Collective responsibility

Human beings are tested in crisis. Everyone feels he is superior to others but forgets how sincerely he has presented his duty and responsibilities. In the same way, how fair he has been during his tenure. Whether he remembers his words or not given to other, the receiver remembers him till the end of his life. If he doesn’t fulfill the words given to him, he cannot remain as a human being in his reading. Whether giving words, and keeping them in their daily life, is his goal of life or only to make his way easy displays his personality. Till the day, I have kept my words in reality and tried my best to fulfill for those which have not been performed yet. Sometimes, every human cannot be his ultimate words giver it's because he has to depend on to other.

To read means gain knowledge. If the knowledge that we gain applied in our life will be meaningful to our life, we can achieve our goal too. To read something, everyone has to create an image. It's because a picture is worth a thousand words. In other words, an image can tell a story better than words. Therefore, a learner has to develop an image of something that makes him see the happening around as an eyewitness. We cannot judge anyone who is living together as an intimate of someone it's because he may dislike the nearest one and favours other. It's true that better late than never will be meaningful in our life. Every reader has to begin to read whatever he gets can give him a sort of knowledge. Sometimes no one needs words printed in paper (a biography) to read, he can read him through his daily activities. We can read him how he is performing shows whether he is up to date to the present happening or not, can play a significant role in human life. If he is a teacher, whether he knows the curriculum for teaching and grid for testing is of great importance. If he is a farmer, he has to be familiar with soil, seeds plantation and harvesting. If he is a doctor, he has to be familiar with the recent diseases and their cure.

Reading means gaining knowledge and its application. Science says to be a work there must be changes in position. How efforts you shower doesn’t have its values unless you show its changes. Everyone has to realize that no one is an island. To perform better in an institution, every hand is of great importance. It means two heads are better than one. Working collectively can give good result. Sometimes someone thinks he is performing outstanding but at the moments he forgets that he is totally ignoring him. If he ignores others who favours him, may compel him to regret to the end of life. A cat may look at a king but an independent one shows his strength as a street dog for his stomach but not like a well trained and fed dog.

If someone tries his best staying in an institution alone, he can gain no result. It’s because an institution is different to individual. He can perform what he knows if it is an independent job. If it is a collaborative work, how he can perform. It sounds like a rolling stone gathers no moss. Everyone who is leading the institutions should know that a stitch in time saves nine.
