You can't make an omelet without breaking a few eggs.

You can't make an omelet without breaking a few eggs.

To raise an issue against the prevailing system in a human community is the way to present someone like a red rag to a bull. In our federal republic democratic nation if anyone raises the issue against the present federal state of Nepal, how will so called revolutionary people might think about him. Indeed, they might think he is antirevolutionary. But those who were revolutionary and are leading the nation forget everything what they used to say before and how they are presenting themselves. This is the place where we argue and guide them to walk on the trail.

The people in power are mostly blind and they don’t see happening around and they don’t listen to the general public voice. They might forget the reality it’s because they don’t experience at this moment. They don’t know what the hunger is. They don’t feel how other is reacting to them. More or less a man in power is out of contact to the reality. Most of the time, he is amidst the crowd. People who surround the big brothers are mostly selfish and never let them know about the reality. At the moment, whether the big brothers realize ‘You can’t make an omelet without breaking a few eggs’ or not, they have to break the henchmen circle. Those who come out of that circle and try their best to know what the reality is can win and become more than a normal being.

The necessity of the present situation of Nepal for the big brothers is to know their own position. If they enjoy every rights but defy giving the same rights to their company is condemnable. If they take more facilities own selves and deprive their companies with them is not rational. The role of everyone in an institution is of equally importance. If a sweeper stops sweeping the floors what may be the condition. In the same way, if a peon stops ringing the bell who will manage the time. Therefore, every hand is equally important to flourish the institution. Actions speak louder words. It’s not necessary to order anyone else to perform his duty if the head of the institution works honestly. If h begins unfair, who carries his order into effect?
