A servant, a good master
Human beings are most wonderful and beautiful creatures created by the god in this earth. They are superior to all creatures and are able to control the huge animals under them and using them in their works. Among them only a few people are of great importance in a certain eras. Not all people have same worth and wisdom. Only a few people can be immortal due to the possession of human traits. Both types of people are remembered whether the wisest ones who are able to change or guide the society or the worst ones who destroy the human culture and society. Among the people to remember Plato, a Greek philosopher who was born in 428 B.C But later people believed that he was born in 423/ 4 B.C. He was a student of Socrates and a teacher of Aristotle. He believed – He who is not a good servant will not be a good master.

Human beings are most wonderful and beautiful creatures created by the god in this earth.
Today's people may not believe that the one who is good servant will not be good master. Before dealing with the thought it will be better to internalize what a servant and a master means. A person who serves others for his bread and butter as well as earning is a servant and the one who hires someone for handling his daily works is called a master. One is an employee and the next is an employer in modern sense. Nepal is falling backwards why? It's because Nepal has been ruled only by the masters but not by the servants. Turn out the history of Nepal, when Ranas were in power, they used to have servants at their homes for performing their daily works ; then Shahs were the kings , later , democratic leader after that so called republican leaders. Only the political systems in different eras have been changed, people in power have been changed, constitutions have been changed but the mentality of the leaders from the past to present is the same. In the past if a hungry one was reported to the Rana and the Shah Kings that he was not getting food to have. And they used to ask them if he didn't have rice with milk. And the bizarre was that if someone used to convey good message to someone, he used to bless that he would have rice with milk forever. Why it happened and is still happening to present Nepal.
Nepalese students as well as others who were in China were taken in Nepal by the Nepalese government but the Nepalese who are still in the boarder of India are lamenting there to come to their houses. Why the government is being irresponsible to them. It's because they don't know the pain that a servant or more or less a worker faces in a foreign strand. They don't know they are the keys of each nation. What may happen if there are not labours for the companies or industries or other developmental works or the farmhands for farming too? The leaders from the past to the present are more or less the same in their performance. The difference is only that they might get the post by birth but now they have to be elected. The election has been only the puppet election. The big leaders have to be elected at any cost but it does not matter for the others whose background is of subaltern. Today's government or the constitution more or less is similar to the elephant tasks. Equality is there under the fundamental right of each Nepalese. Does the government behave to all Nepalese equally? See the students who were in China and the workers who are still in the southern borders of Nepal? Why the formers Big brothers are surrounded by the security personals and why don't the minor ones get social security?
Plato's concept of servant and master must be about the task and the responsibility. The one who has worked as the servant knows every detail that a master does it's because he observes what his master does at every moment. He has skills to handle the post of leadership but the one who is never familiar with his duty and responsibilities gets failure in the long run. A servant is an experienced person at the institution or organization but the master who has never worked don't have to handle the institution. So is happening to the present government and time and again different ministers are linked in corruption the government is being defamed. Even the load shedding of Nepal has been the matter of the past due to the well experience of Kulman Ghising. Those who want to involve in politics should know what a servant does. That means he has to be familiar with his duty and responsibilities. The one who has worked from the low ranking to the high ranking post can handle well than that the one who grabs the high post.
