To dig one's own grave is the stupidity of human beings.

Shreemaddevibhagawat. Why Nepalese leaders have to read? It's because if they believe life after death they have to be conscious in time. Indra, the king of gods or the heaven had to hide himself under the leaf of lotus in the pond. In the same way, there was a king named Harishchandra Ayodhya who was to much generous. He used to give to the people who used to go and ask for something. He used to give whatever he had. Once treacherous Rishi, Vishawamitra, left him deserted when he asked for his nation along with elephants, soldiers and gold for his son's marriage. After giving nation and all property he had, Vishawamitra again asked dskashina. The king promised to give him the gold as he desired.
Although the king had already been deserted, he promised him to give the gold. Later he gave up the kingdom and handed him. Vishawamitra again asked him to give the gold as he promised. The dethroned king said that he would give him what he promised when he would have the amount. He went to the forest in Kashi. The king didn't have anything to give him. He was the truth king who never told a lie. The Rishi told him if he could not give, he would return the nation and would not take any gold. But the king said that if he had not anything he had his wife, son and himself. If he was unable to collect money to get rid of credit, he would sell all and pay the gold had to pay. Then the Rishi went.
When the Rishi came, he didn't have money to refund the amount.
He was compelled to sell his wife and son as the servant of the Rishi. He couldn't get enough money to be relief from his debt. Later he was sold himself as Chandal. In the end, he was relief from the loan and thanked the Rishi for freeing him from the loan. Days, months and years passed, all of them suffered a lot from their boss. One day when the son went to collect holy grass, a snake bit him and died. His friend informed his mother but she was not allowed to go to her son. When she completed her work it had been too late at night. When she saw her son lying dead, she began to cry. Due to her crying, the villagers who were sleeping woke up and came to her thinking that she was a vampire who was killing the kid. They tied her and took her to the cremation zone.

Before burning into pyre, he prayed to Ma Jagadamaba. Due to his praying Indra and the god of heaven including other gurus came and asked him to go to the heaven. But he rejected his proposal saying that his subjects were suffering from hardship. He could not give up them and enjoy heavenly pleasure. In the end, Indra took all his subjects to heaven alive.
Do the present leaders have such a great sacrifice for the sake of general public? Indeed not. They are mostly corrupted and want to lead the party own self and accumulate the property only leaving the public deserted. Be aware of the greed in time. If not, you seem as you are 'digging your own grave' to be in hell
