B.P. Koirala,a great thinker and profounder of Democratic Socialism, is not with us but his philosophy and ideology is still relevant to the present politics of Nepal. His dream and concept of democratic socialism and aim was to make every nepali possess a house to shelter, a cow for milk and some bank balance for treatment if someone gets sick and every parent has to be able to send their children to school. It was his dream. More over, he used to say, "Make a plan looking at a farmer's hut so that if a downtrodden gets benefit, everyone can benefit from the national plan. In the same way, he used to say that if anyone gets trouble to make a decision, take a handful soil from the earth, touch it on your chest and ask to your own heart, what response you get, do accordingly, is one of the most realistic as well as spiritual thought that never deceives to anyone soul.

 But the ideology of B.P in present context should be redefined according to the present context of Nepal. Let me serve an idea that may help for the progress of the Nepali Congress as well as for the sake of Nepal. In the place of a house, at least each couple should have job with handsome salary, every citizen should have equal chance to compete for any post and scholarship for education, the government should run industry with apartment for its workers, government should focus to eliminate poverty and illiteracy, enemies of human beings not only of Nepal but also of the world. Not any kind of reservation should be given to any caste of people but reservation should be given to the illiterate and poor one to uplift their status. But Nepalese political leaders seemed to be unfair while giving reservation to the some castes of people. What may be the condition of a poor Brahamin, Chhetry, Shrestha, Karmachary or other. In the name of reservation, a well off dalit or tribal one may get the chance but not the one whom the government has to pay attention. Who is there to give them justice. So let the poverty and illiteracy eliminate from our soil. The next thing that has to be effect in our country is that every one has to respect the verdict of the court. Justice should be pervasive in every corner and in every yard of the nation.It means a criminal either from the hegemony or from the subaltern group must be punished and let the victim one be awarded and make everyone feel the constitution of nation as the heart of his own heart beating . If we do so, the dream of Koirala comes true to our own yard.
