I have got it on google -A traumatized person can feel a range of emotions both immediately after the event and in the long term. They may feel overwhelmed, helpless, shocked, or have difficulty processing their experiences. Trauma can also cause physical symptoms. Trauma can have long-term effects on the person's well-being.

That's why everyone has to come out of the traumatized situation and should think and behave normally. Mostly the human beings fill their feelings with the ego. The ego residing inside makes the concerned ones weaker. Instead of getting troubled with it, it will be better to ask questions oneself how to get release from it. Until or unless the soul admits the reality, the traumatic one has the same feelings and gets terrified all the time. He looks as if he is more aware of the previous happenings and tries to do something new than the normal being does. He tries his best to collect the document as the proof. If his/her mind is already infected, it does not give up good result.

The best way to come out of it is to give up greed that resides in everyone's psyche secretly. It is one of the characteristics of the person of Kaliyug. A culprit sees everyone culprits and a true soul sees holy in every being. That's why instead of being more aware of the happening, it will be better to perform the duty honestly. The duty that you performs pays you more than you hope. Whenever you are in crisis even the suppressed voice comes out to raise voice for you you as Orwell's animal did in Animal Farm.

The best way to feel happy is to accept the happenings around. If you don't accept the happenings, you should revolt against with rationality to persuade the people whatever voice you raise is not only for you , it is for the voiceless too. Your voice must address even to the voice of voiceless ones. Socrates didn't care about his life but accept the hemlock poison to swallow for the sake of righteousness. That's why everyone has to realize that everyone is born to die and live to struggle and perform his or duty and responsibility. Abdul Kalam said -If you salute your work, you do not have to salute anybody. If you pollute your work, you have to salute everybody. Thus you are all in all and decide whether you want to be an independent being or a louse.

An independent being never runs after anyone else. He runs according to conscience he has. He behaves accordingly. He always gives priority to his duty. He never creates a group of henchmen but gives priority to the ones who are fit for that and follow the concerned principles prevailing.

The traumatized one should know from where he has been infected. When he reaches there and should avoid the event what was wrong. The event that gives him pain should take it normal and should dominate it through his/her reasoning. It is the reasoning that keeps you content. Try to be content with the duty that you do. If you are in an organization, never create a group of henchmen. They are always for their their sake not for your . When the time comes they leave as the lice leave after the death of living creatures.
