I am a little bit greedy but my greed is for other's sake, especially for the sake of institution!

Till the time I remember I have never hoped to trouble to anyone else and never wish to let other go downfall but always get ready to speak the truth, have never talked behind but say at the front directly. Even the thing that belonged to me, I claimed, but never visited the court for the sake of it but compelled to be there for vicious circle believing that if I have something else no one can deprive of it if I try. The weaker ones as well as the treacherous ones always run after the others downfall but never feel that it spoils them and creates poision in their psyche which compel them to keep them in their size. The present people who think themsleves all knower fall behind the money but they forget it that it is not all in all but only the means of necessity. Sometimes I feel shy to say that I belong to the same company where treacherous are residing to make other fail forgetting that they also get failed if the one who is inside them it's because they are in the same boat who are willing to have a long voyage in it. Should it be better to mend the boat or replace it? Time declares it and no one is immortal. It's the vision that guides the person and the institution as well.

Being a teacher, I always try to speak the truth and hope the same from my audiences too. My colleague Mr Shreedhar Paudel's compliment on my status has become the source of writing for this piece. Thank him a lot for his so powerful sentences which is good for the human beings in totality. What he wrote is: Greed and jealousy are good neighbors. What is happening around we can sense. Most of the human beings of today seem self centered and don't realize the importance of their own identity and their own role too. Greed and jealousy are good neighbours indeed, but they never let a human beings have a sound sleep and never let them to be happy too. These are the negative traits that every one has to avoid. The people who are greedy and have jealousy in the progress of other never let them feel as a free human being. They compel them to work as a slave to hatch a story beyond the concerned ones. Instead of spending their time for the sake of other or doing something else creative they van live a happy life. So, there are not only the means people around but some who are wise and genereous people too. Successful people want others to succeed but unsuccessful people want others to fail. so is happening in the political areana of Nepal too.

Successful people want others to succeed it's because if other people get success, they would have a company of successful people too. To succed among the successful people is always a challenging job which needs a lot effort, idea as well as vision too. It leads them towards perfection. But the ones who have neither ideas nor any skills but good at backbiting they skip the opportunity and remain as a toad in a well. You can see around. The generous ones with sound skills on various fields are busy all the times but the ones who are good at gossiping have leisure time at every second and do nothing but pass the time as a gossiper can achieve nothing and get relief from this earth only as a normal creature. It is believed that human life is the most wonderful one among the lives of many more incarnation.

If I have to talk about myself, I am a little bit greedy. But my greed is not for the sake of my own, more or less it is for the sake of institution, society, and and the world ultimately. My greed is that every institution as well as the human society should work automatically and every one has to perform their duty and responsibility. Sometimes, there may be misunderstanding between people when there is not round table talking. Being the head of school, we can see good and bad students together. Teachers are in both side too. Some teachers feel happy if the disruptive students are expelled from the institution but I am a little bit different here. My differences are that a shool should take inititation to let them a chance to correct them. My greed is that if an institution doesn't expel those disruptive ones and pays more attention to them letting them at school means they are deprived of involving in bad activities for six hours. That means they can learn something else. My greed is to to make them good human beings. If a bad one becomes good, he can make his family a happy family, if there are happy families in a society, a society can progress well, if a nation consisits if human beings having good human traits, a nation can progress well and if the powerful developed nations begin to spread their hands of harmony between them, prevailing conflicts seen and happening around the world comes to the end. My greed is to make the entire world, the world of peace where no discrimination in the name of caste, geography, nation, creed as well as the colour of the skin resides. That's why I don't care what other says but I do my duty and responsibility as I am assigned where I am and will be too.
