Silence sometimes seeks shouting

Everyone has to know the value of silence and shouting which are the human traits. Every human being has to use them properly. If not, these words will be worthless. Even God Krishna remained silent for 100 sins that Shishupala committed and beheaded him at the end when he crossed the limit. On the other hand, Gautam Buddha remained silent and smiled till the time a villager insulted him with the words he had. In the same way, Hanuman killed many demons and made friends even to the Saitan ones if they accepted the way of righteousness. It's the duty of a member of any institution to remind the authority what he/she has to do in time gently. If the concerned one doesn't listen to the words, time demands shouting to make him realize. If the authority remained silent at the time when he had to take action, it's the weakness of the authority. The misguided authority, who doesn't wish to work for the sake of subalatern or voiceless ones, also raises the issue why not yesterday but today seems irrational and stupid. He doesn't realize that a child born today has new experience than the one who spent the enrire life to collect it. It sounds bizarre when authority doesn't perform his duty but smiles and said, 'Let your home's anger at home'. He doesn't realize that why shouting is there. He doesn't know the key point of it is his performance. Then he may say, "Why you remained silent previous time but raising question now?" is really an irrational one.

It is happening at every corner of Nepal and human society. Even Keshari sent his son Hanuman for alone imprisonment for three days for his restless activities he did when his subjects complained against him. His mother always used to ask for pardon for his misdeed at last she also kept him captive in his room without food and water for a week. But here listening to the complain by the general, the authority remains mute and complains to the one who raises voice for the voiceless ones and righteousness complaining him not to show the anger of his home is an irrational thought would be the cause of down falling of the institution and the person and nation as well. The story of corruption and feeling of superiority is prevailing everywhere which is the cause of downfall of each person and institution. The essence of present is to make aware to the concerned ones with humility. If humility doesn't work, roaring is a must. Only the half wit thinks shouting is unfair at this hour.

'No one is superior or inferior to each other' Hanuman used to say. Everyone is equal but the duty is different. One's duty to others is immeasurable it's because their role is different. How can singing and dancing be measured? They are all equal but the responsibility of each one at different sector differs. The one who has to change the society, institution and organization but not making other change but at first he has to be changed himself. He has to be responsible himself. He should not announce anything else without thinking. If he announces one and ends with other how may other judge him. Only getting a time to speak is not all in all it's because the word you speak doesn't give you food to eat. Without food how you can survive. The better way to silent other is keeping everyone in right position with right performance. Taking a training doesn't work unless it is applied in our daily activities. He has to realize that if he only orders and does nothing for the sake of institution and organization, his power and pelf go away in no time. To keep it long till the time he remains in power, he has to think himself as a servant but neither as a master nor superior to other but as a member of the same company. If he does more than the ordinary member, everyone praises him if not, others are counting his days. If he orders other to work and spends his time leisurely, others are raising question to his performance. At this situation, righteousness derails and conflict emerges. To soothe down the voice, voice doesn't work but the deed he does can appease it.
