Everyone says change is necessary in every discipline of human life.

Indeed, I used to think contemporary politics and system was the obstacle for the development of Nepal. When I started to know what a community is, what a nation is , I used to think that the contemporary political system was the obstacle and I used to be agitated against the system.When I was a school student, I used to read in the text that king were all in all and due to the Ranas regime Nepal had been backward and the Panchayat system was all in all.No one had rights to greet people with Jaya Nepal and using folded black Bhadgaule Topi (cap). Kings and others used to blame ex - Ranas and politicians against the kingship.

After the revolution of 2046, the communnist and some other political parties thought that there was problem in king, and the Nepali Congress and specially the maoist saw problem in the Nepali Congress. Later most of the political parties realized that King Gyanedra was the problem when he couped the multiparty system and began to rule as his own way. It agitated the political parties and in the long run Shahs' kingship was dethroned and federal republic system emerged. Before the effectiveness of the constitution written by constitution assembly seemed to be poor due to the lacking the power exercise from Shihadarbar to the ward of village council or municipality or metropolitan city. Due to the four decade long experience , i realized that there was not problem in political system. The main problem was the lens of politicians. Deuba declared the cost of heads of some maoists' leaders but later he sacrificed his own Nepali congress did everything to let Prachanda's daughter as the Mayor of Bharatpur Metropolitan.

Therefore, my query is that we should not talk only about change We should think what type of changes are necessary. I am a teacher of community school in Kathmandu.I used to see the crowded with students schools in most of the corner of Kathmandu. Local people used to be ready to establish school, to donate for school and the schools used to have enough students. But now there are a lot of changes there. Teachers are more, students are less, teachers blame to school headmaster and headmaster blame to the community for the downfall of schools standards. Teachers feel happy to join the community school but they send their kids to the private schools and again they complain that private schools are taking huge amount of money as admission or tuition fee. Haven't you realized the changes in schools. If not, why everyone does not stop blaming to other and be a role model of changing the society? I have begun but the turn goes to you.

I think we should continue our tradition or culture though there must be some changes in inhuman culture like touch-ability. A christian or a Muslim of high ranking is welcomed but the downtrodden Hindus are ignored. Even our constitution is not rational. In my opinion, there are some inhuman or ambiguity in our constitution. On the one hand, it talks about the equality on the other hand it talks about the reservation. If there is reservation for Dalit or Janajatis, how it can address to the equality. Reservation should not be given to the Dalit or Janajatis but to make every citizen of various caste should get reservation for education and employment. Let the illiterate of any caste or region have boarding education at free of cost and the poor employment at industries with handsome salary. If it is done, the constitution of Nepal will be of all if not it will remain as a piece of paper.

Therefore, the change is necessary but not as a school full of students has been full of teacher but lack of students. Why community schools don't have that charisma like was in the past. Even today, parents feel happy if their kids get admission at public school in abroad but here humiliated why? We are good to blame to other but not change own self . i am ready to change if it changes the society and general public is of great importance forever.

Every Nepali should change his/her lens that the government of Nepal is formed by the vote they casted and they are free doner and the prime minister, president are the receivers. How they can be superior to general public.They have to realize their strength ans so is the secretary. They are surviving with the tax the general people pay. They are not any more superior to general public. This is the place where our education is failing to address the learners.
