Political revolution in Nepal, add insult to injury

The revolution of Nepal led by so called leaders from various political parties at different era could not and cannot be the sources of changes in ordinary people's life. So pleasing slogans for subaltern were chanted in the streets but in the end when each revolution got success only the leaders of political parties were and have been able to change their life status but the economic condition of Nepal remain as adding insult to injury. A newly born baby has to bear more than RS 30000 as his loan to pay. But during the Rana regime Nepal used to donate to foreign countries. Abolition of one political system and emerging new one does not effect to the life of normal people. The change of political system or abolition of the same system is only possible if the subalterns stop working and begin to chant slogans against the contemporary government in the street at the same time may not last long. Only a few hours chanting make the suppression of government worthless; then new government forms.

When new new government is formed general people think that they will get what they wish. But in bizarre, they see change of people on the table, different system but with the same attitude. There won't be change in general people life until and unless they seem to change their attitude. Is the present government different to former king's Gyanendra? I don't think so. When Gyanendra used to come to the street , no vehicles nor people were allowed to run and walk. So is happening when present president goes out from her dwelling. Prachanda and Baburam demanded so many demands for the sake Nepalese. When they became the PMs of Nepal how many demands they fulfilled. Now Biplab is trying to make Nepalese fool chanting the slogans for them. He does nothing too when he gets opportunity it's because he is guided by the same philosophy of destruction , kidnapping, collecting donation and destroying the infrastructures of nation. There won't be any changes. The changes kiss only to the supremo of each political party.

Thus the Nepalese should not be fool any more, but should be Nepalese rather than a member of political party. A member of political party cannot be an independent being and doesn't have his voice, he can't tell the truth, he has to speak with borrowed tongue. Thus each political party should not let anyone else to lead his party and government more than once it's because it is formed by people and it is for all. But history has proved it it's an Utopian agenda to raise voice for the people. When they are power they speak the same language. When Deuba was rulling the maoists were terrorists. The terrorists were Prachand, Baburam and the present Ministry of Home Badal , Biplab and others. Now Badal is the ministry of Home and he is blaming his own company Biplab as a terrorist. Who is true Deuba or Badal? Whom do we believe? The same persons are there but the ground is different and expressing different tongue.

Now the so called democratic and republican leaders of Nepal should sit on the round table and regret what they did was wrong by which Nepal is falling back. The guns, the bombs , and other usages were worthless and would be useless in future too. Those who use today have to suffer a lot in future. An independent being Prachanda in the past has a captive life now. He is surrounded by 59 security personals why.? Why cannot he be a normal being and live his normal life? It's because he has illusion that he is more that others and gets afraid of being killed. Can the security personals save his life? I don't think so it's because how long he has to survive, he can but neither the treatment of the doctor nor the security personal can save him. If the doctors doctors could, Dr. Devekota could have with us if security forces could save, the entire Birendra's family could have with us. Bitter truth, neither of them is with us.

If so, why are they in illusion? It's because they have been guided by false philosophy. They talked about equality and kept it as fundamental right of Nepalese. One the one hand they have written reservation, on the other hand they have written equality. Can equality and reservation flourish together? It's the illusion . So our constitution written by the members constituent assembly is regrettable and is not for the sake of all. It is the bundle of follies that keep people in illusion. It has created two types of citizens; independent citizens and dependent citizens. It's good to be an independent citizen rather than being a dependent citizen. How our leaders lacked in thinking that keeping people in reservation was an inhuman activity. It made them weaker then before. Why they didn't think how they could uplift their status. It might be the story of a butterfly that that comes our from the cocoon. A matured larva changed into butterfly inside cocoon if comes out of it, after its long struggle , it can live its life if not the helped ones can live its life only for a few minutes or hours. Abolition of reservation to the Nepalese in the name of caste and geography is inevitable for the sake of reserved ones and to make them human and independent citizens.

Each and every revolution of Nepal has not worked for the sake of subaltern. Only the opportunist and so called supreme leaders of each political party were and are enjoying as their wish but normal Nepalese have been poorer day after day taking the responsibility of national loan of more than Rs 30000 amount. Therefore, everyone has to realize and look back their own history and see their own reality and their companies' status they can realize what the changes the revolution has carried. The development of each being and nation is also an inevitable task like a sprouting seed growing into a massive tree. It takes a long time but a big tree gets matured only after sprouting onto the earth. Present leaders should sit on a round table and collect the strength to tell the truth. They have to realize what they did in the past like killing and destruction were irrational and inhuman activities and should be avoided the days ahead. Politics of Nepal must be for all. It should not be concerned only about the hegemony. Let it make for all where every bud blooms equally. politics should not add insult to injury. It must be for blooming.

Congratulations to SEE students

Every trial of human life is of great importance. SEE for students in Nepal is taken as the greatest of all trials. Thus the examines who have been able to grab the excellent grade at this trial plays the vital role the days ahead. But it is not all in all it's because he/she has to go through many tests in every second. Take it as a normal one like of a normal pregnant woman who has to deliver her kids in a fixed time. Every student has to face many exams every day and has to keep a good record to be an honest , social, sincere and the wisest being. To score A+ means you are excellent at the time of the trial. It allows you to participate in next entrance exam. Therefore, you should not feel too much excited having excellent result and should not be worried too much and fall as the victim of depression. A good cook may not cook the delicious food forever though our belief is that a good cook cooks delicious food. In the same way, It is the trial that you have been able to get through and you are allowed to go for the further trial. Take it as a natural one and accept the future challenge.

Congratulations to those who have been able to score as their wish and express sympathy for those who have not been able to have as their wish. Don't worry it's not the final trial. Everyone has to face many other exams. Those who have not been able to grab as you wish can have better performance in near future. Every human being has the knowledge but the knowledge doesn't have value unless he/she cannot perform it. For example, if we ask a smoker, is it good for health? His/ Her response may be no. See knowing smoking is injurious to health if people smoke. Does it have any sense of that knowledge? The knowledge must be handy. We have to be able to use the knowledge in our daily usage only then it can prove its worth.

There are the various sources and five senses of organ to acquire knowledge on various subject. Socializing is the greatest part of human civilization. To have human traits can show how mighty you are or how wise you are. Your might and cleverness might be in shadow if you are not able to perform in time. We may shock to see an elephant tied with a simple single rope. It is the mightiest animal but we can see it is under the control of a rope. Why it happens. It is the belief that keeps it on its control. When it was small its owner tied it with big rope and it tried to break in many times but it could not. Later it grew up with a lot energy but could not believe that it is mightier than the rope and compelled itself to be under the control of the rope. Thus everyone has to have faith to be the winner of every trial. If you lose today you can be victorious tomorrow. Your victory and losing has meaning for your life. You can feel how good it is to win and how people judge at you for your poor performance. Thus gaining and losing might be the source of experience and this is the experience that makes someone wise, popular and brave too.

Time tells who you are

Every human being feels proud of his performance. But he/she does not know that the one who is very popular and loved by all in one community may not be in other community it's because his/her identity differs location to location. A human being has different identity. He She odes not have single identity. Maybe at home father or mother/ grandfather of grandmother/ siblings or son or daughter / son-in-law or daughter -in-law or other. In the same way on the street a pedestrian, in a bus or other means of transportation a passenger or drive r or pilot or other and in the field maybe landlord or farmer or farmhand and so one. Thus everyone has the same physical structure but different identity at different locations.

The present world is the world of have but not of haves not. If any has affluent property and good status and earning,everyone hovers around his/her but the sincere one, the honest one and the laborious one is even discriminated by his/her parents. Everyone can see at every home if a son or daughter earns a lot and the next one doesn't have income but stays at home takes care of cows and buffaloes, feeds them fodder, mother who has dipper dips the dipper lightly and gives him/her little milk but the ones who can have even at outside gets more than the one who does more work at home. This is the world of winners. This is the world of hegemony till to. The demand of present world is to end of discrimination prevailing at every corner of the world. The world must be the world of all whether have or haves not.

The sarcastic attitude that is fostering around the world is even in friendship. The demand of the present world is to develop the friendship of like Krishna and Sudama. Sudama who was insulted by the subjects of Krishan in Dwarika but he was honored in the midtown of his capital city by Krishna after hugging each other in their bareffeet. They were childhood schoolmates and lasted forever and Krishna being rich and the king of his kingdome never showed that he was superior to him. After deep devotion of Sudam and his arrival at castle, Krishna secretly invited Vishowkarma , the builder of heaven and asked him to change Sudama's Kuti like of his Palace . But the relationship of present friends friendship is questionable. Even at the time of apply for the further study, one applies from one but advice his/her friend from another institute to let his /her friend's institute empowerment. What it shows . The world is full of cunning people and should be aware of them to live a normal being.

Everyone has to realize that the power and pelf what he/she has today may not be for the next day. They are all perishable. But the deeds you do may last if they are for the sake of entire environment and the people of the world. The voice of the voiceless must be heard everywhere. The most important part of the development of each nation is its workers but they were and still are ignored by the . They were and are low paid and ignored and still ignored by the concerned authority. The foremost voice must be for the sake of entire workers in the world. The payment between people must be of the same for the same work ,should not be discriminated as his/her color,religion and geography. They must be paid as their performance. Is it possible ? Indeed, yes. But how?

It must be the voice of all. The decision makers should realize while making the decision. When a government makes a decision for the sake of a labour, the PM or the Kin or the President should place him/her as the place of labour and should distribute the amount that he/she gets as a salary. If he/she is able to survive and let their family survive in a comfortable way with that amount it's okay if not , there must be changes. If everyone realizes the role of each human being and begin to think as a company not as of higher and lower senior or junior, the world would be the place of all and only smile spreads and there will be the end of conflict from the world. Let the world make the world of all. Let all visit the other part of the world to enjoy their life.

Thus it's not necessary to tell who you are. It is time that makes you realize what other are saying you or judging you. Your words and the bullets released from the barrel of the gun never return. Be aware of them. The money you spent can be earned, the money you lent someone may be refunded but the word you speak never can compensate you. It might defame you forever. The haves one may be in street and the ones in the street might be in a castle. The time makes you so. Be aware of the time.

विछोडमा नि हास्न सक्नु नै हो जीवन । हारलाई स्वीकारी जित्न सक्नु नै हो जीवन। लगाइएका निराधार आक्षपलाई प्रमाणले पुष्टि गराई निर्दोष सावित गराउन सक्नु नै हो जीवन । कठिनाईसँग पाउठेजोरी खोज्नु नै हो जीवन। आफ्नै सोचमा जिउन सक्नु नै हो जीवन। समय गतिसम्म आफुलाई तरलित पार्नसक्नु नै हो जीवन। आफुलाई कर्म, छल र वोलिले धोका दिनेका नजरलाई प्रत्याडित पार्नसक्नु नै हो जीवन । कहिले भोकसँग, कहिले मिस्ठान्नसँग, त कहिले मुस्कानसँग कहिले रागसँग अविचलित रहन सक्नु नै हो सफल जीवन।

आफ्नो लागि मात्र नभएर सुदामाको जस्तै भक्तिभावले आदा सीता भात कृष्णलाई अर्पण गर्दा आफुलाई त्यसैमा समर्पित गरि सारा भोकाको पेट भरियोस भनी माग राखि मागको सुनुवाइ गराउन सक्नु नै हो सफल जीवन। आफुलाई गलहत्ती लगाई दरवारबाट राजाको गुणगान नगरी सत्य र समाजको मार्गदर्शित गाउने गाना गाई कुनै प्रलोभनमा नपरी भोक पीडा र अपमानलाई सहन गरि सतमार्गमा भड्किएका मानिसलाई डोर्‍याउन सक्नु नै हो सफल जीवन।

Every human being needs love, care and devotion to nourish his or her mind and heart. If a student with human traits and sound academic certificate wants to join at school or colleges as his or her career, he or she should have passion for involving with children for teaching and learning activities. Due to the virtual world the modern kids are intoxicated with games, song, dancing as well as sexting. Modern addict expert Mandy Saligari comes yo the conclusion through research that - Giving your child a smartphone is like giving a gram of cocaine . To get rid of it, every child has to communicate with real human being who can pour love, care and devotion to nourish their mind and heart.

Instead of giving a smartphone to the childern, their parents and teachers should love them a lot. They shouldn't be bullying at them They should be pleasing.They shouldn't compel the children to do something else but insipre them to do themselves. Smiling is one of the best traits that human beings posses and it is the most dangerious weapon that shatters more than the bullet does. Let your children smile all the time. It helps them to be positive towards their life and inspire all to be happy. Ultimately it ends up the conflict and develop harmony between human beings.

Let every child play around you. Let them speak and listen what they say. Let them believe that their parents never speak a lie but tell the truth. Sometimes telephone rings, and parents suggest their children to reply that they are out of homes. It means what they learn from their parents. A child begins to tell a lie from his parents. Parents should be aware of it. In the same way children believe in their teachers. How qualified their parents are but they believe in their teachers`s performance. If a child does something wrong and his or her parents ask them to correct, he or she does not believe in them and says this is what his or teacher does. In the same way if any beats or misbehaves to the child, he or she says he or she will tell them that he or she will tell their parents. It means that children perspective is that their parents are the mightest ones and teachers are the most wisest ones.

Therefore, parents and teachers should be the role model for them till the time they realize that their parents cannot be the mightiest ones nor the teachers can be all knowers. What faith in them should let them nourishing till the last breath of their life.

नेपालमा नेपाली चाहिएको छ ।

नेपाल आफैमा सम्पन्न तर नेताद्वारा प्रत्याडित देशको रुपमा बदनामी भैरहेको छ । कुनै पनि देश सन्चालन गर्नको लागि दक्ष जनशक्ति , माटो , स्वच्छ हावा, पानी र दुरदर्शिताले भरिएको योजना चाहिन्छ । नेपालमा राजनैतिक दलहरू जन्मिए, विकसित भए राजनैतिक परिवर्तन गराए सोझासाझालााई सपना देखाउन सफल भए अन्तमा अाफु सफल भए करिव करिव नेपाल र नेपालीलाई असफल वनाए। हिजो राणाको समयमा वेलायतलाई सहयोग गर्ने देश अाज जन्मने वित्तिकैको शिशुको शिरमा राष्ट्रिय रु ३०००० भन्दा माथिको ऋण बोकाउन सफल भएका छन।नेपालको यो दुरदशा हुनुमा कसको हात रह्यो त?

जो नेतृत्वमा रह्यो उहीँ नै यसका दोशी पात्रहरु हुन। सपना दे्ख्नु र देखाउनु नेतृत्वको कर्तव्य हो। नेताले नेपालीलाई सपना देखाउदै गर्दा आफुसत्तामा पुगेपछि गर्नसक्ने योजनाको सपना देखाउन सक्नुपर्छ । हिजोका सत्ताधारी र आफुसत्तामा पुग्दाको अन्तर देखाउन सक्नुपर्छ । हिजो राजा र राणा सामान्ती थिए भन्दै गर्दा हिजो नेताको पछि लागेर हिड्ने कार्यकर्ता आज आफ्नो नेता शाषक भैरहदा हिजो जे थियो आज त्यही छ, परिवर्तन कहाँ छ? केवल व्यक्ति परिवर्तन भयो तर प्रवृती परिवर्तन हुन सकेन। आज ५९ जना सुरक्षाको घेराभित्र हिड्ने प्रचण्डलाई हिजोको राजा, राणा र अन्य कोही सामान्ति जहानिया र निरकुँष थिए भनेर उनलाई हेरेर कसरी बुझ्ने। के सवै सत्ताधारीहरु सामान्ति , निरकुँष र जहानिया हुन त ? बलिदान सोझो नवुझेको व्यक्ति गर्छ तर त्यसको उपभोग नेता गर्छन। आन्दोलनमा अपवादलाई छोडेर नेता मर्दैन वरु सडकमा हिडिरहेका वटुवाको सत्ताको गोलीबाट अन्त्य हुन्छ शहिद वन्छ, आन्दोलन एक अर्थमा सफल हुन्छ तर कथा पुरानै दोहरिन्छ किन। हिजोको राजा र अहिलेको राष्ट्रपति विचको फरक के? हिजोको राणा प्रधानमन्त्री र अहिलेको गणतन्त्रको प्रधानमन्त्री विचको फरक के? राजा र राणा जहानिया थिए कटु सत्य हो। हिजोका वहुदलवादि र अहिलेका गणतन्त्रवादीले जहानिया नभएको प्रमाणित गर्न सक्छन त ? के यीनका विचारहरु अफिम होइनन् त? किन झुक्याए नेपालीलाई।

यी सवै सवालको सरल उत्तर छ किनकि नेपालमा करिव करिव नेपाली नै छैन । प्राय सवै दलका कार्यकर्ता र सदस्य बनेका छन। एक राजनैनिक दलको कार्यकर्ताले आफू मानव भएको विर्सदो रहेछ, दलको नाममा आफुलाई सि्त्तैमा बिक्रि गर्दो रहेछ किनकि उ आप्नो दलको सपथ खाएको छ तर नेपाल र नेपालीको लागि हैन किन? किनकि उ सित्तैमा वेचिएको छ। अहिले करिव सुक्ष्म्य रुपमा अध्ययन गर्ने हो भने नेपालमा राजनैतिक दलको अस्तित्व समाप्त भैसकेको छ। राजनैतिक दलहरु नेताका स्वार्थ सिद्दिका सादन भएका छन देशको निकास दिनसक्ने साध्य बन्न सकेका छैनन। यो गएको स्थानीय , प्रान्तीय र संघिय चुनावले वताइसकेको छ। कमसेकम हिजो आफुलाई मतदान गरि त्यो स्थानमा पुर्याइदिने र्प्रति त कृतज्ञ ५ वर्षको लागि त हुनुपर्ने हो नि , ५ हप्ता पनि टिकेन। अनि कसरी भन्ने त नेपालमा दल छन भनेर। ठिक त्यसरी नै दलहरू फुट्ने र जुट्ने कार्य भैरहेको छ तर के का लागि? दलको कुरा दुई जना नेता देशको बागडोर समाल्नको लागि रे? के अरु छैनन? एकै जना व्यक्ति बारम्बार प्रधानमन्त्री बनिदिने। दल भएपछि त अरुलाई पनि दिनुपर्छ नि तर के गर्नु -- मै खाउ मै लाउ सुख सयल मै गरु--- भावना मात्र छ यत्रतत्र नेतृत्वमा । अनि बन्छ त नेपाल ?

गर्ने के त ?

राजनैतिक दलहरु आफ्नो सदस्यता कति छ भन्नेतर्फ लाग्नुपर्दैन। वस यति मात्रै खोजे पुग्छ कि हिजोका शाषक कसरी सामान्ति, जहानिया र निरकुंष भए। ती दल सत्तामा पुगेपछि हिजो आफुले लाएका आरोपको गन्ध आउनुभएन। यसको लागि अध्ययनको आवश्यकता पर्छ। बाँस आचरणमा परिवर्तन गरे पुग्छ। योग्य व्यक्तिलाई आवश्यक ठाउमा प्रतिस्पर्धामा अव्वल ठहरिएकोलाई स्थान दिए पुग्छ। प्रतिस्पर्धिलाई अन्तरवोध होस कि उ आफ्नो प्रतिस्पर्धी भन्दा कमजोर रहेछ भनेर। आरक्षणले निस्चित समुदायका मानिसलाई मानिस भन्दा तल राख्यो। हेपिएको पात्रको रुपमा। यस्तो अमानविय आरक्षण बन्द गर्न लगाउ तर उसलाई शिक्षा दिलाई सक्षम वनाउ अनि उसले जसरी पानीले आफ्नो बाटो कोर्छ नि ठिक त्यसरी नै उसले आफ्नो गन्तव्यको निर्क्योल गर्दछ।

सवैभन्दा महत्त्वपूर्ण कुरा नेपालीलाई दिइएको शिक्षा कहाँ र कसरी उपयोगि भएको छ। यसको खोजी गर्नु आवश्यक छ। केही अपवादलाई छोडेर नेपालका विस्वविद्यालयहरु शेैक्षिक वेरोजगार उत्पादन गर्ने उद्योगको रुपमा विकसित भएका छन। विस्वविद्यालयले अध्यापन गराउनु भन्दा पहिले सोच्नुपर्यो यो उत्पादन कहाँ र कसरी जिवन उपयोगी हुनसक्छ भनेर। यी दिक्षित पात्रहरुलाई रोजगार उन्मुख भन्दा रोजगार सिर्जना गर्न सक्ने पात्रको रुपमा दिक्षित गराउन सक्नु पर्छ। ढिला, सुस्तिको अन्त्य असल मानविय आचरणले भरिपुर्ण पात्रको रुपमा दिक्षित गराउन सक्नुपर्छ। कसरी यी पात्रले भोलिको नेपाललाई सुन्दर वनाउन सक्छन। त्यता आँखा लगाउन पर्यो नेपालको शिक्षाले।

मैले खोजेको प्रजातन्त्र वा गणतन्त्र

मेरो मन मस्तिस्कमा २०३०,४० र ५० को दशकमा भरिएको प्रजातन्त्रको परिभाषा अझै प्राप्त गर्न सकेको छैन । विद्यालयस्तरको विद्यार्थी हुदै गर्दा राणा शाषन जहानिया र निरकुंश भयो भनेर पढाइयो, होकेरे कस्ता बदमास रहेछन राणाहरु भन्ने भयो, अनि राजा त्रिभुवनलाई प्रजातन्त्रको जननी वा पिता भनेर सिकाइयो हो त नि कति महान रहेछन हाम्रा राजा त्रिभुवन भन्ने भयो । प्रजातन्त्रको लागि ज्यान र राजगद्दीलाई नै दाउमा राखी जनताको पक्षमा उभिने राजा महान हुन भन्ने नै भयो । तर पनि यो विचारले पूर्ण रुपमा उनी प्रजातन्त्रप्रेमी हुन भनी अहिले विश्वस्त हुन सकिन किनकि २००७ सालमा नेपाली जनता र राजाले मिलेर ल्याएको प्रजातन्त्रमा पनि फेरी उनैले सहजता कायम नगरेको इतिहास पढ्न पाइन्छ । उनी आफ्नो गद्दी जोगाउनको लागि भारतको शरणमा पुगेका हुन भनी द्वविधामा अल्झिन पुगेको छ मेरो मन । अनि राजा पृथ्वी नारायण शाहलाई २२ र २४ मा टुक्रिएका ससाना राष्ट्रलाई एकिकरण गरी विशाल नेपालको निर्माण गरे र सगरमाथा देखि लुम्विनीलाई मेची देखि महाकालीलाई एकै सिङ्गो नेपालमा गाभी विशाल नेपालको निर्माण गर्ने राजा महान हुन भन्ने नै भयो र आजसम्म पनि म कास्की निवासीलाई नेपाली वनाउने उनै हुन र उनी प्रतिको श्रद्दँ हिजो पनि थियो, आज पनि छ र म विश्वस्त छु भोली पनि रहने छ । मेरो वुझाइमा नेपाल र नेपालीको लागि उनै हुन युग पुरुष । उनी महान थिए, महान छन र महान रहिरहने छन यद्दपी वर्तमान समयमा नेपालका उदयमान नेताहरु उनको शालिक ढलाउछन तर त्यस्तै विदेशी शालिकमा उभिएर फोटो खिचाउदा दङ्ग पर्दछन ।

तिनै विदेशी भुमिमा गएर फोटो खिचाउने नेताहरु आफुलाई राष्ट्रवादी, प्रजातन्त्रप्रेमी, वा गणतन्त्रवादका ठेकेदार भनेर सम्झन्छन । तिनैको आखामा राजा, राणा जहानिया, निरकुंश, सामान्ती भए तर आज तिनैको स्थानमा ठ्याक्कै त्यही सैलमिा रमाउनेहरु कसरी प्रजातन्त्रप्रेमी, जनप्रेमी भए । हिजोका राजा र राणालाई सामान्ती र पारिवारिक भन्नेहरु आज कुनै पदमा रँजनैतिक नियुक्ति दिनु परेमा योग्य नेपाली नागरिकले पाउदैन कि त्यस्ता व्यक्ति दलको नेताको छोराछारी, वा ज्वाइ, वुहारी कि खामवन्दी वा दलको सदस्य हुुनुपर्नै । देशको ढुकुटी सके भन्नेहरु आज हिजोकोले गर्दा जे जे गलत लाग्थ्यो नि आज तिनै क्रियाकलाप गरिरहेका छन । त्यस्तै गरी पदोन्नतिको समयमा पनि कनिष्ठलाई स्थान दिन्छन, मुद्दा अदालतममा पुग्छ, अदालतले पाउनुपर्नेको पक्षमा निर्णय सुनाइदिन्छ तर सरकारमा रहेकाहरु ङिच्च दांत देखाएर वसिदिन्छन । यस्तो चर्या देख्दादेख्दै कसरी भन्ने त नेपालमा गणतन्त्र छ भनेर । हिजोका शाषक सेता हात्ती भएका थिए तर आज तिनै नेताहरु त्यस्ता भएका छन । आजको आवश्यकता व्यक्ति परिवर्तन होइन, आचरणमा परिवर्तन चाहिएको छ । वादमा परिवर्तन होइन वनाइएका योजना कार्यान्वयन गरिदिए पुग्छ किनकि राजनिति भनेको निश्चित भुभाग र त्यस भुभागमा वसोवास गर्ने व्यक्तिको रक्षा र समुन्नताको लागि कोरिएका योजना र तीनको कार्यन्वयन नै हो । कुनै भोको व्यक्तिले प्राप्त गरेको चामल जस्तै हो । कसरी त्यो चामलको प्रयोग गरी भोक मेटाउने हो । अल्छी छ चामल नै खाइदिन सक्छ, अर्कोले भात वनाउन सक्छ, अर्काले त चामल पिन्छ रोटी वनाउछ, वा पुवा वा खिर ।आखिरमा चामलबाट जे वनाएर खाए पनि ती पकवानको अर्थ भोक नै मेटाउनु हो । ठीक राजनैतिक वाद पनि त्यस्तै हुन । अन्तमा जुन वाद आए पनि सर्वसाधरणलाई केही फरक पर्दैन । किनकि प्रत्यक वादले देश र देशवासीको कल्याणको लागि आफ्नो तरिकाले सञ्चालन गर्ने हो तर पनि सवै वादको अन्तिम लक्ष भनेको भुगोल र त्यस भुगोलभित्र रहने नागरिकको सम्वृद्दी नै हो ।

हाम्रो देशको संविधानमा समानतालाई मौलिक हकभित्र राखेको छ तर कहा छ समानता व्यवहारमा । एक नेताको उपचारमा करौडौ खर्चन्छ देश तर निशायको लागि सिटामोल पाउदैन । खोइ कहा छ प्रजातन्त्र वा गणतन्त्र वा समानता ? संविधानमा लेखिएको छ समनतालाई मौलिक हक भित्र । कहा छ समानता ? प्रचण्डलाई ५९ जना सुरक्षाको घेराभित्र राखि राष्ट्रको धुकुटी करौडौ खर्चदै गर्दा प्रचण्ड किन भन्न सक्दैनन यो घेरा चाहिदैन भनेर ? किन उनी स्वतन्त्र जिउन सक्दैनन ? म भित्र हुर्कदै गरेको प्रजातन्त्र वा गणतन्त्रमा त विभेदीकरण हुदैहुदैन । यदी विभेदीकरण छ भने त्यो सामाजिक न्याय विरुद्दमा छ , प्रजातन्त्रको खिलापमा छ गणतन्त्रको खिलापमा छ । गणतन्त्रमाथि खतरा छ भने यीनै नेताको कारणले खतरामा छ । नेपालीले खोजेको कुरा भएको छैन तर नेताले चाहेको जे पनि भएको छ । यो देश नेताको मात्र होइन, समग्र नेपालीको हो । मेरो प्रजातन्त्रभित्र त सरकारबाट वाहिर निस्किएपछि उ जुनसुकै पदमा भएपनि उ सामान्य नागरिक हो र उसलाई सामान्य नागरिकमा नै राख्नुपर्छ । कुनै एकल सुरक्षा दिने होइन । कुनै एक व्यक्तिलाई वारम्वार एकै पदको लागि पनि लानुहुदैन किनकि यसले सामाजिक न्यायको खिल्लि उडाइरहेको हुन्छ । असफल व्यक्तिलाई वारम्वार कुनै पदमा राखिराख्दा देश ने असफल हुन्छ । कुनै एक व्यक्ति मृत्युवरण नगरिञ्जेलसम्म दल र सरकारको नेतृत्व आफै लिन खोज्ने परिपाटी पनि गलत छ । यसको पनि अन्ते गर्नुपर्छ ।

नेपालमा अव कुनैवाद छैन प्रयोगको लागि । वादले त गन्तव्य वताउने हो । तर प्रयोगमा आएका वादहरु सवै असफल भैसके । जहानिया शाषन, एकतन्त्रीय शाषन, प्रजातन्त्र, वहुदलिय शाषन, गणतन्त्र, समाजवाद उन्मुख लोकतन्त्र आदि । समय समयमा सवै दलले आ आफ्नो तरिकाले आन्दोलन गरे । एकले अर्कालाई वर्ग शत्रुका रुपमा हेरे । नेताको लहडमा जे आयो त्यही गरे। गरीव जनतालाई सपनाको महल देखाइदिए । वुर्जुवा शिक्षा चाहिदैन, मुक्तिको लागि संघर्ष गर्नको लागे उत्प्रेरणा जगाए आफ्ना सन्तानलाई पढाए निर्दा र गरीवलाई सपनामा लठ्याए । अनि प्रचण्ड र बाबुरामले १० वर्षे सशस्त्र जनयुद्द चलाए, हजारौ मारीए, लाखौ अलपत्र परे, कैयौ घरवार विहिन भए, अंगभंग भए, अझै कति त छर्रा शरीरमा बोकेर हिड्न वाध्य छन । आज ती दुवै नेताहरु अलपत्र परेका छन । घना जंगलमा बाटो विराएका मानिस जस्तै । त्यसैले उनीहरको आवाजमा सन्तुलन गुमेको छ । हुनत विनिर्माणवादले त कुनै पनि वस्तुको पहिचान आफैमा सिमित हुदैन । पहिचानको लागि पनि अरुको सहरा लिनुपर्छ भन्ने ठम्माइले गलत सावित गरिदिएको छ । हुन त मानिस प्राकृतिक रुपमा नै अस्थीर छ । २ वा ४ मीनेट अगाडीको मानिस त्यही हुन सक्दैन भन्ने शन्देस त गौतम बुद्दले जव एक मानिसले उनलाई आफुमा भएका शव्द भैञ्जेलसम्म गाली गरीराखे, रित्तिए पछि त्यहाबाट आफ्नो बाटो लागे, गाली गरीञ्जेलसम्म पनि मन्दमुस्कानमा वसिरहेका गौतम वुद्द जव वोले जुनवेलामा उनीलाई गाली गर्ने मानिस आए र माफ मागे । अहिले मेरो सामु न तिमी गाली गर्ने व्यक्ति नै हौ न म गाली सुन्ने नै व्यक्ति हु । कोसंग माफी माग्दै छौ तिमी भने पछि ती गाली गर्ने व्यक्ति निशव्द भए र तुरुन्त त्यसै समयदेखि उनी गौतम बुद्दका अनुयायी वनेका थिए ।

करिव करिव बाबुराम र प्रचण्ड गौतम बुद्दलाई गाली गर्ने व्यक्ति जस्तै भएका छन । कहीले हेगेलको कुरा गर्छन त कहीले बिप्लवले प्रचण्डलाई मार्ने योजना वनाएको कुरा गर्छन । के गर्नु आफैले दिएकाृे दीक्षा आज आफ्नै लागि गलपास भएको छ । दुवैजना देशका प्रधानमन्त्री भैसकेका व्यक्तिहरु विच्छिप्त अवस्थामा छन । बाबुरामलाई कांग्रेसले सांसद बनाइदियो प्रचण्डकि छोरीलाई मेयर । आज तिनै कांगे्रसलाई गाली गर्दैछन भने कांग्रेसजन तिनैको पछि लागेर प्रतिउत्तर दिदैछन । यो दिन आउछ, चुनावी तालमेल नगर भन्दै गर्दा त्यो वेलामा हुन्न भन्न सकेनन । गएका चुनावमा नेपालमा भएका राजनैतिक दलहरुले आफ्नो अस्तित्व समाप्त पारेका छन । अझै होस खुलेको छैन नेतागणमा । आफ्नो दलको लागि विना स्वार्थ जीवन आउती गर्न चाहनेहरुको हातले मतपत्रमा छाप लगाउदै गर्दा आफैलाई धिक्कार्दै मत खसालेका थिए आज त्यसैको परिणाम भोग्दैछन । अहिलेको विप्लवको सपना पनि प्रचण्डकै जस्तो हो । उनी सत्तामा पुगिहाले पनि केही गर्न सक्दैनन । नेपाल सवैको साझा फुलवारी हो । यसको संरक्षण गर्नु सवैको कर्तव्य हो । त्यसैले व्यक्तिगत स्वार्थबाट माथि उठी नेपाल र नेपालीको उत्थानमा लाग्नु नै निर्विपल्प विकल्प हो मेरो ठम्याइमा । हुन त गौतम बुद्दलाई गाली गर्नेको गाली समाप्त भएपछि उनी गौतम बुद्दका अनुयायी भए शान्तिको मार्ग रोजे आज ठीक त्यही अवस्थामा छन यी दुवै नेताहरु ।

देशका नेताहरु अन्तरयामी जस्तो वन्न सक्नुपर्छ कार्यकर्ताको लागि । जव गौतम बुद्दलाई निजी सेवक चाहिएको थियो उनले आफ्ना इच्छुक अनुयायीलाई आफ्नो इच्छा व्यक्त गर्न भनेपछि इच्छुक सवैले आ आफ्नो नाम दिए तर आनन्द नाम गरेका भिच्छु चुपचाप रहे । उनले केही नवोलेपछि बुद्द स्वयमले सोधेछन तिमी किन वोल्दैनौ ? उनले भनेछन( मागेर केही कुरा पाइन्छ भने त्यसको के नै अर्थ छ र ? अन्तमा गौतम बुद्दले तीनै आनन्दलाई आफ्नो निजी सेवक वनाएका रहेछन र गौतम बुद्दको महिमा गरी आज विश्व सामु गौतम बुद्दको ज्ञानलाई विस्तार गर्ने उनै हुन । त्यसैले नेताले बुझ्नसक्नुपर्छ कुन कार्यकर्ता कस्तो हो । माग्नेलाई होइन क्षमातावानलाई अघि सारेमा आफुले सोच्ने गरेको योजना पुरा गराउने छन । तर नेपालमा यो संस्कारको विकास हुन सकेको छैन । आजको आवश्यकता योग्य व्यक्तिलाई ठीक स्थानमा नै राख्नु हो ।

मेरो परिभाषाभित्रको न प्रजातन्त्र छ, न समानता छ न गणतन्त्र नै छ यहा नेपालमा । यहा जसका लाठी उसका भैसको रुपमा कुसंस्कार मौलाएको छ । भ्रष्टाचार फैलदै छ,। तर आवाज उठ्ने गरेका छन तर ती आवाजलाई वुलन्द पार्नसक्ने नेतृत्वको अभाव छ । करिव करिव नेपाली जनता नै छैनन । सवै कुनै न कुनै दलका सदस्य भएका छन । कुनै दिन संसदमा भ्रष्टचारको कुरा उठ्छ, अनि कुनै न कुनै रुपमा अर्काे दलको नेताको नाम जोडिन्छ । अगिल्लो दिन उठेको आवाज खहरे खोलाको रुपमा परिणत हुन्छ । मैले खोजेको प्रजातन्त्र, गणतन्त्र र समानतामा यी सवै निषेधित थिए तर पनि आज निरिह दर्शक भएर वस्नु परेको छ । फौजदारी अभियोग लागेका व्यक्तिलाई चुनावी प्रतिस्प्रधामा उमेदवार हुन पाउदैन नेपालको संविधान त्यही भन्छ तर निर्वाचन आयोग चुनावमा भाग लिन दिन्छ तर विजय भैसकेपछि सपथग्रहण गराउदैन । जनताको मतद्वारा निर्वाचित सभासदलाई र्ससदमा प्रवेश नगराउनु यसलाई के भन्ने । एकलाई मार्दा मानिस हत्यारा भएको छ, सयौ, हजारौलाई मारेपछि नेता भएको छ जुन मैले वुझेको प्रजातन्त्रभित्र पर्दैन । व्यक्ति पूर्णरुपमा स्वार्थी भएको छ । आफुले गर्दा राजनैतिक परिवर्तनको लागि हुन्छ तर त्यही मुद्दा अरुले उठाउदा आतंङकको रुपमा लिइन्छ । कि भन्न सक्नुपर्याे आफुले बाटो विराएको जुन गलत थियो र देखेको सपना समयले गलत सावित गरिदियो । आफुले गरेको गलत क्रियाकलाप प्रति माफी माग्दै यस्तो गलत बाटोमा नहिड्नको लागि अनुरोध गर्दै सत्यमार्गमा हिड्नको लागि अपिल गर्नु पर्याे ।

जसरी नेपाल आफ्नै मौलिक संस्कार र संस्कृतिमा विश्वमान चित्रमा स्वतन्त्र राष्ट्रको रुपमा चित्रित गर्न सफल छ ठीक त्यसरी नै समुन्नत राष्ट्रको रुपमा उभ्याउनु पर्ने छ । यसको लागि समग्र नेपाली चुनावको वेलामा विभाजित भए पनि विकास र सम्वृद्दीको लागि एकै स्वरमा अगाडी बढ्नु पर्छ । अनि देश हाक्नेहरुले बुझ्नु पर्छ कि विश्व मानव सभ्यताका दुश्मन भनेका केवल अशिक्षा र गरिवी हो । अशिक्षा र गरिवीबाट नेपाललाई मुक्त दिलाउनको लागि सरकारले पूर्णकालिन योजना ल्याउनु पर्छ । अशिक्षीतलाई शिक्षीत वनाउनको लागि नेपाल सरकारले आवसिय विद्यालय खोली उनीहरुलाई विद्यालयस्तरको निशुल्क शिक्षा उपलव्ध गराउन पर्छ । जव उनीहरु आफ्नो इच्छा अनुसारको शिक्षा प्राप्त गर्छन उनीहरुलाई आफ्नो रुचिअनुसारको पेशामा प्रतिसप्रधाको आधारमा छनौट हुनको लागि उत्प्रेरकको भुमिका खेल्न सक्नुपर्छ । उनीहरुलाई निरीय वनाइ आराक्षणमा राखी निरीह मानवको रुपमा जिउन दिन हुदैन तर स्वतन्त्र र स्वावलम्वी नागरिकको रुपमा सृजित गर्नसक्नुपर्छ । त्यस्तै गरी गरिवीबाट मुक्ति दिलाउनको लागि विनाभेदभाव गरीव मानिसको तथ्याङ्क संकलन गरी गरीव मानिसहरुलाई उद्योगधन्दामा रोजगारी दिलाउन पर्छ । रोजगारीको पारिश्रमिक परिवारको जिविकोपार्जनको लागि पुग्ने हुनुपर्छ ।

अर्को पाटो रह्यो सुकुम्वासी समस्या जुन दीर्घरोगको रुपमा देखापरको छ । कुनै पनि सुकुम्वासीलाई जग्गा दिन हुदैन । सुकुम्वासीलाई जग्गाको स्थानबाट हटाइ त्यही स्थानमा सरकारी आवशिय भवन वनाइ जोसंग वस्ने स्थान छैन उनीहरुको लागि वासको लागि परिवारको संख्याको आधारमा २ वा ३ कोठा निशुल्क उपलव्ध गराउने र उनीहरुको शिपको आधारमा कृषि वा उद्योग वा अन्य कुनै क्षेत्रमा रोजगारी उपलव्ध गराउनु पर्छ । जात, धर्म र क्षेत्रको आधारमा कसैमाथि पनि विभेदीकरण गर्नुहुदैन । जहा विभेदीकरणको अन्त्य हुन्छ त्यहा समानता फष्टाउछ । जहा समानता हुन्छ त्यहा प्रजातन्त्र फष्टाउछ । जहा प्रजातन्त्र फष्टाउछ, त्यहा गणतन्त्र पनि फष्टाउछ । यही हो मैले वुझेको प्रजातन्त्र र गणतन्त्र । प्रजातन्त्र र गणतन्त्रमा त सामान्य नागरिक मालिक हुन । उनीहरु आफ्ना उमेदवारलाई मतदान गर्छन र उमेदवारहरु उनीहरुकै मतले विजयी हुन्छन । त्यसैले नेता, कर्मचारी, र अन्य सरकारी तलव भत्ता खाने व्यक्तिहरु त सेवक हुन । उनीहरुले आफ्ना आराध्यको पुजा गर्न सक्नुपर्छ । जव नेता तथा अन्य राष्ट्रसेवकहरु आफुलाई जनताको सेवकको रुपमा उभ्याउन थाल्छन नि अनि मात्र नेपाल सम्वृद्दीको बाटोमा अघि बढ्ने छ ।

मानिसको समाज आफैले सृजना गर्ने हो । अन्य देशको परम्परा के छ होइन आफ्नो पहिचान वनाउन सक्नुपर्छ । नेपालका राष्ट्रपति, प्रधानमन्त्री वा मन्त्रीहरु सडकमा निस्कदा सामान्य रुपमा लिनुपर्छ । जसरी एम्वुलेन्स वा दमकल सडकमा कुद्दै गर्दा सडकमा कुदीरहेका गाडीले आफ्नो स्वइच्छाले वाटो छोडिदिन्छन, त्यहा प्रेम छ , आत्मियता छ र मानवता पनि । तर सडकमा राष्ट्रपति र प्रधानमन्त्री जस्ता विशिष्ट व्यक्तिहरु कुद्दै गर्दा वितृष्णा छ । यस्ता सामाजिक विकृतिको रुपमा मौलाएका गलत अभ्यासलाई सदाको लागि त्याग्नुपर्छ र यी विशिष्ट व्यक्तिलाई मर्यादित वनाउन सक्नुपर्छ । मर्यादित हुनको लागि विशिष्ट व्यक्तित्वले आफ्ना दैनिकिमा पविर्तन गर्नुपर्छ । सुरक्षा निकायका लागि देशमा रहेका सम्पूर्ण नागरिक उत्तिकै महत्वका हुनुपर्छ । सारा समाज सुरक्ष्ँित छ भने हाम्रो देशका माननीय र सन्माननीयहरु प्ा्नि सुरक्षित रहन्छन । ती सन्माननीयहरुलाई विना सडक वन्द गराई उनीहरुको गन्तव्यमा पुर्याउनु पर्छ । त्यस्तैगरी पदलाई सन्मान गर्नुपर्छ यसमा संका छैन तर पारिश्रमिकमा ठूलो भेदभाव गर्नु हुदैन । देशको मुख्य सचिव र त्यही मन्त्रालयमा काम गर्ने कार्यालय सहायकको पारिश्रमिकमा ठूलो असमनता गर्नुहुदैन किनकि दुवैको पारिवारिक जिम्मेवारी समान हुन्छ, खाने मुखहरु पनि प्राय समान नै हून्छ । म भित्र हुर्किएको प्रजातन्त्र, गणतन्त्र र समनताले यीनै विषयवस्तुमा केन्द्रीत गर्दछ । के नेपालको सरकार यति गर्न सक्दैन त ?

कुनै पनि देश सम्वृद्दीको बाटोमा अगाडी बढाउदा आत्मनिर्भरतालाई आधार मान्नुपर्छ । शिक्षो नै भावी देशको विकासको आधार हुन्छ । गास, वास कपास विना शिक्षा सम्भव छैन । पहिलो आधार प्रत्यक नागरिकले जिउन पाउन पर्छ । जिउनको लागि खाना अनिवार्य छ । वस्त्र त भ्रम पनि हो । न जन्मदा उसको साथमा न मृत्युवरण पछि नै । तर पनि वस्त्र हाम्रो मानव समाजले अनिवार्य वनाएको छ , यसलाई पनि नकार्न सकिदैन । वस्त्र विना पनि मानिस जिउन सक्छ तर वर्तमान अवस्थामा हाम्रो मानव समाजले स्वकिार गर्दैन । वस्त्रलाई सामाजिक अनुशासनको रुपमा विकास गरेको छ। मानिसलाई घाम, पानी र थकान मेटाउने स्थलोको रुपमा वास चाहिन्छ । यी कुराको पुर्ति गरिसकेपछि शिक्षा पर्दछ । नेपालको शिक्षा निति वनाउदै गर्दा विकसित राष्ट्रहरुमा के छ, कस्तो छ भनेर होइन नेपालको हावा, पानी माटो सुहाउदो शिक्षा हुनुपर्छ । नेपालको शिक्षाले शिक्षार्थीलाई आत्मनिर्भर वनाउन सक्नुपर्छ । विद्यालयहरु विश्वविद्यालयहरु शैक्षिक वेरोजगार उत्पादन स्थलोको रुपमा नभइ देशको आवश्यक जनशक्ति उत्पादन केन्दको रुपमा विकशित गर्न सक्नुपर्छ । नेपालको शिक्षाले यहाको हावा, पानी र माटोलाई सही तरिकाले उपयोग गर्न सिकाउन पर्छ । यदी नेपालको हिमालको पानी, जडिबुटी र तराईको अनाजको सही उत्पादन र उपयोग गर्न सकेमा मात्र नेपाल छोटो समयमा फट्रको मार्न सक्छ ।

मेरो देशको प्रनातन्त्र र गणतन्त्रभित्र अध्यापनको माध्यमको लागि तीन भाषा नेपाली, अङ्ग्रेजी र संस्कृत हुनुपर्छ । शिक्षाको माध्यम हिमालको भोटे देखि तराईको मधेशी अनि मेचि देखि महाकालीसम्मका मानिसले बोल्ने राष्ट्रीय भाषा नेपालीमा हुनुपर्छ जसको सिकाइले नेपाल प्रतिको माया बढाउने छ र सवैलाई नेपाली भएकोमा गौरभान्वित वनाउने छ । दोश्रो भाषाको रुपमा अङ्ग्रेजी सिकाइनुपर्छ । अङ्ग्रेजी भाषा अन्तराष्ट्रीय भाषा भएकाले यस भाषाले वाकि विश्वसंग साक्षात्तकार गर्न सिकाउने छ र विश्वमा प्राप्त ज्ञान र घटनाक्रमको वारेमा सुसज्जित हुनको लागि र तेश्रो भाषा .संस्कृत सिकाउन पर्छ । संस्कृत भाषा सन्सारको सवैभन्दा पुरानो भाषा मध्य एक मात्र नभएर यो भाषाभित्र विज्ञान लुकेको छ । लुकेको वैज्ञानिक दर्शनलाई वाहिर ल्याउनको लागि संस्कृत भाषाको पढाई गर्नै पर्ने देखिन्छ । अन्य मातृभाषाहरुलाई पारिवारिक भाषाको रुपमा जगेर्ना गर्नुपर्छ । कोही कसैलाई मातृभाषा पढ्न र पढाउन चाहन्छन भने ऐच्छिक भाषाको रुपमा जिल्ला वा प्रदेश वा केन्द्रीयस्तरका सिमित आवशीय विद्यालय स्थापना गराई पठनपाठन गराउन पर्दछ ।

मैले वुझेको प्रजातन्त्रभित्र झुपडीमा रहनेको जीवनस्तर विभिन्न किसिमको रोजगार सृजना गरी आय आर्जन वृद्दी गर्ने र महलमा रहनेलाई इज्जतकासाथ करको वृद्दी गराइृ धनी र गरीव विचको दुरीलाई न्यूनीकरण गर्नुपर्छ । ठीक त्यसरी नै उच्च पदस्थ कर्मचारी र कार्यलय सहयाकस्तरका कर्मचारीको तलवमानमा देखिएको असमानतालाई पनि न्यूनीकरण गर्नुपर्छ । जसले गर्दा समाज अन्तत समाजवादको बाटामा अगाडी बढ्ने छ । त्यस्तै गरी देशमा रोजगारीको सृजना गर्नको लागि कलकारखाना, उद्योगधन्दा सञ्चालन गर्नुपर्छ । उद्योगधन्दा, कलकारखाना आदि सञ्चालनको लागि पूजीको आवश्यकता पर्दछ । पूजीको सहजीकरणको लागि वंैक तथन वित्तीय संस्थाहरु उपभोक्ता मुखि हुनुपर्छ । तर नेपालमा वंैक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरुको चर्को व्याजदरको कारणले कलकारखाना फष्टाउन सकिरहेका छैनन । देशमा रहेको रकमलाई चलायमान वनाउनपर्छ । अन्तराष्ट्रीय क्षेत्रमा वैकले ऋणीसंग उच्च व्याज बढीमा ५वा ५ं ५∞ सम्मलिने गर्छन तर नेपालमा १७÷१८ ∞प्रतिशतसम्म व्याज लिइराखेका छन । अन्य राष्ट्रमा सञ्चालन खर्च नेपालको भन्दा बढी लाग्छ तर पनि नेपालका वैंकहरु ग्राहकमुखि वन्न सकेका छैनन । वैंकिक व्याजदर व्यवसायमुखि वनाउन पर्छ । जव वंैकिक व्याजदर न्यून रहन्छ आपसेआप नेपाली नागरीकहरु रोजगारीको खोजीमा नलागि आफै रोजगारको सृजना गर्ने छन । विदेशिने नेपाली स्वदेशमा रहने छन र नेपालका गाउवस्तीहरु पुन भरिभराउ हुनेछन मेलै वुझेको र खोजेको प्रजातन्त्र वा गणतन्त्रभित्र ।

मैले वुझको प्रजातन्त्रमा त दोषीलाई दण्ड र पिडितले न्याय पाउनुपर्छ । जातजाती, धर्म, क्षेत्र, लिङ्ग आदिको आधारमा विवेधीकरणको अन्ते गर्नुपर्छ । संविधानमा लेखिएको आरक्षणको अन्ते गर्नुपर्छ । आरक्षणले त मानिसलाई दोश्रो दर्जामा राखेको हुन्छ । प्रत्यक नागरिकलाई नागरिकको दर्जामा राख्नुपर्छ । यदि आरक्षणमा रहेको व्यक्ति र स्वतन्त्र प्रतिस्प्रधामा आएको व्यक्ति एकै स्थानमा काम गर्दैगर्दा आरक्षणमा रहने व्यक्तिले स्वाभिमानपूर्वक रहन सक्दैन । सवै नागरिक स्वतन्त्र, स्वावलम्वी र आत्मनिर्भर हुनुपर्छ । कुनै किसिमको असमनताको अन्तेहुनुपर्छ । जहा काम गरे पनि कामको इज्जत गर्ने हुनुपर्छ । सवै काम उत्तिकै महत्वका छन । कामलाई ठूलो र सानो मान्नुहुदैन । जहा कामको इज्जत हुन्छ ,त्यहा सम्वृद्दीले स्थान लिन्छ मैले वुझको प्रजातन्त्र यही नै हो । अहिलेको वर्तमान नेतृत्वले हिजोका शाषकलाई सामान्ति, निरकुंश, जहानिया भन्न मिल्दैन किनकि हिजोकोले जे गरे आजकाले त्यही अनुकरण गरेका छन । आजको नेतृत्वले सरकारबाट वाहिर निस्केपछि उ सामान्य नागरिकको हैसियतमा रहनसक्नुपर्छ, तेरो र मेरो भन्ने भावबाट पछि हट्नुपर्छ । प्रत्यक स्थानमा प्रतिस्प्रधाको आधारमा अवसर प्राप्ती गर्नुपर्छ । सानाले ठूलोलाई आधार र ठूलोलले सानोलाई माया र भातृत्वको भावना प्रत्यक स्थानमा जीवन्त पार्नुपर्छ मलै वुझको प्रजातन्त्र, गणतन्त्र वा लोकतन्त्रमा ।
