Human beings, mortal.

2074-04-05
Human being by birth is mortal. Noone should be proud of his/her power and pelf. Great emperors of the world have not been able to survive. One day, everyone has to decay in this world. But their deed they perform can last forever. Another name for longing to live forever is the deed we perform during our life time. No one is born as a demon and a sage by birth but his/her attitude, theway of living, and the deed he/she performs makes the difference.

Here is a story from Shreeemadadevibhagawat: In Kosal kingdom, there was a very popular Brahamin named Devadtta. Though he was married for years, he couldn't have any child. To get a son he performed Ygna. While reciting hymns Govil, a veda reciter, was not reciting well and he fired with and said he the Muni was fool. He was reciting voiceless hymns. The sage got fired and cursed him and said 'Let you have a fool son'. It made Devdatta very sad and pleaded him different ways. In the end, the muni realized and said, 'Let you have a fool son but the intelligent too.' Within a year, a son was born and Utathya name was given. Seven years passed and he did his vratabandha (a sacred thread wearing ceremony). Then a guru was hired to teach him but he could read nothing. Devadatta was worried. When he was 12 years old, he left him in the forest.

When Utathya was left in the forest on the bank of a river, he had to live with the fruits or shots he used to get in the forest. He didn't know which was edible or not. when he was left there he determined to tell truth. Due to his truthfulness, people changed his name as Satyavrata. He was living there in a small hut. He used to be worried. Fourteen years passed, a fool poacher with robust came there hunting animals. He wounded a wild boar which came to Satyavrata. It was covered with blood. Satyavarta had been a generous one. Seeing the boar stood trembling and said the very first mantra 'Eim' which is the vijamantra of Bhagawati. At the moment a hunter named Nisadraj arrived and asked him about the boar. What he had to tell.Nishadaraj said that his kids were dying of hunger. They didn't have anything to eat for days. It was difficult for him. What to say. If he told the truth, he would kill the boar if not he would be a liar.

He answered him cleverly. He said, "One who saw could not speak and the next one who could speak, didn't see. Why are you asking this question time and again?" Due to the taking the vijamantra of Bhagawati, she blessed him with knowledge. Later he became as popular as poet Valmiki. His father took him home and everyone began to invite him to perform rituals.

In the same way, Gautam Buddha sacrificed material world and has been able to be a god. Hitler from Germany known as the cruelest human being. Alexandar Great who nearly won the world but asked his nearest to keep his hands up in the sky when he would die means that it was the realization of his misdeed. Whatever he did was bad. As Hindus myth, Geeta, Human being gets birth naked alone and dies alone. When someone dies, everything goes together with him/her. it's useless to cry.
