर्नुुपर्ने भएकोले पनि अंग्रेजी भाषामा अद्यापन गराउनुपर्ने आजको अपरिहार्यता भएको छ । नेपालीले आफुलाई गौरवका साथ अन्य मुलुकका व्यक्तिसंग आफ्नो विचार पोखी आफ्नो बाटोमा हिडाउनको लागि उत्प्रेरकको रुपमा कार्य गरी नेपाललाई विश्वसामु चिनाउनको लागि पनि अंग्रेजी भाषा अध्ययन अध्यापन गराउनै पर्छ । नेपालको भाषा, संस्कृति, भौगोलिक विभितता, अनेकतामा एकता, जैविक विभितता, धर्म, खाना, जडिबुटी आदिको माध्यमबाट नेपालको आयआर्जनको बाटो बनाउनको लागि अंग्रेजी भाषा सिकाउनै पर्छ ।

सवैभन्दा महत्वपुर्ण र सन्सारकै पुरानो भाषा जहा प्रत्यक ज्ञानको भण्डार छ त्यो भाषा अरु कुनै नभएर संस्कृत नै हो । त्यसैले वेद, उपनिषद, पुराण आदिमा रहेका वैज्ञानिक ज्ञानको खाेिजको लागि पनि संस्कृत भाषा जान्नै पर्ने देखिन्छ । संस्कृतमा लेखिएका वेदमा रोग र तिनको रोकथाम, हातहतियार, विभिन्न यन्त्र, उपकरण आदिको खोजी गर्नको पनि संस्कृत भाषा अध्ययन अध्यापन गराउनै पर्छ । यही नै वर्तमान नेपालको सम्वृद्दीको लागि उत्तम माध्यम हुने छ । संस्कृत भाषाको माध्यमबाट साहित्य, विज्ञान, स्वास्थ्य र चौतर्फी विकासको बाटो खुलाउन सहज हुनेछ ।

जहा धेरै भाषाको ज्ञान हुनेछ, त्यहा शान्ति र सम्वृद्दीले स्थान लिने छ । यदि प्रत्यक नेपाली यी तीन भाषाका ज्ञाता हुनेछन भने नेपालको पानी, कृषि उपज, कला र संस्कृतिलाई विश्वसामु पुर्याई आयआर्जनको बाटो खुल्ने छ अनि आफ्नै आगनमा विदेशी डलर कमाउन सक्ने हुनेछन ।

मानिस समयको दास

प्रत्यक मानिस आफुलाई अरुभन्दा चलाख र ज्ञानी सम्झ्न्छ तर के थाह सवै कुराहरु उसको बहसमा हुदैन उ विस्तारै अरुको आंखामा दोशी देखिन पुग्छ । दोशी द्ख्नेले दोशी   देख्नु  पनि स्वभाविकै हो भने अर्काको कारणमा दोशी देखिनु पर्दाको पिडा भोग्नेलाई नै थाह हुन्छ ।  हुन त मानिसको जिवन नै भोगाइ नै हो । जसले भोग्छ , उसले नै जिवन बुझ्छ । सम्पन्नतामा जिइएको जिवनले जिवनकको मर्मलाई नबुझेको हुनसक्छ । हुनत मानिसको सोचाइ नै ठूलो रहेछ , प्रत्यक घटनाक्रमलाई जतिसुकै दूभाग्यपूर्ण किन नहोस उसले त्यसलाई  अर्को कुनै सुनौलौ अवसरको पर्खाइको लागि यस अवसर गुम्यो भनि बुझिदिदा हुन्छ । कुनै व्यक्तिलाई शैक्षिक प्रमाणपत्र नहुदा पदोन्नतिमा वाधा, कसैलाई हुदा अर्कोलाई पिडा, अनि नचाहिदा खेल खेल्नु पर्ने जसले गर्दा धेरै व्यक्तिको शिर सदाको लागि झुकाउनु पर्नै, वलिको बोको जस्तै ।  कठै मानिसको जिन्दगी । उ ठान्दछ कुनै खेल गलत तरिकाले खेल्दै खेलाउदै गर्दा जित हात पार्दा दड.्ग त पर्ला तर त्यही दिन बेलुका देखि निद्रा नपर्दा के होला ?

आर्थीक रुपमा मानिस गरिव भए पनि मानसिक  रुपमा दरिद्री बन्न हुदैन । धन, सम्पती आझ छ भोली हुदैन तर जिवन त लामो छ भनिन्छ नि । अरुले आफुप्रति विस्वास टुटाउछन भने पनि आफुले त्यही गल्ती गर्नृ हुदैन । विस्वास टुटाउनेहरु एक दिन गएर पछुताउन पर्छ ।   पछि पछुताउन भन्दा समयमानै सोच्नु बुद्दीमानी ठहरिने छ । राजा हरिश्चन्द्रले सवै गुमाए तर होस कहिल्यै गुमाएनन । त्यसैले उनले गुमाएको राज्य, मरेको छोरा, मात्र नपाइ  जिउदै आफु लगायत सम्पूर्ण प्रजालाई लिएर स्वर्ग जान सक्क्षम भएका थिए ।  त्यसैले जतिसुकै आपत परेपनि होस गुमाउनु हुदैन । तर नेपाली समाजमा होस गुमाउनेहरु बढ्दै छन, त्यसमा पनि डाडुपन्यौ बोक्नेहरु ।

हिजो राजालाई दोशी देख्नेहरु आज सामान्य मानिसहरु उनैलाई दोशी देख्दैछन । पूर्व राजा ज्ञानेन्द्रले आफुलाई बिरेन्द्रभन्दा चलाख ठाने तर समयले उनलाई कमजोर सावित गरिदियो । फेरी अहिलेको बेतिथिलाई हेर्दै गर्दा ज्ञानेन्द्रप्रतिको झुकाव बढ्दै गएको देखिन्छ । यही समय हो जसले मानिसलाई वालक, युवा र वृद्द वनाउछ । यही समय हो जसले मानिसलाई असल, खराव र मुर्ख बनाउछ । त्यसैले प्रत्यक मानिस समयदेखि सर्तक बन्नुपर्दाेरहेछ । अंहकार भरिदै मानिसमा जान्छ भने त्यो मानिसको विनास भएरै छाड्छ । यदि मानिसमा विनम्रताले स्थान पाउंछ भने उ समाजमा पुजिदै जान्छ । त्यसैले मानिसले समयको सही सदुपयोग गर्नु पर्छ ।

Human mind

Both the dearest friend and the cruelest enemy of every human being is his own mind. Though every human being is alone, he can interact himself. It is his mind that sees positive happening in every moment and bad in the same happening too. Therefore, it is you how you can guide you yourself.

It is your mind that compels you to be someone's henchman and an independent being. If you want to live in peace and do progress of your own, you should not be anyone's henchman's it's because you can never take own decision in crisis. If you take decision with the help of borrowed mind, what's the worth of your being? You are less human at the moment. You don't have courage to have eye contact with your opponent. If your mind is submissive, it doesn't matter. You can take it lightly but if you are filled with your own conscience or ego and think yourself as a man of letters, you cannot take it lightly. You feel very desperate and try to find the way as the water makes its way.

See Duryodhan and Gautam Buddha how differently they thought and presented themselves. When Duryodhan was called- A blind's son is a blind by Draupati, he felt insulted and filled with arrogance and led to the Mahabharat war, the most destructive war in human civilization one the other hand, when Gautam was insulted by his neighbor telling him a destroyer of the peaceful society he kept quiet only with his smile, was able to win his heart and became his Guru. Duryodhan's arrogance completely destroyed his family and hundreds of thousands warriors were killed, got nothing in his hand at the end but Gautam Buddha who swallowed the insult was able to make him more than a normal human being. It was due to their mindset. If Duryodhan accepted that he was the blind's son, he wouldn't feel insulted and could take it normally but he could not do that due to his arrogance.

How learned you are, isn't the matter of the degree you have, it is your deliverance that count. It doesn't work unless you prove your worth in the society. How meaningful you are is judged through your performance but not by the post you hold. If you prove your worth for the sake of organization, you may be judged as a true chief of the institution but if you downfall the organization you remain as a worthless human being. Our Nepalese institutions have been worthless due to the worthless performance of the chiefs or the directors or principals or other heads of concerned institutions. If the chief is capable, he can deliver his performance too. Late Prime minister Krishna Prasad Bhattarai and the present Kulman Ghising, Managing director of Nepal Electricity Board have proved their worth. But Former prime ministers Dr Baburam Bhattarai and Prachand have not been able to prove the worth of nearly 20000 Nepalese' death it's because what difference is seen in our political arenas of Nepal is still equivalent to- big fish eat little fish. There are not any changes in subalterns' lives.

Dr Bhattarai and Prachanda's had illusion that Nepal was falling behind due to the political system. They forgot that political systems were not the causes of downfall but the real causes of it were the sincerity, honesty and arrogance. Were Bhaatrai and Prachanda able to fulfill the demands they demanded with the contemporary authority in 2052 when they became the Prime Ministers of Nepal? Indeed not. If they couldn't fulfill the demand why they demanded and began the revolt against the contemporary authority. Now they do not believe in bullet but believe in ballet. Bullet made them known as the terrorists but the ballet made them grasp the supreme power of the nation in their hands. It is the mind that saw as the terrorist and as a company later. So is the matter to the present prime minister K P Oli and Prachanda. How did they use to deliver speech against each other and now how they are shaking their hands? It was their minds that thought them as enemies and friends in turn.

The present demand of Nepal is to appoint the right person in the right place. There should not have blood relationship as well as puppets while appointing someone in somewhere. There should not be any reservation for any caste, creed and regions. Reservation makes a human less human. How a one who is somewhere can take himself as the other who is there through competition. Reservation is an inhuman activity. Everyone should use his mind properly and hope for the place where he is fit for. A bad driver leads to the accident but the good one access to his destination. Therefore, every human being should realize that the enemies of the world are illiteracy and poverty. They have to address differently but not in the form of reservation. Illiterate ones whoever he is should get boarding education at free of cost and the poor ones should get jobs at factories with handsome payment but not in the name of caste, creed and geography. It is the human mind that can change the society. If everyone's minds accepts that telling a lie, taking bribe, delaying in works or in justice and corruption are the evils of society and avoid them, progress in every field is no far for Nepal and Nepalese.

नेपालमा विद्यालय शिक्षा
जुन देशको शिक्षामा आफ््नो पन छैन त्यो देशको भविष्य पनि सुन्दर छैन । जुन शैक्षिक संस्थाहरु मन, वचन र कर्मले हाक्ने नेतृत्व पाएको छ, ति संस्थाहरु अगाडि बढेका छन र आफ््नो नाम लेखाउन सफल पनि छन नेपालमा । तर के गर्नु नेतृत्वमा वस्ने व्यक्तिहरु बहिर एक भित्र अर्को कुरा गर्दा रहेछन । संस्था भन्दा व्यक्ति ठूलो मान्दारहेछन अनि आफ््नो अस्तित्व वेच्नको लागि तयार हुदा  रहेछन । नेपाल साच्चै समुन्नत वन्न चाहन्छ भने अव शिक्षा निति नै फेर्नु पर्छ र नेपालको आवश्यकता अनुसार शिक्षा दिन सक्नु पर्छ सिकारुहरुलाई । आधारभुत तहको शिक्षा सवैलाई अनिवार्य गर्न सक्नु पर्छ । आधारभुततहको शिक्षामा नेपाली, अंग्रेजी र सम्भव भएमा संस्कृतमा समेत साक्षार वनाउन सकेमा भोलीका दिनमा ज्ञानको खोजिमा लाग्नेहरुको लागि पनि उपयोगी हुने थियो । बौद्ध गुरु कमलका अनुसार संस्कृत अध्ययन गरेका लामाहरु आफ््ना  ग्रन्थ सहजै पढ््न सक्ने वताउनुहुन्छ ।

आधारभुततहको शिक्षाले प्रत्यक सिकारुलाई स्वावलम्वी, आत्मनिर्भर, भाषामा सुद्धता, भातृत्वको भावना, हरहिसाव गर्न सक्ने, चरित्रवान, अनुशाषित, इमान्दार, लगनशिल, लैगिंक भेदभावको अन्त्य, परिवार, समाज, देश, संस्कृति प्रति प्रेम गर्न सक्ने र सहयोगको लागि तयार, साथै प्रकृति प्रेमी वनाउन सक्नु पर्छ । माध्यमिक तहको शिक्षाले भने सिकारुको भविष्यको रेखा कोर्न सक्नु पर्छ । देशको आवश्यकता अनुसारको शिक्षा दिन सक्नु पर्छ । हिमाली भेकका विद्यार्थीलाई त्यहाको जडिबुटी, फलफुल, याक, चौरी, भेडा, च्यांग्रँ, पर्वतारोहण आदिको वारेमा रोजगार मुलुक शिक्षा दिन सक्नुपर्छ । यसरी नै अन्य क्षेत्रका विद्यार्थीलाई पनि देशको आवश्यकता र व्यक्तिको रुचि अनुसार विज्ञान, कृषि, उद्योग, व्यवसाय, जलविद्युत, पर्यटन, खाना , भाषा, साहित्य, खेलकुद, कम्पुटर, संस्कृति आदिको वारेमा ज्ञान दिनु पर्छ । विदेशको सपना भन्दा स्वदेश पे्रम भराउन सक्नु पर्छ । दुवै तहको शिक्षाले स्वावलम्वी, अनुशाषित, कर्तव्यपरायण, आत्मनिर्भर र स्वविवेकि नागरिक वन्नको लागि प्रोत्साहन गराउन सक्नु पर्छ । जव देशका युवाहरुको पहिलो रोजाईमा शिक्षक पेशा र राजनिति पर्न आउ“छ, तव देशले आफ््नो निसाना छुट््टाउन सक्छ तर नेपालको विडम्वना राजनितिको लागि शिक्षा चाहिदैन, र शिक्षा पढ््नको लागि अन्यत्र कही पढ््न नपाउने डी ग्रेडले पढ््न पाउने शिक्षा नै त हो ।

शिक्षा र राजनितिले स्थान पाएपछि नेपालले गति लिने छ । अन्यथा राजनैतिक र शैक्षिक मुर्खले नेपाललाई क्रिडास्थलो बनाइरहनेछन । सवै थोक हावा, पानी, माटो, संस्कार र संस्कृतिले   सम्पन्न हुदाहुदै पनि हामी गरिव भएका छँै, यो सवै असल शिक्षक, र असल राजनेताको अभाव हो । अहिले नेपाललाई चाहिएको छ राजा हरिश्चन्द्र जस्तो राजनेता जसले जति अप्ठरो भए पनि सत्य बोल्न छोडेनन र अन्तमा स्वर्ग जान पाउदा पनि उनले आफ््नो प्रजालाई नलगेमा आफु नजाने भने पछि उनी र उनका  प्रजालाई जिउदै स्वर्गमा लान सफल भएका थिए उनी । त्यस्तै सुदामाको भक्ति र उनको श्रीमती वसुन्धराको समाज प्रतिको कृतज्ञता, वालक ध्रुर्वको जस्तो भगवान विष्णुलाई भेट््ने दृढता, गौतम बुद्धको त्याग आज नेपाललाई चाहिएको छ । त्यो केवल असल शिक्षा निति, शिक्ष्ँक, र असल राजनेताबाट मात्र सम्भव छ ।
शिक्षाको गुणस्तर वृद्धीको लागि असल नेतृत्व (जो मन, वचन र कर्मले समर्पित होस) को आवश्यकता पर्दछ प्रत्यक विद्यालयमा, तर के गर्ने नेपालमा डाडुपन्यु बोक्नेहरु नै खोटी छन, आफ््नो विवेकलाई २–४ हजारमा वन्दक वनाउन सक्दारहेछन । विज्ञ पनि कस्ता २ लाखमा किताप लेख्ने ठेक्का किन लिएको ?  ज्ञानै नभएको व्यक्ति कसरी विज्ञ ?  अचिभमेन्ट र आउटकम भनेको के ? के दुवै उस्तै हुन ? मैले जवाफ दिए उस्तै लागे पनि फरक छन । विज्ञ भैसकेपछि भाषाको त ख्याल गर्नु पर्छ नि ।  हैन र ?  कहिले नियुक्ति मिति झुटो बोल्ने, कहिले सिनियर कहिले जुनियर, खेल यस्तै रहे प्रअ नियुक्तिमा । अन्तमा शैक्षिक योग्यतामा । केही लागेन अंक कम गनर्को लागि, सवै अंक वाहिर नै देखिन्छ,  खेल्ने ठाउ कही भएन अनि लाग्नु पर्याे विद्यालय विकास प्रस्ताव र विद्यालय विकास प्रस्तावको प्रस्तुतीकरणमा । १० र ४ अंकमा । विज्ञज्यू हजुरहरुले विद्यालय विकास प्रस्ताव पढ््नुभयो र ? मैले पेस गरेको प्रस्ताव ३ वटा विद्यालयका भर्खरै मात्र स्थायी भएका प्रअले तयार गरेको प्रस्तावना अध्ययन गरेर तयार पारेर मात्र पेस गरेको छु । ती तीनै प्रस्तावनामा प्रत्यकले १० मा ८ अंक प्राप्त गरेका छन भन्ने सुनेको छु ।

नेपालको ््विकासको लागि  शिक्षा लगायत सवै क्षेत्रमा न्याय हुनै पर्छ किनकि विद्यालयमा अन्याय हुन्छ भने विद्यार्थीले के सिक्दछन ? नेपाल अरुले वनाएर वन्दैन, नेपाली आफै जुट््नुपर्छ । अरुले दिएकोले एक दिनलाई होला तर सधैको लागि हुदैन। अरुको इसारामा होइन आफ््नो विवेकले वाच्नुपर्छ ।

Nepal, a new destination for excellent education and job

Nepal is a country where everything seems flouring except political stability. Most of the people believe Nepal is poor. But I don’t think so. Nepal is a rich and most attractive destination to the nature lover. What Nepal has not? She has everything soil, water, natural resources and various types of flora and fauna. The most important part of human civilization is culture. If you visit from northern part of Nepal to southern part of Nepal, you can see people of various castes, complexion, culture, tradition, creeds but harmony among them. If we are honest, we have to accept that we are not sincere enough. We are not devotional for the sake of Nepal and Nepali. Why most of the youths dream to be abroad deserting own motherland. This is the issue that present leaders of Nepal have to show their concern.

The most important changes that the political parties and their leaders have to do are to change their lens. Their lenses are useless. They should stop blaming to the past authority and should study present Nepal. They should stop political bargaining and should devote their vision to uplift the status of present Nepal and her inhabitants. They have to be united to use water, soil and other natural resources though they follow different political dogmas. Is it fair to blame to Ranas and Shah’s and their autocracy? Have they been able to present them they are different from the previous ones? Indeed not. Nepalese are dying due to the lack of transportation. But if you visit the senior leaders of Nepal you may regret. You can see more vehicles parking in their yard. Is it fair? One vehicle is enough for them. Why they cannot say that they do not need any security forces.

A professor, who spent most of the time for the sake of education, has to go on foot or by public vehicle to his destination. If he can, why not a leader? If you visit most of the places under the various ministries of Nepal, you may feel tired of visiting the place and the behavior of Beaurocracy. Why development budgets every year gets the freeze but the general ones who are asking for budgets are deprived of the fund. Without destruction, new development is difficult. Let’s destroy our guilty lens so that we can see the object on its actual shape and size. For the sake of development, there should not be politics. There must be politics at the time of the election. Everyone should be free to cast vote, to be nominated and choose their own leaders. When the election is over, every dispute must be over and should work for the sake of the nation. If it is followed a decade is enough to make Nepal a developed country in the world. If corruption is off and the corrupted ones are boycotted, indeed our nation can march forward. Let’s try our best to minimize our youths dream to go abroad for education and job and heed to create jobs here in Nepal for them and best university for higher education.
