When a person who has to reach somewhere and parks his/her like has to spend huge amount only for parking charges.Local government should not be like 'a drop in the ocean'. It must be the heart beat of the city dwellers. It's just an example. Before collecting tax from public, the concerned authority should pay what the result may be. Is it fair or not? Riding motor cycle is not the public interest it is their compulsion. If the city can run city buses or other means, it will be easier for them. The activities of the local government should not be like 'end in smoke'. It should work for the welfare of all.
