Best wishes to the teachers of the world on the occasion of the World Teachers' Day. Teaching profession is the best profession among other professions though it is low paid in Nepal and given opportunity to study education even to the D grader students in the SEE exam and Nepal hopes best quality from them is a paradox itself. On the occasion of World Teachers' Day , I wish all the teachers have deep faith in teaching profession and be able to be in the hearts of learners which is the wealth of teachers. Let everyone compel to bow to the teachers through their dedication, honesty, sacrifices and sincerity. Teachers must be path showers to the learners. Let the world know that the teaching profession has strength to change the society to the world.

Everyone who dreams to collect enough property, never join this profession. This profession is not for collecting property but to reside in the thousands of innocent and and scholars' heart and feeling. A good teacher has a place to let his /her learners reside in him/her. A nation derails if the education system of the concerned nation is not working properly. The present chaos, conflict, irregularities,and corruption in Nepal are due to the out come of education of Nepal. The education of Nepal has not been able to produce qualitative human beings who could feel proud of possessing honesty, sincerity, devotional and respectful to all profession equally. If Nepal has been able to teach learners good manner, like to live in simplicity and enjoy in dedication, to be an independent being,have honest and moral character, there won't be irregularities and corruption. Today's leaders and senior officers or the others are out put of the education. Therefore, teachers themselves should be model and let every child's first choice to choose profession be a teacher and then others.

Teacher should enjoy this profession. If anyone cannot enjoy it, he/she should give it up it's because his/her manner is copied by the learners from the very beginning of learning. If a teacher presents himself/herself disturbed, gloomy, and more emotional, what a child learns from him/her. Such characters should not join this profession. This profession is only for the holy souls who can see and judge all children fairly. Let's enjoy the World Teacher's Day collaboratively and promise own self to be role model of the society. नेपालीहरुको हेर्ने दृस्टिकोड गलत छ । हिजोको दिनमा नेपाली काङ्ग्रेसंग एमाओवादीले चुनाबी तालमेल गर्दै गर्दा पनि विवाद नै थियो ।सधै रुखमा भोट खसाली राखेका कार्यकर्तालाई अपठ्यारोमा पारेको अवस्थामा सही र आज टुटेफुटेका नेपालका कमन्युस्ट दलहरु एकै ठाउमा उभीदा नेपालीहरुले टाउको दुखाउन पर्दैन ।बरु भन्न सक्नुपर्छ तिम्रो एकता अमर रहोस र नेपाल र नेपालीको लागि कोशेढुङ्गाको रुपमा कार्य गर्न सकोस । नेपालीहरुले बुझ्नै पछ कि फुटमा हार र एकतामा जित भनेर । हिजोको दिनमा एमाले, एमाओवादी, नेपाली काङ्ग्रेस फुटेर चुनाव लड्दै गर्दा उनिहरुको आकार 'किन चामृस मरिच आफ्नै पिरोले' भनेजस्तै थियो र इतिहासले प्रमाणित गरिसकेको छ । भित्री कुरा जे भएतापनी बाहिरी समाजले हेर्दै गर्दा एमालेले प्रधानमन्त्री र मन्त्रीहरु प्राय दोहर्याएका छैनन तर नेपाली काङ्ग्रेस भने नेपाली काङ्ग्रेसका र्यकर्तालाई आफ्नो पेवा सम्ज्दै दलका नेताहरु आफुमात्र ठिक र अरुलाई दोशी देख्ने चस्मा हिजो गिरिजा देखी वर्तमान देउवाले क्रमभङ गर्न सकेका छैनन । दलको अधिवेशन हुन्छ तर दलको पुरा कार्यसमिती अर्को अधिवेशनसम्म पनि गराउन नसक्ने तर अरु दलले एकिकृत गर्दै गर्दा उहाहरुको एकतामाथी कटाक्ष गर्नु न्यायोचित देखिदैन ।

नेपालका दलहरुले अरुले के गर्छन भन्नु भन्दा पनि आफ्नो योजना बनाई जनपक्षिय कार्य गर्नुपर्छ । धेरै दलको बिगबिगिले स्थाई सरकार वन्न सकेको छैन ।देशमा राजनैतिक परिवर्तन भएको छ, केहि सिमित नेताको जीवन स्तर वाहेक अन्य नेपालीको स्तर वृद्दी भएको छैन यद्द्पी केहि विकासका कार्यहरु भने भएको छ । शिक्षा,सडक्, र स्वास्थ्यमा भने परिवर्तन भएता पनि नेपाल र नेपालीको आरथिक परिवर्तन हुन सकेको छैन । अव यसलाई अगाडी बढाउन पर्छ । एकता अमर रहोस र अरु बाकी दलहरु एकाता प्रति कटाक्षा गर्नु भन्दा आफुलाई सुधार गरेर नेताका मान्छे भन्दा जनपक्षिय उमेदवारलाई टिकट दिनोस नेपाली जनाताले तपाइहरुको सही मुल्याङ्कन गर्ने छन ।नेपालीहरु दृस्टी भ्रम बाट मुक्त हुनुपर्छ । जय होस नेपाल र नेपालीको!

सम्झौता जे गरुन्, जसो गरुन तर नेपाल र नेपालीको अस्मिता माथी खेलबाड नगरुन

यदी कोही कसैले नेपाल र नेपाली माथी गिद्दे आखा लगाउछन भने नेपालीहरुले समयमा साइजमा राखिदिनेछन । देशमा राजनैतिक परिवर्तनले देशको आर्थीक परिवर्तन हुदो रहेनछ ।देश बदल्नाको लागि त असल चरित्र भएका नेताहरुले देश हाकेमा देश हाकेमा देशको प्रतीनिधित्व गर्नु पर्दो रहेछ । स्वार्थका पोकाहरुले नेतृव गर्दैगर्दा आफुलाई हिजोका राजाले आफुलाई कानुन भन्दामाथी राखेको दृस्टान्त हामीले देखेका छौ । कहिले सेनापति, कहिले प्रह्री प्रमुख, कहिले प्राधन्न्यधिश, कहिले सुनकान्ड , कहिले अन्य काण्डको विचमा घटेका घटनाले आफ्नै दललाई चित्त नबुझ्ने कार्य गरेको दृस्टान्त हाम्रो सामु जिबित छ ।

मैले एक कार्यक्रममा झालनाथ खनालसँग भनेको थिए नेपालका राजनैतिक दलका नेताहरु ढुलमुलेनितिको कारणा देश अप्ठ्यारोमा परेको छ । नेताज्यू कहिले चिनतिर कहिले भारतिरको धल्काइले नेपाल अप्ठ्यारोमा परेको छ । नेतागणले बुझ्नुपर्छ कि एक विशाल हात्तीलाई सानो कमिलाले, ठूलो सर्पलाई बिच्छीले मार्न सक्छ भने नेपाल यि दुइ देशको विचमा त्यती सानो छैन ।आवाज दरो निकाल्न सक्नुपर्छ, देश झुक्नु पर्दैन । त्यस्तै गरी शान्त वा सहनशिलमा पनि शक्ती हुन्छ भन्ने कुरा गौतम बुद्दले मानिसवाट्, महामानव र महामानवबात देवत्व प्रप्त गर्न सकेका छना भन्दा उहा चुप रहनु भयो सुन्नु भयो सायद मनन पनि गर्नुभयो होला ।

अहिलेको बामगठनको एकता प्रति नेपाली काङ्ग्रेसले पनिइ कटाक्ष नगर्दै गर्दा राम्रो हुनेछ किन कि हिजो चाहे त्यो २०४६ वा २०६२/०६३ को आन्दोलन वा १२ बुदे दिल्ली सम्झौता (मेरो बुझाइमा रास्ट्रघाती यस अर्थमा कि सर्वसाधाराणलाई मार्न र मोर्नको लागी उत्शाही गर्ने तर नेताहरु विदेशी भुमिमा वसेर सम्झौता गर्ने झाट्ट हेर्दा आफ्नै स्वार्थमा केन्दृत देखिएकोले) प्रतक्ष्य नेपाली काङ्र्ग्रेसको अगुआइमा भएको थियो । काङ्ग्रेसी नेतागणहरु अवको चुनावमा आफ्नो मान्छेलाईइ उमेदवार नवनाउनुहोस्, जनाताको छोरोलाई टिकट दिनोस र असल निती तथा जनपक्षिय कार्यक्रम ल्याउनुहोस्, बाम एकताले नेपाल र नेपालीको कल्याण नै हुनेछ ।

एकिकरणको कार्यक्रमलाई सम्बोधन गरेको सुन्दै गर्दा उहाहरु नेपाल बनाउनको लागि, नेपालको सम्वृद्दीको लागी एकता भन्दा खुशी लाज्ञो । एसले सफलता प्राप्ती गरोस र नेपाल र नेपालीको आर्थीक बाटोमा अगि बढोस नेपाली नागरिकले गर्ने कामना यही हो । तर पनि अनलाईन कान्तिपुरमा प्रचण्डका नातिको जन्मदर्ता भएको छैन रे बुहारीको बिहे दर्ता । यदी यो साचो हो भने तुरुन्त त्यो नातीको जन्म दर्ता र बुहारीको बिहे दर्ता गरी घरको सदस्यको मात्र नभएर देशको नेताको बारेमा कटाक्ष गर्नुपर्ने स्थान नराख्न्को लागी अपिल गर्दछु ।

मेरो बुझाइमा विश्व मानव समुदायमका दुश्मन भनेका कुनै भुगोलामा रहेका जात जाती र क्षेत्र होईन तर अशिक्षा र गरीबी हो यसको अन्ते गर्नु नै आजको आवश्यकता हो । के यो सम्भव छ ? किन नहुनु ? कसरी ? यदी यो देशका नेताहरुले चिल्लो गाडिको मोह्, बङ्ग्गला प्रतिको आकर्षण्, सुरक्षा घेराभित्रको जीवन अनि योग्य व्यक्तिलाई न्यायोचित स्थान, अशिक्षितलाई आवशिय निशुल्क शिक्षा, गरीबीलाई उध्योग धन्दामा उचित तलवको साथ रोजगार , भ्रस्टाचार विनाको समाज्, समानाताको समाज ,सुकुमबासीलाई भुमी होईन सरकारी निवास निर्माण गरी दुइ वा तीन कोठाको आवास, अनि उध्योगमा रोजगार उप्लव्ध गर्ने,नेपालामा व्यवहरिका शिक्षा जसले नेपालामा रही नेपालको भलाईमा लाग्न सकोस अनि नेपाली युवालाई सस्तो मजदुरमा बिक्री नगरी स्व्देशमा नै रोजगारको व्यवस्था गरेमा देश एक दशकमा नै मध्यम वर्गिय र दुइ दशकको विचमा समुन्नत नेपाल बन्ने छ ।

The dress of soul is the body which decays.In the same way he says everyone gets birth alone and dies alone. The relation of each other is only the way to continue the society. Therefore, everyone has to be independent and tries to survive of his/her own. May all human beings have peace in mind, honesty in work, success in trials, sound in health, cooperation in relation and positive in thinking. Let the world make a single family of whole humanity!

विश्वमानचित्रमा

आदरणिय, सम्माननिय, पुज्जनिय, पृय नेपाली दाजुभाई दिदीबहिनिहरु आजको दिनमा आउदासम्म नेपाल विश्वमानचित्रमा एक स्वतन्त्र राष्ट्रको रुपमा चिनिएको छ जसलाई तपाई हामी मिलेर यसको अस्मितालाई जोगाउन सक्नुपर्छ। चाहे तपाई हिमालमा बस्ने हो या तराई वा मेचि अनि महाकाली या पहाड अनि उपत्यका अनि चाहे तपाई हिन्दु धर्मालम्बी वा बौदिस्ट या मुसलमान या इसाई वा किराती वा अन्य केहि, सवैभन्दा पहिलो हाम्रो पहिचान मानव हो

दोश्रो नेपाली तेस्रो धर्म अनि चौथो हाम्रो जात, थर, क्षेत्र आदी। त्यसैले म हजुरहरुसङग बिनम्र अनुरोध गर्दछु कि छोडिदिउ यी भेदभावका कुराहरु अनि दुश्मनी र कुटपिट, मारपिट आदि किनकि यसले हाम्रो बिनास बाहेक अरु केहि गर्दैन। भनिदिनोस मलाई नेपाली हुनमा नै गर्भ छ भनेर। हो यो सत्य हो हाम्रो समाजमा असमानता छदै छ तर के तपाइले पड्काएको गोली कहाबाट आउछ र कसैको हत्यामा प्रयोग हुदा फाइदा कसलाई हुन्छ। सोच्नोस तपाई जसलाई विस्तारवाद भन्दै हुनुहुन्छ उसैले तपाई हामी विचमा द्वन्दको बिउ रोपेर हासोको पात्रको रुपमा तपाई हामीलाई खेलाइराखेको छ र यसमा तपाई हामीले बुझ्नै पर्ने छ।

आज नेपाललाई सगरमाथाको देश, गौतम बुद्दको देश, शान्तिको देश भनेर विश्वलाई चिनाउन सफल भएका छौ के यसलाई हामी कायम गराउन सक्छौ त?यदि तपाई हाम्रो बिबेकले काम गर्न सुरुगर्छ भने आज अहिल्य नै यसको समधान गर्न सकिन्छ। तर कसरी? नेपाल र नेपालीलाई केन्द्रमा राख्यौ भने यसको समधान आहिहाल्छ। अव धर्म, जातजाती, क्षेत्रको विभाजनमा नभएर यस मातृभुमिमा भएको गरीबी र अशिक्षालाई निर्मुल पार्ने बाटो रोजौ।त्यसैमा हामी सवैको जय हुनेछ। यहि देशमा एक कोइराला देशको कार्यकारी प्रमुख भएर देश हाकिरहेको अवस्था छभने अर्को कोइराला खानानपाएर सडकमा भौतारिएको छ। त्यस्तै गरी मधेशका एक यादव देशको सर्वोच्च पद रास्ट्रपति भएका छने भने अर्को यादव सडकमा भैया हुदै हिडेका छन। अनि एक पुर्वेली पहाडको नेवाङ देशको सम्बिधानसभाको सभामुख भएका छन र प्रधानमन्त्रीलाई समेत आफ्नो अधिनमा राख्न सक्छन भने अर्को नेवाङ कहि कतै जङ्गलका भिर पखेरीमा सुशेली मार्दै दिन गुजारा गरिरहेका छन। अनि पुर्वेली राई जसले ३०वर्षको उमेरमा पढाई सुरुगरेर सडकमा फालिएको खाना बटुलेर आफ्नो प्राणको रक्षा गर्दै गुरु प्रपन्नचार्य बन्न सक्ने कालेबहादुर राईले जहा इच्छा त्यहा उपाय भनेर भर्खरै मात्र आफ्नो जिवन लिला समाप्त गरेपनि उहाको लगनशिलता रजिवनमा प्राप्त गरेको र वेदका ग्याताको रुपमा पहिचान बनाएर गएका द्रस्टाहरुलाई हामी एक दुई मिनेट समय दिएर सोच्यौ भने हामीले सवैभन्दा ठूलो विभेद आफैमा पाउने छौ।

हामीले भौतीक आर्जनलाई ठूलो उपलव्धि मान्दै आफ्नो क्रतव्यलाई भुल्यौ भने पनि विनाश नै हात लाग्छ अन्तमा।त्यसैले पनि भन्नै पर्छ प्रत्यक नेपाली सवल हुने बाटो रोज्नु नै आजको आवश्यकता हो। तर कसरी? गरीबी हटाउनको लागि उध्योग धन्दा खोल्नुपर्छ र रोजगार राम्रो तलवभत्ता उपलब्ध गराउनुपर्छ भने अशिक्षालाई अन्ते गर्नको लागि आवशिय विदालयको व्यवस्था गर्नुपर्छ भने अनि योग्य ब्यक्ति ठिक ठाउमा प्रतिशप्रधाको आधारमा चयन गर्नुपर्छ। अनि मात्र हुनेछ सवैको कल्याण। आरक्षले त एकातर्फ मानिसलाई कमजोर तुल्याउछ भने अर्को तर्फ अ्मानविय पनि यस अर्थमा हुन्छकि सभामुख नेवाङको सन्तानले आरक्षमा सरकारी सुविधा प्राप्त गर्ने छ तर उनैको घरमा काम गर्ने वा भाडा माझ्ने ब्राह्मणको सन्तानले कुनै सुविधा नपाउन सक्छ।

त्यसैले अहिले भारतमा २२ वर्षे पटेलले गुजरात हल्लाईराखेका छन।भोलि त्यो दिन नेपालमा आउने छ। आजै सजग बन्नुपरेको छ।सङ्हियता र जातियताका मुदाले नै अहिले देशमा नरसम्माहर भैराखेको छ। सङ्हियतामा जान सकिने भनि एक बिग्यको आयोग वनाई सङ्हियता कहा कसरी लागु गर्ने भन्ने सन्दरभमा गहिरो अध्ययन गर्ने र नेपाल र नेपालीको कल्याण हुने कार्यमा लाग्नुपर्ने छ।त्यसैले हजुरहरुसङग बिनम्र अनुरोध छ नेपाल र नेपालीको पहिचानमा बीर गोर्खाली मात्र नभएर सफल नेपाली जसको ओठमा केवल मन्द मुस्कान मात्र रहोस नकि कुनै रिसराग । यसकै लागि लागौ र नेपालीलाई समुन्नत बनाऔ। जय होस नेपाल र नेपालीको अनि समग्र मानवताको।

मानव सभ्यता

चावहिल, जिल्ला शिक्षा कार्यालय काठमाण्डौ, शिक्षा मन्त्रालय तथा अन्य सम्बन्धित सवैलाई हृदयदेखि नै मुरि मुरि धन्यवाद।

शिक्षा नै मानव सभ्यताको मानङ्क हो। मानव समाजलाई सहि अर्थमा परिवर्तन गर्नको लागि शिक्षा अपरिहार्य छ। शिक्षाले नै मानिसलाई ब्राहमण बनाउछ नकि बाहुन या अन्य। हिन्दु ग्रन्थ गितामा पनि मानिसलाई कामको आधारमा चार वर्गमा विभाजन गरिएको पाइन्छ। शिक्षा भएको मानिस वा कुनै समस्याको समाधान दिन सक्ने व्यक्ति ब्राहमण, समाजको सम्रक्षण गर्न सक्ने व्यक्ति क्षत्री, उध्योगधन्दा खोलि अरुलाई रोजगार दिनसक्ने व्यक्ति वैश्य अनि दिन दिनै आफ्नो रोजि रोटिको लागि मजदुरी गर्ने व्यक्ति शुद्र हो। त्यसैले आज नेपालमा ब्राहमणको आवश्यकता छ नकि कुनै जात जाति विरुद्द्को भेदभाव। साथै सवै जात जाति समुह सवै एक आपसमा हातेमालो गर्दै एकको आवश्यकता अर्कोको लागि अपरिहार्य छ भन्ने समाजको पनि। यि र यस्तै कुरा बुज्न र बुझाउनको लागि पनि शिक्षा आवश्यकता छ। शिक्षाले नै मानिसलाई आत्मनिर्भर बनाउछ भने र स्वाभिमानका साथ जिउन पनि शिक्षाले नै शिकाउछ।

अहिले नेपालका सामुदायिक विद्यालयमा शिक्षाको गुणस्तर छैन र आफुलाई सरकारी जागिर खोज्ने तर वच्चाहरु निजि विद्यलयमा पठाइ आफ्नो अपनत्वो नगरि आफुमा पनि विश्वास् जगाइ परिवर्तनको सुरुवात अरुलैइ अर्तिदिएर भन्दा आफैबाट सुरु गर्नुपर्छ भनि मैले मेरा आफ्ना ३ सन्तानलाई आफ्नै विद्यालयमा भर्ना गराई उनिहरुको शिक्षामा मन जगाउन तथा अन्य मित्रहरुलाई पनि यस तर्फ लाग्नको लागि उत्प्रेरकको रुपमा भुमिका खेल्न सकेको जस्तो लागेको छ र मेरा वच्चाहरु पशुपति मित्र माविको शिक्षण प्रकृया देखि खुशि छन। मैले नेपाल सरकारले सरकारी निकायमा जागिर खाने व्यक्तिले आफ्नो सन्ततीलाई सरकारी विद्यालयमा पढाउन पर्छ र विधार्थी सङगठनको सोचलाई पनि मैले सिरोधार्य गरेकोमा र शिक्षा क्षेत्रमा नै दुई दशको भन्दा लामो सेवाको मुल्याङ्कनको रुपमा यस पदकले मलाई हौसला दिएकोमा आउदा दिनमा पनि मन वचन र कर्मले शिक्षा नै मानव सभ्यताको सुचाङ्कको रुपमा अगाडि बढाउन सक्छ भन्ने पुर्ण विष्वासका साथ समर्पित भएको छु। शिक्षाले नै नेपाल र नेपालीको सान र मानलाई अग्रपङ्तिमा विश्व मानव सभ्यतामा निरक्षरको बाहुल्यता भएको देश नभनि हिजोको बीरहरुको मात्र नभएर शिक्षित र सभ्य मानिसको देश नेपाल भनेर चिनाउन सक्नेछ भोलिका दिनमा।

यसमा सवै नेपालीको समान दायित्व छ र सवैले आ-आफ्नो स्थानबाट लाग्नु पर्छ। मैले त प्रण गरे सुरु पनि गरे र शिक्षा पुरस्कारबाट पनि सन्मानित भए। यस पेशा प्रति गर्व गर्छु र आउदा दिनमा नया पिढिका युवाहरुलाई आफ्नो पेशाको चयन गर्नु पर्दा शिक्षालाई नै आफ्नो पहिलो रोजाइ बनाउनको लागि अनुरोध पनि गर्छु। हो यस पेशामा तपाइले सोचे जस्तो कमाई छैन तर दिनदिनै मानव अनुहार पढ्न पाउनुहुन्छ, एक अवोध बालकको मन्द मुस्कान तथा उमेर पुगेका वच्चाको तर्कले तपाइका पिडा तपाइको मानसिकताबाट हटाइदिन्छ।

तपाइको पैसाले किन्न नसक्ने सन्तुस्टि तपाइको वच्चाले प्राप्त गरेको उपलब्धिले दिनेछ। तेरो र मेरो भन्ने विभेदको पनि यसैले अन्त्य गरिदिन्छ। किनकि तपाइको आखा अगाडि आफैले जन्माइ हुर्काएको वच्चा हुन्छ भने अर्को तर्फ तपाइले दिएको दिक्षार्थी हुन्छ्। मलाई लाग्छ तपाइ ति दुइ बच्चाको बिचमा विभेदगर्न सक्नुहुन्न र समान देख्नुहुन्छ दुवैलाई। आर्थिक सम्पनता, राजनैतिक उपलव्धि आदिले मानिसलाई खुशि राख्न सक्ने भए सायद विश्व बिजेता अलेक्ज्याण्डर ग्रेटले आफु मरे पछि आफ्ना हातहरु खुला आकाशमा सवैले देख्ने गरि राखिदिनु भनि आफ्ना सहयोगिलाई भन्ने थिएनन होला, गौतम बुद्दले पनि दरवार त्याग्दैनथे होलान।

त्यसैले भन्नै पर्छ शिक्षा बिनाको जिवन अन्धकार छ, शिक्षामा जो रमाउन सक्छ उसैले मानव बुझ्छ।जव मानवताको वारेमा सहि अर्थमा ग्यान हुन्छ, अनि मानव समाजमा भएका विभेदिकरणको पनि अन्त्य हुन्छ। अनि शान्त विश्व मानव समाज सृजना हुनेछ।त्यसैले पुन शिक्षामा समर्पित हुनको लागि सवैलाई यसै क्षणमा अपिल पनि गर्दछु।अन्तमा सवैको जय होस र हजुरहरुको प्रतिकृयाको लागि पर्खिरहने छु।

Are British and Americans only native speakers of English Language?

Being a student of English language and a teacher of English language always trouble me with some questions. Does the certificate of
PHD,/MPhil/ BA/ BEd in English from the universities of Nepal have value? If yes, why they should take the exam of TOEFL/ IELTS/GMAT /GRE or other to go for further study? Can a four-hour exam judge his/her language performance? Why our universities or professors don't raise voice for this matter. If an exam is taken it's okay. What about the exam fee? Is it fair? Why it is so expensive. A student who does not have to spend the total amount to pay from class 1 to master level, has to be compelled to pay for a single four-hour exam. We may think westerners or Europeans are helping Nepalese. But in totality in the name of varieties of tests in English language, they are deserting Nepal and Nepalese.
Millions of US dollars or Pound has been spent in the name of only language tests. No one should be against the language test but we should raise the voice for the cost of English language test? There must be fair in test too. If not why a Westerner is paid more and less to Nepalese in work .

Even for teaching English language, why preferences or only native speaker? Do second language learners not possess the quality? There must be discussion over this matter. Nowadays English language does not belong to only one or two nations. It has been the language of the world. It has to be respected and respect should be given to all but not to only few nationalities.

के पि ओलि हारेर पनि जितेको अवस्था राजनितिमा छल, कपड र कोहि पनि सधै दिर्घ सत्रु र मित्र हुदैन भन्ने कुरा आजको नेपालको व्यवस्थापिका सम्सदमा देखिएको समरचानाले देखाइराखेको छ। नेपालमा ठूला राजनैतिक परिवर्तन भए नेताको जिवन शैली बदलिएको छ, तर गाउघरहरु उजाड भएका छन, करिव करिव क्सैको मृत्यु भएमा घाटसम्म पुर्याउने मलामीको खाचो छ्।

धन भएको युवा शक्ति पस्चिम मुलुकमा छन भने धन नभएको जनशक्ति अरवियन खाडी मुलुकमा लैनो भैसिको रुपमा बाल्टीभरी दुध सङ्कलन गरि नेपाललाई पालीराखेको अवस्था छ। के देशमा आएको राजनैतिक परिवर्तन केवल नेताको लागि होकि नेपालीको लागि पनि हो? के द्लका नेताहरुले अरुलाई सामन्ती भन्न मिल्छकि मिल्दैन? आफु सरकारी खर्चमा सुरक्षा फौजको विचमा हिडने , देशको डाडु पन्यौ आफ्नै हातमा लिने अनि अरुलाई सामन्ती भन्दा शब्दको अर्थमा परिवर्तन आएछकि? भाषा विग्यहरुको ध्यान पुगेमा अन्यौल हट्ने थियो।

अव नेपालीहरु राजनैतिक दलका कार्यकर्ता भन्दा पनि भोटर वा समयले माग गरेमा आफै उमेदवार हुने परिस्थिति सृजना गर्नु पर्ने छ। आफ्नो विकल्प दिनसक्ने नेपालीहरु सडक या गल्ली या टोलटोलमा खडा छन भनि जवाफ दिनुपर्ने दिन आएको छ। राजनैतिक दलका नेताहरु अरुको विरोध मात्र गरेर नेता हुने दिनको अन्त्य भएको र योजन बोकेर हिड्ने व्यक्तिलाई समाजमा अगाडि पुर्याउनु आजको अर्को आवश्यकता हो।हिजो आफुसङग सङ्गै हिड्दा रास्ट्रवादि र साथ छोड्दैमा अरास्ट्रवादी भन्ने छेपारी निति पनि सवैले त्याग्नै पर्ने देखिन्छ।

आज जे जस्तो जसरी हल्ला गरे पनि प्रधानमन्त्री ओलिले रास्ट्रपतिलाई आफ्नो राजिनामा बुझाइ सम्सदमा आफ्नो स्पस्टिकरणले सम्सदको अग्रपङ्क्तिमा रहेका विभिन्न नेताह्रुरुको अनुहारमा हारेको, आत्माग्लानी, हसाइमा पनि अप्राकृतिक सम्योजन जस्तो देखिन्थ्यो।सरकार जसले चलाउन त्यसमा नेपाली जनतालाई चासो नहोला तर उनिहरुको वास, कपास, र गासको भने अवस्य हुने छ। हिजो मात्र एकजनासोल्टी होटेलमा धन्यै तिन दशक जति आफ्नो जिवनको उर्वर समय बितायकि दिदी भन्दै हुनुहुन्थ्यो आफ्नो छोरोलाई आफ्नो जागिर पछि त्यहि भर्ति गर्नुपर्दा रु ६००००० (६ लाख) बुझाउन पर्छ भन्दै हुनुहुन्थ्यो।

आफ्नै देशको एक होटेलमा कर्मचारी राख्दा ६ लाख बुझाउनु पर्छ भने विदेशिनेलाई सित्तैमा पठाइण्छ वैदेशिक रोजगारिको लागि भन्नु हात्तीको देखाउने दात मात्रै हो। यता तर्फ पनि अव हेर्नु पर्छहोला। देश वनाउने काम सवैको हो, मरे पछि थुपारेर राखेको सम्पतिले काम गर्दैन तर तपाइ हामीको कामले इतिहासले सम्झने छ। अव नेतागणहरु बोल्न छोडिदिनोस , कामगरेर देखाउनोस त्यसैमा कल्याण हुनेछ।

हिजोको दिनमा कृस्ण प्रसाद भट्टराइले मेलम्चिको पानिले काठमाण्डौ सफागरिदिन्छु भन्दा खिल्लीको पात्र बने पनि अव करिव करिव पानी आउने अवस्था पक्का छ। त्यसैले केहिको बिउ रोपिन्छ भने मात्र त्यो विरुवा , बृक्ष हुदै फल दिन थाल्छ तर कुरोले त मानिसलाई होसगुमेको, अर्थचेतन भएको आदि आदि शब्दावली वर्शन्छन तपाई माथि। त्यसैले यसमा सजग हुने होकि।

भन्नैपर्छ केपि ओलिले अङ्कगडितिय व्यवस्थापिका सम्सदको खेलमा हारे पनि सम्सदमा अग्र पङ्क्तिमा देखिएका वरिस्ठ नेताहरुको अनुहार हेर्दा र विगतको पृस्ठभुमि केलाउदा उनले हारेर पनि जितेकै छन। तिम्रो त्यो प्रजातन्त्र र सम्सदिय खेलमा असल खेलाडिको रुपमा उभ्याउन सफल भएकोमा एक पटक नमन गर्नै पर्छ किनकि तिमिले बजेट मार्फत मेरो बिचारको पनि जग्गाको सवालमा आवाज समेटिदिएका थियो जुन कुरा मैले रामशरण महत अर्थमन्त्री र प्रधानमन्त्री सुशिल कोइराला हुदा बैशाख २४, २०७२मा फेसबुक स्टेटसमा राखेको थिए।

हिजो प्रधानमन्त्रीको चयनको बेलामा ओलि, प्रचण्ड र अन्य दलले गरेको रास्ट्रवादको रटान आज कहा पुगेको छ? प्रचण्ड र ओलिको निवासमा त खाना पाकेको छ होला अनि गाडी पनि सेक्युरिटीलाई अघिपछि राख्दै कोढिलाई ज्यान प्यारो भनेझै मेरा मतदाताहरु पैदल हिददैछन भने म किन गाडीमा भनेर, हिडेको देख्न पाएको छैन।विदेशीहरु भनिसके भारतले नाकावन्दी गरेको भनेर तर नेपाली नेताहरु डराउदै छन किन? यीनको जिनमा पनि सङ्का गर्नै पर्ने होकि किन नत्र बलभद्रजस्ताका सन्तानहरु त गोली र तोपसङ्ग डराएका थिएनन। सुशिलजसलाई रास्ट्रघातीको रुपमा उभ्याएका थियो , दिल्लीको सन्देश बोक्दै, सम्बिधान जारी नगर भन्दै गर्दा पनि सम्बिधान त नेपाली जनतालाई दिएकै थिय तर बिचार के भन्ने हिजो सम्बिधानसभाहलमा आफैलाई कुर्चिले हान्नेहरु आज मन्त्री बनाएका छौ। केका लागि र कसका लागि हो? आज प्रश्न उठ्न थालेको छ। १लाई मारे अपराधी १०० मारी नेता। नेतालाई सवै कुराको छुट दिने र सर्वसाधरणलाई मात्रै हो भने त्यस्तो सम्बिधान पनि किन? सरकार किन खुट्टा कमाउछौ? साधरण जनताले रु १०४ को पेट्रोललाई रु १०००मा किनेकै छन। अघिल्लो वर्षमा रु१०० को आसपासमा किन्ने गरेको दाललाई अहिले करिव रु २५० मा किनेर उपयोग गर्दै छन। आट गर सरकार आकाशबाट उडाएर भने पनि सामान ल्याउ, इन्धन पनि किनेर ल्याउ उपलब्ध गराउ, नेताको सुविधाको लागि प्रति लिटरबाट १०० मिलिलिटर इन्धन कम बिकृ नगर नेपाली खुशिकासाथ किनेर उपयोग गने छन। मधेशी नेतालाई वार्तामा ल्याई समस्याको समधान गर वार्तामा आउदैनन भने उनको कारणले नेपालको रास्ट्रीयतालाई सङटमा पार्न पाइदैन। समातेर कारवाही गरिदेउ। जनतालाई दुखबाट मुक्ति देउ नत्र भने सरकार तिम्रो पनि चाला पुर्व राजा ग्यानेन्द्रकै जस्तो हो किनकि पुर्व राजा पनि म टुलुटुलु दाजुले झै हेरेरवस्ने होइन म फरक छु भन्दा राजसस्था नै अन्ते भयो। अनि अहिलेका प्रधानमन्त्री पनि फोटो टास्नको लागि होइन जनताको सेवकको रुपमा आफुलाई उभ्याई नेपालीको कल्याणको लागि कामगर्छु भन्ने वचन सहित प्रधानमन्त्री भएको करिव २ हप्ता नागिसक्यो। भारतसङग चुकेर र झुकेर हैन पारवहन सुविधाको कुरा उठाउ, मान्दैन भने अन्तरास्ट्रीय अदालतमा मानव अधिकार र पारवहन सुविधाको कुरो उठाउ तिन करोड नेपाली तिम्रोसाथमा हुनेछन अन्यथा नामर्दको जत्थाको सरकार भनेर फेरि मुल्याङ्कन गने छन। उखान तुक्का भन्ने पालो अरुलाई नदेउ। आट गर सरकार नेपाल र नेपालीको कल्याणको लागि नकि केवल अफ्नो कुर्चि र पदको लागि। अन्यथा तिम्रो बिकल्पमा नेपालीले नया बाटो खोज्ने छन।

नेपालका बैकहरु के सेवाग्रहिहरुलाई सेवा दिइराखेका छन त?
नेपाल रास्ट्र बैकको रणनिति पनि बुझ्नै गारो छ। समयमा वा १ दिन ढिलो ब्याज नतिरेको अवस्थामा जरिवाना लगाइदिन्छ तर् रिण लिने वेलामा आम्दानिको स्रोत खोज्छ तर सरकारी निकायले नै समयमा तलव भत्ता नदिने मुलुकमा प्राइभेटले दिएन भनेर् कसरी भन्ने? समयमा ब्याज तिर्न नसक्नेलाई जरिवाना, आदि लगाई चर्को व्याज तिर्न बाध्य पार्दछ। बैकमा रिण लिदा १ वर्षको लागि सेवा शुल्क लिसकेको अवस्थामा फेरि जरिवाना किन लगाउने। बैक मात्रले प्रगति गरेर रास्ट्रको प्रगति हुन सक्दैन। जवसङ्ग बैकले ग्राहकलाई सुविदा दिन सक्दैन , अप्ठ्यारोको समयमा राहतको सट्टा हर्जना र जरिवाना लगाउछ अनि किन ग्राहकले बैक तथा वित्तिय सस्थाबाट रिण लिने। बैकहरुलाई सरवसाधरणको पहुचसम्म पुरयाउनु पर्ने आजको आवश्यकता हो। बैकले तलका अवस्थालाई मध्यनजर गर्ने हो भने बैकिङ वा वित्तिय सस्थाहरुको अवस्था प्रगतिशिल हुदै निमुखा देखि पहुचवाल सम्म र सडक देखि महलसम्मका ग्राहकहरु लावन्वित हुने थिय।

१। यो देशमा नेपाल रास्ट्रबैकका कर्मचारिले पाएको सेवा सुबिधा सवै सरकारि बैक तथा अन्य वित्तिय सस्था अनि अन्य सरकारि निकाएमा कार्यरत कर्मचारिले पाउनुपर्छ।

२। बैकका कर्मचारिलाई सस्तोदरमा रिण दिने तर केहि नभएकालाई बैकको ढोका बन्द गर्ने परिपार्टिको अन्ते गरि बित्तिय क्षेत्रमा सवैको पहुच पुर्याउनु पर्छ। कम्तिमा पनि दुइ लाखसम्मको रिण नेपाली नागरिकताको प्रमाणपत्रलाई धितो मानेर प्रत्यक दिन दुखिले उध्यमी बन्ने बाटो खुलाउणसक्छ। यदि २ लाखसम्मको रिण गरिवलाई उसको नागरिकताको भरमा दिइन्छ भने उसले सानो ब्यवसाय सन्चालन गर्न सक्छ। कालन्तरमा देशको ठूलो उध्यमि बन्न सक्ने छ।

३। इमान्दारिता नै प्रत्यक क्षेत्रमा प्रगतिको बाटो मान्नु पर्छ। हिजोको दिनमा अख्तियार ले नेपाली काङ्रेसका मानिसलाई कारवाहि गर्दा अन्यलाई ठिक भएको थियो तर आज अन्य दलका नेता प्रति कार्वाहि गर्न खोज्दा आज लोकमान महाअभियोगमा फसेका छन र फस्नै पर्ने पनि हो किन कि उनि हिजोको दिनमा साना माछालाई मात्र कारवाहि गरेर ठूलालाई माछालाई छोडेको अवस्था हो। ठिक त्यस्तै अवस्थामा नेपालका बित्तिय सस्थाहरु छन। अगिल्लो बर्ष भुकम्पको कारणले रिणिलाई जरिवाना वा हरजना नलगाउनु मेडियामा आएको सन्देश सुन्दासुन्दै पनि स्टयाण्डर्ड् चार्टर बैकले समेत बिना धितोको रिणलाई समयमा व्याज नतिरेको भनि २५ % व्याज तिर्न बाध्य बनायो। त्यस्तै गरि NIC ASIA पनि व्यवसायको लागि रिण लिएको थिय। तर जुन घरमा मेरो व्यवसाय थियो तेहि घरको सटरमा एटियम राख्ने भनि घर धनिसङग कुरा गरेकोले मासिक १७००० भाडा तिरेको स्थानमा मासिक रु ५०००० तिर्न बाध्य हुनुपर्यो। एकातर्फा बाटोबिस्तारले व्यवसाय नचलेको अवस्था अर्को तर्फ जुन बैकबाट रिण लिएको थिय त्यसैको ज्यादति। समयमा गाडिको मासिक रु १५५०० तिर्नुपर्नेमा एक दिन ढिलाहुनासाथ रु १६५०० तिरिराखेको अवस्था छ र वर्तमानमा पनि त्यो गाडिको रिण चुक्ता गर्न केहि किस्ता बाकि छ। व्यवसाय नभएको समयमा किस्ता तिर्नु र तोकिएको पुरा समयाबधि ननाग्दै मासिक जरिवाना लगाइदिदा र कर्मचारिहरुसङग कुरा गरे पनि निवेदन दिएपनि रास्ट्रबैकको सिस्टमले गरेको भन्ने वाहेक् केहि हुदैन। अप्ठ्यारोको समयमा बैकहरुले घाटि थिचेको अवस्था छ। यसवाट वास्तविकता पत्तालगाई जरिवाना र हरजनाको व्यवस्था गर्दा हुनेछ।

अहिलेको बैकिङ् अवस्था घाउमा नुन्, चुक र खुर्शानी छर्केको अवस्था छ। अख्तियारले ठूला माछालाई कार्वाहि गर्न खोज्दा देशनै हल्लिएको छ भने बैकमा पनि ठूला उध्योगीलाई पहुच सहज छ तर निमुखाको लागि ढोका बन्द छन। सर्टिफिकेटको आधारलाई मात्र नभएर नेपाली नागरिकताको आधारमा रिण सस्तो व्याजदरमा उपलव्ध गराउन सक्नुपर्छ।

४। साच्चै मर्कामा परेका रिणिसङग नियमित व्याज तिर्न नसके पनि उसलाई जरिवाना नलगाई कम्तिमा १ वर्षको सेवा शुल्क लिसकेको हुदा नियमित हुन नसक्दा पनि उसलाई हरजना र जरिवाना नलगाई मानविय सेवा गर्नुपर्ने देखिन्छ।

Life without bitter experience is incomplete

We human being are superior to other animals in the world. It is believed that human life is the most important life among various incarnations. Life is the bundle of experience. Who you are, is the result of your experience. If you don’t have bitter experience, you may not have true life. When there is laughter there is crying too. If there is smile, there is anger too. If there is good, bad is there. You cannot be happy forever it’s because you cannot be mentally healthy. The psychoanalyst believes that every human being has mental disorder. It means he is not totally mentally healthy. This is the cause that makes you excited on a trivial issue.

I don’t know how you feel if your dearest one is against you. The one who had positive attitude towards you is misreading you. If he blames you on the issue that you were not involved. The one who had great respect in the past and begin to say ‘ta’ or other hatred words towards you. How you feel if someone is waiting to spite on your face on the matter you were not involved. I think you may be shattered or filled with anger. But if you ask me, I will take it normally. It’s because every human being is selfish and runs after the greed. Those who run after the greed should be compelled to regret in future. Even the Alexander Great who had mostly won the world asked his helpers or acquainted to show leaving his hands on the open sky. What it is. I think it was his regret. What he did was inhuman activity. During the war so many were killed and made homeless or deserted. In the end, he had to die. While dying no one takes anything with him but his deed is alive. A good one is remembered and the world mourns his death but the bad when he dies people feel happy. This is life. Mould your life as your wish not as other suggested you.

If you judge an object using a single lens is always incomplete. Why? It’s because you cannot see the other side of the object if you do not turn around yourself or make the object move around you. To know happiness you have to know what sorrow is. To know the clever one, you have to know the dull one too. To know the success, you have to know what the failure is. We human beings get failed many times but get success a little or a few times. Why? Success is achieved if there is sacrifice, if there is devotion, if there is regular effort. But to be failure if you ignore, it’s enough.

So is the political matter too. In the past who were in the street are now in power. What they used to blame to the authority are being blamed for the same reason. Mr Prachanda used to blame the king and others as dictator, nonsense, irrational or so many words against them. He used to deliver speech for the subalterns, the voiceless ones. But now he is surrounded by the security forces all the time. Is he familiar to the suffering of the people in the street or huts. I don’t think so. Why? If he does, why is he among the security forces? Security forces keep him away from the realism. He may say, ‘Haven’t you had chicken’s soup in your meal?” if anyone informs him that he is suffering from hunger. Therefore, a true leader should be able to come out of security forces. Security forces cannot save you. But the public can. I felt shy to be a Nepali when I read and heard about Prachanda’s grandson. He asked the media men to convey his message to his grandfather that he had neither his birth certificate nor his mother had marriage certificate. If Prachanda cannot take care his grandson and daughter in law what he can do for the sake of Nepal and Nepali. If it was wrong why he didn’t punish to the person who defamed him.

Don’t worry to the blames that is over your head if you are fair. In the long run the blamer has to suffer till the end of life. He cannot be happy. He has to spend time regretting himself. It will be better to be calm rather than aggressive. Only the coward carries the weapon forgetting that the mightier may rob it and use it to finish him. See the Royal Massacre in Nepal. If you have belief in you, you don’t need any weapon. If you are honest, every trail is safe for you.

Life without experiencing pain and suffering cannot be a human life. The pain you realize is different to the pain you bear. You can guess how painful is labour pain if you are a male. But if you are a woman who has already delivered the baby can have true pain. It's a life. The siblings smile and babbling compel the mother forget the pain she bore.

Congratulation to those who were able to win CA election and consolation for those who were unable to win hearts of Nepalese voters. First of all I would like to share my ideas to you all. Most of people believe that Nepal is a poor country but my conscience never allows me to accept it it's because we have every natural thing like soil, water, air that we need but the lack that we face is good governance. It's shame but true to say that we have not a nationalist leader who can raise Nepalese voice either s/he is in power or not. Either you believe or not but it's true that others try to suppress you till you accept your inferiority. If you are confident enough to raise your voice others are compelled to listen to your voice. Therefore, it will be better not to blame India, USA, UK , China as well as other European countries as superior power who decide to the fate of Nepalese. Respect them as our neighbours but not as our Big Brothers.

Putting on their production, ignoring own identity can never be a nationalist. Therefore, every political party should define what nationalism is either you are in government or not. The second part that you have to follow is to make your people dream that may come true to life but not as falsehood like utopia. Keep to your word that you promised to the public. If not when time comes, they will boycott you and at the moment don't drop your tear like a stubborn child but realize where you missed to respect them. In the same way voters are greater than the elected leaders it's because they are giver for you. They don't take anything else but with their votes you may be Prime minister, minister or President and so on. Never ignore them.

The most bitter truth that I have seen in our political arena that during the time of election they get votes from different political party but when they reach in power they forget in which political party they belong to and start doing the work of only their kith and keens as well as who can provide something special. Before election you are a member of a political party but after election you are the representation of nation. Work only for the sake of nation and Nepalese but not of a single group or person. Run the nation through system. The law should be equally implemented to all. There should not be discrimination between the subaltern and hegemony group.

To develop our nation is not difficult but your determination is a must. Let's stop grumbling on different ideology but working for the sake of nation and its people. Instead of sending our youths to the foreign countries as cheap manpower, start different industries to provide them employment. Stop importing agricultural production but begin agricultural industry in our own yard. In the same way, facilities to the visitors in Nepal should be increased and strike should be stopped for forever. Our Himalayas or pilgrimages for different religious groups are the centers of attraction. To provide light and energy to public, Let's run hydro electricity project of our own expense.

If the government cannot afford it, ask to the public as Pritivi Narayanan Shah collected but make it different than that providing share of it to the public as much amount they spend for its production. The result of CA suggests that this is the time of harmony between various political parties but not of a single one. Indeed, you have to accept it. Otherwise, youths who haven't shown their interest to be in power till now, will emerge like the flood of Darchula which can sweep away the old doctrine and set up new creed that can keep everyone in the place where they have to keep. The world has already proved that the power secured through by bullet cannot last but the ideology though works as a slow poisons can work for centuries and centuries.

In my opinion, either Sushil Koirala, Jhalanath Khanal or Prachanda does not belong only to the leader of Nepali Congress, UML, or UCPNMaoist but of the leaders of nation. After the day of election and being elected as a CA member, you are equally importance for the sake of Nepal and Nepalese. Hope you may be the leaders of whole Nepalese but not of a single groups being like a child.Hope you may remember to your voters before having a loaf either they have fulfilled their hunger or not. In the same way you may remember what you promised them while buying a jacket for saving you from cold in winter. Before sleeping on your luxurious bed with warm quilt, you have to see the images of the street children who are deprived of a straw mat to sleep. Before constructing a castle in a fertile piece of land, see the skeleton like body of the people who don't have a piece of land for cultivation. If you do so,indeed, you won't be any more a simple human being , may be a great human being like Gautam Buddha.

Today's Gautam Buddha couldn't be of today, if he had not given up his thrown, and in the same way the king Baliraja would not have been remembered during each tihar if he had not been generous. Let them enjoy what creed they follow. But don't compel anyone to follow new creed through compulsion. It was the nation of harmony and let it keep its existence as the nation where only harmony exists between Therefore, this is the time of nation building through scientific plan. The geography of Nepal would be the same but she must be like a newly married couple who are adorned with cosmetic, jewelry and clothes as well. How is the world marching forward? How are the people of the world living? What are Nepalese doing to survive? Why does the same person react with an event good if he does and bad if someone does? how can be a verdict good and bad? Are there any basic guidelines to make them different? Why do the political leaders feel superior to general public? Which on is superior giver or receiver? General public give but the leaders take. Why leaders keep them superior to voters. These are the questions that present Nepalese should address.

The world is marching forward with the modern inventions and medicine for fatal diseases, vehicles to travel, food to eat and so on. They seem to be happier than the other. Is it right? Indeed, not. The invention is good only if it is properly used. Even Bhishma Pitahmaha's sacrifice to remain bachelor till the death of his life was the cause that made so many people died in his country. Even he was unable to react what the religion is when Draupati asked the questions to the assembly.His intention was to make his nation a better place where was no chaos but so many misfortunes were there in his life time. He had to be mute for many times when he had to speak.

Once Ghising was not qualified now he has made Nepal no load shedding zone. If so what the present demand is. If anyone where you are perform your duty, it can change the society. If you give up your greed, you can be the happiest man in the world as Yudhisthir answered when Yakshya asked him when a man can be happy.Personal ego and self leads people towards impartiality. If not why the same matter was wrong yesterday and right today. It's the lens that you put one. It's the way you judge the world. It's the way that nothing can remain as universal truth. A truth can be truth unless the next one arrives.

A teacher blames to students and their guardians, a teacher blames to the head teacher and other concerned authority,and head teachers and concerned authority blame to the teachers again for the poor performance of students. Blaming to each other is totally unfair. There is leakage everywhere. Even a teacher who presents at school and spends the time for his personal activities. That is too unfair. Every teacher has to spend his time for the welfare of school and his students performance. In the same way public blames to the leaders and leaders blame to the general public. In the same way bureaucrats are not working for the sake of their clients. They are working only for their own thinking that that they are superior to the citizens.

If everyone wherever he is does his duty and responsibility, there won't be any discrimination, conflict and other types of vandalism. There will be only peace and progress. There will be only fraternity. The wealth that ones accumulate may be unless when he dies or he he becomes feeble. Your love passion, devotion are the qualities that may help you lie in the heart of common people. Work for the sake of common rather than to the hegemony ones its because he won't be happy with your tiny help but the subaltern ones remain happy forever and takes you as an incarnation of some supernatural power.

May someone be a liar or not if he has been victim himself?

Human beings in the contemporary world hover around to the people who are prosperous in every sector. But the one who is really in need of kith and keens turn their deaf ears to their plead. Is it fair or not? But on the other hand people whom others help is not necessary feel proud of helping the affluent ones. How can we human being feel proud being superior to other animals found in the earth.

There are so many people who were honest to everyone eyes but due to the other reasons they are being unfair. Is it fair or not? For example, someone who used to take loan and run his business . Due to the expansion of road, earthquake and his investment in other sectors had not been refunded but has to pay loan interest with penalty in bank, high interest with insult to the people. There are so many victims in every corner of Nepal. Is there any ways to console them? Are there anyone who can help them? Is there government to listen their plights? Are their any industrialists who can help them providing their products to sell in the condition of taking the cost of the goods after selling?

Here are some questions to raise to the Nepal Rastra Bank and other banks. Why income source is necessary to give loan to the needy ones? This question is raised due to the penalty the debtor has to pay because he could not get the salary in time even by the government but the debtor has to pay late fee. Is it rational or human? One the one hand bank asks to show income , on the other hand due to not receiving salary in time he has to pay penalty. Therefore, if the bank asks for income source before dispersing loan why the debtor has to pay penalty if he does not get his regular salary.
A person may think his contribution may be only for the sake of goodness to all but the result may differ. Even in Mahabaharta, Bhismapitamaha sacrificed his personal desire for the sake of his father, his kingdom and other but what the outcome was. Millions of people were killed and there was never ending conflict in his kingdom. He had to be mute even in very irrational activities performed in his palace. He could not answer to Draupati when she asked him if anyone who was already not his own, could offer his wife in dau? Does religion allow it?

What you may think if anyone who did not refund your money due to other cause. You might have given money in interest to anyone but he has not been able to refund you in time. He is still honest and wants to refund you but has not been able due to the cause that the money he borrowed has been invested somewhere but not returned back?.He is willing to refund by selling his own property too. At that condition what you may think. Do you think him liar, falsehood, cheater or other? Don't you help him or not? If you help how?

declaration of federalism

Due to the declaration of federalism whole Nepal is agitating either directly or indirectly. It shows that without enough discussion federalism has been declared. Due to which Madesh is burning and people living there are in crisis and the leaders of Madeshi morcha are still stimulating them to take part in vandalism. Nepalese are being the victim of irresponsibility of present leadership. Federalism here in Nepal should be for the sake of unity but it has been for separation. It has been failed to cooperate between Nepalese. Let’s remove it from our constitution until Nepalese are ready to accept it. The leaders’ lenses are guilty and they cannot see the reality and address Nepalese. They have to change their lenses too.
What may be the solution for the present crisis? Indeed, putting the federalism off until Nepalese are ready to accept it. Decentralization of Shiha Durbar’s powers to the grass route level i.e VDC and Municipality of Nepal. In the same ways political parties and their cadres should conduct door to door program in the agitated area. Security forces should be carefully mobilized. Raise the voice of nationalism and brotherhood rather than separation. Aware to all castes of Nepalese from Himal to Terai , Mechi to Mahakali wherever they live are Nepalese and everyone has to get opportunity to enjoy the equal rights. Discrimination should be ended; equality should be prevailed and independency of everyday needs and other has to be produced here in Nepal.

Socrates, my motivator

I was influenced by a great philosopher Socrates when I used to be a school student. He was the man whose words that I read that no one should be afraid of anyone for the sake of truth and justice. Even today I have the same faith. Sometimes some questions haunt my soul and ask what the truth is. Why a matter that is liked by one is the cause of the hatred for other.In the same way what the justice is. Sometimes why the man of words behave like an illiterate ones. Why they look like a blind folded. Why they don't care about their post and institutions too. May be they might be in Shakespeare's Hamlet situation.

How do you react if any head of the institution said what may happen to him if his institution is collapsed? Do you think it's a rational ones or irrational ones? Don't you have any responsibility to flourish the institution? Can't you feel happy that if your sacrifice help to bloom the buds and give so many juicy fruits? In the name of creed, the learned ones should not be blind folded. A word of man should be different to other in his words and performance. He should have vision that can help to see an object from different angle. If the head of the institution tries to give the responsibility to the faked documented ones, what will you do?

Human beings always see the problems in others but they never try to see their own images or own problems. They feel like Mr know all but desert in reality.

Formal dress of the Prime Minister of Nepal.

Why my mind goes on the formal dress of the Prime Minister of Nepal.
When I see the PM of Nepal in media a question that always haunts me is 'what's wrong in Daura Surwal, cap and coat? Seeing the PM in western dress I feel ashamed. Here is the reference from Wikipedia 'The suit is a traditional form of men's formal clothes in the Western world'. In the name of freedom adopting the western dress as own formal dress is defaming the nationality of Nepal. It has long tradition. Person in Daura, suruwal, coat and cap looks unique. Why this uniqueness is disappearing. On the one hand in the political arena it is said American imperialism is extending on the other hand formal dress of western is adopting. Your deed should match to your words.

There is no question whatever you wear if you are only a single person but it matters when you are representing the nation. That's why Nepalese ask what the national dress is. Can't we make our national dress if you give up Daura Suruwal? If not why PM of Nepal is not in Daura Suruwal?

नेपालले ठूला राजनैतिक परिवर्तन गर्दागर्दै देशमा शान्ति तथा अ्मन चयन गर्न सकेको छैन। नेपाल र नेपालीका आकाङ्क्षा अधुरो नै रहेको छ। त्यसमा पनि शिक्षामा त भाडभैलो नै छ। २०४६ सालको आम आन्दोलन पछिको कृष्ण प्रसाद भट्टराईको सरकारले शिक्षक माथि गुन लगाएर गएका छन। उनैको कृपाबाट स्थायी भएका शिक्षकहरु आज बिभिन्न शिक्षक सङ्घ वा सङगठनका नेतृत्वमा भएका शिक्षकले अहिलेका अस्थायी शिक्षकको आवाजलाई प्रतिनिधित्व गर्न नसकेको अवस्था विध्यमान छ। अनि विध्यालय कर्मचारीलाई सरकारले दिने भनि आएको खर्च पनि अति न्यून देखिन्छ। वर्तमान सरकारले सोच्नै पर्छ कि विना शिक्षा आएको परिवर्तन टिकाउ हुन सक्दैन।

आफ्ना देशका नागरिक सक्षम र सवल भएमा मात्र देशको शान र मान बढ्ने छ। शिक्षामा देखिएका चुनौतिलाई देशको विकाशको लागि पनि हल नै गर्नु पर्छ। अहिले देखिएको अस्थायी शिक्षकको समस्या शिक्षकले नभएर नेपालको बिभिन्न समयमा गठन भएका सरकारको उपज हो। त्यसैले यसको समाधान पनि सरकारले नै खोज्नुपर्छ। शिक्षकका नेता तगारो बने भन्नु पनि हुदैन। शिक्षक र समग्र शिक्षाको प्रगतिको लागि कार्यक्रम ल्याउनुहोस सवै मान्न तयार हुनेछन जो मान्नको लागि तयार हुदैनन ति सदाको लागि पछि पर्ने छन।

अस्थायी शिक्षक जसको उमेरले नेटो काटिसकेको छ, उहाको परिवारलाई जिउन मिल्ने सुबिधा दिनोस र सेवावाट हटाइ नयालाई स्थान बनाउनोस। जो अस्थायी शिक्षकहरु आयोगमा प्रतिसप्रधा गरि स्थायी भएका छ्न उनिहरुको सम्पुर्ण अस्थायी सेवा अवधि जसरी त्रीभुवन विश्वविध्यालयका प्राध्यापकहरुको गणना हुन्छ त्यसरी नै गणना गरिदिएमा न्यायोचित हुनेथियो र सवै शिक्षकहरु सरकारको निर्णयलाई स्वीकार गर्ने थिए। अहिले ल्याएको विधयकमा एक जना शिक्षको स्थायी हुदा ७ वर्षको सेवा अवधि गणना गर्दा उहाको पेन्सन हुने कुरा वजारमा आएको छ। यदि यसो हो भने ७ बर्ष १ दिन पेनसनको लागि नपुग्ने शिक्षकलाई के गर्ने? सवैको कल्याण र न्याय सवैको सेवा अवधि गणना गर्नै पर्छ र शिक्षक प्रति भएको अन्यायलाई न्याय दिलाउनै पर्छ। अनि राम्रो काम गर्ने शिक्षकलाई पुरस्कृत र नराम्रो काम गर्ने कामचोरलाई सजाय दिनुपर्छ।
त्यस्तै गरि बिद्यालय व्यवस्थापन समितिको गठनको लागि पनि अहिलेको विधयकमा परिमार्जन गरनै पर्ने देखिन्छ। व्यवस्थापन् समितिको लागि विध्यार्थीको वावु, आमा, हजुरबा, हजुरामालाई मात्र स्थान दिनुपर्छ। यदि विध्यालयमा यस्ता अभिभावक नभएमा मात्र सम्रक्षकलाई अध्यक्ष र सदस्य बनाउने प्राव्धान राख्नुपर्छ। अहिलेको नियमले त स्थानिय व्यक्तिहरु केवल समितिमा वस्नको लागि सम्रक्षक भएर आउन थालेका छन। जो व्यक्ति सम्रक्षक भएर विध्यालयमा आएका हुन्छन ति व्यक्तिको सम्पतिमाथि पनि ति वालवालिकाको अधिकार लाग्ने बनाउनु पर्छ। जसले विध्यालयमा छिर्नको लागि मात्र सम्रक्षक भएर आउने साहस देखाउने थिएनन।

जसरी अहिले उर्जा मन्त्री जनार्दन शर्मा र कुलमान घिसिङ्ले काठमाण्डौलाई अघोसित लोडसेडिङ् मुक्त क्षेत्र घोषित गरि गरेमा के हुदैन र भन्ने सन्देश दिन सफल भएका छन।त्यसैले अवको पालो शिक्षा मन्त्रीको हो। शिक्षाको विकास र प्रगतिको लागि हामी शिक्षकलाई जिउन सक्ने बनाउनोस देशको लागि १८ घन्टा खट्नको लागि नेपालका शिक्षकहरु तयार छन र हुनुपर्छ पनि। मेरो व्यक्तिगत कुरा गर्नुपर्छ भने त मैले तपाइहरुले सरकारी क्षेत्रमा कार्यरत कर्मचारी तथा शिक्षकले सरकारी विध्यालयमा आफ्ना सन्तान पढाउनु पर्छ भन्ने आसयलाई सिरोधार्य गरिसकेको छु। जस्तोसुकै जिम्मेवारी दिएपनि शिक्षामा आफुलाई समर्पित गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छु।

अन्तमा भन्नै पर्छ योग्य व्यक्ति, ठिक स्थानमा उचित समयमा पुर्याउन पर्छ। विध्यालयको नेतृत्व पनि असल, अध्यनशिल अनि आफ्नो भन्दा पनि विध्यालयको प्रगतिमा आफुलाई समर्पित गर्नसक्ने व्यक्तिलाई दिएमा परिवर्तन अपरिहार्य हुने छ। समयको गतिसङग हिड्न प्रयास गर्ने विध्यालयले प्रमाणित गरिसकेका पनि छन। मानिस कर्मको लागि हो, सरकार पनि देशको कल्याण्को लागि कसले के भन्छ भन्नुभन्दा पनि आफ्नो अन्तरमनलाई सोधि सवै शिक्षक , कर्मचारी र सम्ग्रमा देशको कल्याण हुने कार्य गरेमा जसरी आज वलीराजालाई तिहारको समयमा सम्झन्छन त्यसरी नै केहि समयको लागि भए पनि सम्बन्धितहरु आभारी हुदै वर्तमान सराकार अनि मन्त्रीलाई सम्झने छन।
