नेपाल आफै वन्छ

नेपाल आफै वन्छ
अति भयो युवा किन, धेरै तिमी सुत्यौ
बलत्कार हत्या हुदा, नजाग्ने नै भयौ
जिउदोले बोल्ने छोडे, सरकारले सुन्नै
राष्ट्रपति गाडीमा नै, तिमीले त भन्नै
भिख मागेर हैन युवा, आवाज वुलन्द गर
सवारीमा सडक जाम, विद्रोही भाव भर
सवल सिकाउ सरकारलाई, व्यस्तताको पाठ
तिमीे पनि समयमाथि, नगर है साठ
समानता सम्विधानमा, किन लेखेको त?
राष्ट्रपतिलाई १८ करोड, जनतालाई खोइ त ?
भिखले हुने भए, गरीवलाई देउ
पिल्सिएर वसेकाको आवाज वनिदेउ ।
हुनुहुन्न भेदभाव, सवै समान छन
न्यायको खोजी गर्ने युवा कहा छन ?
उठ न उठ युवा अव, धेरै सुत्न हुन्न
यस्तै चाल रह्यो भने विकासले छुन्न ।
हामी सधै गरीवी, भिखारी बन्नु हुन्न
पसिना नचुहाइ वसेमा, समृद्दीले छुन्न ।
हावा, पानी, माटो हामीसंगै छ
काम गर्ने जति युवा, खाडीमा गाछ ।
वास, गास कपासको नारा कहा गयो
राष्ट्को ढुकुटी, सवै खाने भयौ ।
सेतो हात्ती हराए नि जंगली नै पस्यो
दिनानुदिन नेपाल त दलदलमा फस्यो
युवा तिमी नजागेमा, केही हुन्न यहा
समृद्दीको लागि भन्दै, जान्छौ तिमी कहा ?
हावा, पानी, माटो, प्रयोग गरौ यही
समृद्दीको लागि, जानु पर्दैन कही ।
संस्कार र संस्कृति, जोगाइराख्नु पर्छ
पर्यटक भित्रिएमा, विकास आफै छिर्छ ।
वेतिथिको अन्ते गरे, समानता आउछ
भ्रष्टाचारको अन्त गरे, विकास आफै जम्छ ।
दिल खुशि भए देखि, युवा यही वस्छ
युवा यही वसेदेखि नेपाल आफै वन्छ ।।

नेपालमा शिक्षक आन्दोलन
के नेपालमा विशुद्द शिक्षक संगठनहरु छन त ?
अवस्य छैनन ।
किन ?
किनकि प्रत्यक शिक्षक संगठनहरु नेपालका राजनैतिक दलहरुका सुभेच्छु संगठनका रुपमा कार्यरत छन । त्यसैले उनीहरु स्वतन्त्ररुपमा काम गर्न सक्दैनन ।
किन ?
किनकि उनीहरुलाई प्रभुको कृपा चाहिन्छ ।
को हो त ति प्रभुहरु ?
राजनैतिक दलका नेताहरु ।
तिनै दलका कृपापात्रको रुपमा चुनिएका शिक्षकका नेतृत्वले शिक्षकको नेतृत्व कसरी गर्न सक्छ ?
सही अर्थमा गर्न सक्दैन ।
किनकि उनीहरु आफ्नो समर्थनको दलको सरकार हुदा पनि आफ्ना मागहरु राखि जोडदार आवाज उठाउने सामाथ्र्य राखेनन, राख्न सक्ने पनि देखिदैन ।
किन ?
अहिलेको महासंघको केन्द्रिय नेतृत्वलाई हेर्दा नै पुग्छ । एकातर्फ अहिलेको महासंघको नेतृत्व समर्थकको सरकार छ अकोतर्फ तिनै शिक्षक आन्दोलित छन । अनि आन्दोलनमा उत्रिएका शिक्षकको विचारलाई सुन्दैगर्दा एक आपसमा वाजिएका छन । ठाउठाउमा महासंघका धर्ना कार्यक्रममा विभिन्न शिक्षकका नेताहरु एकले अर्कोलाई विरोध गरेको सुन्न सकिन्छ अनि धर्नामा गएका शिक्षकहरुले कै बुझ्ने ?
ए त्यस्तो पो छ ?
त्यति मात्र हो र ?
१० वर्षसम्म पनि शिक्षकको परीक्षाको नतिजा नेपाल सरकारले नगर्दा त्यसको नतिजा प्रकाशनमा दवाव दिन सकेनन, जसको कारणले हजारौ शिक्षक र शिक्षक वन्न खोज्नेहरुको सपना चकनाचुर पार्नेको हिस्सामा त्यस वेलाको शिक्षक नेतृत्व पनि जिम्मेवार छ । शिक्षकका संगठनहरु आफ्नो पेशाको लागि दवाव समुहको रुपमा काम गर्नु पर्ने तर निरिह नै छन । सरकारले शिक्षकलाई जिस्काउदा देशको सरकार हल्लाउने ताकत देखाउन सक्नुपर्ने तर ववुरो वनिराखेको छ । भाषणमा शिक्षकका नेताहरु भन्दैहुनुहुन्थ्यो जे परिवर्तन भएको छ , हामीले समर्थन गर्ने दल सरकार गएको वेलामा भएको छ । सम्झौताको भोलिपल्ट देखि नै सम्झौता कार्यान्वयन नगर्ने खेल सुरु हुन्छ । हाम्रो पालामा गरेको भनेर जस लिन खोज्ने नेताहरु आफैले गरेको सम्झौता कार्यान्वयन नहुदा अझै म र हामी आफै शिक्षकको नेता हु भन्न मिल्छ त ?
मिल्न त नपर्ने हो तर यहा मिल्छ किनकि सिकाई नै त्यस्तै छ ।
शिक्षकले मागहरु राख्दा कर्मचारी सरहको सुविधा पाउनु पर्छ भन्छ तर भन्न सकिरहेको छैन शिक्षकका सुविधाहरु अन्य क्षत्रको भन्दा बढी हुनुपर्छ । माघ राख्न त डराउनेहरु शिक्षकका नेताका रुपमा देखिनु शिक्षक आन्दोलनको दुर्भाग्य हो । नेपालमा १८ थरिका शिक्षक नेपाल सरकारले निर्माण गरेकोले यसको समाधान सरकारले नै खोज्नुपर्छ ।
कुरो त होनि ।
अनि शिक्षकको नेता त सवैको नेता बन्न सक्नु पर्छ हैन र ?
हो नि । हुनु पर्ने त । तर पनि गर्नु पर्ने ठाउमा काम नगर्ने तर उचाल्दै साथिहरुको विचमा भड्काउने पनि नेता छन शिक्षकका । शिक्षक नेतृत्व भन्न सक्दैन सक्षम शिक्षकलाई नेतृत्व देउ भनेर । शिक्ष्ँकले मत कहा दिन्छ होइन, पेशाप्रतिको लगनशिलतालाई हेर्नु पर्ने हो तर त्यसो गरिदैन यहा ।
ए त्यस्तो नि हुन्छ ?
किन हुदैन ? यसो आखा घुमाउनुहोस, त्यो देख्न सक्नुहुन्छ ।
शिक्षकको नेतृत्व आफुलाई सहयोग गर्ने कठपुतलिको रुपमा काम गर्ने व्यक्तिलाई अघि बढाउन खोज्दा रहेछन । आफ्नो विवेकको प्रयोग समग्र शिक्षकको भलाइको लागि गर्न सक्दारहेनछन । शैक्षिक योग्यतालाई उपहास गर्दारहेछन । मन, वचन र कर्मले सर्मपित शिक्षकलाई लात हान्दारहेछन । अर्काको कर्मस्थलनोमा पनि हस्तक्षेप गर्न पुग्दा रहेछन । तिनै शिक्षक नेताहरु कर्मचारीलाई दोष दिन्छन तर आफु त्यस्तै कार्य गर्छन । विडम्वना छ ।
ए यस्तो पनि गर्छन त शिक्षक नेताहरु ?
किन गर्दैनन ?
गौरवकासाथ योग्यता नपुगेका शिक्षकलाई प्रअबाट हटाउदा उनीहरुको पक्षमा आवाज उठाउदारहेछन, सुन्दा नि लाज लाग्ने ।
ए त्यस्तो नि हुदोरहेछ, है?
हेनि।
ठाउठाउमा हेर्नोस न देखिहालिन्छ ।
नेपालमा शिक्षकलाई राजनिति गरे भनि दोष दिने गरिन्छ । के यो सत्य हो त ?
शिक्षक स्वभावैले राजनैतिक प्राणी हो । उसलाई राजनितिको वारेमा थाह हुन्छ र राजनैतिक चेतना जगाउने काम पनि शिक्षककै हो । अनि सरकारले नै शिक्षक तिमी राजनिति गर भनेको छ, अनि राजनिति किन नगर्ने ?
कसरी ?
शिक्षक महासंघको नेतृत्व लिनको लागि विशुद्द शिक्षक वन्नै सक्दैन ।
किन ?
किनकि उ कुनै न कुनै शिक्षक संगठनको सदस्य भै त्यस संगठनबाट महासंघको लागि चुनिएर आउनुपर्छ । अनि ति संगठन कुनै न कुनै राजनैतिक दलका सुभेच्छु संगठनहरु हुन ।
ए , कुरो त्यसो पो हो ।
शिक्षकलाई दोष दिनु त वेकार रहेछ नि ।
हो नि त ।
शिक्षकहरुले राजनिति गर्दैनन, उनीहरु पेशाप्रति वफादार छन भनि पार्नको लागि के गर्नु पर्ला ?
शिक्षकहरुलाई राजनैतिक दलको सुभेच्छु भन्दा नि नेपालका सवै शिक्षकको एकवटा साझा संगठन हुनुपर्छ र प्रत्यक शिक्षकले केन्द्ीय नेतृत्वमा प्रतिसप्रधा गर्न पाउनुपर्छ अनि मात्र शिक्षकको संगठन वलियो हुन्छ , अनि उसले खोके मात्रै शिहदरवार हल्लिन्छ ।
यति त शिक्षकले वुझ्नु पर्ने हो नि ।
होनि त । हिजोका दिनमा जव देशमाथि असजिलो हुन्थो, त्यसको समाधान, गुरुहरु दिन्थे अर्थात मुनिहरु ।
देशको परिवर्तन असल शिक्षाले मात्र स्थायीत्व गर्न सक्ने हुनाले अव शिक्षकलाई हेर्ने द्रिस्टीकोणमा परिवर्तन गर्नुपर्छ
हो त्यही दिनको पर्खाइमा छ नेपालको शिक्षक आन्दोलन ।

महामहिम राष्ट्रपति

श्री सन्माननीय महामहिम राष्ट्रपति ज्यू,
सितल निवास काठमाण्डौ, नेपाल ।
विषय ः नेपाल र नेपालीको आवाजको सुनुवाई सम्वन्धमा
म चन्द्रकान्त पण्डित पोखरा लेखनाथ ३२ स्थायी निवासी मैले पढे र सुनेका केही विचारहरु पस्कने अनुमति माग्दछु । अहिले यत्रतत्र राष्ट्रपतिको नाम गलत ठाउमा जोडिनु नेपाल र नेपालीको लागि शुभ होइन । त्यसैले यहा केही दृष्टान्त सहित आफ्नो सही विवेक प्रयोग गरी नेपाल र नेपाली माथि कल्याणकारी कार्यमा लागि आफुलाई असल पात्रको रुपमा स्थापित गराउनको लागि अनुरोध गर्दछु ।
महामहिम, महाभारतको पुर्वसन्ध्यामा द्रौपदीको वस्त्र हरण पाण्डव र कौरवका भिष्मपितामह, गरु द्रोणाचार्य,कुलगुरु कृपाचार्य, विदुर सवै मान्यजनको उपस्थितिमा द्रौपदीले रोदनका साथ अनुनय, विनय गरिन तर सवै लाचार भए, कसैले उनलाई सुनेनन अन्तमा जव द्रौपदीले कृष्णलाई सम्झिन, कृष्णले दुशाशनले जति सारी ताने पनि उनलाई निरवस्त्र वनाउन सकेनन वरु दुशाशनै कमजोर भै लडेका थिए । जव दुशाशन सारी तान्न असफल भए उनको लाज वचेको थियो ।
पछि जव महाभारतको युद्द भयो, युद्दमा कृष्णले हतियार नउठाउने कवुल गरेपनि जव अर्जुन भिष्मपितामह माथि भावुक हुदै वाणवर्षा गर्न सकेनन, कृष्ण क्रोधित हुदै आफै अधर्मको विजय हुनलाग्यो भन्दै शुदर्शन चक्र हातमा धारण गर्छन, अनि अर्जुन लज्जित हुदै भिष्मपितामह माथि प्रहार गर्ने प्रण गर्छन । त्यसै समयमा कृष्ण भन्छन, जुन समयमा अधर्मको विजय हुनलाग्छ, त्यसै समयमा आफ्नो वचनको पछि लाग्ने होइन धर्मलाई वचाउनु पर्छ भनेपछि भिष्मपितामह आफ्नो भुललाई स्वीकार गर्न पुग्छन किनकि उनी द्रौपदीको वस्त्रहरणको समयमा उनी कुलका श्रेष्ठ भएर पनि निर्लज्ज भएर दर्शक वनेका थिए । त्यसरी नै आज नेपाल गणतन्त्रमय भएतापनि निर्मलाको वलत्कार पछिको हत्या द्रौपदीको वस्त्रहरण भन्दा कम निन्दनिय छैन ।
राणा, राजाले सत्ता त्यागिदिए नेपालको शान्ति र सम्वृद्दीको लागि तर नव नेतृत्व ढोगी हुन पुगेका छन यदि सञ्चार माध्यममा आएका सन्देशहरु सही हुन भने । वर्तमान राष्ट्रपतिलाई १८ करोडको गाडी किन चाहियो ? १८ करोडमा त १८ वटा पुल वनाउन सकिन्छ । अव नेपाली जनता महाभारतको भिष्मपितामह जसरी द्रौपदीको वस्त्रहरणको समयमा उनी कुलका श्रेष्ठ भएर पनि निर्लज्ज भएर दर्शक वनेका थिए, त्यसरी नै नेपाली जनता चुप लागेर वस्नेछैनन ।
गणतन्त्रमा जनता र राष्ट्रपति सवै समान हुनसक्नु पर्छ । हिजोका राजा र राणालाई सामन्ति देख्ने आखाहरु आज किन केही देख्न सक्दैन ? कही कतै दृष्टीभ्रम त भएको छैन ? उपचारको खाचो छ यी दोषी आखाहरुको । किन आवाज उठाउन सक्दैनन ति विद्रोही मनहरु ? के ति निरवल भैसकेका हुन त ? यदि ति विद्रोही मनहरु दुरवल भएका हुन भने नेपाली जनताहरु कृष्णको शुदर्शन चक्र समात्ने वेला भएको छ । शाषक र शाषित एकै हैषियतमा हुनुपर्छ ।
वर्तमान राष्ट्रपतिले कृष्णको वालसखा सुदामाकि पत्नि वसुन्धरालाई पढ्नको लागि अनुरोध गर्दछु । जव भगवान कृष्णले आफ्नो वालसखा सुदामाको लागि आफ्नो जस्तै दरवार वनाउन स्वर्गसिल्पी विश्वकर्मालाई आदेश दिन्छन, उनी सुदामाको कुटीमा पुग्छन आफ्नो परिचय दिदै भगवान कृणको आदेशले उनी त्यहा सुदामाको लागि दरवार वनाउनको लागि आएको भनेपछि वसुन्धरा भन्छिन भगवान कृष्ण त अन्तरयामी छन कसरी हाम्रो लागि दरवार वनाएर मेरा स्वामीले सधै मुठी उठाइ हाम्रा परिवारलाई पाल्ने छिमेकिलाई कुटीमा राखि हामी दरवारमा वस्न सक्छौ भनि सिधै तिरस्कार गरेकि थिइन । वसुन्धराले सिल्पकर्मीलाई वताइन यदि सवै छिमेकिका घरहरु दरवार वनाइसकेपछि हाम्रो कुटियालाई दरवार वनाउन अनुमति दिनेभने पछि विश्वकर्माले भगवान कृष्णसंग वुझि गाउलेको दरवार वनाइसके पछि उनको दरवार वैभवशाली वनाइदिएका थिए । त्यसैले सुदामाको परिवार गरिव भए पनि हरिप भएनन र अन्तमा सवैका पुज्जनिय भए । मतिभ्रष्ट भै मध्यपान गरी सुरा र सुन्दरीमा बाटो विराएका राजा जसले उनलाई दरबारबाट गलहत्याएका थिए पछि तिनै राजा आफ्नो श्रीपेच लगाई सुदामालाई राजा वनाउन खोज्दा उनी राजा नवनि सल्लाहकारको रुपमा वसेका थिए । त्यसैले उनीहरु सवैका पुज्य भएका थिए र छन ।
त्यस्तै अर्को पात्र गौतम वुद्द जो दरवारमा जन्मे, हुर्किए तर दरवारको शक्तिलाई त्यागिदिए आज उनी मानवबाट महामानव र महामानवबाट भगवान वन्न पुगे । तर राष्ट्रपति महोदय तपाइ भोजपुरको मानेभन्ज्याङमा जन्मेर नेपालको उच्च पदमा पुग्न सफल हुनुभएको छ, आफ्नो सिन्दुर गुमाए पनि मान, सान र जनताको साथ पाउनु भएको छ । तर समय वलवान छ । यदि प्रहरी तालिम केन्द्रलाई हटाउने आदेश दिइएको र १८ करोडको गाडीको माग गरिएको हो भने यसलाई तुरुन्त सच्चाउनको लागि अनुरोध गर्दछु अन्यथा जनतमा विद्रोहको भावना टुसाउने छ र गणतन्त्रमाथि नै प्रहार हुने सम्भावना वढ्ने छ । जनतालाई सम्पन्नतामा नपुर्याई आफै मात्र राष्ट्रको ढुकुटी रित्ताउने खेलमा लाग्ने हो भने नेपाली जनता भन्ने छन राष्ट्रपति हामीलाई चाहिदैन । अनि के गर्ने ? गल्ति गर्नु मानविय स्वभाव हो तर सच्चाउनु महानता हो । यस महान कार्यमा महामहिम राष्ट्रपतिको ध्यान पुगोस भनि अनुरोध गर्दछु ।
अन्तमा यहाको कार्यकालमा जताततै न्याय फैलाओस र समग्र नेपालको सम्वृद्दीको लागि स्वर्ण युगको रुपमा नेपालीको ह्रदयमा रहनसकोस यही रह्रो मेरो कामना । गल्तिमा क्षमा ।

प्रधानमन्त्रीलाई पत्र

श्री सन्माननीय प्रधानमन्त्री ज्यू,
सिहदरवार, काठमाण्डौ, नेपाल ।

विषय  नेपाल र नेपालीको लागि ध्यानाकर्षण
म चन्द्रकान्त पण्डित पोखरा लेखनाथ ३२ स्थायी निवासी हाल पशुपति मित्र मा वि काठमाण्डौ को स्थायी मावि शिक्षक दितीय श्रेणी साथै कक्षा १० को अंग्रेजी पुस्तकको लेखक हजुर समक्ष मेरो मनमा सृजिएका विचारहरु पस्कने अनुमति माग्दछु । वर्तमान नेपाललाई आफ्नो स्तरबाट कसरी सवै नेपालीलाई न्याय दिलाउन सकिन्छ भनि सोच्दै गर्दा मेरो मानसिकता  सवै नेपाली नेपालका नागरिक र सवैले आफ्नो स्थानबाट नेपालको लागि योगदान पुर्याएका छन जस्त्ँो ल्ँँग्दछ । कोही किसान, कोही चालक,  कोही बोटे, कोही मजदुर, कोही प्रहरी,  कोही सेना, कोही शिक्षक,  कोही भरिया, कोही कर्मचारी,  कोही वकिल , कोही नर्तकी, कोही गायक, कोही सिकर्मी, कोही डकर्मी,  कोही डाक्टर, कोही इन्जीनियर,  कोही नेता, कोही पत्रकार, आदि भै आफ्नो स्थानबाट नेपालका सेवा गरिरहेका छन तर नेपाल सरकारले एउटा नागरिकलाई काखा र अर्कोलाई पाखा गरेको अवस्था छ ।

सरकारी निकायमा काम गर्नेहरुलाई पेन्सनको व्यवस्था गरेको छ तर अन्य क्षेत्रमा काम गर्ने व्यक्तिलाई उपेक्ष्ाँ गरेको छ । नेपाल वनाउनको लागि सवै नागरिकको उत्तिकै महत्व छ । त्यसैल यसको अन्ते गरी सामाजिक न्यायको स्थापना गर्नु आजको आवश्यकता छ । नेपाल सरकारले आफ्नो कुल बजेटको  ६.५∞पेन्सनमा खर्च गर्दाेरहेछ । पेन्सनमा मात्र करीव २,५०,६०० जना पेन्सनधारीलाई रु ४०,००,००,००,०००। (चालीस अरव) खर्च गर्दोरहेछ । त्यसरी नै बृद्द र सामाजिक सुरक्षा भत्तामा करिव ३२,६९,००,००,०००। –बत्तीस अरव उनानसत्तरी करोड) खर्च हुदोरहेछ । त्यसरी नै पुर्व मन्त्री, प्रधानमन्त्री, राष्ट्रपति, संवैधानिक निकापयका प्रमुख वा अन्य भिआपीको नाममा पनि सुरक्षा, आवास, र अन्य शिर्षकमा गरिएको खर्च हेर्ने हो भने करिव १०००००००००। (एक अरव) खर्च हुने देखिन्छ । यसरी पेन्सन, सामाजिक सुरक्षा र भिआपीमा गरिएको खर्च जम्मा गर्दा करिव रु ७४,६९,००,००,०००। ह्ुन्छ । वर्तमान गणतान्त्रीक नेपालमा शाषक र शाषित हुनुहदैन वर्तमान नेपालको सम्विधान यही भन्छ । सवै नेपाली समान हुन । समनताको हकलाई नेपालको सम्विधानले मौलिक अधिकार भित्र राखेको छ । यसको कार्यान्वयन गर्ने काम नेपाल सरकारको हो ।
साच्चै नेपालमा गणतन्त्र छ भने नेता र कार्यकर्ता विचको भेद, शाषक र शाषितको विचको भेद, कर्मचारी र सर्वसाधरणको विचको भेदको अन्ते गर्नुपर्छ । अन्यत्र के छ होइन, नेपाल भिन्न छ भनि देखाउन सक्नुपर्छ । यदि यस  पक्रियालाई नेपालले अनुकरण गर्छ भने विश्वमा नै नया प्रयोग हुनसक्छ जुन पुर्णरुपमा सामाजिक न्यायमा आधारित हुनेछ ।   पेन्सन तथा अन्य सुविधाको अन्ते गरी अहिले नेपालमा करिव १२,७७,५४५ जना नेपाली नागरिक ६४ वर्ष माथिका रहेछन । सवैलाई बृद्द भत्ता वा सामाजिक सुरक्षा भत्ताको रुपमा दिदा प्रत्यक नागरिकले रु ४८७२ प्रति महिना वा रु ५८,४६३। प्रति वर्ष पाउन सक्दारहेछन । यस्तो पवित्र कार्य किन नगर्ने वर्तमान दुई तिहाई बहुमतको सरकारले । हुनसक्छ केही सिमित व्यक्तिले यसको विरोध गर्लान तर पनि समग्रमा नेपाल र नेपालकिो कल्याण यसैमा हुनेछ ।

नेपालको निकास र विकासको लागि सवैको भुमिका महत्वपुर्ण छ । म स्थायी शिक्षकको नाताले पेन्सन मेरो लागि राम्रो छ र यसले भविष्यलाई सजिलो हुन्छ भन्नृ थाहहुदाहुदै पनि म खुशी छैन किनकि  म संगै विद्यालयमा अध्ययन गरको साथी मेरा गाउका खेतवारी जोतेर माटोलाई  उर्वर वनाएका छन ।  सवैलाई अन्न, फलफुल, तरकारी, दुध, मासु उपलव्ध गराएका छन । उनीहरुको योगदान नेपालको लागि मेरो भन्दा कम छैन । त्यस्तै गरी मलाई काठमाण्डौ देखि पोखरा र पोखरा देखि काठमाण्डौसम्म पुर्यायदिने चालकका पनि । के हामी मानव भएर अरुलाई विर्से पनि आफ्नो सहयात्रीलाई विर्सन हुन्छ त ?  राष्ट्रको आखामा समानता भनेका राष्ट्रले उपलव्ध गराउने सुविधाहरु सवै नागरिकले समान रुपमा पाउनुपर्छ । मैले बुझेको समनता यही हो । यसको कार्यन्वयन आउदो बजेटबाट नै होस भनि अनुरोध गर्दछु र सवै नेपालीको भलाइ यसैमा छ मेरो अन्तरआत्मा त्यही बोल्दछ ।

Why have teachers been neglected in Nepal forever till to date?
Teacher according to the Hindus philosophy is the profession of highest rank. But it's great surprise to say that most of the teachers in Nepal feel themselves as the second category of the profession.  They don't feel proud being teachers. They are mostly for the salary which is low paid and not enough to handle hand to mouth problem. The payment is only enough for miscellaneous expense. If a teacher has his own hut to leave, a cow for milk, a small plot of garden for spinach and vegetable and a small store of paddy. If not how a teacher can survive in the city. He/ she has to pay three part of his/her salary for rent especially in Kathmandu. To hire a flat for family, he/she has to pay nearly Rs20,000/ per month but a secondary level teacher gets Rs 30500/ peer month. Is it possible to survive with Rs 10500/ ?
Teachers have been neglected due to their own performance. They don't seem to be independent themselves. 18 categories of teachers have been appointed by the government here in Nepal in community schools but later the bureaucracy, political leaders, even the people in community and others blame them for not being able to give good performance especially in the SLC but now SEE examination. Teachers from 2036 have been in revolution demanding for permanency, increase in salary and payment equal to the bureaucracy and so on. But every time when the new government is formed, they don't seem to be ready to provide them facilities and the teachers who are teaching at community school do not believe in their own performance and send their kids to private school. One the one hand the government and the bureaucracy talk about the  up liftmen of the  community schools but when they have to appoint teachers and head teachers they forget everything and try to appoint their puppets. How can they change the schools ' performance? To change the school performance, teachers and head teachers must be the devoted and honest teachers by heart.  They can change. If not, it limits in slogan.
When the code of conduct is misinterpreted by the so called expert, what may be done by the general one who never runs after anyone else and tries to be independent himself or herself? Does anyone have answer of this question? So called leaders known as puppet can do nothing it's because they are vision less. They don't have their own mind. They are pumped by others. They do what the big brothers command them. How merciless they are. They seem to be feeble. They seem as if they are the henchmen of the political parties or other concerned one. There are many teachers' organizations but they are only for the leaders' sake. The central leaders feel proud being leaders and travel home and abroad and take snap and post on the face book wall and deliver big speech when they get the stage. They don't need to go to school and classes still remain as teachers. Have they ever asked themselves that that they are working for the teachers? If teachers' leaders and teachers organizations have educational ethics they can change the politics of nation only in a wink. But we cannot see that. Even they feel proud that what teachers are getting today is the outcome of the revolution. It seems as if it is true but it may not also it's because time it the strongest of all. Time also changes everything. Even own kitchen setting has been changed during a decade. Small wooden sitting planks have been replaced mostly by the chairs and tables. We hardly see the man with Dhoti while having lunch and dinner. Who have brought those changes?

Leaders may feel bad if I say that whatever condition that is seen in community is the output of the failure of so called teacher's leaders. Teachers' organizations were in existence in the fiftieth but they could not compel the government to result out of the teachers' exam taken in 2052 by which so many teachers returned home with empty hand.  They seemed as if they were voiceless for a decade. It's a great satire that if they said they did a lot for the teachers' sake. Yes they did. They went abroad and enjoyed visiting some countries and still feel proud of remembering the event they took part in. But what they saw is only in their mind but they did not try to change own yard. Instead they try their best to create their henchmen but not the capable one. They gave the responsibility mostly to the ones who obey them without question. Moreover primary and lower secondary class teachers are being the head teachers of secondary schools even in Kathmandu.  Having the fear in mind that they will be replaced by the other qualified teachers they are letting their institution backward not promoting to 11 and 12 classes thinking that their post of head teachers will be grabbed by others. Due to the reasons many schools even in urban areas have fewer students more teachers and the government pays no attention there.

The word teacher itself is holy and of the highest quality. Teachers' organization should not work as a sister organizations of any political parties.  There should be only one teachers' organization. If a teacher has a capability and wants to be the leader of teacher, he/she should get the chance. But now here in Nepal to be the leader, he/she must be a member of any sister organization of political parties. Then the leader of sister organization of political parties cannot be the voice of entire teacher, he /she becomes loyal to the concerned political party. This is regrettable to this field. It has to be ended for the sake of teachers and their profession. Teachers should raise voice only for their own benefits but should raise voice for the entire education system of nation. What a shame to say that those who achieve D get a chance to study education and they will be the future teacher. Why teachers organizations don't raise voice for it. Why teachers organization should not say right person must be in right place. Sometimes I regret myself while listening that a primary teacher or lower secondary teacher who was released from the head teacher of the secondary school, why the concerned political parties didn't save them. Wasn't it satire upon the education system? How so called leaders delivered speech without thinking.

If teachers of Nepal united and speak a single voice for professionalism, every problem that teachers are facing, the government will be compelled to address. Why teachers cannot say that they do not need pension but must increase in grown up allowance for all equally. Pension has been the burden for the entire nation. Bureaucracy, teachers, armies, police  and others who are working in government sectors get pension but other who are working in the field, constructing the road, or in industries do not get. How it can be resolved. It seems to be unfair to say from the teachers' point of view but if we are human and have human sympathy, we should be ready not to get pension in any field. If not why a farmer who is growing crops for others' livelihood, is not getting pension. He has to get pension when he is 65 years. Teachers should sow the seeds of knowledge everywhere and the given knowledge should be changed into skill. If the knowledge is changed into skill, there will be progress forever. A true teacher should teach his students that every profession is equally important. Work is worship should be the motto of every learner. If so, a barbar, a cobbler, a farmer, a labour , a mechanic and other don't get pension after working for years. Is it fair or not? Teachers should speak the voice of all but not only for their own profession. If they try to speak that way and motivate every student to do what they like can change our society in no time. Treacherous should be ended and encouragement and equality must flourish in every sector of human life. Then teachers will be like a Brahman, more or less the one who has supreme consciousness. A man of supreme consciousness is praised everywhere in the world. Let it prosper such concept in our yards too.

Human beings of Kali Yug are selfish and do what they like. They give false promise to fulfill their minor work but don't remember that if the given word is not kept to, there will be the destruction of religion. If there is the destruction of religion, there will be the demolition of the three worlds, said Ram's Rajuguru when Ram called an immediate assembly to give the last decision to the case of Laxman who couldn't convince Rishi Durvasaha who wanted to meet Ram at the moment. Durvahsa said that he would curse to destroy the whole Ayodhya if he didn't allow him to meet Ram who was talking to Yama in the disguised form. Yama in the disguise form was talking to Ram in a chamber inside when Laxman went to inform him about Durvahsha's willing to meet him. As soon as Laxman entered, Yama vanished. At the end Hanuman advised to give up Laxman which is similar to killing of someone's. Finally Ram did as he advised. But what may be in present politics and in other sectors of life.
The political leaders gave false promises and motivated the innocent youths to take part in the so called public revolution. Thousands of innocent people as well as security personals were mercilessly killed. Later those who gave the promises to the people were able to capture the power of the nation. But they did nothing accept their own benefits. Now they are living in the grand castle, have delicious food, travel in expensive vehicles, put on branded clothes and other things that are just the dreamland for the general public. Lord Ram even punished to his own brother Laxman but the present leaders are encouraging to those who do not keep to their words. But how people are judging seem very sarcastic in electronic and other forms of media. Even in the death of sons or daughters or other kin what general people say? They have written that they gave false promise, killed so many innocent youths or others deserting a good family, now they are being deserted when they see the destruction of their family or other members. It happened due to the sin they committed earlier.
Even in the academic zone so called leaders and the officers are also playing the game unfairly. How boastfully they present themselves as the leaders or the officers but they don't know the value of academic certificate, devotion, and sincerity to the profession, and others. But if they get a chance to deliver speech they speak for the sake of all, equality and respect to profession. Being an eyewitness and victim of such crimes, the victims may think the words are teasing them. Those who involve in such activity may not have sleep during the night it's because they know where they commit the crime. The present rules and regulation may give them the way but there is another one who writes about the good and bad deed of every human being that have to be faced after the human's death. It's true that every human gets birth to die, lives to perform duty and responsibility and experience what the human life is. Daily activities of human beings teach other that how fair or unfair he/she is. To follow the regulations is the duty of citizens and other professionals but the one who has to implement the regulation skips the regulation, what the victim should do is the main issue raised in the academic zone and others too.
Having arrogance in warriors or other personals will be the cause of their endings. That's why time and again when Arjun and Bhim were full of arrogance, Lord Bishnu advised Hanuman to end their arrogance. But who will suggest to present Arjuna and Bhim to give up their arrogance. Now it's the due to of those write for the newspaper of other means of communication. The one who wants to correct him can realize the mistakes he did but the one who does not care about it she/ he will remember when some misfortunes follow them.

Scarcity, the way of achievement
Where there is scarcity of anything else, human beings try to find the new outlet of it. If there is scarcity of food, they try to find out the new food or grow the food with deep care so that they can produce more. If a student doesn't get a pencil, he/she tries his/her best to find it and at the end, he/she gets it. So is the politics. In politics the contemporary political parties see the crisis in the government. In the beginning they complain but at the last they are ready to vandalize the infrastructure of the nation. What they cannot do themselves, but they demand. It's irrational. Finally they are able to grab the power but can do nothing it's because they have not any plan not they have study it.
The post that you are willing to grab sometimes may not be your though it belongs to you naturally. The crooked one forgets the honesty and try their best to capture it. But can it let them sleep well at night though they are able to grab it by bribing someones who are ready to be sold? The one who got the chance has to suffer a lot in future but the victim can get the better opportunity. The one who is honest in his/her duty, the other better places wait for them. In the end, he/she wins everywhere. Sometimes human beings forget who they are. They are leading the organization but do not do anything else for the sake of institution and run after the big brothers and present themselves as puppets of someone else. It is inhuman or less human activity. Does the supernatural power punish them or not?
Indeed, yes. Everyone can see the arena of present political parties and the leaders who are ruling their own parties or other organizations. They seem powerful for sometime but later they have to grumble every second it's because they don't have courage to see other's eyes. They have already been defamed with their misdeed when they were in power. The one who has to get the opportunity is not getting means he/she is trying to find the better opportunity. If anyone gets anything else it is worthless too. It cannot give satisfaction too. But the fruit that we get after sowing our seeds can give eternal satisfaction. There was no light, human beings invented electricity, seeing the birds flying in the sky Wright Brothers invented aero plane and recently the girl who grew up in a small hut was able to top the MOE exam won the scholarship to study MBBS but the affluent ones have to lament not being able to grab the opportunity. Truth triumphs in the end.

Human's life is no less than Hamlet's paradox
How powerful Shakespeare's drama Hamlet was and still is. It is not relevant only in palace but everywhere where crooked are ruling the nation, local government and the institutions as well. Mathematically the crooked one may win but always lose and curse them in their tranquility. When son Hamlet wants to take revenge of his father's killing he is always in dilemma. He cannot take the decision in no time and the drama ends with paradox. Once the King said, "But now, my cousin Hamlet, and my son.
Then Hamlet sarcastically answered, "A little more than kin, and less than kind."
What does it mean? Indeed, it is: Hamlet is more kin to the king than before, since he is now both his nephew and his stepson; and, at the same time, he is no kin to him in natural feelings or affection. There was the killing of the king and uncle became the king. Human beings die at least twice: once naturally and the second one by being victimized as the son Hamlet expressed.
Human beings see wrong in other but forget that the wrong doers are themselves. They feel relaxed to criticize other but more or less it is similar to spitting in the air means spitting on the own face. If you turn your head up and spit, what happens? It falls down onto the own face. It means if you speak without thinking, it may harm you. Therefore, it's good to listen more rather than speaking. We have two ears means listen more but having one mouth means speak less. There are so many people who enjoy hurting other showing lollipop but don't perform what they promised before. It's natural to deceitful but feels hurt to the honest one. Thus what you criticize you become at the end.
The present plight of Nepal is the outcome of the so called men of letters. I listened to the speech delivered by the so called officer and clapped my hands forcefully to make other realize that what he was presenting was the key to lead the community schools on track. But after two months of his speech I found him a liar it's because his verdict was unfair. He didn't believe even in his own words then what he can do for the future of schools of Nepal. Thus, to change the performance of community schools barking dogs are useless. They can't catch the prey. Here one story goes: Once a graceful deer approached in the yard of the royal palace. As soon as the king saw it he untied his dog (The dog was well fed and kept inside the palace) and sent it to catch. He ran after the deer but could not catch it. When the deer went out of the place a street dog caught it, killed and ate. The king got surprised and asked why my dog couldn't catch the deer but the street dog was able to. He wanted to know the reason and asked the Chief of Army who was there next to him. The Chief responded that the dog that you kept was running after the deer for you but the street dog was running after it for its stomach. That's happening here in community schools. To change the school, the street dogs are better than the easy meat fed dogs. The community schools should not be the place for job but they must be the sources of knowledge for all equally. They should not be like Hamlet's paradoxes.

A clean hand wants no washing
Time is all in all. No one can control it. It is time that makes you a true human, a corrupted one, kind one, generous one, fraud one, brave one, coward one or good one. Most of the people of the world wish to grab power and pelf but most of them fail. In the end, they become patient of depression, bad tempered and lazy and do nothing for the sake of own self and other. It is the time that motivates to do something else but if he/she doesn't get an opportunity to perform his skills, gradually takes no notice of anything else. An ignorant one is free to say what he/she sees. Especially small children are innocent. If anyone calls at home and the child receives and ask for his/her child if he can talk to his/her father. The response will be " My father said, he isn't". What it indicates. Innocent child doesn't know how to speak a lie." It's time that teaches him/her to tell a lie. So does a grown up if he is in the habit of telling a lie. But there are other people, who are always true, never tell a lie. They represent as a clean hand wants no washing in front of human society.
A true human never tells a lie until his/her life ends. Sometimes he/she may tell a lie if it saves someone's life. Every religion accepts it as natural. But the materialist ones are selfish. They play their own madal. They don't care about the words that they spoke earlier. They can do anything what they like but never think what may be the output of the deed they did. Yudhisthar was compelled to tell a paradox about the killing of Asosthama whether it was an elephant or a human when Dronacharya asked him about the slaughtering. It was suggested by Krishna himself that it would not be a lie. To save Pandavs and their followers, Yudhisthered spoke that way. In the end they were safe after killing Droncharya.
People realize that morning shows the day. If newly formed government begins to work for the sake of public maintaining rules and regulations equally, people begin to realize that it is with them. They won't go against it. So is the case of any institution, organization and other forms of organizations. If the head of organization takes advices from other and is able to take his/her decision for the sake of organization, he/she can lead the organization well. If not, it is only the utopia that people might have in their psyche but they can never see in their daily life. Most of the present leaders from various political parties used to see the problems in Ranas, Shahs, multiparty system and blame that Nepal was falling behind due to their autocratic sense or selfish nature and were able to grab the power in their hands showing the utopia to them. The justice will prevail everywhere but it is not happening as they have showed. They are not able to show the difference between the past and present government.

What a driver said about the progress of Nepal
On 9 November after receiving Vai Tika from my elder sisters in Pokhara, I returned Kathmandu on a Scorpio, a red plate vehicle. While we arrived at Jamune in Tanahu, the driver of the vehicle began to talk about the present politics of Nepal. He was telling that he used to be in touch with most of the leaders of various political parties in Nepal. He said that Nepal was not and is not ruled by the Nepalese leaders. While Ranas were ruling, British was assisting them. later, India is playing the major roles in the revolution of Nepal and even the formation of the government. India wants to see Nepal as the colony of India. He added that if the leaders of various political parties are concerned about the progress of Nepal it's too easy and can be developed soon. Most of the leaders are the puppet of India and they are working according to their interest but not for the sake of Nepal and Nepalese.

He added that he has been driving for more than 36 years and knows everything about the driving and politics of Nepal. He presented his idea that how Nepal can progress in no time was a wonderful opinion. He said that Nepalese government should develop scheme like of shareholder in every sector. It should be run and controlled by Nepal Rastra Bank. First of all the government should identify the reality of every Nepalese and their status. Provide them a national identity card and make a plan to implement very soon.
According to him, the government should compel every Nepalese to deposit money according to their status. He said that he can deposit at least Rs 10000 every month and let every citizen deposit at least Rs 500 every month. That amount should be used in different project or industries or in constructions or hydro or in agriculture. Everyone who deposits the amount regularly, he has to get the benefit and return when he is in necessity. I liked his vision very much. How confidently he said about the leaders and their activities.
The present leaders of Nepal should not think that they are the masters. The real masters are the general public. Even a driver is concerned about politics and has a sound vision about Nepal and her progress. It shows that if leaders derailed the politics, a team of the concerned general public will be formed and can guide or grab the power in their own hand as the present leaders are doing. Be aware of the general public before being too late. They will confiscate what you captured illegally. What you have today might be only the history tomorrow. Your power and pelf are temporary. But your deed and devotion for the nation are for ages.

सुन्दर विचार विकासको आधार

सुन्दर विचारले नै मानिस आफ्नो भविस्यको रेखांकन गर्न सक्छ । उ सवैको मित्र बन्न सक्छ यदि उसमा मधुर वचन छ भने । यदि उसमा कर्कस आवाज छ भने प्रत्यक राम्रा कामहरु उसको अंगुलीबाट फुत्कन सक्छ । त्यसैले प्रत्यक मानिसले मधुर वचन वोल्ने बानी बसाल्नु पर्छ । मुधुर वचनले रिसाएको मानिसलाई पनि शान्त पार्दछ । त्यस्तै गरी सुन्दर विचारले व्यक्ति, समाज, देश र समग्र विश्वको नै कल्याण गर्न सक्छ ।

अरुको भलो चिताउने व्यक्तिको नै अन्तमा विजय प्राप्ती हुन्छ, हाम्रा धर्मशास्त्र त्यही वताउछ । गलत सोचबाट प्रेरित व्यक्ति खेल जित्न सक्ला किनकि खेलमा गलत मनसायका व्यक्तिहरु म्याचफिक्सीड.मा पनि सम्लग्न हुन्छन र रेफ्र्री पनि त्यस्तै राख्दारहेछन । न्यायसंगत खेलिएका खेलमा खेल हार्दा पनि मजा नै हुनेछ तर गलत तरिकाले खेलिएका खेलमा के बाजी मार्नेले अरुको चित्त बुझाए पनि आफ्नो चित्त बझाउन सक्ला त ? मानिसको जन्म मृत्यु कै लागि हो, जीवन कर्मको लागि हो र जिउनु अनुभवको लागि हो । आफ्नै नेता, आफ्नै मान्छे पर्दाभित्रबाट खेल खेल्दै आफ्नै मान्छेलाई स्वतन्त्र खेल खेल्न नदिदा भेटमा लाचार भएर उभिएको देख्दा पनि नया किसिमको पिडाको अनुभव हुदोरहेछ । उसको अनुहारमा पश्चतापको तस्विर सजिलै पढ्न सकिने देखिदो रहेछ । आफुलाई हराउन खोज्नेको पिडामा रम्न नसक्नु नै असल पात्रको एक सुन्दर गुण हो ।

असल मानिस आफ्नो विचार सहजै पस्कन सक्छ , गल्तिलाई स्वीकार गर्न सक्छ, अरुको पिडामा मलम लगाउने कोशिश गर्छ र जीवनको अनुभवको एक अध्याय आफ्नो कथामा थप्न सक्छ । आखिर हार र जीतको खेलले संस्थाको हार नहोस जसरी अहिले नेपालको गलत शिक्षा नितिको कारणले नेपाल हारिरहेको छ । नेपालका झुपडी, गाउ, र शहर युवा सुन्य हुन लागेको छ । आफ्नो र आफ्ना सहकर्मीको क्षमता माथि विश्वास नगर्नेहरु सामुदायिक विद्यालयको नेतृत्व गरिरहेका छन र जागिरे मनोवृतीमा हुर्केका छन अनि निर्णय गर्नेहरु यही तमासामा दुधको साची विरालको रुपमा छन । त्यसैले हजारौ विद्यार्थी अध्ययन गर्ने स्थानमा २–४ सय विद्यार्थी लिएर वस्दा कुनै हिनता वोध छैन किनकि त्यहा लाज हराइसकेको छ २–४ दशकको लामो शैक्षिक अनुभवले । न आफुमा सोच छ न अरुको सोचलाई स्वीकार गर्नै क्षमता छ । सक्छौ नेतृत्व गर सक्दैनौ अरुलाई छोड किनकि अन्तमा सवैको हार हुनेछ जसरी अहिले नेमाल हारिरहेको छ ।

आजको आवश्यकता नै योग्य व्यक्ति ठीक स्थानमा हुनुपर्छ चाहे त्यो, राजनितिमा होस, चाहे अन्य संघसंस्थाहरुमा । सुन्दर विचार, महत्वकांक्षी योजना, लगनशिल, कर्तव्यपरायण, अध्ययाशिल र समयसंग चल्न सक्नेलाई नेतृत्व देउ, गाउ, समाज, शहर र नेपाल सहजै बन्दछ । शिक्षाले नै हो समाज परिवर्तन गर्ने । तर शिक्षाले आफ्नो पन त्याग्न हुदैन ।
