Great issue you raised. But it seemed like a paradox it's because who you are. I think you are the leader of NTA of Kathmandu, aren't you?. If we honestly judge the leadership of teachers, we can't see them as true leaders of teachers. When they have to sit on the round table for teachers' issue they keep them in the center but not the professionalism. If not for the same issue, a leader is safe for the job but a voiceless one is released from the job. See the leadership of teachers organization of Kathmandu. You are one of the eyewitnesses of it too. I think you have the list of the teachers who have been released from Kathmandu..In the same way, the leaders of the center of various teachers organization agreed to count only seven years of tenure of temporary for pension purpose. Why they should not demand to count all the days, months and years for the same purpose. Why they didn't ask who had made the teachers temporary. Teachers are temporary due to the government but not by the teachers themselves. Teachers should realize that if there is unity among the teachers and professionalism, giving up political influence but bound by profession, the government of Nepal cannot run for few days. Let's unite and challenge the authority. If you need a hand, I am ready to give up everything to glorify our teaching profession. On the other side, why teachers are deprived of facilities that the bureaucracy under the Ministry of education are enjoying.
