नेपाललाई आर्थिक समवृद्दीमा लैजानको लागि बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाको व्याजदरमा आमुल परिवर्तनको खाचो छ। कुनै पनि देशले आर्थिक क्रान्ति गर्नक लागि उध्यमीहरुको आवश्यकता पर्दछ। उध्यमीको लागि कल कारखाना वा अन्य उध्योग धन्दा सन्चालनको लागि पुजीको आवश्यकता पर्दछ। पुजीको लागि वैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाले सस्तो व्याजदरमा ऋण उपलव्ध गराउन सक्नु पर्छ। वैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाले लिने गरेको व्याजदरको कारण नेपालमा उध्योग धन्दाहरु फष्टाउन सक्दैनन् । कतारमा रहेका वैंकहरुले व्यवसाय , कलकारखाना वा उध्योग धन्दा सन्चालनको लागि व्यवसायीलाई बढीमा ५.५% वार्षिक व्याजदरमा ऋण उपलव्ध गराउन सक्छ भने नेपाल सरकारले त्यही दरमा किन ऋण उपलव्ध गराउदैन। नेपाळाई साच्चै नै समवृद्दीको बाटोमा लैजाने हो भने सवैभन्दा पहिले ऋणको व्याजदरमा न्युनिकरण गर्नै पर्छ। ऋणको व्याजदरमा न्युनिकरण गरेको अवसथामा मात्र उत्पादनमा गरिएको लगानीको प्रतिफल उत्पादित वस्तुमा देख्न सकिन्छ। यदि कम मुल्यमा कुनै वस्तु उत्पादन गर्न सकिन्छ भने उत्पादित वस्तुलाई कम मुल्यमा विक्रि गर्न सकिन्छ जसले गर्दा उपभोक्ता पनि लाभान्वित हुनेछन भने अर्कोतर्फ लगानीकर्ताले पनि मुनाफा लिने छन। जव उध्यमीहरु आफ्नो उध्योगधन्दा सहज रुपमा सन्चालन गर्न सक्नेछन उनीहरु राष्ट्रको लागि कर तिर्न सफल हुनेछन् र नेपाल पनि विस्तारै आत्मनिर्भरताको बाटोमा लम्कने छ।
नेपालको अर्थतन्त्र जनमुखी छैन। सर्वसाधारण नागरिकहरु दोहोरो तेहोरो करको चपेडामा परेका छन। काठमाण्डाै महानगरपालिका भित्र न्युरोडको पेरिफेरिमा स्मार्ट पार्किङको सुरु गरेको देखिएको छ। एक घन्टा मोटरसाइकल पार्किङ सडकको पेटिमा गर्दा रु २५ तिर्नु पर्ने रे। कति ठाउँमा कर तिर्ने उपभोक्ताले। किन्दा, सवारी कर, विमा साथै प्रतिलिटर पेट्रोल किन्दा रु ५ सरकारलाई बुझाउन पर्ने। देश चलाउनको लागि देशवासीसँग नै हो कर उठाउने तर कर उठाउनुभन्दा पहिले प्रत्यक राष्ट्रले आफ्नो नागरिकलाई कर तिर्न सक्क्षम बनाउनु पर्छ। कर तिरेवापत कर तिर्ने व्यक्तिले आफुले तिरेको कर कहा कसरी र केका लागि प्रयोग हुन्छ, त्यो थाह पाउनु पर्छ। सरकार अन्तराष्ट्रिय जगतबाट सस्तो व्याजदरमा ऋण लिअ र थोरै मुनाफा राखि ऋणिलाई सस्तो व्याजदरमा ऋण उपलव्ध गराउ। ऋण लिइ विभिन्न उध्योग धन्दा सन्चालन गर्नेलाई प्रोत्साहन देउ। ऋण लिने व्यक्तिले गाैरव महसुस गरोस नकि हिनतावोध।उ व्याज र ऋणको सावा समयमा तिर्न सकोस। यदि कुनै उद्यमीले ऋण लिइ व्यवसाय सन्चालन गरी मुनाफा कमाउन सक्छ भने धेरै जसो नेपाली रोजगारको लागि भाैतारिनुको सट्टा आफै अरुलाई रोजगार दिलाउने बाटोतर्फ लाग्नेछन।
कति विडम्बना छ नेपालको बैंकिक सेवा प्रणाली। बैंकबाट ऋण लिनुपर्दा धितो चाहिने, ऋणको व्याज र सावा तिर्नसक्ने आम्दानीको श्रोत चाहिने। आम्दानीको श्रोत जुटाइसकेपछि पनि प्रत्यक महिनाको मसान्तीमा व्याज तिरिसक्नुपर्ने रे तर सरकारले उपलव्ध गराउने पारिश्रमिक महिना मरेपछी मात्र दिलाउछ। महिना मरिसकेपछि तुरुन्त जरिवाना लगाउने प्रणालीमा सुधारको आवश्यकता छ। कसरी यस्ता अव्यवहारिक पक्षलाई समेट्ने हो। अर्थमन्त्री अलि चनाखो बन्नुपर्ने देखिन्छ। कर तिर्नुपर्नेलाई कर तिरु तिरु भन्ने बनाउन सक्न हुनुपर्छ।
जुन दिन नेपालका वित्तिय संस्थाहरु जनमुखि हुनेछन त्यसै समयदेखि नेपाल आत्मनिर्भरताको बाटोतर्फ लाग्ने छ। आसा छ सारा नेपालीहरुले यस्ता कार्यको लागि नेपाल सरकारलाई दवाव दिने छन भने सरकार पनि यसलाई दवाव नसम्झि आफ्नो कर्तव्यबोध गरी ऋणको व्याजको न्युनिकरण गरि नेपाललाई समवृद्दीको बाटोतर्फ लैजाने छ। बैंकहरूलाई घामलाग्दा छाता दिने जव पानी पर्छ छाता फिर्ता माग्ने संस्था हो भन्ने परिपाटीको अन्त्य गर्नुपर्छ। बैंक तथस वित्तीय संस्था उपभोक्ता मुखि वनाउन सक्नुपर्छ।

Happy Christmas to the people of the world who believe in Christianity. Every creed in the world is of great importance. Every religion flourishes only if it focuses on humanism and creates harmony between people, it gets more followers. Religion is for the sake of humanism and should never lure people with false promises. If anyone has faith in religion, he or she is more sincere to their duty and responsibility. To guide the world religion is necessary. The regulations mentioned in religions are mightier than the prevailing constitutions in the world. May this Christmas make the bond of harmony stronger than before and have sound health and prosperity to its followers.

If injustice prevails everywhere in an institution...
Nepal, a land for political practices of -Ism, has to be a land of dream to the nature as well as culture lover, should be known as the land of harmony and a developed country. The -Ism is not hurdle for the development of any nation. But the main hurdle of each nation is the greed in people who are in power and miss using their power and misinterpretating to their acts of concerned institution.The victims might file the case against their decision in no time or wait for the day thinking that there is supernatural power which will give him justice in one day. The authority who has to explain the acts properly, is under pressure of the so called big brother and selects the wrong ones, has to be ashamed after the one who is under the nvestigation of the CIAA. If injustice prevails in every instittutions, there won't be any probability of development of any institutions as well as the nation.
In Nepal from the Rana regime to the present so called federal democratice republic government of Nepal, is facing the same blames. The authority was corrupted, loved nypotism and dictatorship, didn't work for the sake of subaltern and suppressed the voiceless and still the general people and the cadres of the same political party of Nepal pour the same blamers over them. Where is change ? There is changes in political system as well as the ruler but the attitudeof the ruler is the same. If they don't review their present and past standard and look around to the contemporary friends and their status, they will be the blind forever and known as the dust of the eyes of Nepal. Thus justive must prevail everywhere and right person must be in the right place. The one who is competent should get the opportunity to lead the instittution and organization as well.
What maybe the condition of the authorities if their well wisher who points their mistakes in time is blamed not to show his home's anger at instituion and a few days, months and years later has to be under the investigation of the CIAA? To point out someone's mistake in time is similar to the saying-a stitch in time saves nine. If the authority listened to the voice of their well wishers in time, they could have enjoyed the comfortable life afterwards too. It could and can work like a stitch. Therefore, flattering ruins someone's life but the true criticism guides the people to walk properly. In other words, don't get afraid of the enemy but afraid of the ones who hover around you appreciating you all the deeds you do.
The authority who is in power by the mercy of someone cannot work properly . Most of his decisions seem irrational and against the welfare of the concerned institutions and organizations as well as his too. Therefore, those who want to lead the insttution or organizations, have to study the life story of Sudama, lord Krishna's childhood friend and his wife Vasundhara and give up the greed and be away from the commission can be the model ones for the future generations.Injustice should be the matter of the past and justice must prevail everywhere for the sake of humanism. In the end , Nepal will be the nation of harmony and a developed country too.

नेपालको राजनितिले नदेखेको कुरा
नेपालको राजनिति करिव करिव क्रिडास्थल नै बनेको छ । यहाको माटोमा  सवैखाले राजनैतिक परिक्षण भए तर गरीबको जीवनस्तरको वारेमा कहिल्यै सोचिएन । एक राजनैतिक  प्रणालीको विकल्प अर्को सोचियो । के नेपाल राजनैतिक प्रणालीले पछि परेको हो त ? राजनैतिक प्रणाली आफै साध्य होइनन, यी केवल माध्यम मात्र हुन । एक राजनैतिक प्रणालीको विकल्प वारम्वार अर्कोलाई मात्र सोच्ने गर्छन भने नेपालको उदोगति निश्चित छ । राणा, राजा सवै जहानिया, निरकुंश भए भन्ने गरिन्थ्यो तर आजको गणतन्त्रसम्म आइपुग्दा के भएको छ ?अहिले नेपाल आफ्ना युवा शक्तिलाई विदेशमा सस्तो श्रम मुल्यमा विक्रिगरिरहेको छ । युवालाई विक्रि गर्दा दंग पर्छ नेपाल सरकार । हिजोको दिनमा गोर्खा भर्ति केन्द्र वन्द गर भन्ने युवाहरु आज वृद भैसकेका छन दल र देश हाकिरहेका छन । आज नेपाली युवाहरु विभिन्न उदेश्यकासाथ वाहिरिएका छन, अध्ययनको नाममा वा जीवनपार्जनको खोजीमा । यी अवस्थालाई किन रोक्न सक्दैनन ? किनकि यहाको सरकार परजिविको रुपमा उभिएको छ । उ स्वतन्त्र हुनसकेको छैन । 
राजनैतिक विषयको अध्ययन आपैmमा जटील छ । तर नेपालको राजनिति गर्नको लागि अध्ययन गर्नु पर्दैन केवल एकले अर्को संगठन वा दलको विरोध गरे पुग्छ ।  राजनैतिक अध्ययनको आवश्यकता आजको अपरिहार्यता हो । राजनैतिक सोचमा लाग्ने व्यक्तिहरु अरु सामान्य मानिसहरुभन्दा फरक हुनुपर्छ र उनीहरु देशको माटो, हावा, पानी, जीवजन्तु, वन्यजन्तु, जडिवुटी, वृक्ष, संस्कार र संस्कृति, धर्म आदिको वारेमा अध्ययन गर्नसक्नु पर्छ । शिक्षा र अर्थतन्त्रको ज्ञान राख्न सक्नुपर्छ । समाजमा भएको अभावको ठम्माई र विकासको खाका खल्तिमा वोकेर हिड्न सक्नुपर्छ । आफ्नो समाज र देशलाई कसरी आत्मनिर्भर गर्न सकिन्छ त्यसको सोच, योजना र श्रोतको खोजी र अवसर प्राप्त हुनासाथ त्यसलाई कार्यन्वयन गर्न सक्दछन । तर यसको पूर्णरुपमा असफल भएको छ नेपालको राजनैतिक दल र यहाको भुत र वर्तमान सरकार पनि ।
शिक्षा विना समाज सभ्य  र सिष्ट हुन सक्दैन, देशको विकासको रेखांकन गर्न सक्दैन । त्यसैले  नेपालको शिक्षाको माध्यम नेपाली, अंग्रजी र संस्किृत भाषामा हुनुपर्छ । सवै नेपाली हिमालदेखि तराईसम्मका वासिन्दालाई नेपाली हु भनि पहिचान दिलाउनको लागि नेपाली भाषामा शिक्षा दिलाउन पर्छ । जसले सवैलाई एकै मालामा गाभ्न सक्नेछन । नेपालीलाई अन्तराष्ट्रीय मानवसंग परिचित गर्न र आफ्नो विचार अभिव्यक्त गर्न सक्ने वनाउनको लागि र आधुनिक उपकरणको प्रयोग गर्नको लागि अंग्रेजी भाषाको अध्ययन र अध्यापन गराउनु पर्छ । नेपालीलाई ज्ञान र विज्ञानको खोजी गराई सम्पनताको शिखरमा पुर्याउनको लागि पनि संस्कृत भाषाको अध्यापन गराउन पर्छ । यसलाई अनिवार्य विषय भन्दा पनि इच्छाधिन विषयको रुपमा पढ्ने अवसर दिनुपर्छ । यी कुराको याद छैन हाम्रा राजनैतिक कर्मीहरुलाई जसले गर्दा सधै अरुको वैशाखी टेकेर सत्तामा पुग्दा केही गर्न नसक्ने निरीह भएर असफल सरकारको रुपमा आफुलाई उभ्याएका छन ।   अरुलाई दोष दिने कार्य आफुले गर्दा त्यही पुज्जनीय मान्दछन जुन नेपाली समाजको दुरदषा भएको छ ।
नेपाली युवाहरु विदेशी भुमिमा आफ्रनो श्रम विक्रि गर्दै गर्दा सवै कुरा त्यागिरहेका छन । करिव यान्त्रीक भएका छन । ताजा खाना एक छाक मात्र खान पाउछन । अगिल्लो दिन तयार गरेको खाना वाध्य छन । भाग्यमानीले मात्र ८ घण्टा प्रति दिन काम गरे पुग्दो रहेछ नत्र भने १० वा १२ घण्टा काम गर्नु पर्दाेरहेछ । होटल क्षेत्रमा त ३० दिन नै काम गर्नु पर्नेरहेछ । यीनको व्यथा एक दिन विदेशमा पुगि उट वा गाडीमा सयर गर्ने नेता वा अन्य प्रतिनिधिलाई के थाह वा त्यहा रहेका नेपाली  संघ संगठनहरु नै उनीहरुको पछि लाग्छन र  न पिडितका नैे काम गर्छन । उनीहरु त नेपालबाट विदेश सयरमा निस्केका  नेताहरुको चाकडीमा पुग्दारहेछन । न कि सम्वन्धित संघ संगठनहरु त्यहा रहेका पिडकको आवाजको प्रतिनिधित्व गर्न सकिरहेका छैनन । राजनैतिक दलले यी र यस्ता दुरगतिहरु अनुभव गर्न सक्ने हैसियत राखेका छैनन किनकि उनीहरुमा अध्ययनको अभाव छ । उनीहरु केवल अन्धभक्त छन कालोलाई कालो र सेतोलाई सेतो भन्न सक्ने हैसियत राख्दैनन । जसको परिणामले आजका दिन हिजो जे आरोप पूर्व सरकारलाई लगाउने गर्थे आज त्यही उनै आफै गर्दै छन ।  निर्मला, रवि, ज्ञानेन्द्र हुदै वर्तमानमा रोशनी शाही माथीको वलत्कार काण्डले देशलाई शोकमा बदलिको छ ।  देशको प्रधानमन्त्रीले अरिगांल भन्दा कार्यकर्ता फुरुक्क भए तर पशुपतिले कुकुर जस्ता कार्यकर्ता भन्दा उनी माथि धावा वोले । आखिरमा न कार्यकर्ता अरिगांल हुन न कुकुर नै । त्यसैले यहा विवेकको अन्त्य भएको छ । जुन राजनैतिक दलले आजको दिनमा देख्न सकेका छैनन ।
नेपालको राजनैतिक दलले नत हिमालको स्याउ देखेको छ, न तराइको अन्नवाली न त कर्णालीको यार्सागुम्वा  न देशभरी छरिएको जातजाती, भेषभुषा, संस्कृत वा खोलानाला, हिउ, वन्यजन्तु , वा अन्य कुनै नत कुनै मर भुमीमा वेचिएका युवाहरुको कथा नै याद छ । देशले नै युवा शक्ति वेचेको छ, जव विवाद आउछ उनीह्रुले नेपालमा स्थापित मेनपावर र त्यहा कार्यरत र लगानीकर्ता दोषी देखाउछन । के उनीहरु  दोषी हुन त ? मलाई लाग्ने गथ्र्यो नेपालका मेनपावरहरु नेपालको जनशक्ति विदेषमा वेचेका छन र उनीहरुले अन्याय गरेका छन । तर जव म केही क्षणको लागि विदेश मा पुगे यो त सरासर गलत सोच भरिएको रहेछ मेरो मनमस्तिस्कमा पनि । तितो सत्य यो रहेछ कि कुनै पनि मेनपावरले एक जना मात्र जनशक्ति विदेशमा विक्रि गर्न सक्दैनन । एक युवकको श्रमलाई विदेषी वजारमा सस्तो मुल्यमा नेपाल सरकारले नै वेचेको छ ।
नेपालको राजनैतिक दलले न भोका व्यक्ति देखेका छन नत गरीव नै किनकि हिजोको नांगो खुट्टा वा चप्पलदेखि वर्तमान एस आराममा डुवेका नेताहरु विगतलाई विर्षिसकेका छन उनीहरु सुरक्षाघेराभित्र कुद्छन, गाडीमा हुइकिन्छन र सडकमा रहेको हिलोधुलो पनि खासै याद हुदैन । उनीहरु देख्दैनन जनताको भोक , पिडा र अभाव । सत्ताभन्दा वाहिर निस्केपछि पनि उनीहरु सरकारी सुविधामा कुदेका हुन्छन, सुरक्षाको घेराभित्र रहेका हुन्छन तर पनि सविधानमा त समानताको हकको कुरा गरेको छ तर कहा छ त समानता ? कहा छ त अभिव्यक्ति स्वतन्त्रता । यी र यस्तै कुराहरु नेपालका दलहरु द्येख्न सक्दैनन ।

जितेर हार्नुभन्दा हारेर जित्नु राम्रो
लिनु पर्ने कुरा नलिएपछि जीवनमा समस्या आउंछन र समस्याको समाधान नखोजेपपछि झन जटिल बन्दै जान्छ मानव सभ्यता । मानिसको सभ्यताभित्र पारिवारिक संस्कार पनि पर्दछन । आफुलाई शिष्ट र सभ्य अनि महिला शशक्तिकरणको अभियन्ता भन्ने रुचाउने केही महिलाहरुको आवाज र उहाहरको आवाजले आफैमाथि व्यङ्ग्य गरिरहेको हुन्छ थाह छैन तर पनि विरो्धको नाममा विरोध गरेको देखेको छुुु । सही र गलत के हो छुट्याउन सक्ने सामाथ्र्य छैन तर विरोधको नाममा विरोध गरिन्छ तर यस भित्रको लुकेको अर्थ के छ ? भर्खरै तीजको समाप्ती भएको छ । गोडा ढोगाइ र जल खुवाई कति ठीक र कति बेठीक भन्नुभन्दा पहिले र अरुको व्यक्तिगत जीवनमा आंच आउने कुरो चाही गलत हो । एकवटा वन्दकोठामा श्रीमान र श्रीमतीको विचमा हुने खेल ति अव्यक्त छन सायद ति क्षणहरुलाई मनोरञ्जन वा महीला ंिहसा वा पुरुष हिंसा जे पनि हुनसक्ला तर तिनलाई पस्कने आट कोही गर्दैन किनकि उ त्यही डुविरहेको हुनसक्छ र रमाइरहेको पनि । यो तितो सत्य हो कि एक महिलालाई वेश्या पुरुषले वनाउछ भने पुरुषलाई रण्डो वनाउने पनि महिला हो । महिला पुरुषमा विलिन छ भने पुरुष पनि महिलामा विलिन छ । दृष्टिकोण गलत भएपछि सारा सन्सार गलत देखिन्छ । विभेदीकरणको कुरा गर्नुभन्दा महिला र पुरुषविच कसरी सबलीकरण गराउने त्यो सम्वन्धमा सोच्नु र समाजलाई डोर्याउन सक्नु वुद्दीमता हुनेछ ।
ठीक त्यसै गरी पदमा भएका मानिसहरु अन्धा हुदारहेछन,र तिनैबाट दिक्षितहरु आफ्नो क्षमता भन्दा पनि अरुको अनुकम्पालाई महत्व दिदारहेछन जसले गर्दा कालान्तरमा अप्ठ्यारो दिनको सामना गर्नुपर्दोरहेछ । पद समालेको हुन्छ तर म त फलानोको काम गर्न आएको हु भनिदिदोरहेछ । कसैले प्रश्न गर्दा हिजो के हेरेका थियौ आज हामीलाई भन्न्छौ भन्दै गर्दा सरकारमा रहेका दलहरुले विर्षिसकेकि काम नगरेकोले न मतदाताले दण्डित गरेको कुरा । जो नेतृत्व समाल्दै छ,, उ साथमा भएको सहयात्रीलाई उपेक्षित गरी निस्कदै गरेको असफल व्यक्तिको नराम्रो कामको अनुसरण गर्दैगर्दा र संस्थाको भलोलाई उपेक्षित गरपछि हाइ हाइ भएको मानिस क्षणभरमा खतम हुदोरहेछ जुनकुरा रवी पक्राउ र शालिकरामको मरण अगाडिको भिडियोको खेलमा वच्चादेखि वृद्दासम्म रवीको समर्थन र वर्तमान नेतृत्वप्रतिको वितृष्णा चरमा विन्दुमा देखिन पुग्यो, जुन खेलहरु प्रत्यक दल, संघ,संगठन, र संस्थाहरुमा छरपष्ट छन र समयले ति सवैलाई उदाङ्गो पार्दैछ । समय वलवान छ, यसैले सवैलाई महान वनाउछ, अनि तुरुन्त निरीह पनि । त्यसैले आजको आवश्यकता वाच र वाच्न देउ, असललाई पुरस्कृत गर, खरावलाई दण्डित गर । समानता देखाएर पुष्टी गर वोलेर हैन । त्यागमा भएको शक्ति, प्राप्तीमा हुदैन । जितेर हार्नुभन्दा, हारेर पनि जित्नु, जुन त्यागमा मात्र सम्भव छ । नेपालका दलहरुले जितेका थिए तर उनीहरु हारिरहेका रहेछन किनकि उनीहरुले देखाएको सपनाले उनीहरुको सपना पुरा भयो तर नेपालीमा ऋणको भार वढेको वढ्यै छ र युवाहरु खाडीमा वेचिएका वेचिएका नै छन ।

Two Friends

Two friends Smile and Anger were strolling around the meadow in the sunny day of the winter season. When they were about to lie on the meadow they saw a dog barking approaching them. As soon as Anger saw the dog he looked around; found a log which he picked up and shouted at the dog. But the dog did not move away. Instead it growled and tried to bite him. He was afraid of it and said, "Save me please! Save me!" Smile was quiet and didn't have any temper. When his friend shouted for help he looked at the dog, smiled, rubbed his two fingers, made a continuous sound of the rubbing fingers and said, "Kale! What are you doing? Come on. Don't bark. He is my friend, Anger."
Being an obedient one Kale accompanied him.
The dog stopped growling and barking and went towards Smile waving its tail. Surprisingly, it behaved him as if he had been familiar with him for a long time. Taking a long breath he said to Smile, "Is it your dog?"
"No, no. I have never seen it before." he replied. Being surprised he again said, "Why did the dog bark at me but wave its tail to you?
"Don't you know- A smile is a spiritual perfume you spray on others. Everyone near you benefits from it.", he said.
"Never", he replied.
Smile said, "When you showed your bad tempered the dog became more furious and I realized that it doesn't like being teased and shouted. Then I read its face and sensed that it was in need of love. I showered my love over it and pretended that I used to know it and gave it the name in no time. It understood me and accepted me as its friend."
Anger said, "I used to think everyone can control to all with his staring eyes and unbearable uproar. But the dog and you opened my inner eyes today."
That is where you have to change.
Indeed, yes he said.
Kale looked at them and stuck out its tongue and smelled both of them. Both of them played with its fur and made their friend for forever. They said to it, "Don't bark Anger but love."He responded as if it knew what they were saying.
Anger took out some pieces biscuits and gave to Kale. Kale became happy and had them very quickly.
Since the day even Anger realized that the mightiest weapon of the world is humility. Humility can win the heart of the cruelest ones and even of the animals. After an hour staying there they took their way promising meeting at the same place for the next day too.
Moral: See the world through rose-colored glasses.

जीवनमा घटेका दुखत क्षण पनि कति उपयोगी हुन्छन जीवनमा जीवन बुझ्नैका लागि पनि
कतारको केही महिनाको समयको वसाइले मेरो जीवनमा धेरै कुरा सिकाएको छ। मेरा देब्रे खुट्टा मर्किएकोले हिड्नको लागि असहज भयो।। कतारको अल्सादमा रहेको हमाद अस्पतालमा भारतीय साथिलाई भेट्न पुगेको थिए। त्यसै समयमा मेरो मस्तिष्कमा एक पटक उपचार गराउने निधो गरे। नाम दर्ता गराए, रक्तचाप र ताैल ळिएपछि मलाई पालो पर्खने रुपमा वस्नको लागि पठाइयो। म कुर्दै थिए। मेरो दर्ता १४:४९ मा भयो।
म दङ्ग परे तिर्खा लागिरहेको त्यही समयमा अस्पतालका कर्मचारी २०० मिलिमिटरको एक बोत्तल पानी र जुस दिए सवै विरामीलाई। फेरि पालोको लागि पर्खनु नै थियो। झण्डै ३ घन्टाको पछाडि सवै पालो पर्खेर वसेका विरामीलाई प्याकेटमा खाजा वितरण गरियो। खाजामा सानो एक पुरिया विष्कुट! एक दाना स्याउ, २०० मिलिमिटरको जुस, र ब्रेड दिइयो।
७:३५ मा मेरो चेकअपको पालो आयो। म गए। एक जना महिला डाक्टरले मलाई के भएको हो भनि सोध्नुभयो। मैले मेरो जुत्ता र मोजा खोली मेरो मड्किएको स्थान देखाए। तपाईंको समस्या सामान्य हो। दुखाइ कम गर्नको लागि प्यारासिटामोल र ब्रुफिन र गोडाको लागि कम्प्रेसन ब्याण्डेज दिएर पठाइयो। डाक्टरले मलाई फार्मेसीमा जानको लागि एकवटा मेरो नाम भएको स्टिकर दिएर फार्मेसीमा जानको लागि पठाइयो। फार्मेसीले रिसेप्सनमा जानको लागि पठाइयो। त्यहाबाट फेरि फार्मेसीमा पठाइयो। फेरि फार्मेसीले क्यासिएरमा गयर पैसा बुझाउनको लागि भनियो। मैले कतारि रियाल ५ तिरे।
यो मरभुमिको सरकारले निशुल्क उपचार सवैका लागि गर्न सक्दोरहेछ।। सन्सारको दोस्रो उच्चत्म प्रति व्यक्ति आए भएको देश बन्न सकेको छ। ठ्ला ठूलाठूला पिपलका रुख, सडक किनारामा र वगैचामा दुवो र अन्य फुल तथा बोटविरुवा दैनिक पानीले सिंचाइ गर्नसक्दो रहेछ। ठिक त्यसरी नै गगनचुम्बि भवन, फराकिला बाटा, जमिनमुनिको मेट्रो रेल सेवा, हवाई यातयात, सार्वजनिक वसको व्यवस्थापन, कृषिमा समेत गरिरहेकाे परिवर्तन दुधमा आत्मनिर्भरताको कारण र अन्य अरवियन मुलुकले गरेको नाकाबन्दीलाई वरदानको रुपमा स्विकारी आफ्नो देशलाई सम्पन्नतामा लगेको देख्दा पालो पर्खने समयमा मनमा मेरो देशको यादले सतायो। यहा केही नभएर पनि सवै छ तर मेरो देशमा सवै हावा, पानी , माटो र जनशक्ति हुदाहुदै किन प्रगतिको क्षेत्रमा फड्को मार्न सक्दैन । किनकि मेरो देशमा कानुन छ वोल्न नसक्नेको लागि मात्र। कानुनको पालना भएको छेैन। जसका लाठी उसकाे भैस भन्ने उखान चरितार्थ छ ।मेरो देश विच जङ्गलमा हराएको यात्री जस्तो वनेको छ। अहिले सरकारमा भएकाहरु हिजोको बदमास भन्थे, सामन्ति ,निरकुंश, जहानिया आदि आदि। पल्टाएर हेर्ने हो भने केही फरक छैन हिजो र आजकोमा। कहाँ आएछ गणतन्त्र कुन्नि ।
नेपाळमा राजनेताको अभावको कारण, शिक्षाले बाटो पत्तालगाउन नसकेको अवस्था , संस्कार र संस्कृतिमा विचलन भएको अवस्था नै हो। मेरो देशका नेतागणहरु देशलाई पढेनन, एकले अर्काको विरोध गर्न सिके र सिकाए तर हिमालको भोटे , पहाडको पहाडिया, तराईको मधेसीलाई पढेनन, न हिमालको हिँउ , खोलाको पानी जडिबुटी र यहाँका जिवजन्तु र यहाँको संस्कार र संस्कृति नै पढे नत खाध्यान् तथा अन्य कुनै वालिनालिको वारेमा नै। अमेरिकी विस्तारवाद भन्दै हिडे तर छोराछोरीलाई सपना त्यहीको देखाए। अरुले आफैले प्रयोग गरेको सुविधा अरुले प्रयोग गर्दा सामान्ति , निरङ्कुस , जहानिया आदि हुन्छन तर त्यहि आफुले प्रयोग गर्दा जनपक्षीय आदि रे। यो दोशी चस्मा नै नेपाल उधोगतिमा लाग्नुको मुल कारण हो। सत्ता र पद्धति कुनै खराव हुदैनन् तर व्यक्ति र उसको आचरण मात्र खराव हो । मेरो ठम्माइमा हिजोका राणादेखि वर्तमानको नेतृत्वमा केही फरक छैनन। अवको आवश्यकता प्रवृत्तिमा परिवर्तन गर्नु हो भन्ने रह्यो ।
यतिका धेरै कुराहरु सोच्न वाध्य भए। नेपालमा उपचार हुनेको लागि निशुल्क छ। मुख्यतया नैताको नै।कराैडाै अरवाै खर्च गरिदिन्छन राष्ट्रको ढुकुटीबाट तर निर्दोले त सिटामोल नपाएकोले मृत्युुवरण गर्नुपरेको छ। यहा दिन र रातमा खासै फरक छैन।केटा वा केटी निर्धक्कसँग दिन वा रातमा आफ्नो गन्तव्यमा पुग्न सक्छन। तर मेरो देशमा खोई ?
यतिका कुरा सोच्न पुगेछु। विभिन्न देशका मजदुरहरु एकै ठाँउमा मिलेर वसेका छन।उपचारको लागि पालो पर्खदै गर्दा समय बढि लागेकोमा गुनासो गर्दै थिए। धेरै साथि वनाउन पाए। मेरो गोडाको उपचार निशुल्क भयो, मैले वजारमा किनेर खाँदा अस्पतालले दिएको पानी र खाजाको मुल्य तिर्नु पर्दा ६ रियाल तिर्नुपर्थ्यो तर सित्तैमा दिलायो। परिक्षण पछि मैले ५ रियालको आैषधि किनेर फर्किए । सरकारले चाहेमा देशले फड्को मार्न समय ळागदोरहेनछ। २-४ महिनाको वसाइमा करिव करिव धेरै सडक निर्माण भैसकेा छन।। सडकमा खासै ट्रयाफिक देखिदैन तापनि गाडी आप्नै लेनमा कुदेका हुन्छन किनकि त्यहा चाैबिसै घन्टा पहरा दिने सडक क्यामराले दिइरहेका हुन्छन कसैले गल्ति गरेमा क्यामराले फोटो खिचिदिदै महङ्गो जरिवाना लगाइदिन्छन। त्यसैले चालकहरू सजग छन जरिवाना तिर्नबाट वच्नको लागि। मेरो देशमा कहिले यस्तो दिन आँउछ र चालकहरू मर्यादित हुदै आफ्नो गन्तव्यमा पुग्न सक्छन।शिक्षाको लागि भवन र यहाका कृर्याकलाप नै आर्कसक देखिन्छन।
फेरि अर्को सवाल उठ्यो वर्षेनी छात्रवृद्दीमा डाक्टर उत्पादन हुन्छन नेपालमा तर कसका लागि। उनीहरुलाई डा बनाउदा नेपालको ठूलो धनराशि खर्चिएको हुन्छ त्यसैले नेपालमा सम्मानका साथ नेपालमा नै राखि इज्जतका साथ काम लगाउन सक्नुपर्छ । छात्रवृत्तिमा पढेका जो कोही हुन उनीहरुमाथी देशको हक बढि छ सम्मानका साथ उनिहरुको बृतिविकासको साथै सामाजिक उच्च मुल्यांकन गरि उनिहरुको सपना नेपालको लागि वनाउन सक्नु पर्छ।
आजको आवस्यकता सवैले कर्तव्य वोध गरी आफ्नो जिम्मेवारी पुरा गरेमा नेपालले विकासमा फड्को मार्न सक्ने छ। मेरो गोडा मर्किदिदा पनि कतारको उपचार पद्धतिको वारेमा ज्ञान लिन पाए। अव मरुभुमिमा दुवोको हरियाली वनाउने हातहरु नेपालका भिरपाखामा उध्यम देख्न र देखाउन सक्ने बनाउनपर्छ । यही रह्यो मेरो ५ घन्टाको निशुल्क उपचारको क्रममा सँगालिएको अनुभव। यो भुमिमा म विदेशी थिए तर पनि नाम दर्ताको लागि पनि कुनै शुल्क तिर्नुपरेन। अच्चमित हुदै मेरो देश हाक्नेहरुलाई सम्झिए। देशको प्रधानमन्त्री सामान्य विरामी हुदा जम्वो टोलिकासाथ विदेसिन्छन तर नेपाली जनतामा ऋणको भार बोकाउदै।। तर यो कहिलेसम्म निरन्तरता दिने यसलाई ।ए मेरा देशका नेतागणहरु एक दिन मात्र भएपनि एक दिनको लागि यस मरभुमिमा काम गरी यहाँको चाैतर्फि विकासलाई हेर त देश कसरी बनाउन सकिदो रहेछ। हे NRN कतारमा रहेका पदिय दायित्व समाल्नेहरु यहाँका श्रमिकहरुको पिडामा मलम लगाउनोस भ्रमणमा आउने नेतालाई उँटमा चढाई मरभुमिको यात्रा गराउनको सट्टा। किनकि तपाईं नेपालका नेताको नेता होइन तपाईं यहीँ मरभुमिमा काम गर्ने मजदुरको प्रतिनिधि हो तपाईं ।

To be full of vim and vigor everyone has to have hygienic food everyday. Only having hygienic food can not keep us feat and fine. To keep us in our vim and vigor, we have to do regular exercise. Regular exercise makes us physically strong. If we physically strong, we can be mentally too. To be mentally vim and vigor, we should do meditation. Meditation is the ultimate way to gain knowledge and peace in mind. In the same way we have to be socially vim and vigor. To be socially vim and vigor, we have to be able to cope between people. The most important part of politics is to be able to guide the society. Thus everyone has to be full of vim and vigor to achieve his/her goal in politics and other all.

Miracle of ice cream
Nearly twenty years back on the sunny day of the Jestha month, on the pavement of Bagbazar in Kathmandu a young woman was buying an ice cream to her son when a six years child in his ragged from another side of the road was looking at them. He was messy, had broad forehead, a snub nose and curly hair. As soon as the woman bought an ice cream for her son and gave it to him, he began to lick it. But the child from another side licked his lips as many time as the child had it. He wished to have an ice cream but he didn't have money to buy nor were his parents with him. He was just a street boy.
During the other scorching sunny days the boy used to see the happening. He couldn't have an ice cream. He used to count the number of boys and girls who bought and enjoyed licking their various flavours. He couldn't stay without having it. He used to make a plan how he could have it. He thought if he had a five rupee note, he could have an ice cream. Therefore, he decided to collect five rupee note. Nearby the ice cream shop there was a tea shop where an old man used to make tea and sell. The boy went to the tea shop and said to the old man, "Baje, may I wash your glasses?" The old man looked at him and said, "You can if you want." The boy washed the glasses gently. When there were not any old men costumers, he gave him a cup of tea and he himself had a cup of tea. Finally after sipping tea, the boy washed the glasses. He said to the old man, "I have to go." The old man was pleased with him and gave him a five rupee note. He said to the old man," Thank you very much."

Being happy the boy went to the ice cream shop and bought an ice cream and had the very first ice cream. While licking ice cream he thought to be the owner of the ice cream in future. If he were the owner of it, he would have as many as he could.
The boy regularly went to the old man tea shop and said, "May I wash your glasses?" The old man became happy and allowed him to wash the glasses. He gave him a glass of tea to drink and a fist of beaten rice. After a few hours staying there in the tea shop, the boy used to go. The old man also used to give him some rupees as the ratio of his income. The boy didn't think anything else except to be the owner of the ice cream. Time passed on and he grew up too. He had collected a few thousand rupees. He then bought a bicycle and went to the ice cream factory. He met the owner of the ice cream. Seeing the passion of the teenager, the owner gave him a box of ice cream in the condition that he had to refund the amount in the evening. The boy was very happy. He then set his goal of his life to be a famous entrepreneur of ice cream.

After a few months he was able to collect some thousand rupees. When the winter used to begin ice cream factory had to be closed. No one used to lick the ice cream. During the winter season he began to sell vegetable. With his regular hard work, he was able to earn money that much he needed to make his own ice cream factory within a few years. Slowly and gradually his passion led him towards perfection. Everywhere in the street in Kathmandu people began to talk about him. People used to say, " He didn't have anything else to eat or lick the ice cream but a few years effort and determined goal he was able to achieve. When he was 24 years old he got married to a young girl of in her early twenties. She was very sincere spouse of a successful boy who had begun the journey of his life from the street but letter he became the mover and shaker in the field of ice cream. He was able to have everything; a castle to live, a car to drive a spouse to continue his generation. He lived his life in comfortable afterwards.

Moral: Where there is a will, there is a way.

Anger and happiness, two sides of a coin
Everyone wishes to live his/her life happily but it won't happen. Why? It's due to human follies? Why human follies? It's because happiness and anger remain in human feelings. Both of them are human emotion. Everyone seems ready to listen to the appreciation but never wishes to listen to a single word against him/her. Both anger and happiness are like two sides of a single coin. A coin cannot be a coin if it has only a part active. Both of them are attached each other and they are impossible to separate physically. If they get separation they won't have existence alone. Their importance is seen only integration. No one can know who is happy and who is sad in isolation. To know happy, there must be sad, to know sad there must be happy too.  They are more or less in the form of nail and flesh of our finger.
Everyone has to practice to release anger from his/her emotion. Anger resides in every soul. It comes from nowhere. It is inside you. Some circumstances work as stimuli of it. Whatever you dislike if someone does in front of you, you get fired, don't you? Indeed, yes. Can you get satisfaction after pouring your anger over someone else? No never.  Then why you feel angry and remain full of anger? Maybe innocence. Somehow yes. Can we control our anger and fill with happiness and remain in peaceful mind?
Of course, we can. But how? If we give up greed and ego towards someone's performance, we can live in happiness. We should handle both anger and happiness equally, gently and fairly. Everyone wishes to have happiness but gets rid of anger. But he /she doe
sn't practice them. To release from anger, everyone has to practice to remain in silence. Silence is the mightiest weapon. It can destroy the human follies. It keeps everyone in peace. How can we be in silence? When we try to be a company of own and travel inside, it's possible. When someone practises to be in silences smile comes out from his /her lips to dazzle the witness.  When knowledge is covered by ignorance, anger is spontaneous to everyone. Moreover everyone has to realize that he/she has knowledge. Having knowledge is not great thing. Application of it is of great importance. For example, everyone knows smoking is injurious to us.  Even there is very disgusting images of lung on the packet of cigarette. Though everyone knows it's fatal to health, why they smoke. It is due to his/ her follies. Thus having knowledge doesn't have any sense until it is applied.
Anger comes out without any sense. Here is a story about a sage on how he got fired. Once, a sage was walking around the bottom of the beautiful hill. The hill was filled with beautiful shrubs and flowers as well as fruits. Birds were chirping, deer were jumping around and monkeys were swinging on trees and the leaves of the trees were fluttering. Sky was dark blue in the midday of the sun. Everything was pleasant. Even butterflies were flying over the flowers. There was a big deep lake filled with crystal clear water and beautiful lotuses. He looked around and saw a boat on the side of the lake. He took the boat, rode on it and sailed it in the middle of the pond. There was no disturbance at all. It was peace and calm. Only light waves could be seen on the lake.  He decided to do meditation. He shut up his eyes and began to meditation. Hours past. He enjoyed doing meditation. Unfortunately while he was in deep meditation, his boat was stroked time and again. He tried to control himself but couldn't. He opened his eyes and dipped his palm with fingers in the lake and took a little bit water and ready to curse and looked around, he could see only a boat from his back stroke his boat time and again. There was no one to disturb him. He could see no one. He thought it was done by someone. Only the circumstances made him think that it was done by anyone else. But he realized that he got furious without a cause. Why anger came to him .Did it come from outside? No never. It is due to the wind that made the boat move away and his boat was blocking the way of the boat. Thus the saint learned a big lesson and promised to be in silence even in the critical situation it's because silence is the mightiest weapon that can soothe down to the gun.
 Therefore, we human being the best being in the world should be the best by performing the best. We should not hurt to other. If we hurt, others might be angry. A good human's duty is to please not to anger anyone. We should try our best to be an apple of eyes but we should not add insult to injury. We should try to release from anger and sow the seed of smile to dazzle the world.

शिक्षाविद विद्यानाथ कोइरालाको

शिक्षाविद विद्यानाथ कोइरालाको नेपालको शिक्षकलाई कसरी प्रोत्साहन गर्न सकिन्छ भनि लेखिएको वाहिर आवरणले मेरो मन तान्न सफल भएको छ। यस प्रति उहा प्रति आभारी छु। उहाले भन्नु भएको छ- शिक्षकलाई परिचालन नगरिकन शैक्षिक अवस्था सुध्रिदैन। शिक्षकलाई परिचालन गर्न पहिला तलब बढाउनु पर्छ। दोस्रो हैसला दिनुपर्छ। अनि तेस्रो तालिम, प्रशिक्षण दिएर योग्य बनाउनुपर्छ । उहाको आसय रहेको छ शिक्षण पेशा पहिलो रोजाइमा हुनुपर्छ अव्वल विद्यार्थीको रोजाइमा। मैले त्यस भित्र के छ हेर्ने र अध्ययन गर्ने अवसर प्राप्त गरेको छैन । एक दिन अवसर मिल्ने छ। तर वाहिर पेजमा लेखिएका विचारलेनै मेरो मन तानेको छ। असल विउ रोपे असल फसल आउछ। मान्यता यही छ । यस लेखाइको सार ।
सुन्दर छन सरले पस्केका बुदागत सुझावहरु। चित्त बुझ्यो तर पनि शिक्षाले के दिने हो, कसका लागि हो, र अक्षर र अङको लागि मात्र हो कि जीवन जिउनको लागि हो ? स्पस्ट हुनुपर्यो। नत्रभने शिक्षा अर्थहिन हुने छ जसरी King John And The Abbot of Canterbury –मा भएको छ।
यस कवितामा राजा जोन उनको Canterbury को Abbot को असल कार्य र लोकप्रियतालाई सहन नगर्न सकेजस्तै हुन्छ। यसमा भनिएको छ। राजा John ले उसको प्रगति र लोकप्रियतालाई सहन गर्न नसकेकोले दरवारमा बोलाउछन र तिनवटा प्रश्न सोध्छन र भन्छन- यदि तिमिले मेरा तिन प्रश्नको जवाफ दिन सक्यो भने तिमि बाच्ने छाै र तिम्रो सम्पति पनि तिम्रै हुने छ। यदि सकेनाै भने तिम्रो शिर रहने छैन र तिम्रो सम्पति मेरो हुने छ। राजाका प्रश्न यस प्रकारका थिए- १ मैले श्रीपेच लगाएको राजा हु, मेरो मुल्य कति हो ? २- म सारा सन्सार भ्रमण गर्न चाहान्छु, कति समय लाग्छ ? ३- मैले अहिले के सोचेको छ? यदि जवाफ दिन सकेनाै भने तिम्रो शिर र सम्पति दुवै मेरो हुने छ। यति भनेपछि Abbot स‌ग जवाफ दिननसकेकोले समय दिएमा प्रयास गर्ने छु भने पछि तिन हप्ताको समय माग गर्छन। राजाले समय दिन्छन।
त्यसपछि Abbot सिधै Oxford र Cambridge विश्वविद्यालयमा जान्छन त्यहाका प्राध्यापकस‌ग सोधखोज गर्छन। तर १७ आौ दिनसम्म जवाफ नमिलेपछि दिग्दार र निराष हुदै Canterbury फर्कदै थिए। उनको Shepherd ले देखेर सोध्छन के छ राजा र राजधानिको खवर? निराश हुदै भन्छन अव तीन दिन मात्र छ वाच्ने भनेपछि किन भनि उनी सोध्छन- आफुलाई राजाले तिन प्रश्न सोधेको र जवाफ नजानेकोले Oxford र Cambridge विश्वविद्यालयमा पुगेको, त्यहाको प्राध्यापकहरुले पनि ती प्रशनको जवाफ दिननसकेकोले वाच्ने दिन सकियो भने। यति सुनेपछि shepherd ले के प्रश्न थिए भने ।त्यसपछि तीनै प्रश्न भनेपछि उनले Abbot लाई यी प्नश्रनको जवाफ थाहभएकोले लगाएको कपडा, घोडा आदि दिनको लागि अनुरोध गरे। उनले थपे- तपाइ र म उस्तै देखिन्छाै, सवै त्यसै भन्छन। वाच्ने आसले तुरुन्त आफुसँग भएका घोडा र कपडा दिए पछि shepherd तुरुन्त दरवार गए ।
राजाले स्वागत गर्दै प्रश्नको जवाफ लिएर आएका त हाैला भनेर सोधे। आफु सवाल सहित गएको भनेपछि राजाले पुन आप्नो मुल्य सोधे। Shepherd ले भने एकपटक Saviour पनि ३० पेन्समा बिक्रि भएकोले तपाइको मुल्य Saviour भन्दा १ पेन्स कम -२९ भनिदिए । त्यतिथोरै भन्दै हास्दै चित्त बुझाए। फेरि सोधे -विश्व भ्रमण गर्न उनलाई कति समय लाग्छ। Shepherd ले भने सरकार हजुर कुनै दिनको सुर्योदयसँगै सुर्यकै गतिमा यात्रा गरे भोलिपल्ट त्यही समयमा यात्रा गर्न सक्नुहुन्छ। यसको अर्थ २४ घन्टा भनेपछि यति छिटो भन्दै मुसुक्क हासे। अन्तिम प्रश्न -ंमैले के सोचिरहेको छु भनेर सोधे। Shepherd ले भने सरकार तपाई जे सोच्दै हुनुहुन्छ त्यो गलत सोच्नु भएको छ भने। किनकि तपाई मलाइ Abbot सँग कुरा गर्दै छु भन्ने सोच्नुभएको छ तर गलत सोचहिरहनु भएको छ किनकि म Abbot नभएर Abbot को Shepherd हो । म यहा त मेरो Abbot र मेरो जिवनको जिवनदान माग्ननको लागि आएको हो भने पछि राजा John तिन छक परे ।
राजा Shepherd को उत्तरसँग खुशि भए ।राजाले उनलाई Abbot बनाउने प्रस्ताव गरे तर उनले भने उनी न पढ्न सक्छन न लेख्न । कसरी Abbot हुने। हुदैन भने ।राजाले उनलाई हप्ताको ४ सुनको सिक्का दिने निर्णय गरे ।यसरी निरक्षर व्यक्तिले सारा विश्वविद्यालयलाई चुनाैति दिन सफल भएका थिए Shepherd।
आजको नेपालको विश्वविद्यालयको र यीनका प्राध्यापकको अवस्था ठिक यस्तै छ। नेपालका विश्ववबिध्यालयले यसका उत्पादनलाई सही शिक्षा दिन सकेका छैनन ।विदेशी प्रभावमा छन ।आफ्नो मालाैकिता गुमाएका छन । आफ्नो भाषा, धर्म, स‌स्कृतिको वारेमा शिक्षा दिन सकेका छैनन । देशले भोलि भाैतिक विकास गर्न सक्छ तर गुमेको र विलय भएको स‌स्कार पुन प्राप्त ग्रन सक्दैनन। शैक्षिक योग्यता केवल देखाउनका लागि भएका छन । जिवन जिउने साधन बन्न सकेका छैनन ।त्यसैले प्राध्यापक आफै शिक्षक उत्पादन गर्छन तिनै प्रा डा हरु विध्यालयका शिक्षकलाई गालि गरि लेख तयार गर्छन। प्रा डा का लेखहरु आफैमा व्यङ्ग्य भएका छन । त्यसरी नै नेता उत्पादन गर्छन तर आचरण नभएका। आचरण र सदगुणी पात्र जव राजनितिमा सम्मेलित हुदैन कसरी बन्छ समाज। शिक्षकको तलव बढाउन पर्छ तर यो मात्र समाधान होइन। त्यो भन्दा कम तलव खाएका प्राभेट विद्यालयका विद्यार्थीको नतिजालाई समाज हेर्छ अवधारणा वनाउछ। शिक्षाको नेतृत्व विद्यालय प्रति मन,वचन र कर्मले समर्पित व्यक्तिलाई दिने हो भने आफै सुध्रिएर आउछन।शिक्षा नियमावलीमा लेखिएका कुराहरु अक्षरस पालना गरे मात्र पनि काम हुन्छ।
शिक्षाले आचरण सिकाउन सफल हुनुपर्छ। भविष्य देखाउन सक्नु पर्छ। निति नियम पालना गर्न सिकाउन पर्छ। सामजिक वनाउन सिकाउन पर्छ। देशको आवशयकताको पुर्ति गराउन सक्नु पर्छ। देशलाई चाहिने दक्ष जनशक्ति तयार पार्नसक्नु पर्छ। जागिरको खोजिमा भन्दा जागिरको सिर्जना गर्न सक्ने र सपना देखाउन सक्ने हुनुपर्छ। अव्दुल कलमले भने झै- सानो सपना देख्नु अपराध हो। हाम्रा विश्वविद्यालयहरु सपना देखाउन असफल भएका छन। जव विश्वविद्यालय नै सपना देखाउन सक्दैनन, आफ्ना सन्तानलाई स्वदेशको शिक्षामा विश्वस्त पार्न सक्दैनन, त्यो शिक्षाको के जरुरत पर्यो? जव विश्विद्यालायहरु विद्यालयको लागि असल शिक्षक उत्पादनन गर्दैनन कसरी विद्यालयको गुणस्तर राम्रो हुन्छ। उत्कृष्ट विद्यारथी कसरी निस्कदै छन, विश्वविदयालयका शिक्षक कसरी छनाैट भएका छन । यता तर्फ पनि ध्यान पुर्याउन पर्यो।

Time tells who you are
Every human being feels proud of his performance. But he/she does not know that the one who is very popular and loved by all in one community may not be in other community it's because his/her identity differs location to location. A human being has different identity. He She odes not have single identity. Maybe at home father or mother/ grandfather of grandmother/ siblings or son or daughter / son-in-law or daughter -in-law or other. In the same way on the street a pedestrian, in a bus or other means of transportation a passenger or drive r or pilot or other and in the field maybe landlord or farmer or farmhand and so one. Thus everyone has the same physical structure but different identity at different locations.
The present world is the world of have but not of haves not. If any has affluent property and good status and earning,everyone hovers around his/her but the sincere one, the honest one and the laborious one is even discriminated by his/her parents. Everyone can see at every home if a son or daughter earns a lot and the next one doesn't have income but stays at home takes care of cows and buffaloes, feeds them fodder, mother who has dipper dips the dipper lightly and gives him/her little milk but the ones who can have even at outside gets more than the one who does more work at home. This is the world of winners. This is the world of hegemony till to. The demand of present world is to end of discrimination prevailing at every corner of the world. The world must be the world of all whether have or haves not.
The sarcastic attitude that is fostering around the world is even in friendship. The demand of the present world is to develop the friendship of like Krishna and Sudama. Sudama who was insulted by the subjects of Krishan in Dwarika but he was honored in the midtown of his capital city by Krishna after hugging each other in their bareffeet. They were childhood schoolmates and lasted forever and Krishna being rich and the king of his kingdome never showed that he was superior to him. After deep devotion of Sudam and his arrival at castle, Krishna secretly invited Vishowkarma , the builder of heaven and asked him to change Sudama's Kuti like of his Palace . But the relationship of present friends friendship is questionable. Even at the time of apply for the further study, one applies from one but advice his/her friend from another institute to let his /her friend's institute empowerment. What it shows . The world is full of cunning people and should be aware of them to live a normal being.
Everyone has to realize that the power and pelf what he/she has today may not be for the next day. They are all perishable. But the deeds you do may last if they are for the sake of entire environment and the people of the world. The voice of the voiceless must be heard everywhere. The most important part of the development of each nation is its workers but they were and still are ignored by the . They were and are low paid and ignored and still ignored by the concerned authority. The foremost voice must be for the sake of entire workers in the world. The payment between people must be of the same for the same work ,should not be discriminated as his/her color,religion and geography. They must be paid as their performance. Is it possible ? Indeed, yes. But how?
It must be the voice of all. The decision makers should realize while making the decision. When a government makes a decision for the sake of a labour, the PM or the Kin or the President should place him/her as the place of labour and should distribute the amount that he/she gets as a salary. If he/she is able to survive and let their family survive in a comfortable way with that amount it's okay if not , there must be changes. If everyone realizes the role of each human being and begin to think as a company not as of higher and lower senior or junior, the world would be the place of all and only smile spreads and there will be the end of conflict from the world. Let the world make the world of all. Let all visit the other part of the world to enjoy their life.
Thus it's not necessary to tell who you are. It is time that makes you realize what other are saying you or judging you. Your words and the bullets released from the barrel of the gun never return. Be aware of them. The money you spent can be earned, the money you lent from someone may be refunded but the word you speak can never compensate you. It might defame you forever. The haves one may be in street and the ones in the street might be in a castle. The time makes you so. Be aware of the time.

Can the world belong to the subaltern?
Till now the majority of the total population of the world belongs to subaltern but the world is ruled by so called people from hegemony groups. Very sweet slogans are chanted in the street for the welfare of the poor every year,month, fortnight, week, day, hour, minute and second but they are victimized in every sector. In the same way, everywhere we can listen about the human rights, end of discrimination and preservation of their culture and tradition. Moreover, 21 century is known as the age of democracy and reformation. Is there any unison between these issues across the world? Is the world ready to uplift the status of downtrodden people and the nation as well? Are people from the world ready to change their attitude to look at each other?
I don't think so but must make this world of all but not only of a handful people. Human being or any other creature by birth enjoys freedom. No one likes to be captive. When a dog kept in an enclosure gets released from there how happy it looks and waves its tail. In the same way a child in a cradle feels happy when she/he is out of it. Moreover, the bird in a cage regularly fed by human also flies away when it gets a chance of freedom. The foremost thing the world should realize that freedom must prevail in the world. Everyone has to realize that food is compulsory to survive but our clothing is a social needs. Without clothing every human can survive. We know that we get birth naked and become naked when we pass away. Clothing is a social phenomenon. Clothing in Muslim community totally differs from other community. If a young girl with big thigh from western country can wander around why not a young Muslim girl from the mid eastern part of the world? It's because our social values differ from location to location. Is it necessary to change our social values of clothing to change the world?
Indeed, not. A garden looks beautiful if there are various types of flowers with different colours and fragrant. Let them bloom how they are used too. But the most important thing that the world should do is to change the attitude of the people in the world. The world should not be divided according to creeds as they follow. Although there are various creeds in the world, their ultimate goal is to guide them and make them social. More or less it is like clothing. Clothing means here why a human puts on cloth? To keep his/her body safe from hot and cold and makes him/her smart or beautiful. So is the religion. The motto of each religion is to guide the people and make them different from other living creatures. In the name of religion, people celebrate different occasions putting on their cultural attire, having delicious food, performing different dances and singing song. They are all for merry making and creating harmony in between them. Let all culture flourish as their wish and let other realize that their way of celebration and clothing is different to each other. Let it know as that there are various types of roses with different sweet smell. Let them give off their fragrance as their will.
Human creeds tie them and compel them to do something accordingly. The politics of the world should be for all to create harmony. The sources of the world are captured by the people from hegemony groups. They are in minority, still rule the nation and the world as well. Everyone has to realize that one day when someone dies, his/her power and pelf are useless and they decay soon. They are perishable and worthless.Even Alexander Great asked his kiths and keens too keep his hands open in the sky. It means that he fought a great war, captured the world got victory but he got at the end. Only the regret of the past deed of capturing, killing and winning. In reality he got nothing. According to the Geeta, a holy script of Hindus, every human being is all alone,everyone gets birth alone, grows up alone and dies alone, family and family members are only for continuation of the human society. It's useless to worry about the life it's because it is perishable but the deed a human does is for lasting. If so what a modern man can do to keep the people in the world?
Giving up greed and ego can create harmony in every society. When a human realizes that he/ she is no more different to other, he/she can bind the world with friendship. The bond of friendship like of Sudama and Krishna can dazzle the world. Krishna was wealthy and popular king but Sudama was a very poor Brahamin always half -fed, and in ragged but Krishna dazzled the world hugging in the midtown of his kingdom showing the world that there are not any bars in friendship. Thus the world must be the world of all and every nation has to spread her hands for friendship rather than the hand of enmity. It's possible through education. Education compels everyone realize what is good and what is bad. It opens the eyes of the learners as every child feels. In the beginning, when an infant gets birth and thinks that his/her mother belongs to him or her only but after passing a few months he/she realizes that mother belongs to father and there are other who says mother to his/her mother. It is the process of learning and realization. The world must teach the story of humanism rather than nationalism. Though this world is known as a global world. It has not been a global world .Why? It's because discrimination between nationalities, creeds and others is flourishing even today and it has to be ended and should make it a story of the past.
As soon as every human being gives up his/her greed and ego, he/she can give up the concept of superior or junior or haves or haves not. A human being can be of great importance with the concept he/she has or with the devotion he/she does or with the deed he/she does. Sacrifice is the greatest virtue of all human traits. If the people from hegemony group realize the importance of the downtrodden, every types of discrimination they do, end up in no time. The luckiest people in the world are those who are born in scarcity rather than in an affluent family. It's because a human who is grown up in ragged, half-fed knows more that the man in castle. Knowing about human suffering, hardship , pain and insult from the study is better that the knowledge he/she gets through experiencing own. The gap between haves and haves not should be minimized and real democracy should foster everywhere. It is possible if each nation teaches her people real human traits rather than the superiority and brevity. Each nation should promise to end up the discrimination, anarchism, nepotism but must encourage to realize the guts every human has. Right person must be in right place and every one from every where should only think as a human being rather that hiss/her nationality, creed,cast and other. If such concepts or human values are taught at school and college, the world would be of all and be developed as a garden of multi-coloured flowers with different fragrance and species. Finally the world would be of all not only of majority nor of minority.

The revolution of Nepal led by so called leaders from various political parties at different era could not and cannot be the sources of changes in ordinary people's life. So pleasing slogans for subaltern were chanted in the streets but in the end when each revolution got success only the leaders of political parties were and have been able to change their life status but the economic condition of Nepal remain as adding insult to injury. A newly born baby has to bear more than RS 30000 as his loan to pay. But during the Rana regime Nepal used to donate to foreign countries. Abolition of one political system and emerging new one does not effect to the life of normal people. The change of political system or abolition of the same system is only possible if the subalterns stop working and begin to chant slogans against the contemporary government in the street at the same time may not last long. Only a few hours chanting make the suppression of government worthless; then new government forms.
When new new government is formed general people think that they will get what they wish. But in bizarre, they see change of people on the table, different system but with the same attitude. There won't be change in general people life until and unless they seem to change their attitude. Is the present government different to former king's Gyanendra? I don't think so. When Gyanendra used to come to the street , no vehicles nor people were allowed to run and walk. So is happening when present president goes out from her dwelling. Prachanda and Baburam demanded so many demands for the sake Nepalese. When they became the PMs of Nepal how many demands they fulfilled. Now Biplab is trying to make Nepalese fool chanting the slogans for them. He does nothing too when he gets opportunity it's because he is guided by the same philosophy of destruction , kidnapping, collecting donation and destroying the infrastructures of nation. There won't be any changes. The changes kiss only to the supremo of each political party.
Thus the Nepalese should not be fool any more, but should be Nepalese rather than a member of political party. A member of political party cannot be an independent being and doesn't have his voice, he can't tell the truth, he has to speak with borrowed tongue. Thus each political party should not let anyone else to lead his party and government more than once it's because it is formed by people and it is for all. But history has proved it it's an Utopian agenda to raise voice for the people. When they are power they speak the same language. When Deuba was rulling the maoists were terrorists. The terrorists were Prachand, Baburam and the present Ministry of Home Badal , Biplab and others. Now Badal is the ministry of Home and he is blaming his own company Biplab as a terrorist. Who is true Deuba or Badal? Whom do we believe? The same persons are there but the ground is different and expressing different tongue.
Now the so called democratic and republican leaders of Nepal should sit on the round table and regret what they did was wrong by which Nepal is falling back. The guns, the bombs , and other usages were worthless and would be useless in future too. Those who use today have to suffer a lot in future. An independent being Prachanda in the past has a captive life now. He is surrounded by 59 security personals why.? Why cannot he be a normal being and live his normal life? It's because he has illusion that he is more that others and gets afraid of being killed. Can the security personals save his life? I don't think so it's because how long he has to survive, he can but neither the treatment of the doctor nor the security personal can save him. If the doctors doctors could, Dr. Devekota could have with us if security forces could save, the entire Birendra's family could have with us. Bitter truth, neither of them is with us.
If so, why are they in illusion? It's because they have been guided by false philosophy. They talked about equality and kept it as fundamental right of Nepalese. One the one hand they have written reservation, on the other hand they have written equality. Can equality and reservation flourish together? It's the illusion . So our constitution written by the members constituent assembly is regrettable and is not for the sake of all. It is the bundle of follies that keep people in illusion. It has created two types of citizens; independent citizens and dependent citizens. It's good to be an independent citizen rather than being a dependent citizen. How our leaders lacked in thinking that keeping people in reservation was an inhuman activity. It made them weaker then before. Why they didn't think how they could uplift their status. It might be the story of a butterfly that that comes our from the cocoon. A matured larva changed into butterfly inside cocoon if comes out of it, after its long struggle , it can live its life if not the helped ones can live its life only for a few minutes or hours. Abolition of reservation to the Nepalese in the name of caste and geography is inevitable for the sake of reserved ones and to make them human and independent citizens.
Each and every revolution of Nepal has not worked for the sake of subaltern. Only the opportunist and so called supreme leaders of each political party were and are enjoying as their wish but normal Nepalese have been poorer day after day taking the responsibility of national loan of more than Rs 30000 amount. Therefore, everyone has to realize and look back their own history and see their own reality and their companies' status they can realize what the changes the revolution has carried. The development of each being and nation is also an inevitable task like a sprouting seed growing into a massive tree. It takes a long time but a big tree gets matured only after sprouting onto the earth. Present leaders should sit on a round table and collect the strength to tell the truth. They have to realize what they did in the past like killing and destruction were irrational and inhuman activities and should be avoided the days ahead. Politics of Nepal must be for all. It should not be concerned only about the hegemony. Let it make for all where every bud blooms equally. politics should not add insult to injury. It must be for blooming.

Congratulations to SEE students
Every trial of human life is of great importance. SEE for students in Nepal is taken as the greatest of all trials. Thus the examines who have been able to grab the excellent grade at this trial plays the vital role the days ahead. But it is not all in all it's because he/she has to go through many tests in every second. Take it as a normal one like of a normal pregnant woman who has to deliver her kids in a fixed time. Every student has to face many exams every day and has to keep a good record to be an honest , social, sincere and the wisest being. To score A+ means you are excellent at the time of the trial. It allows you to participate in next entrance exam. Therefore, you should not feel too much excited having excellent result and should not be worried too much and fall as the victim of depression. A good cook may not cook the delicious food forever though our belief is that a good cook cooks delicious food. In the same way, It is the trial that you have been able to get through and you are allowed to go for the further trial. Take it as a natural one and accept the future challenge.
Congratulations to those who have been able to score as their wish and express sympathy for those who have not been able to have as their wish. Don't worry it's not the final trial. Everyone has to face many other exams. Those who have not been able to grab as you wish can have better performance in near future. Every human being has the knowledge but the knowledge doesn't have value unless he/she cannot perform it. For example, if we ask a smoker, is it good for health? His/ Her response may be no. See knowing smoking is injurious to health if people smoke. Does it have any sense of that knowledge? The knowledge must be handy. We have to be able to use the knowledge in our daily usage only then it can prove its worth.
There are the various sources and five senses of organ to acquire knowledge on various subject. Socializing is the greatest part of human civilization. To have human traits can show how mighty you are or how wise you are. Your might and cleverness might be in shadow if you are not able to perform in time. We may shock to see an elephant tied with a simple single rope. It is the mightiest animal but we can see it is under the control of a rope. Why it happens. It is the belief that keeps it on its control. When it was small its owner tied it with big rope and it tried to break in many times but it could not. Later it grew up with a lot energy but could not believe that it is mightier than the rope and compelled itself to be under the control of the rope. Thus everyone has to have faith to be the winner of every trial. If you lose today you can be victorious tomorrow. Your victory and losing has meaning for your life. You can feel how good it is to win and how people judge at you for your poor performance. Thus gaining and losing might be the source of experience and this is the experience that makes someone wise, popular and brave too.

विछोडमा नि हास्न सक्नु नै हो जीवन । हारलाई स्वीकारी जित्न सक्नु नै हो जीवन। लगाइएका निराधार आक्षपलाई प्रमाणले पुष्टि गराई निर्दोष सावित गराउन सक्नु नै हो जीवन । कठिनाईसँग पाउठेजोरी खोज्नु नै हो जीवन। आफ्नै सोचमा जिउन सक्नु नै हो जीवन। समय गतिसम्म आफुलाई तरलित पार्नसक्नु नै हो जीवन। आफुलाई कर्म, छल र वोलिले धोका दिनेका नजरलाई प्रत्याडित पार्नसक्नु नै हो जीवन । कहिले भोकसँग, कहिले मिस्ठान्नसँग, त कहिले मुस्कानसँग कहिले रागसँग अविचलित रहन सक्नु नै हो सफल जीवन।
आफ्नो लागि मात्र नभएर सुदामाको जस्तै भक्तिभावले आदा सीता भात कृष्णलाई अर्पण गर्दा आफुलाई त्यसैमा समर्पित गरि सारा भोकाको पेट भरियोस भनी माग राखि मागको सुनुवाइ गराउन सक्नु नै हो सफल जीवन। आफुलाई गलहत्ती लगाई दरवारबाट राजाको गुणगान नगरी सत्य र समाजको मार्गदर्शित गाउने गाना गाई कुनै प्रलोभनमा नपरी भोक पीडा र अपमानलाई सहन गरि सतमार्गमा भड्किएका मानिसलाई डोर्‍याउन सक्नु नै हो सफल जीवन।

Every human being needs love, care and devotion to nourish his or her mind and heart. Let every child play around you. Let them speak and listen what they say. Let them believe that their parents never speak a lie but tell the truth. Parents should be aware of it. In the same way children believe in their teachers. How qualified their parents are but they believe in their teachers`s performance. If a child does something wrong and his or her parents ask them to correct, he or she does not believe in them and says this is what his or teacher does. In the same way if any beats or misbehaves to the child, he or she says he or she will tell them that he or she will tell their parents. It means that children perspective is that their parents are the mightest ones and teachers are the most wisest ones.
Therefore, parents and teachers should be the role model for them till the time they realize that their parents cannot be the mightiest ones nor the teachers can be all knowers. What faith in them should let them nourishing till the last breath of their life.

नेपालमा नेपाली चाहिएको छ ।
नेपाल आफैमा सम्पन्न तर नेताद्वारा प्रत्याडित देशको रुपमा बदनामी भैरहेको छ । कुनै पनि देश सन्चालन गर्नको लागि दक्ष जनशक्ति , माटो , स्वच्छ हावा, पानी र दुरदर्शिताले भरिएको योजना चाहिन्छ । नेपालमा राजनैतिक दलहरू जन्मिए, विकसित भए राजनैतिक परिवर्तन गराए सोझासाझालााई सपना देखाउन सफल भए अन्तमा अाफु सफल भए करिव करिव नेपाल र नेपालीलाई असफल वनाए। हिजो राणाको समयमा वेलायतलाई सहयोग गर्ने देश अाज जन्मने वित्तिकैको शिशुको शिरमा राष्ट्रिय रु ३०००० भन्दा माथिको ऋण बोकाउन सफल भएका छन।नेपालको यो दुरदशा हुनुमा कसको हात रह्यो त?
जो नेतृत्वमा रह्यो उहीँ नै यसका दोशी पात्रहरु हुन। सपना दे्ख्नु र देखाउनु नेतृत्वको कर्तव्य हो। नेताले नेपालीलाई सपना देखाउदै गर्दा आफुसत्तामा पुगेपछि गर्नसक्ने योजनाको सपना देखाउन सक्नुपर्छ । हिजोका सत्ताधारी र आफुसत्तामा पुग्दाको अन्तर देखाउन सक्नुपर्छ । हिजो राजा र राणा सामान्ती थिए भन्दै गर्दा हिजो नेताको पछि लागेर हिड्ने कार्यकर्ता आज आफ्नो नेता शाषक भैरहदा हिजो जे थियो आज त्यही छ, परिवर्तन कहाँ छ? केवल व्यक्ति परिवर्तन भयो तर प्रवृती परिवर्तन हुन सकेन। आज ५९ जना सुरक्षाको घेराभित्र हिड्ने प्रचण्डलाई हिजोको राजा, राणा र अन्य कोही सामान्ति जहानिया र निरकुँष थिए भनेर उनलाई हेरेर कसरी बुझ्ने। के सवै सत्ताधारीहरु सामान्ति , निरकुँष र जहानिया हुन त ? बलिदान सोझो नवुझेको व्यक्ति गर्छ तर त्यसको उपभोग नेता गर्छन। आन्दोलनमा अपवादलाई छोडेर नेता मर्दैन वरु सडकमा हिडिरहेका वटुवाको सत्ताको गोलीबाट अन्त्य हुन्छ शहिद वन्छ, आन्दोलन एक अर्थमा सफल हुन्छ तर कथा पुरानै दोहरिन्छ किन। हिजोको राजा र अहिलेको राष्ट्रपति विचको फरक के? हिजोको राणा प्रधानमन्त्री र अहिलेको गणतन्त्रको प्रधानमन्त्री विचको फरक के? राजा र राणा जहानिया थिए कटु सत्य हो। हिजोका वहुदलवादि र अहिलेका गणतन्त्रवादीले जहानिया नभएको प्रमाणित गर्न सक्छन त ? के यीनका विचारहरु अफिम होइनन् त? किन झुक्याए नेपालीलाई।
यी सवै सवालको सरल उत्तर छ किनकि नेपालमा करिव करिव नेपाली नै छैन । प्राय सवै दलका कार्यकर्ता र सदस्य बनेका छन। एक राजनैनिक दलको कार्यकर्ताले आफू मानव भएको विर्सदो रहेछ, दलको नाममा आफुलाई सि्त्तैमा बिक्रि गर्दो रहेछ किनकि उ आप्नो दलको सपथ खाएको छ तर नेपाल र नेपालीको लागि हैन किन? किनकि उ सित्तैमा वेचिएको छ। अहिले करिव सुक्ष्म्य रुपमा अध्ययन गर्ने हो भने नेपालमा राजनैतिक दलको अस्तित्व समाप्त भैसकेको छ। राजनैतिक दलहरु नेताका स्वार्थ सिद्दिका सादन भएका छन देशको निकास दिनसक्ने साध्य बन्न सकेका छैनन। यो गएको स्थानीय , प्रान्तीय र संघिय चुनावले वताइसकेको छ। कमसेकम हिजो आफुलाई मतदान गरि त्यो स्थानमा पुर्याइदिने र्प्रति त कृतज्ञ ५ वर्षको लागि त हुनुपर्ने हो नि , ५ हप्ता पनि टिकेन। अनि कसरी भन्ने त नेपालमा दल छन भनेर। ठिक त्यसरी नै दलहरू फुट्ने र जुट्ने कार्य भैरहेको छ तर के का लागि? दलको कुरा दुई जना नेता देशको बागडोर समाल्नको लागि रे? के अरु छैनन? एकै जना व्यक्ति बारम्बार प्रधानमन्त्री बनिदिने। दल भएपछि त अरुलाई पनि दिनुपर्छ नि तर के गर्नु -- मै खाउ मै लाउ सुख सयल मै गरु--- भावना मात्र छ यत्रतत्र नेतृत्वमा । अनि बन्छ त नेपाल ?
गर्ने के त ?
राजनैतिक दलहरु आफ्नो सदस्यता कति छ भन्नेतर्फ लाग्नुपर्दैन। वस यति मात्रै खोजे पुग्छ कि हिजोका शाषक कसरी सामान्ति, जहानिया र निरकुंष भए। ती दल सत्तामा पुगेपछि हिजो आफुले लाएका आरोपको गन्ध आउनुभएन। यसको लागि अध्ययनको आवश्यकता पर्छ। बाँस आचरणमा परिवर्तन गरे पुग्छ। योग्य व्यक्तिलाई आवश्यक ठाउमा प्रतिस्पर्धामा अव्वल ठहरिएकोलाई स्थान दिए पुग्छ। प्रतिस्पर्धिलाई अन्तरवोध होस कि उ आफ्नो प्रतिस्पर्धी भन्दा कमजोर रहेछ भनेर। आरक्षणले निस्चित समुदायका मानिसलाई मानिस भन्दा तल राख्यो। हेपिएको पात्रको रुपमा। यस्तो अमानविय आरक्षण बन्द गर्न लगाउ तर उसलाई शिक्षा दिलाई सक्षम वनाउ अनि उसले जसरी पानीले आफ्नो बाटो कोर्छ नि ठिक त्यसरी नै उसले आफ्नो गन्तव्यको निर्क्योल गर्दछ।
सवैभन्दा महत्त्वपूर्ण कुरा नेपालीलाई दिइएको शिक्षा कहाँ र कसरी उपयोगि भएको छ। यसको खोजी गर्नु आवश्यक छ। केही अपवादलाई छोडेर नेपालका विस्वविद्यालयहरु शेैक्षिक वेरोजगार उत्पादन गर्ने उद्योगको रुपमा विकसित भएका छन। विस्वविद्यालयले अध्यापन गराउनु भन्दा पहिले सोच्नुपर्यो यो उत्पादन कहाँ र कसरी जिवन उपयोगी हुनसक्छ भनेर। यी दिक्षित पात्रहरुलाई रोजगार उन्मुख भन्दा रोजगार सिर्जना गर्न सक्ने पात्रको रुपमा दिक्षित गराउन सक्नु पर्छ। ढिला, सुस्तिको अन्त्य असल मानविय आचरणले भरिपुर्ण पात्रको रुपमा दिक्षित गराउन सक्नुपर्छ। कसरी यी पात्रले भोलिको नेपाललाई सुन्दर वनाउन सक्छन। त्यता आँखा लगाउन पर्यो नेपालको शिक्षाले।
