Surabhi and Manorath

2017-05-18
Who are Surabhi and Manorath?
According to The Shreemaddevi Bhagawat, once Shreekrishna and his beloved Radha were wandering around Brindaban. He wished to have milk. Then both of them sat on a lonely place, With God Shreekrishna's magic a cow named Surabhi and her calf Manorath were emerged. Her milk was like nector. Shreedaama milked the cow in a claypot. Then God Shreekrishna drank milk. At the moment the milk pot dropped down from his hand spilled the milk and took the shape of a pool. It was spread over the ground. It covered 100 Yojanas its length and 100 Yojan as its breadth. It had become a conjugation pool for Radha or Gopis. It had been the recreation pool too. At the same moment thousands of Kamadhenu cows with Gopis were emerged with Krishna's wish. Surabhi has been as the mother of all cows. Shreekrishna had worshiped and since then she has been worshiped in three universes.
