The Black Day

June 2, 2015 /Jeth19, 2072

The black day of Nepal history is known as the day when the royal massacre was occured on Jetha 19, 2058 (June 1, 2001). No one could say how it occured though the blame of massacre was over to the Prince, heir to the throne, Dipendra. Nine members were killed mercilessly. The probe committee announced that the prince Dipendra killed his whole family members. At the moment the prime minister of nepal was Girija Prasad Koirala and he could not say how it happened though somewhere in the paper could be read that it was aconspiracy or grand design to sweep away the whole family. I am really interested to know about the happening. I am always against bloodshed but in favor of peace. Different Prime minister came to the chair and promised while taking oath or in public place that they would inform the reality of that black terrific day.

Noone believes even today that the massacre was due to Dipendra though some are raising hands to the remaining members of the family . Neither Girija nor Madhab, nor Jhalanath, nor Baburam nor Prachanda or other could keep to their word to convince to the nepalese. I have read books related to the royal family, but I could not satisfy myself with their writing either maile dekheko durabar or Katuwal's autobiography or raktkunda or other articles in the newspaper. People used to say and even say today that politics is a dirty game.It has been justified in our context. What the leaders think right when they are out of power can be wrong when they are out of power. There is bankrupt in leadership. Either the terrfific events of Dasdhunga related to Madan Bhandari or the massacre of the royal families are in mystery though many springs have already changeds their buds. Even the leaders of the UML used to say in open areana in Ratnapark that they had known the criminals and they would punish when they would be in power. Though most of the leaders of the UML became the Prime minister or ministry of home, they did nothing but only lifted to Bidhya Bhandari in Power. Even Bidhya Bhandri was powerful minister, she did nothing in memeory of her late husband.

So many massacres had been in Nepal either that was Bhandarkhal Parva or Kotparva or Makai Parva or other. Why such terrific inhuman activities were held one after another. It is due to the greed of power. Leaders believe that they would be safe inside big walls or surrounded by the security personels. My conscience may be fool to you but tells me that walls and security personels make you less human, or uncivilized and my not be familiar with the present happening. You may not have contact with general public, communication, real life and so on. Therefore, in Malini written by Tagore, Malini wants to go out of the place to know the beauty of real life or to know what the real life is. In my feeling a newly born poor baby is more fortunate than the baby born in palace. you may think it may be the stupid idea but in reality the baby who gets birth in the hut gets to know so many thing through his own experience. Experience is the most precious thing that we can gain through own way. A male cannot have experience of labor but he can just imagine and says it's very painful but how much painful it is. He does not know. Therefore, seeing the happening of the royal massacre, the leaders should ry to be secure themselves rather than with big compound or security forces. If you are with public, they are always with you and they can save you. Hope in coming days what the leaders of Nepal promised, they would keep to their words and prove themselves as a great, good, and heart beat of every nepalese by informing the reality of the brutal killing.
