Everyone has innate quality. Social service is one of the innate qualities that human beings possess. So are dictatorship, anarchism, robbery, egoism and cheating. These are the enemies of them. Those who will to get rid of them have to face a lot hurdles in their life but they are never hopeless and never will to grab something illegally. They feel shattered if they have to involve in treacherous activities but feel happy to sacrifice their life. Although politics is also one of the best ways of social services, leaders of Nepal have taken it as their own property and the way of collecting property. The necessity of present Nepal is not to change the political system but to change in the behavior of leaders and the concerned authorities who are manipulating every sector of Nepal: education, security, health, economic and over all.

Most of the political parties and their leaders got success in achieving political power in Nepal but they were unable to keep to their words that they promised before achieving the power in their hands. They were like – the road to hell is paved with good intentions. Every political revolution in Nepal was for the betterment of the Nepal and Nepalese as well as the upliftment of the subaltern. When the political revolutions got success, only the persons who ruled and the system that was in effect were changed but the mentality was and still is the same. The corruption, postponing the projects, nepotism, anarchism, dishonesty is common phenomenon seen in present Nepal is regrettable. The constitution is in one side but it has been explained differently. Thousands of youths have been compelled to be abroad for the better opportunity for solving hands to mouth problems and educations. How long should Nepal wait to see the equality and true democracy flourishing here?

Present constitution of Nepal and political achievement is seen as the pearls before swine. Swine doesn't know the worth of pearls. Thus right person must be there to handle the pearls. So is the power and pelf of Nepal. A good leader with sound knowledge and farsighted vision can change every sector where he steps. The foremost thing that Nepal needs is the honesty and sincerity of the concerned authority who is leading the nation or institution. If an institution gets a right person to lead, it can change a lot and helps to provide justice to its consumers and organization. But the hired persons who don't have any ideas can do nothing but can defame the system and the persons who appointed him. Thus, justice must be pervasive in every corner of Nepal.

A leopard cannot change its spot. It's because he doesn't know how to change, where to change and why to change. If he has vision and dedication to change the status of people he begins from him and shows other how the progress takes place. The present necessity of Nepal is to change the education system, create jobs in Nepal for the youths, run the industries, bring revolution in agriculture, change the mentality and develop the feeling of work is worship. Everyone has to accept that any type of work is for earning and living. Every work is interrelated. They are complementary to each other. Therefore, everyone has to respect every work whether it is mental or physical or official or of labours and so on. If there is changes in mentality of the authority, there will be changes in Nepal and Nepal can be one of the developed countries and be the most wished to visit nation of the world.
