Can Justice prevail in every corner of Nepal?

Can Justice prevail in every corner of Nepal?
History, mostly a fake document is written through winner perspective or lens. Today if we study Nepal and various so-called people’s war, revolution, and others, we can see injustice everywhere. So many innocent were killed and the clever ones were leaders and they tried to fool the Nepalese. Present and the past so called leaders were and are creating a utopia of their own and motivated innocent people towards them. Whenever they were in street, they used to raise public voice. When they were in power, they forgot their words. There is a lack of honesty in politics and mostly the youths of Nepal believe politics as a dirty game. They do not see their career bright if they stay in Nepal. They dream to be abroad for their higher study and future life mostly in the western part of the world. The youths, the bread given to Nepal, who are mostly from downtrodden families, are in the Arabian countries and sending remittance to Nepal. Leaders of political parties promised to find out the murders of late Madan Bhandari, Jiwaraj Ashrit in 1993, and the Royal Massacre on 1 June 2001.

19 Jeth 2058 has been a black day for Nepal and Nepalese. 10 Royal family members were shot to death. It was a bloody, monstrous and inhuman conspiracy which had stunned, shocked and overwhelmed with grief and sorrow to the people of Nepal and those who were acquainted with them. Though a two-man probe committee comprising Keshav Prasad Upadhaya, chief justice of the Supreme Court and Taranath Ranabhat, speaker of the contemporary parliament declared Prince Dipendra as the murderer of the Royal family, most of the people could not and cannot believe it yet. Even today honest Nepalese want to know the reality. Why such a bloody massacre was occurred and shocked the whole world. Some of the people pointed their finger to the remained members of the Royal family, some of them guessed that it was due to India and few others blamed to America. Girija Prasad Koirala, late Prime Minister of Nepal used to speak a phrase ‘ a grand design’. What does it mean? No one knows may God know. Now Nepalese and the world is compelled to read it that the murderer of the Birendra’s family was the late Prince and de jure King Dipendra who was in a coma for three days and declared him dead and cremated without post mortem. Is it a fake history or can Nepalese know the reality? There are not any members left to whom the apparitions of the royal family members can tell who killed them as in Shakespeare’s Hamlet and encourage them to take revenge.

Next mysterious event of Nepal was the car incident. While Madan Bhandari and Jiwaraj Ashrit, great leaders of CPN- UML were travelling towards Naranaghat, Their car fell off at Dashdhunga and slide down to the Trishuli river in Chitwan but the car driver Amar Lama was safe. Due to this incident the CPN-UML was in a riot and broke the parapet or railing around Newroad, Ratnapark, smashed glasses of Bir Hospital in Kathmandu. On the one hand, there was an irreparable loss in politics of Nepal and so many infrastructures were destroyed. The CPN-UML believed that it was not an incident but it was a treacherous event in Nepal. Leaders of the CPN-UML declared that they knew the culprits. Some people believed that it was heinous of Indian intelligence RAW American intelligence CIA. Most of the leaders of the CPN-UML became the Ministry of Home and the Prime Ministers of Nepal. But they did nothing. Even the present president of Nepal Bidhya Devi Bhandari is remaining mum at her spouse case. Now Nepalese are demanding to know whether the car accident was real or it was made. Don’t let it secrecy. If not, what compensation does the CPN-UML give to Nepal for the destruction of the infrastructures of Nepal?
The next shocking event that happened on 21 March 2007 was that 29 Maoists cadres were killed during the Madheshi People’s Rights Forum (MPRF) demonstration rallies at the same site in Gaur, Rautahat where the Maoists took the same route. Dr. Baburam Bhatrai said:
The naike (derogatory word for leader) of the criminal group [read that as MPRF] must be arrested and the outfit must be outlawed. They can’t do such criminal thing. People might tell us that we had also fought in the past. Yes, we fought against the state openly declaring that and denouncing the then constitution. But how can you wage arms if you claim to support the present constitution and political setup? If you want to fight, first say that you don’t support the constitution.
My query is here: Does he have rights to say so or not? Muktinath Adhikari, a grade 10 science teacher and head teacher at Padamini Sanskrit Higher Secondary School in Lamajung was taken to a hill overlooking the village, tied to a tree with his scarf and shot through the head. According to the Maoist cadres blames over him were: an informant to the security personnel and he did not donate those 25 percent of the teacher’s bonus. What is the different between these monstrous events that were committed? The second case is more demons tic than the first ones it’s because the first one was in demonstrations where participants in rallies seemed to be boiling. But the second one is not pardonable. The culprits of both cases must be punished.
In the same way, the next deplorable event that occurred Aug 24, 2015, in Kailali district where at least 20 people — 17 policemen, including a senior officer and three protesters — were killed and more than 100 injured in a violent clash on Monday. The protestors were demanding a separate Tharuhat province. By defying curfew the protesters were armed with spears and axes killed the security personnel including a child. In addition, Maina Sunuwar, a ninth grade was killed by the army and so was Krishan Sen, a journalist. There are hundreds of such cases that terrify the living ones. Nanda Prasad Adhikari, who died while seeking justice to the murderer of his son with constant fast unto death for 333 days.

The man made death is difficult to bear though death is natural and can forget day by days. But human killing is not pardonable from any angle. It adds pain to the victim. Therefore, the present leaders of Nepal should keep to your they promised. They used to blame Kings and Ranas as nepotism and handed power to their own heredity. Even the present democratic as well as who believe in federalism are trying to hand over the power to their own family members. In the past, Girija Prasad Koirala tried to keep in power r only to his kiths and kins and now Prachanda is trying and Sher Bahadur is trying to be the fourth Prime Minister of Nepal. Can they not give the opportunity to other? In party system, a person is no one. He can do nothing. Party is all in all but here leaders seem to be all in all. Therefore, leaders of Nepal should realize their position in Nepal, if not they have to regret in future. Let justice prevail from street to the palace, Himal to Terai and east to west for the welfare of entire Nepal and Nepalese.
