Unity is the strength

Unity is the strength but division leads towards destruction or failure. Wherever we are we should think about the welfare of the concerned family,society, organization, institution and nation too. Ram's siblings had unity but his contemporary Ravan's sibling Bivishan favoured Ram. According to the story in Ramayana, Ram was following the righteous path but Ravan, being able to control three Loks, was killed by Ram. Truth triumphs ultimately.

The path of righteousness is always difficult in any era but it is more difficult to follow it in Kaliyuga. Therefore, anyone should favour the path of righteousness. You may be all alone till the time the bitter truth is revealed. Everyone has to realize that only a good soul has to go through many trials of life.

If you are working in an institution, you should know that it doesn't belong to you only. Everyone's role is equally important but the chaired one should be responsible for every happening around its premises. If you have henchmen, they don't help you in your necessity but always compel you to do their work in your hardship.

Avoid groupism but do your duty honestly and tie the knot of friendship. If you do your duty honestly no one can question you. If anyone raises a question, time responds to him/her too. If you are working honestly, time rewards you. Time is all in all and reveals the lion's skin. Give your hand to make the institution a better place to work and shout at the authority if anarchism fosters.
