A beautiful person might not have a beautiful life
A coward neither can tell the truth nor listen to the truth. He is someone's henchman. He gets afraid of an independent being and always tries his best to be good serving the bad references but not for the welfare of the institution where he is. His goal must be to improve the institution wholeheartedly. He always thinks that he is in the centre but doesn't know how others are judging him. He doesn't realize that there won't be smoke without fire. If someone raises question, a wise one has to listen the voice he heard for the sake of him and the entire institution. If the head of institution realizes what he was suggested ten years back and compels to implement the institution after ten years. What it means. He is letting the institution ten years back. He used to give the references from the persons who were failure but he never tried to see those who were performing better. It has been happening in every institution or party or organization. Therefore, the present necessity of Nepal is to find the real problem and make a plan to eliminate it and put the plans into effect.
Everyone has to realize that what we learn with pleasure we never forget. Everywhere the best way to improve the institution is to tell the truth with sweet tone; no one has to be like a chameleon. He must be able to say a spade, a spade. There is a saying which goes -He who killeth the lion when absent fearth a mouse when present, is the dangerous being. He can change his colour outside and inside. Such human beings are treacherous. Everyone has to be aware of them. They can never be a successful heads but only the robber stamps of someone else. It's true that a beautiful person might not have a beautiful life. Krishna, incarnation of God Bishnu whom we worship, was the most fascinating one and had sweet tone that could lure everyone but his life as a human was full of miseries. When he was born, he couldn't grow in his mother lap nor got a chance to suck his mother breast. His maternal uncle, who is supposed to be the nearest after mother, was searching him to kill. It was his compulsion to kill his own maternal uncle for the sake of religion and righteousness. He didn't kill anyone without warning.
To teach the righteousness to the present learners is of great importance. John Dewey said- If we teach today's students as we taught yesterday, we rob them of tomorrow. What he wants to convey here. Indeed, what the teachers learned yesterday was good for yesterday but today's children should get the opportunities to learn the current matter. To learn the current matter the teachers who are teaching should be studious, study the current matter and motivate them to learn the contemporary contents it's because the knowledge that they learned might have been out of date and that might not have been any longer in use. Therefore, the teachers should not teach their children what they have learnt but they have to show them about the present content which can show them their future. Even the scientific facts have been changed. When the political system is changed, the previous contents are out of context and should be changed. If the teachers are not concerned about the matters, the learners should not get good opportunities to learn the latest content.
Every learner should realize that all things are difficult before they are easy. It's natural that the thing that we use first time is difficult to handle but later it becomes catchy at the end. Perfect practice leads the learners towards perfection. To make any task easy to solve every concerned ones should involve settling it. It's true that many hands make light work. Therefore, collaboration in work helps to increase the outcome of the deed. Everyone has to realize in time that after a storm there is a calm. No one should be afraid of any hardship approaching. It can be gently settled. There is a time and a place for everything. To identify his goal is everyone's duty. Let everyone find his position and do accordingly for the sake of entire institution.
Great philosopher Socrates said-No evil can happen to a good man, either in life or after death. He and his are not neglected by the Gods. So did BP Koirrala. BP Koirala also suggested to be the good human beings but not necessary to be great. It means that good ones get triumph in the end. Benjamin Disraeli said- Seeing much, suffering much, and studying much, are the three pillars of learning. Therefore to come out of the hardship, everyone can learn through different ways. If anyone sees something happenings or performing, he can remember the events and use the knowledge that he gained thorough observation. In the same way, no one forgets the hardest time of his life. It is the next source of life. Finally studying through books or other means of text also helps to gain knowledge. It doesn't matter how painful life everyone has but it matters how he tries to come out of hardship. No one gets success in his every trial. But everyone has to realize that failure is the sign of success as the birth is the messenger of death. Therefore, all the learners, teachers and the leaders as well as labours should try their best to be good rather than collecting affluent property which can buy the expensive bed but not the sleep.
