परिवर्तन खोई त?

नेपालको वर्तमान राजनैतिक परिवेशलाई एक स्वतन्त्र नागरिक भएर हेर्दै गर्दा देशमा न प्रजातन्त्र नै छ न गणतन्त्र तर व्याप्त भ्रस्टाचार अनि काममा ढिलासुस्ती व्याप्त छ। हिजोको दिनमा सडकमा देखिएको आन्दोलन र आजको परिवेशमा केहि परिवर्तन छैनन। वर्तमान प्रधानमन्त्रीले हिजोको दिनमा जनता समक्ष गरेका वचन पुरा गरिदिनेहोभने सडकमा निस्कने मानिस हुनेथिएन किन कि घर घरमा पाइपमा ग्यास, वृदाहरुलाई घर घरमानै रु ५०००। वृद्द भत्ता सुशान, जथाभावी कर वृद्दी, प्रदुशण वृद्दीको नाममा मोटोर साइकलको लागि पनि रु १००। न्यायोचित देखिने थियो यदी प्रत्यक घरमा रहेका सामानहरु एक दिन नपुछ्दा धुलाले नढाकिने अवस्था भए तर के गर्नु १० मिनेट सडकमा निस्कद्दा धुलाम्यै हुनुपर्छ राजधानीमा।

नेपालेहरुको आम्दानीको श्रोत बढेको अवस्ठामा कर वृद्दी गर्दा पनि न्यायोचित नै हुनेथियो तर आम्दानीमा वृद्दी छैन कर वृदी गर्दा कहाबाट ल्याई तिर्छन नेपालीले? वर्तमान सरकारले न्यायोचित कार्यगर्दै जाने हो भने सडकमा नारा घन्काउन को निस्कन्थे होलान र? वेरोजगारलाई रोजगार सृजना गरी रोजगार दिने कुरो घोषणा पत्रमा नै उल्लेख थियो। यदी ति वेरोजगारलाई रोजगार दिलाउन सकेको भए किन सडकमा प्रधानमन्त्रीको पुत्ला दहनको लागि निस्कन्थे होलान? प्रधानमन्त्रीले प्रतिपक्षलाई अव हैसियत नै छैन माइतीघर मन्डलामा चिच्याउने त हुन भन्दा के होला? प्रधानमन्त्रीले बुझ्नु पर्ने होइन र एक डाक्टरलाई चलाउदा आफै चल्नु पर्ने अवस्था धन्यै भएको थियो तर गणितिय हिसावमा एमाले र एमाओवादी मिली आफनो पहिचानको अन्ते गरी नेपाल कम्नीस्ट पार्टीको नेता भैरहादा कहि कतै आत्मा गलानीले त पिरोलेको हैन?

नेपाली काङ्रेसको जनमत त्यती कमजोर छैन। नेताहरुको दुस्टाई र आफुले पाए ठिक र अरुले दलको हसियतमा चुनाव लड्न पाउदा गलत र अन्तरघातको सिकार बनेको छ। कुनै पनि व्यक्ती सत्ताको मातले अन्धो हुनो पुग्दो रहेछ। त्यसैले हिजोको दिनामा वर्तमानमा सरकारमा रहेका व्यक्तिको आदेशको भरमा प्रधानमन्त्रीको पुत्ला दहन हुन्थ्यो आज वर्तमान प्रधानमन्त्रीको। त्यसैले प्रधानमन्त्री ज्यू प्रतिपक्षले के भन्छ भन्नु भन्दा पनि नेपाली जनतालाई के चाहिएको छ भनी आफ्नो कार्य गरेमा काग कराउदै छ पिना सुक्दै छको अवस्था हुने थियो।

हिजोको दिनमा तिरेको करले देशलाई चलाउन पुगेकै थियो। किन् उनीहरुलाई जिस्काउन पर्यो र? वरु कर छल्नेहरुको लिस्ट तयार गरी उनीहरुबाट कर लिएमा सजिलो पर्ने थियो। अवसर आफु दिने तर दोश अरुलाई थुपार्ने कार्य पनि न्यायोचित भएन नि? नेपालको आन्दोलनका परिदृश्यहरु हिजो र आजमा केहि फरक देखिदैन। प्रदशनकारीहरु ढुङ्गा वर्साउछन अनि प्रहरी लाठी, असुर ग्यास र गोली। खोइ त परिवर्तन। अव सवैले भोग्ने प्रकारको परिवर्तन चाहिएको छ नेपाल र नेपालीलाई? हैन र सरकार?

प्रधानमन्त्री ज्यू तपाइले सस्कृत विश्वविद्यालयको कुलपतीलाई हवाई धावनमार्गबाट बालुवाटारमा कुनै अपराधीलाई गिरफ्तारी गरे झै गर्नु भयो यसले प्रधानमन्त्री उचाई कम पारेको छ। अनि त्यस्तै गरी हिजोको दिनमा कानुनसम्वत नियुक्ती पाएका व्यक्तीहरुलाई क्याबिनेटबाट पास गराई उनीहरुलाई जागीरबाट बर्खास्ती गर्दैगर्दा उनीहरु के नेपाली हैनन र अनि तपाई नेपालको प्रधानमन्त्री कि नेपाल कम्निस्ट पार्टीको। साच्चै तपाई कम्निस्टको प्रधानमन्त्री हुदा त्यस्तो बर्खास्तीको कार्य गर्न मिल्छ तर तपाई नेपाल र नेपालीको प्रधानमन्त्री हो भने मिल्दैन मेरो बुझाइमा। यदी बर्खास्ती गर्दै जानुहुन्छ भने तपाइको पुत्ला दहन गर्नेको सन्ख्या पनि बढ्दै जानेछ। आफ्नो सुरक्षा को लागि पनि कार्य गर्न दिदै राम्रो हुनेछ। कार्य गर्दै जादा उनीहरुले पदिय दायित्व पुरा नगरेमा त जनताले खोशि दिदा रहेछन नि। उदाहरणको लागि हजुरले नियुक्ती दिएका कानुन मन्त्री नै छन नि, हैन र?
नेपाली काङ्रेसले पनि प्रजातन्त्रीक शैली अपनाई गलत निर्णयमा विरोध र असल कार्यमा साथ दिएमा नेपाल र नेपालीको लागि कल्याण नै हुनेथियो। नेपाली काङ्रेस अव नेतामुखि नभै जन मुखि हुनुपर्ने देखिन्छ। कुनै पनि नेतालाई एकै पदमा दुई कार्यकाल भन्दा बढि पद लिन पाउने व्यवस्था अन्ते
गर्नोस किनकि यो कुनै एक व्यक्तिको पेवा होइन। हिजो कोइरालाले नेतृत्व गर्दा कोइरालामुखि नै भएको थियो नेपाली काङ्रेस भने अहिले आएर देउवा मुखि भएको छन जुन साङगाठानिक रुपले नेपाली काङ्रेसलाई कमजोर वनाएको छ। यसको लागि अव देउवाले नेपाल, नेपाली र नेपाली काङ्रेस अनि समग्र प्रजातन्त्रलाई मजबुत पार्नको लागि बरिस् ठ नेताको रुपमा रहि वाच डगको रुपमा कार्य गरेमा सवैको कल्याण हुनेथियो।

गएको स्थानीय, प्रान्तीय र सङ्घिय चुनावलाई पुनरमुल्याङकन गर्दै जाने हो भने दलहरुले आफ्नो दलिय हैसियत गुमाएका नै हुन। नेपाली काङ्रेसले कहि माओवादीका कहि नयाशक्ती, राप्रपा आदीलाई भोट मागेकै हो भने एमालेले माओवादी, मधेशका दललाई पनि। उनीहरु पुर्ण रुपमा आफ्नो हैसियत विर्सी अरुलाई सघाए अनि अहिले सरकार र प्रतिपक्षको रुपमा कटाक्ष गर्नु पर्दैन तर एकले अर्काको सहकर्मीको रुपामा कार्य गरिदिएमा नेपाल र नेपालीको कल्याण हुनेथियो। कति सधै ढुङगा मुढा, असुरग्यास, गोली ,तोडफोडमा लाग्ने। अव सवै मिलेर नेपाल वनाउने हो कि?
राजनैतिक परिवर्तनले नेताको हैसियत बढाएको छ तर नेपालीको भने बढेको छैन। चुनाव इमानदारको लागि हैन पैसावाल र दललाई आर्थिक सहयोग गर्न सक्नेले समात्न पुगेको छ। जसलाई हिजो आसा गरेको थियो आज तिनै नेताहरु भ्रस्टचारको नाममा जोडिन पुगेका छन। हिजो राजा र राणाले गर्ने सयल अहिलेका सत्ताधारीहरु गर्दै छन। अव नेपालीले बुझ्न पाउनुपर्छ कसरी वर्तमान सरकारको नेतृत्व हिजोको जहानिया र पारिवारिकता भन्दा फरक छ? के यो भिन्नता देखाउन सक्छ वर्तमान सरकार र दलका नेतृत्ववालाहरु?

Teacher's day

Let me salute my teachers who have taught me Nepali or English alphabets and numbers and the manners or the way of socialization. My first gurus were my parents , brothers and sisters by whom I learnt to talk and socialized and the school teachers as well as college or university teachers by whom I learnt to live and analyse the world through own perspectives. Let me salute you all wherever you are. May you remain happy forever wherever you are and hope to be bleated with your blessing even today. In the same way I have spent 23 years in academic field being teacher at school and campuses. May my students wherever you are be happy and a true human who always salute your duty and feel happy in giving rather than taking something from other and be an independent one who can be master of his own. On this day, all spiritual aspirants and devotees worship Vyasa, the creator of(four vedas and 18 purans) Hindus myths in honor of his divine personage and all disciples perform a 'puja' of their respective spiritual preceptor or 'Gurudevs'. Traditionally, spiritual seekers commence to intensify their spiritual 'sadhana' from this day.

Guru is the God, say the scriptures. Indeed, the 'guru' in Vedic tradition is looked upon as one no less than a God. 'Guru' is a honorific designation of a preceptor as defined and explained variously in the scriptures and ancient literary works including epics.The Vishnu Smriti and Manu Smriti regards the Acharya (teacher), along with the mother and the father as the most venerable gurus of an individual. According to Deval Smriti there can be eleven kinds of gurus and according to Nama Chintamani ten. According to his functions he is categorized as rishi, acharyam, upadhya, kulapati or mantravetta.

There were gurus as well as disciples of different hues to whom references were made in scriptures and literary works. Here is: The most popular legend is that of the amazing young tribal boy Ekalavya on being rejected by the ace trainer Dronacharya, raised his statue and with great dedication practised the art of archery and left behind Arjuna, the master archer, who actually learnt the art under the living Dronacharya. Though he was asked his thumb of right hand as guru dakshina, he offered him without any objection which has made him as a true disciple of his gurus.

To mark Guru Purnima means not only to respect our gurus for a single day but have to tribute them either they are in our presence or not but every second, minute and hour forever. Let me salute my gurus once more wherever yuo are. Jaya gurudev!

Education System of Nepal

How can we settle the present hazard seen in the education system of Nepal?

Nepal is a landlocked and recently declared the federal Democratic Republic of Nepal. Dream own self for the sake of Nepal is of great importance but the dream seen by borrowed lens is not result oriented. No nation can march forward without education.  If we see around every corner of Nepal, we can see everywhere educated manpower, unemployed but they are not fit for the development. To develop Nepal, we need sincere honest and hardworking manpower but we don’t have that kind of skilled manpower. If so, what is the problem in education in Nepal? Are our universities worthless? Why the professors of Nepal blame to the politics and political leaders. Why don’t they realize that it is happening due to their own productions?

To make Nepal a developed nation, there should be a lot changes. The foremost change that we need is to develop honesty, sincerity and disciplined leaders and other manpower. Who produce that? Indeed, the universities.  What is lacking in universities education? They are failure to convince learners that all works are of equal importance. If there are doctors but not nurses in hospitals, what may be the condition? In the same ways, if there are engineers but not the labours. What may happen, if there are modern technologies but not the manpower that can drive them? The government should stop to be influenced by others dogmas. These creed might be useful for them but not for the sake of Nepal and Nepalese. Therefore, the education system must be emerged from our own yards and soul that can be useful to us. Our leaders mostly dream to make Nepal Switzerland but Nepal is Nepal and never can be Switzerland.

To develop education of Nepal, the basic education must be free of cost and manage boarding schools even to the helpless one. Basic education can make every Nepalese calculate the data and be able in communication. After the completion of the basic education, let every learner learn life skills as the necessity of nations. It would be better to produce manpower to fulfill the demand of the nation. Let them learn as their wish. Some wish to work as a carpenter and other wish as an officer but the next one wish to be doctor and others engineers. Nepal has to develop agriculture schools, farming schools, language learning schools, and science and technology school. Where learners are not willing to study let them guaranteed for their future with handsome payment. For example, man powers mostly wish to stay in the headquarter of each district. If so happens why the government does not pay less for those who don’t wish to go in distant place. Let their payment double or triple than those in the town. Indeed, due to the high payment, workers will be ready to go in the distant place. Let them have provision of promotion faster than working in the hub.

Producing unemployed manpower for each nation would be the cause of downfall. Why our education can’t convince to the learners that a farmer is more important than any other manpower. How? A doctor is only for patient, an engineer is only for sketching or designing or drawing or others and so are others only for specific purpose. They need only for a part but a farmer is necessary for all. It’s because if a farmer stops working, everyone has to die of hunger.  Let him high priority and consider him no less than other.

Education must produce a disciplined, honest, and devotional for his profession and hardworking manpower for nation. But it is lacking. A university professor does not have strength to blame to the politician it’s because he is his production. During the time of acquiring degree why he is lacking to make them honest. They learn dishonesty from the university. He encourages them to be dishonest. Why they were unable to expel them from the University for breaching the regulations of the concerned college. During the time of students’ union election, mostly the office of the union used to be destroyed and burnt. But the authority remained mute and didn’t punish any students’ organization.  Revolution is always necessary but vandalism must be discouraged. If the leaders of students’ organizations were punished for vandalism or compelled them to compensate the loss vandalism, beating to their opponent, the destruction and demolition of buses, houses and others couldn’t be seen. They were pardoned and awarded with degree is the main cause of corruption and treachery of present Nepal seen mostly in political arena. Let them learn to be honest and devotional to their duty and responsibility from school to university education.

Boycott would be the best solution to eliminate corruption from the nation. A nation has regulation and some system to punish the culprits. The concerned culprits manage in paper does the legal corruption. But let’s calculate his in heritage property and the total income of his work. If seen the amount, that is visible from the corruption. If the society knows about the corruption, let them boycott from the society. If it is done who does corruption. Who can live beyond the society? Such kind of knowledge should be given to the learners from school to university.

हस्पिटलमा देखेको, भोगेको असमान

मैले हस्पिटलमा देखेको, भोगेको असमान कृयाकलापहरु प्रति यहाको ध्यान गै शाषक र शाषित विचको असमानताको अन्त्य गराई सवैले समानता महशुश गर्ने सक्ने वातावरण सृजना गरी नेपालको सम्विधानले प्रदान गरेको समानताको हकको अधिकारको सम्बोधन गरियोस।
नेपालका हस्पिटलमा किन एक हस्पिटलको ल्याव टेस्ट रिपोर्ट र एक्सरेलाई अर्कोले मान्यता दिदैनन? अव उठाउनै पर्ने स्वास्थ्यमा देखिएको अर्को जनताको ढाड सेक्ने इस्युको रुपमा देखिएको छ ल्याव टेस्ट। यसले एक सस्थाले अर्को सस्थालाई अविस्वास छ भने अर्कोतर्फ के विभिन्न क्षेत्रमा भएका ल्याव टेस्टका उपकरणहरुको कार्य फरक छ कि कार्य गर्ने ल्याव टेक्निसियन, रेडियोलोगिस्ट र अन्यको शैक्षिकयोग्यता अनि कार्य नै फरक हो। फेरि अर्को महत्वको कुरा के छ भने हस्पिटलमा रहेको उपकरणले काम गर्न छोडेको अवस्ठामा डाक्टरहरु मान्यता दिने गर्छन। किन? बीर हस्पिटलको एक्सरे , भिडियो एक्सरे , सिटि स्क्यान आदी टेस्टलाई टिचिङ मान्दैन त्यसरी नै बीर हस्पिटले टिचिङलाई मान्दैन। एक डाक्टर वा ल्याव टेक्निसियनको हैसियत के हो? उनीहरुले सिकेको शिप र योग्यता एकै होइन र?
एक हस्पिटलमा कार्य गरेका डाक्टर , टेक्निसियन अनि कर्मचारीहरु सरुवा हुने गर्छन तर तिनै व्यक्तिहरुले लिएको रिपोर्टमा के कमजोरी छ? यसको इस्पस्टता पार्नु पर्ने देखिन्छ। किन बिरामीहरुलाई आर्थिक व्यहवार बोकाइन्छ? के यो मानवता विरोधी कार्य होइन र? यसको आवाज अव कसले उठाउने?
बिरामी उपचारको लागि बिरामी प्रवेश शुल्क रु २०। ४०। ७५ वार्ड अनुसार तिर्नुपर्छ र उपचार सस्तो नै छ। सामान्य रुपमा त तिर्न सकिने नै देखिन्छ। तर जव डाक्टरसङ जव बिरामीको भेट हुण्छ, अनि विभिन्न ल्याव टेस्टको लागि सिफारिस गरिण्छ। ल्याव टेस्टको मुल्य सरल छैन, उही दिनमा वाहिरी ल्यावमा रिपोर्ट हुन्छ भने ती हस्पिटलमा हुने गर्दैन किन? यसलाई सरलिकरण र सहजिकरण गर्न सकिदैन?
किन शाषक वर्गका व्यक्तिलाई भिआपी कक्षमा निशुल्क उपचार गर्छ , त्यहा उपचार नभए लाखौ करौडौ उपचारको लागि विदेशमा खर्च् गर्छ तर निमुखा र बोल्न नसक्नेले सित्तैमा सिटामोल पनि उपलव्ध हुन सक्दैन किन? त्यहि हस्पिटलमा बिमित व्यक्तिले उपचार गर्दै गर्दा विमित विरामीले क्याविनमा वसी उपचार गर्दा उसलाई बिमा कम्पनीले उपचार खर्च गर्दैन। यो विभेदिकरण कहिलेसम्म?
नेपाल गणतन्त्रमय, सङ्घियतामय, समानतामय र प्रजातन्त्रमय भएको देशमा कहिलेसमा यो विभेदीकरणले स्ठान पाइरहने? अनि हाम्रो देश नेपालले समानताको हककोवारेमा सम्विधानमा नै उल्लेख गरेको अवस्थामा किन यो असमानता? प्रत्यक व्यक्ति चाहे प्रधानमन्त्री होस वा किशान उ नेपालको लागि उत्तिकै छ र दुवैको समान हैसियतमा हुनुपर्छ। यो सम्विधानको धारामा होइन व्यवहारमा उतारी देखाउन सक्नु पर्छ?

एकलब्बे जस्तै गुरुभक्ती पाउ
हे मेरा गुरु सधै यहाको भक्ती गर्न पाउ
आशिश देउ सतमार्ग हिड्ने
सत्यताको लागि अडिग रहने
देउ गुरु शिक्षा सही मानव वन्ने
रिष, राग, लोभ अनि मोह सवै त्याग्न सक्ने
जय जय गुरु जय जय मात
आए मत् यहाहरुको साथ
देउ बाटो भक्ति मार्गको
ममा मात्र होइन सव मानवको ।

गुरु बन्न पुगे साथ पाउ व्यासको
कृष्णको महिमा लेखि दिए दुनियाको
पर्शुराम,द्रोणाचार्य, वाल्मिकी पुज्जे रहे

मेरा शिक्षार्थी बन्न सकुन असल
अह्ङकार त्यागुन फलाई फसल
निस्वार्थी रहुन सवैको दिलमा
इच्छा शक्ति जगाउन सतमार्गमा हिड्ने
गुरुको वचन शिरोधार्य गर्ने
अरुको सेवा परम धर्ममान्ने
रोदनमा पनि मुस्कान थप्ने
पिडालाई पनि सहन गर्न सक्ने
समनातालाई अङिकार गर्ने
तेरो र मेरो -बाट मुक्ति हुने
जुटाउन सक्ने क्षमता रहोस
तिमी सधै फुलीरहे वास्ना छोडिकन
अरुलाई लट्ठाउनसके कस्तुरी बनिकन

चाहिदैन बुढी औला एकलव्वेको
केवल देख्न पाउ सफल उध्यमीको

unfair opinion

When I find the following expression on the shared one. Some questions came to my mind when I saw my my friend's comment on this saying relating to Dr KC who is fasting to death revolution for the improvement of medical hospitals in Nepal. The language what is expressed seem to be incorrect.All the leftover rice can't be Jaad nor all dead buffaloes can be momos nor all vagabonds can be communist. If concerned ones show the interest, it may be. If not they will be rotten. Whether humans or leftover rice or dead buffalo. They can be useful too if they decay and change into manure for the crops. If Congress becomes the tail of Dr Kc it won't be wrong it's because now what he is raising voice is for the subalterns and for the sake of Nepal and Nepalese. He has not killed anyone. He has not raised any weapons nor he has chopped anyone head. Where the problem is. The problem is in the vision or is in the mindset who have lost their humanity. He is on the way of Sudama, lord Krishna's childhood friend, who was knocked down by the king but later the king who knocked him down surrendered him and tried to crown him as the king but he didn't accept the crown.

A human can't be always right. if he follows the path of righteousness, everyone has to follow if follows the wrong everyone can boycott him. Now the supports shown by the Nepali Congress is rational though they didn't show good concerned when their were in power is irrational. It means that the rulers are blind.My friend, you are neither ruler nor the man who lost own consciousness but the one who has devoted the whole life in politics doesn't suit this expression to you devotion. KC's voice is for you and your future generations too. If you don't have courage to sympathy to KC, it will be better to remain mute. My friend, we spent whole school life together and know you well. You should try to be a human rather than the blind supporter of anyone. You were revolutionary one from the very beginning of your career. The majorities of Nepalese are still subaltern it's because if anyone tries to raise his own voice becomes the victims of a handful of leaders. If what I have seen on the media about Mr Narayankaji for supporting KC fasting to death revolution is true, is going to be expelled from the communist party, is irrational. Can a human be a human or has to borrow others' voice to speak. Doesn't he have any conscience? Doesn't he have his or interest? Doesn't he have his own world to guide the human society? सत्तामा हुदा र बाहिर रहदा

सरकार तिमी सत्तामा हुदा र बाहिर रहदा एउटै भाषा बोल्ने गर। अहिले देखिएको डा केसीको मागलाई पुरा गरी प्रजातन्त्रीक सस्कार देखाउ।  यदि हठ गर्दै जादा केसीको मृत्यु भएमा त्यसलाई थेग्न सक्ने क्षमता सरकारसङग हुदैन र नेपाली जनता सडकमा  निस्किएको अवस्थामा प्रहरीका असुर ग्यास र गोलि फिक्का हुनेछन र प्रहरी पनि अप्रत्यक्ष रुपमा उनको मागको समर्थनमा लाग्ने छन किनकि यो माग ति प्रहरीका भावी सन्ततीको लागि पनि त होनि।

सरकार जित्ने खेल खेल, जनतालाई फुटबल नवनाउ किनकि अन्तमा तिनै जनताले गोल हानिदिनेछन। अनि तिमी कहा जान्छौ? हिजोको दिनमा तिमीले लागु गरेको धर्मनिरपक्षता र सङ्हियता जनताले अनुमोदन गरेका छैनन किनकि केहि नेताको लहडमा अध्यारो कोठामा गरिएको निर्णय हो। यदि यसलाई जनमत सङ्ग्रहमा लगि निर्णय गर्न सकेको भए आज यसको सवालमा  विवाद हुने थिएन। तपाई राजनेताहरु छातीमा हात राखेर भन्नोस के तपाईहरु हिजाका शासक र आजका शासकका विचमा फरक देखिएको छ त? के आफुलाई मालिक नमानी सेवकको रुपमा उपस्थित गराउन सक्नु हुन्छ त? यदि सक्नुहुदैन भने राजनैतिक् मुद्दा कसरी समाप्त भएको छ त?

नेतागणहरु तपाइको अभावमा पनि नेपाल नेपाल नै रहने छ। एक नेताको मृत्युमा अभाव खड्केला देश रोकिने छैन। देश आफैमा स्थीर छ भने बिकास चलाएमान छ। चालक गतिलो भएकोमा यात्रा सरल र सफल् हुने छ तर हाम्रा चालकहरु असल देखिएका छैनन। आफ्नो गाडीमा यात्रु त चडाउछन तर समान व्यवहार गर्न सकेका छैनन ।यदि असमान व्यवहार गर्दै जान्छौ भने तिम्रो गाडीको लागि यात्रु  हुनेछैनन अनि पेट्रोल डिजेल केले राख्छौ? यसको अर्थ अनावश्यक रुपमा कर थप्दै गर्दा हामी कर तिर्दैनौ भनि जनता सडकमा आउदा के गर्ने?

प्रधानमन्त्री ज्यू वृद्द् वाआमाहारु तपाइले घरघरमा रु ५००० पठाइदिन्छौ भनेर हाम्रो मत दिएका हौ नत्र किन दिन्थ्यौ भन्दै हुनुहुन्छ। यदि त्यो भत्ता नदिएमा हामी प नि प्रधानमन्त्री मान्दैनौ भन्दै छन। आफ्नो मत फिर्ता माग्ने मनस्थितिमा छन। सजग हुनको लागि अनुरोध गर्दछु।

साच्चै वर्तमान सरकार जनसरकार हो भने र शासक र शासितको विचमा देखिएको भिन्नतालाई अन्ते गर्नको लागि भुपु भिआपि र मन्त्रीहरुलाई दिएको सुरक्षा र गाडी फिर्ता लिने निर्णय गर्नुहोस तर उहाहरुको रोजि रोटिको लागि केहि भत्त्ताको व्यवस्था गरिदिनोस्। अनि समनता आउने छ। एक नागरिक सुरक्षाको विचमा अर्को नागरिक पैदलयात्रा  गर्दै छ भने समनता कहिले हुन्छ ।

भुपु मन्त्री र प्रधानमन्त्रीलाई दिदै आएको सुरक्षा पुर्ण रुपमा कटाई उनीहरुलाई दिदै गरेको  प्रहरीलाई एक भ्यानमा राख्दै पुरा समाजमा घुमाइदिनोस सवै सुरक्षित हुनेछन।

भुपु रास्ट्रपती र भिआपिहरुलाई दरवारको व्यवस्था गर्दै जाने हो भने त अन्तमा रास्ट्रपती नगरी पो बन्ने भयो। यतातर्फ पन्नि समयमा नै सजग हुनुपर्ने देखिन्छ।

प्रधानमन्त्री कि किसान?

देशको प्रधानमन्त्रीले बोल्ने होइन, भाषण होइन अव कार्य गरेर देखाउनै पर्छ। प्रधानमन्त्री ज्यू नेपालीहरु सोध्दै छन सामान्य नेपाली किसान र वर्तमान प्रधानमन्त्रीमा को ठूलो र आदर्श पात्र को होला त?
उनीहरु भन्छन सामान्य किसान नै?
किन?
किनकि किसानले आफूमात्र नभएर अरुलाई पनि भोजन उपलब्ध गराउने कार्यमा दत्त चित्त छ रे अनि महङो चामल मार्शी पनि उसैले फलाएको धानको चामल रे। उ बिरामी हुदा उसले त्यही चामल वेचि वा पशिना वेच्ने सर्तमा पैसा सापटी लिएर सिटामेल किन्छ रे तर प्रधानमन्त्री करोडौ रास्ट्रको ढुकुटी खर्चेर उपचार गर्छ रे पो भन्दा रहेछन।
अनि किशानले त मतदान पो गरेको रे तर प्रधानमन्त्रीले त त्यही दान पो लिएको रे। अनि दिने ठूलो कि लिने?
अनि सडकमा हिड्दै गर्दा पनि त्यो किसान सुरुक्क अरुलाई धक्का नदिई आफ्नो बाटोमा लाग्छ रे तर बबुरो प्रधानमन्त्री अरुलाई सडकमा जाम नपारी अरुलाई दुख नदिई हिड्नै जान्दैन रे , सक्दैन रे!
कहि कतै जानु पर्दा हेलिकप्टरमा सयर हुन्छन प्रधानमन्त्री रे तर उ किसान त पहिरोमा रोकिदै धुलो र धुवाको स्वाद लिदै सर्वसाधरणसङ गलामा गला मिलाउन सक्छ रे। तर प्रधानमन्त्री आकाशबाट मात्र कल्पना गर्छन रे दुख भएको होला भनेर। जिवनको अनुभव गर्ने ठूलो कि जिवनको वारेमा कल्पनामा डुब्ने ठूलो?
चुनाव अगाडि भोटको लागि बृद्दाहरुलाई भत्ता घरघरै रु ५००० पुर्याइदिन्छौ भन्ने तर चुनाव पछाडि प्रधानमन्त्री हुने बित्तिकै देशको धुधुकुटी रित्तिन्ने कस्तो अमङगलकारी त प्रधानमन्त्री? अव ती बृद्दाहरुले हामीले त रु ५००० बृद्द भत्ता दिन्छौ भनेर मत दिएका हौ, तिमिले आफ्नो कवुल पुरा गरेनौ , हाम्रो मत पनि फिर्ता लिन्छौ भन्दा जवाफ के दिने प्रधानमन्त्रीले तर यस्तो झुटो त किसानले बोलेको छैन रे ।
अनि त्यो किसान डा केसिले सारा नेपाल र नेपालीका पक्षमा आफ्नो ज्यानको वाजी लगाएर सत्याग्रहलाई आधार मानी गोली, र असुरग्यास त नामर्द र अविवेकिको हतियार मान्छ भनी आफूलाई पनि त्यसैमा सम्लग्न गराउन चाहन्छ रे र तर प्रधानमन्त्री किसान दुई तिहाई बहुमतको प्राधानमन्त्री कसैले भन्दैमा नडग्ने भुपु राजाकै सैलीमा भन्दो पो रहेछन ।
दुई तिहाई मत दिने मतदाताहरु सडकमा गाडीका चालक र अन्य मतदाता भन्दै छन त्यो मत फिर्ता लिन मिल्दैन? अव चार वर्ष अण्यायमा वस्नुपर्ने हो त भनि रास्ट्रको वारेमा त्यो किसान पो त सम्वेदनशिल देखिदै छ? अनि त्यो किसान रास्ट्रवादी कि प्रधानमन्त्री?
रेल र पानी जहाजको सपना देखाउदै गर्दा किसान भन्दै छ त्यो पानिको नदिसम्म र रेलको लिगसम्म जाने बाटो निर्माण गर अनि तिनको लागि पनि दिर्घकालिन योजना बनाउ भन्दो पो रहेछ किनकि किसानलाई त आफ्नो फसल वेच्नु छ नि न कि कुनौ बिमान, रेल आदिको खरिदमा आउने कमिशनको चिन्ता।
त्यसैले पनि किसान यथार्थपरक देखिन्छ। डा केसी वचाउ भण्दै जुम्लामा आफ्नो उपस्थिती देखाउदै एकेवद्दता पनि देखाउन सक्दो रहेछ त्यसैले उ राजनैतिक रुपमा पनि योग्य छ।
प्रधानमन्त्री ज्यू तपाइले देखेको पानि जहाजको सपना मैले पनि धेरै पैले देखि ने देखेको थिए, रेल त नेपालमा गुडिसकेकै हो अव विस्तारको खाचो छ यो सम्भव छ किनकि नया कुरो उठदा विरोध हुन्छ मानिस हावामा उडाउछन किनकि पुर्व प्रधानमन्त्री कृष्ण प्रसाद भट्टराइले मेलम्चिको पानी काठमाण्डौमा ल्याउने कुरा हुदै गर्दा यस्तै वहस भएको थियो आज यो सत्य हुदै छ। तपाइको रेल र पानी जहाजको सपना अनि हिमालबाट निस्केको पानी बोतलामा राखी रेलमा पठाउन सक्ने कुरो पनि यथार्थपरक छ यसमा लाग्नोस।
मैले पनि भन्ने गरेको थिए, कर्णालीको जडिबुटी मुस्ताङको स्याउ, हिमालको पानी, नेपालीको सस्कृती, प्रकृति तराइको फसल, युवालाई देशमा स्वोरोजगार देशको बिकासको आधार हुन।
शिक्षा नै देशको मेरुदण्ड हो तर आयातित शिक्षाले देशको रास्ट्रीयतालाई कमजोर बनाएको छ, आराक्षणले मानिसलाई दोश्रो दर्जाको नागरिक बनाएको छ भने शिक्षा र रोजगारीले युवालाई विदेशमा पलायन गराएको छ गाउ घर र वस्तीहरु उजाड छन।
देशको प्रधानम्न्त्रीले सस्कृत् विश्वविद्द्यालयको उपकुलप्र्ति गरिएको व्यवहार निन्दनिय छ, देशको प्रधानमन्त्री ११६ जनाटोली सहित विदेश जान्छ तर उपकुलपतिलाई अपहरण सैलीमा प्रधानमन्त्री निवासमा पुर्याई बिना केहि जानकारी उनलाई फिर्ता पठाइण्छ भने तपाई त्यो उपकुलपतिको पनि प्रधानमन्त्री भएको सत्यतालाई किन विर्सनु भयो? तपाई अव कम्निस्टको प्रधानमन्त्री होइन सिङ्गो नेपाल र नेपालीको हो। यसलाई समयमा नै वुझिदिदा न्यायोचित हुनेछ।
सरकारमा पुगेपछि नेताहरु अन्धा र वहिरा हुने गरेका छन न उनी सुन्छन न केहि देख्छन। यस्तो नियती नदोरियोस्। डा केसिका मागह् रु नेपाल र नेपालीको पक्षमा देखिएकोले यसलाई अविलम्व सम्बोधन गर्नुहोला अन्यथा अधिकारीको लासले थर्काएको अवस्थामा नेताह् रु जिउनु पर्ला यसमा समयमा नै सोचियोस।
नेपाल र नेपालीको कल्याणकारी कार्यमा लाग्नको लागि अनुरोध गर्दछु। म पेशाले मावि शिक्षक मेरो तलव बुझ्दा सन्चयकोश कटाएर मैले वुझ्दा रु ३०४९१ बुझ्ने गरेको छु तर् पानी बत्ती र फोहोरको समेत गर्दा मैले वस्ने भाडा धन्यै रु २०,००० तिर्ने गरेको छु र मेरा वच्चाहरुलाई मैले अध्यापन गराउने विध्यालयमा नै राखेको छु। अव मेरा वच्चालाई कापी र कलम खर्च त पुग्ला तर खुवाउने आहारा खोइ त? बिरामा हुदा सिटामोलको खर्च खोइ? मैले यथार्थ अवस्ठाको जानकारी गराए।
सराकार करको दायरा बढाउदै छ तर आम्दानी पनि बढाउनु पर्दैन र? कालो धनमा रमाउन भन्दा आदा पेटमा जिउन सक्नुपर्छ किन कि सुदामाको आधो सितो भातले सारा भोकाको पेट भराएका थिए आज त्यही चिन्तनको आवश्यकता छ।
प्रधानमन्त्रीज्यू बोल्न छोडिदिनोस योजना र कार्यन्वयन सहित नेपाल र नेपालीको मुहार फेराउन लाग्नोस यसैमा कल्याण हुनेछ।जय होस नेपाल, नेपाली र समग्रतामा मानव समाज र अन्य चराचरको पनि।
